From out of town and this is the 4th (and last) cigar lounge I’ve checked out this weekend. First, the humidor is incredible! Amazing selection and the prices are outstanding!!! Second, Sponge was the guy working today and the customer service was phenomenal from beginning to end! For an avid cigar smoker, I cannot say enough good things about this lounge. The lounge itself is a huge space with free coffee and water, plenty of seating, great ventilation and a tv if interested! Thanks so much for the incredible hospitality- I will be back!

Conner is the very best! I’ve always shopped at the alpine store but when he said he was switching stores I had to as well!

Just left the store after buying a few cigars and couldnt be more impressed. Brennan should be the employee standard. Friendly, informative, and understanding. Even took the time out to point out that they had a lounge that I was unaware of. Theres not a lot of employees out there anymore that put the effort in to know the details of their job like he did. Cant wait to come back and burn a stick.

@CORPORATE Hi, I was in there(Plainfield) a couple weeks ago, and purchased a container of Bruton Scotch Nasal Snuff and just wanted to ask, should it really be retail priced at $38.99??? Still have receipt. Its been really bugging me because that seems absurd, since other brand American snuffs(Garrett, tops) in town are like $15.I will change/delete this review to positive upon either answer, as it was I that bought it and chose to, but *really doubt it should be that much. The brennan(?) guy I asked couldve cared less; yup, ID. Figured Id ask someone who cared and knew for sure. Thanks;)

I love how knowledgeable the employees always are! They have a great attitude with the willingness to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase while continuously answering any and all of your questions! If they dont carry what you are looking for or are just out of stock, they will offer to write it down for the next order, and offer to give you a call when it comes in if you are willing to share your phone number with them! I highly recommend them!

Literally walked in and was asked to leave no longer will I go there and telling all my friends to quit going hope you go out of business

In from out of town and these guys are awesome. Good selection. Knowledgeable staff. Great customer service.Bought a bottle that had a bad lid and ended up dumping a quarter on the juice out on my lap. Brought it back in and they replaced it without hassle. Highly recommend!

The store is always clean no matter how busy they are, most of the staff is friendly ( all but 1 lady who is almost always rude, I think shes now a manager too 🤐) they have a great selection of just about everything. The only complaint is if you need kratom u are waiting a lifetime even when they are not busy; literally will stand there talking with u standing there, if Gage is working u get quick service so Im always happy when hes there!

Great service! Except the fact that I purchased an item and they didnt put it in my bag. I went back to get it after I noticed because I PAID for it and didnt get what I paid for and they refused to give it to me, so in the end its bad service to have someone pay for something,not give it to them and then refuse to give it to them when asked. Wont be going back anytime soon.

Always pleasant and friendly in there. For reasons unclear to everyone in the store today, sellers and buyers, all registers were down and no transactions could be completed. I dont know if some IT wizard was doing an update in the middle of the business day or there was some other issue. Whatever the case, the staff was not advised of anything and left to apologize to everyone who walked in. Not fair to staff...and inconvenient to customers. Management take note wherever you are!

The staff is always very friendly and always helpful. Their products are far superior to the other shop a few doors down. Even there inexpensive stuff is of a better quality than most. I would highly recommend them

This particular store is $10 dollars cheaper than other Wild Bills locations for the juice that I normally buy. These guys and gals are always on point ! Knowledgeable and very friendly! Large selection of Vapes, Juices, Coils and other smoking needs!! I drive way outta my way just to go to this particular store! Like I was saying other Wild Bills locations charge $24.99 for a 100ml bottle where as here its $14.99! Thats worth the extra couple miles! I definitely would recommend!!

I was in the store on 2/15 to grab my wife some juice and coils. I also was able to buy myself a new device as well due to the fantastic service and recommendations provided by Gaige. This place has good selections but are very deceptive in their hiring practices. They post fake job listings for management postions which are not really there. They also offer no insurance or benefits for a company of over 500 employees. Avoid employment with them. You can get a higher hourly rate working at McDonalds

Incredible staff. I could write quite a bit about the ridiculously low prices but I’m guna focus on the staff here... fricken amazing team! Helpful, kind, and from my many visits I’d even go as far as saying just flat out genuine, caring human beings. Love this location, but the people working at it I love even more. 10/10 customer service. These other shops out here need to step they game up!

Used to shop here all the time. At least twice to three times per month I was in there. Bought a vape pen that was defective. Brought back w/in 30 days, which the product manual states to do. Was told that was wrong and can’t return. I explained I just wanted to exchange for a working unit. Was told that wasn’t their policy and not their problem. This was from the corporate store manager. I’ve been lied to about products their by employees ... just dumb stuff too. And to top it all off ... the company price gouges. This location has super competitive prices but same company on Alpine Ave. charges dbl. bc there is no direct competition around like there is on Northland Dr. I was also lied to, staff is stating all are individually owned, which is not true. Will never shop any location ever. No idea what customer service is & generally dishonest! Avoid at all costs.

Nice quality cheap machine blown glass water pieces. They could use a better selection of reclaim catches, ash catchers , and knuckle connectors to customize and make your purchase function at optimum efficiency. The staff has always been very helpful.

The only place we go for our tobacco and vaping products. Nice selection of liquids and the best prices we have found.Also, theyre very concerned with customer satisfaction.. disliked a few items and have had no problem getting a replacement. They are knowledgeable regarding their products and know what to recommend based on your personal preference and their experience.

