Always a great experience! Super sweet customer service. Generous with their time and knowledge. Appreciate their patience and effort with each of my visits. I visit many dispensaries but this is the only one I have come back to often. 😊 🙏🏼

This place is trash. I just got a year old pre roll and bc they don’t do refunds they offered 20% off. Just like when they sold me an ounce of pre packed small buds but didn’t advertise that part. A % off is the dumbest retention attempt you can offer. So I have to come back and spend more money to get my money back essentially!??? Plus the tax. Oh love dealing w the “hands are tied” managers too lol FOH. You sold me an expired product!!! I gotta check to make sure my weed isn’t a year old every time??? That’s my job now? You guys suck. Credit my account or give me a gift card u clowns. I’d give zero stars if I wasn’t forced to leave one just to say this. (Today is 7/23/24) House of Dank doesn’t sell year old weed. Go there and I bet u they hook it up if they do.

Carol helped me figure out an alternative when they were out of what I usually take to help me sleep. She listened to my health history concerns and was very kind and compassionate. I always get such great, friendly service when I visit here. Thanks Carol! 🥰

Great first time experience. 20% off order but deals did not stack with it. So keep that in mind. The parking is a little on the small side as well. Good selection of rosin and it was fresh. Thank you Abraham for your great customer service

This is a new dispensary for Grand Rapids but is actually pulling its weight pretty well. I have purchased several times from this store mainly as a pickup but have also used the dispensary side / recreational side of things. I think the pickup is much easier at this location since the ATM machine is located right next to the pickup window and theres almost always somebody there. Ive never had to wait for a pickup order either its always been ready to go.If an item that you ordered for pickup isnt available theyll send you to the dispensary side of things to replace The missing items. All of the budtenders are super informative on different items that they sell and are very helpful when it comes to finding specifics. They sell a wide variety of flour as well as edibles, concentrates, disposables, shake and lots more. If youre interested they also have a decent website to check out that is not bad make sure you check the location before placing an order.

This location continues to make people wait. While there are three to four people in the back. While there is a line of 5 or more. Either there too high on the job or just poor customer service. Mind you the manager is always amongst the extra people. While people pile in, they remain stocking. 😢. Im glad I dont smoke, anymore, but getting this for someone else. You just didnt know Im a Google Review. 28th better. Sometimes the same. Dont worry the competition is always out here! 😜

Sold a defective disposable cart. Returned the next day to exchange it and was told they couldnt accept it because I had thrown the package away with absolutely no alternatives.The expectation for the customer to keep a plastic sleeve containing the product is unreasonable, especially when the order was placed online so there is proof of purchase, and seems to be nothing more than a policy that aims to mitigate losses for the company at the expense of the customer.

It was my first time going to Noxx. Madison helped me. She was very knowledgeable and helped me decide what I needed. She was also very nice and made me feel confident about what I was buying.

The customer service was great. They had some really good deals going on, and first-time customers get 20% off when you sign up for rewards!

Lili helped me when I came in to pick up my order. I wanted to add an extra product and Lili was more than helpful to add it on. Lili was an absolute delight.

I ordered 1 ounce of flower as a pickup. I got there, picked it up and when I left the parking lot I opened the bag and saw I only had 6 1/8ths in the bag, so I went back inside and told them and they said I would have to wait for a manager to contact me in order to be reimbursed for my missing 2 1/8ths.

It has quickly become my favorite place. The employees are so helpful and nice and polite. And a shout out to Daniel.He was so patient and nice. Once again, Knox Exceed it my expectations.

I go on there to buy some edibles and it says on the screen on the deals that they have and the deal is five for 25 pick and choose 200 mg edibles plus tax which comes out to $29. How is that a deal when you’re paying full price because your 200 mg edibles are already five dollars now please explain if you could how that is a deal. Because the last I checked, I’m paying full price if I want to pick and choose I could just pick and choose myself. So the deal is five for 25+ tax when you can buy five for 25+ tax without the deal. Convenient shop which was near my hotel. I forgot the name of my budtender, youngish guy which provided me with all his favorite reccos. Just needed something while I was visiting the area. Some prerolls and edibles. I like deals and everything, however inexpensive did the job.The shop carries many of the popular brands which are seen across the US. Found some edible flavors Ive not seen in other states. Ie Kiva.If Im in the area, Id stop by surely.

