Not a fan of their juice selection, but they have good quality hardware to choose from and at a decent price. I was able to pick up two extra tanks for my box mod at a very good price. Great customer service and good environment. Would definitely recommend this place!

I love this store. Amazing selection, and knowledgeable staff. It makes the difference and will keep me as a brick and mortar customer over purchasing online.UPDATE: Just stopped by today and stocked up. The staff were friendly and made me feel like family. Cannot recommend them enough.

The employees are extremely nice and know what there talking about, the store is very welcoming, its almost got more of a hangout feel then a store. Im so glad my hometown has a vaporium, its interesting trying all the different juices but once you find one you like, trust me youll stick with it.

Today I got ripped off at the tobacco den for the last time on their cheap batteries that are overpriced. I boycotted them and decided to give these guys a try. I was pleased to see higher quality batteries at the same price and just as good of a selection as the guys on top of the hill. Thanks Northland Vaporium for the friendly service and for offering some local competition to the crooked owners at tobacco Den. Also, thank you for not selling synthetic marijuana and bath salts in our community like they did.

I visited here for the first time today. Normally a Tobacco Den regular. Northland has a great variety and the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will be shopping at Northland from now on due to the tremendous customer service and variety of products.

I have been to the Vaporium in Grand Rapids 4 or 5 times now. Each time Ive noticed how extreme the prices are. Recently I ran in because I needed a new vape and figured Id just listen to recommendations. I ended up buying a mini box for $50, and a bottle of juice that was also recommended to me (without telling me about the price) which itself costed more than the vape. By the time I had found out how much it had costed I was already finished with the transaction. There are no price tags on the juice and the same thing happened to me the first time I went there. I later went to check how much I could have bought the box mod for online and found out it was only worth half of what I paid. Same thing goes for the juice! I agree they need to make money but a %100 markup? terrible.
