I am sad to say the customer service is awful or nonexistent. I purchased an item that was rather pricey. A few visits and several phone calls inquiring on accessories and not a single reply. I could have ordered it off the internet, but I believe in supporting local businesses. I am old school, I also believe in customer service. This is not the first smoke shop in this area that I’ve been less than thrilled to have entered. I hate to say it, but back in my day any head shop you walked into always had a good vibe. Isn’t that the whole point, after all? I do highly recommend the Glass Money as I still feel that old school vibe there. Unfortunately this time they did not have what I was looking for. Next time I will wait until they do. In the meantime, I will order the rest of the parts off the internet and never enter or recommend this shop again… ✌️

I’ve been to every smoke shop in Green Bay and they have the best selection of glass out of any store. They don’t charge you hundreds of dollars for china glass like everyone else is doing which is why I respect them so much. They even have a really nice “Heady” section with functional pieces that could be used as art

Not bad for my first time stopping here. But the workers could be less awkward and a little helpful. I expect to be provided good service when buying from businesses. 4/5 stars for now. Will go again. Since I live close by this is the closest one to me.

Used to be my fav shop! I was a frequent flyer since they opened! Unfortunately they don’t really stand by their products! TEST ANY THING and EVERYTHING battery or power operated before purchase!! Even if you have been in there a million times!!!

Not only does the name of the place rock, the place is so quiet it becomes a glass art museum. The quality and variety of glasswork was amazing. I entered the store to buy delta 10; amazed by the variety of options I found myself confronted by choices I never imagined from my experience in my last State. I highly recommend you go here, but be quiet, its a museum just as much as it is a vape and smokeshop.

Always fast friendly service. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and will take the time to educate patrons. Fantastic products on display throughout for the 420 friendly community.

They sell junk. Thats why their prices are so low. Donr bother buying any vape products. They dont last past the first charge. Ive bought 2 and they wont warrantee them, even the day after.

Some really cool things to look at, worker was attentive and very knowledgeable. They were able to answer any questions we had and we felt satisfied and like they were giving good recommendations.

Vary well organized at put together well. the people who set everything did a very good job and must have been working very hard to get it ready up and going. Congratulations on the successful business.