I bought a steam roller from this shop after being sent from their other shop on Kalamazoo being told from the first shop that this shop would have a larger selection. I was informed at this shop that they all order the exact same pieces so there would be no variety so I settled on a basic fumed roller with only a small bit of detailing at the ends and immediately after getting home during its first use glass detail pieces started falling off showing that the glassblower rushed through making the piece and did not take his time to make sure he melded them in correctly, it also showed me that the shop does not inspect their pieces very well. I called them today and they told me that even though they sold me a defective poorly melded piece that the best they could do is offer me $3 in coupons, a joke in my eyes. I informed them that I would be giving them a 1* review for lack of the skill of their blowers they purchase from, their inability to right their defective piece, and their lack to inspect their pieces to ensure that I dont have a piece thats falling apart within an hr of leaving their shop. Also one of the only head shops Ive been to that wont haggle, full price for poorly formed pieces

Every time I come in here the staff is always super helpful and friendly. Its obvious they love their jobs and it shows the place is really clean as well and the smoking accessories has no end. I even found a glass filter today for rolled ciggarettes and at a price you wont get from the manufacturers website I even checked. So if youre thinking about stopping in theyll have whatever youre looking for more than likely otherwise they dont mind ordering it for you. Best smoke shop around 🤙

Definitely great customer service. Every time I need recommendations on juice, or other products Im givin the best advice. They help you with any problem you may have with your device. Definitely one of the best places for advice. Specially if your new to vaping. Overall great place with great employees.

Friendly greeting upon entry, and inquired if I had any questions. Admiral has lost my business for life,all to often failing to keep product on their shelves. The Wild Bills tubes are the best I have used so far, getting tobacco to the end curing the lost hot cherry dropping.Prices and specials are also very nice.

I’m disappointed. I bought two 120 ml from here today in the discount section and the juice literally has zero flavor and now I have two unwanted 120 ml and I’m out $40.00. I was encouraged to go there instead of gr eliquid and I definitely won’t be going back...

Absolutely a joke. Workers behind the glass are stoned all day and don’t help at all AND they sell to minors! Need to be checked out. Go down the street to the tobacco Shoppe! Need to rethink your pricing on your bubbles. How can you offer a 25% discount on water pipes but yet say that a bubbler is not one pertaining to the discount. My opinion bad business practice

I will never shop at this store again. The manager Cam Hendry is a very dishonest person who lied to me to get me to buy a discontinued product that was not supported by refills. When I found out (the next day) I went in and asked for my money back because he chumped me into the purchase. He said there was nothing wrong with and they will not give me my money back.. When I asked him why he would ,after asking for his advise on what product to buy, advise me to purchase a discontinued unsupported product. He told me that the refills are available and he will have them in stock and that the product is available. Well they are not so I was lied to again. None of the W.B. stores have the particular refill available. except on a rare occasion. Now I see that they have a promotional sign on this product encouraging unknowing customers to buy this product knowing full well that they will not be supported. Stay away ,corrupt on many levels.

Called ahead and talked to a kid that assured me information about a product they have. I questioned a specific point about a part being included with a product- he once again assured me the part is included. I drove 20 minutes, when I got there the part was in fact not included, they do not carry it- all he could say was, My bad- I thought they did. Thats my bad. No kidding. Didnt offer to do anything for me, not order the part, nothing.These guys dont know their products, and dont care if they waste a customers time and money.Plenty of tobacco and vape shops. Go elsewhere, these guys are idiots.

Really friendly cashiers that were also very helpful and knowledgeable about the items they sell. If you check before you go you can get some really awesome deals.

Friendly staff, vape shipments come in on Tuesdays, huge discounts on Wednesdays, prices are reasonable, they dont have products that are 20% higher than other vape shops like I see other vape shops do. Always a quick in and out here, no lines practically ever.

The women working in the morning on Halloween 2020 are not nice or accommodating. I bought a vape pen base that was defective yesterday, I brought it back for an exchange today, but there was nothing they could do about it. Sounds like some Wild Bills**t to me. My girlfriend just turned 21 and was denied her purchase because they said it was a fake ID. She even had her temporary license. Even threatening to take her ID if she wouldn’t leave immediately. Would not recommend going to this location, I know I won’t be!

Their prices are high, they do have a great selection of products but can get most cheaper other places not all their stuff is convenient a lot of things involve multiple pieces! Other wise friendly staff and clean business!

This place is still awesome to come to for vaping questions and juice.As a reminder for FDA Regulations, they are not allowed to touch anything of yours related to vaping. If you know generally what is wrong, they can still help you. They can no longer look around to see what is wrong.

Im a frequent cigar smoker and came out to check out the lounge since most places are closed on Sundays and they have a lot of great and wonderful cigars although I noticed a lot of cigars were dried out and the wrappers were cracking and falling apart, some had mold starting to come up on the cigars. It was disappointing because I was excited from some of the harder to find smokes they had but disappointed by the condition of the humidor.

Im so in love with this store and their selection. So much to choose from and very helpful. I love this place. Highly recommended. 21+.

Best selection of vape supplies in Alpena but sorely lacking juice selection anf brand variation. Its Smok only and thats a trap too many vape suppliers fall into. Smoks coils burn out very quickly.

The product was marked 9$ then they worked proceeded to tell me it was 10$ ,he ended up charging me11.99$. Only to get home and see they covered up a 7 $ tag . Very sneaky with there priceing and what they try to charge you without you noticing.