Its a good place to go if you know what you want and/or placed a order of any kind... If you have any questions before hand call ann street because they are super helpful on the phone as for this location does not answer any kind of questions to be helpful

Pretty lame that the Noxx stores dont carry the same selection across their GR locations. The website usually remembers my pick up location, but when it doesnt its extremely inconvenient when I have to shop in-store and they dont have what I wanted. Why is it so hard to have the same kinda bud at both stores??

Madison is a G. First bud tender I had when I started coming to Noxx. They remember my name and even if someone Else is my bud tender, they still make it a point to say hi if they see me. So I visited a cannabis store for my first time n I asked a vape product that is LIGHT n NOT strong at all. They guy offer me two options, one with 84% THC n an other one with 92%. So when I tried it, it was aaaaway to strong for me n i went back n ask them if they have with a lower % of THC n they told me that they have with 40%. So I talked to the girl manager about all that n she told me that she cant to do anything about it. I dont know if thats a good costumer service or not but what I know is that I spend $40 for nothing n for sure Im not going back there again. Other than this one the kids inside they were friendly n nice .

I travel the lower 48 states quite regularly. I was looking kind of rough when I came in that day fresh off the road for a couple of days with my big gray beard and needing a shave. I could see her first look at me was whoa, I could see her face transition into I am going to help this guy. I told her what I was looking for and she made a couple of suggestions and hook me up perfectly and very quickly. Macy has fire. She should do executive sales for you. Great experience. Thank you!

This visit was great! Lili was my budtender, and they were very friendly and helpful! They knew a lot about all the products, including brand new items I hadn’t seen there before (and I go quite a bit lol). It was a little bit busy, and that’s expected because of the size of the store (would recommend parking on the other side of the street in the liquor store parking lot), but Lili did a great job handling the crowds by assisting multiple customers at a time (and very efficiently…not the half distracted kind of way)! Definitely the best place to visit if you want to mellow out after a long day. Thanks so much for your help Lili! :)

Showed up after my order being confirmed only to find out that it was not available they did not honor the price that my product rung up as , manager simply said that thier website made a mistake on thier end and that she wasnt going to honor it and could not give a explanation why

Came into Noxx for my first time today after getting out of work. Got there 20 minutes before closing and the staff were all so welcoming and patient. I had so many questions about all the new products I hadnt seen before. Joey was especially patient and really took the time to suggest a variety of products. Customer service is always great here, but the couple times that I did order prepacked cannabis flower. The pictures that are provided online of what the flower looks like is not what came in the bag. (Doggy Bag) (KaI Gastro Pop). Otherwise great knowledgeable people and atmosphere. And now this comment under my statement is just encouraging me to download an app like that’s going to fix the issue of false advertising……. I will only recommend people to come here for good conversation not for quality product.

My account was mixed up twice. I was ver surprised they didnt offer something like a free lighter for my time and the mix up. Generally my visits are pleasant and friendly Abraham was great! He just wasnt sure what was going on with my account but got two managers and fixed the problem.

Went in today for the first time looking for deals, waiting on a paycheck so low on funds. Russel(l) was the kindest person I’ve run across in a while. It’s amazing how much one stranger can make a difference in someone’s life by helping someone else. Thanks so much Russell I owe you one!

Their system is always glitching online which has been an issue with the customers for about a year now, they need to get it together and figure it….And their employees want to be extra rude, When you’re upset when the total is not the same as it is online…..

Brittany is GREAT! Also has great recommendations and makes sure I got the best deals. even if they didn’t have something I want she is great about recommending other comparable products. The minus one is start is ONLY BECAUSE parking sucks at the Plainfield store and someone needs to monitor the parking lot. Almost every time I am asked for change or weed. It’s GR so I am use to it but if you got the security there might as well utilize them. Whole time security was just hanging out chilling with the girl at the counter. Thanks again for the discounts and dope service.

They never stack my med discount with my loyalty points which is annoying because my home location on 28th st always does this. Bud tender sold me on moon juices’s new packaging for their prerolls and I knew I should have stuck to my guns and got the original 20 pack box but I went on a limb and he sold me on the fact it came with a lighter. Opened it up and ALL of the prerolls were bent and not suitable to even smoke. Very disappointed with this location. I’ll stay at 28th budd

The rewards points is very very very helpful. Who just doesnt want to earn points buying the things you love. Pickup times are very fast. Overall great place for me. I highly recommend.

Ive been going here for a bit and they have some great products but some pretty lousy budtenders. Today was by far the worst with Maddison, she clearly had no idea what she was doing and double charged my girlfriends card. They were less than helpful when we called to resolve the issue.

Macy was super helpful with getting my order together. Everyone there that I’ve interacted with have been really nice and helpful.
