Edit - per the owner reply below I went back and owner made it right. Changed my rating and opinion based on this.Do not buy from here! Sell bad batteries and then won’t exchange. Employee advised me that a lot of the battery I bought have been brought back for same reason, but wouldn’t exchange for a new one. Essentially selling bad batteries and not standing behind their product. This is closest store to my house and would have come back over and over, but won’t ever be back now.

Jeff is an amazing guy who has helped me out with my daughters & my phones & many people Ive referred him to so many times that I couldnt even begin to count how many! Jeff is the kind of guy that if he doesnt know off hand how to fix a problem then hell find out anyway he can so you never leave the store not knowing whats wrong ! Ive even had to call the store because I wasnt able to get there before closing & hes done the best he can to talk me through what the problem is or might be & if its something he has to do at the store. iSupply is a great place to go & very friendly employees! I recommend them to everyone!

The sales associate was very nice and went out of his way to help me out. I brought my iPhone to have the rear camera replaced. They did not have one in stock at the west side location so he ran for he east side to have it for me the next day.After dropping my phone off to get the camera fixed it turned out that the person before messed something up and the associate at iSupply fixed someone’s else mistake for me and did not charge for a new camera. He could have easily replaced it without me knowing and charged me for the camera. He we super helpful, honest, and nice. Will go back if I ever have any other problems in the future.

I am not impressed. I went to have the back glass repaired and when I got it back the face detection and buttons didn’t all work. They were fully aware but would “look into it”. Later the back started to fall off. I wouldn’t trust them with big repairs related to the iPhone as they really just don’t know what they are doing.

Don’t get anything fixed here. The owner Joe was rude and did not try to make things right. He was to concerned about his loss and the money out of his pocket. Took a MacBook in to get screen fixed. Saw Greg who wrote me a Sales Order, NOT an estimate. Cost was $300 with $40 deposit. They kept my computer for almost a week and then Joe called and said it would be $520 and not $300. I told him that I was not given an estimate, but a written SALES ORDER and Quote, which was legally binding. He did not care or apologize. He should have eaten the cost but did not and on top of that said it wasn’t $300 or $520, but now $550! He kept arguing that it was an estimate but he cannot fight over his own document that clearly says it is a Sales Order and quote. He kept coming back with excuses and he said, she said. Don’t go to this place. Don’t trust them. He didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize or make it right! If I could give them zero starts I would. Don’t go.

The staff here was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable about repairing apple products. Thats about the only good thing I can say about this place.I took my ipod (5th gen) in to get fixed after the home button got stuck in the down position. At first they quoted me a reasonable price to get it fixed and said theyd call me when they had it done the next day. After never receiving a call I stopped there on my own only to find out that the battery was shot on my ipod. Wasnt broke when I took it there...In the end my home button was never fixed but rather the mechanic told me he got it working while he had it open. They were nice and only charged me half of what they quoted me.While I would not go here again myself I have been told that if you have a cracked screen, they do good repairs for that.

Very helpful! During my search to get my camera fixed on my Samsung Edge 6 I had gone into isupply a number of times. There was always a new staff member willing to help answer my questions. Some people might consider that a negative. I consider it a major positive. If every single staff member was courteous and knowledgeable then it didnt really matter who I was speaking with each time. My camera was fixed quickly and for less than what was quoted to me. The best part is that it works great. The bad part is that I wish I wouldve done it the first time I stopped in to check them out.

Heavens Touch had I Suply repair a PS3. Did an AWESOME job and the price was excellent. I Supply was quick at the repair and I trust them, they walk in honesty and integrity. I dropped off PS3 at Bay Park Square location and had it back to me in 2 days. WOW!!! I would highly recomend I Supply- giving them 5 Stars+

I locked myself out of my iPhone. I had just bought the iPhone. I was very stressed out about it because every place I went to couldn’t figure it out and connecting it to iTunes wouldn’t help. The guy originally told me it’s take an hour, I came back it wasn’t fixed because the process didn’t work the first time. He eventually told me that he’d keep trying and to not give up. 2 days later I went to pick up my phone and he got it unlocked and fixed for free because it took them longer than I was told. Thank you so much I really appreciate it!!

Awesome experience. Fixed my boys XBox in 1 day. Really good guys. Professional, reasonable, and a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Took my phone in to get the screen repaired. Shortly afterwards, my phone stopped charging. I brought it to the cellcom repair lab and they told me that screws were removed and to call isupply because when the screen was replaced, the technician must have screwed with something. When I called, the employee on the phone was extremely rude telling me that they haven’t done anything and to blame cellcom. I took it in to Batteries Plus to find out what actually happened with my phone. I foundd out that isupply ruined my phone even more. While it was getting repaired, the technician working on the phone took out 8 screws that were in my phone and removed all three of the protective layers within the phone. Causing my charging port to be damaged explaining why it was unable to be charged. The technician that fixed my phone said that if my phone would have been dropped, everything in my phone would have been shattered making it junk. PSA: GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Was not worth having to pay $115 for a problem that wasn’t even my fault.

I went to iSupply + Vape/Boost Mobile yesterday evening. After having one of the most Negative experiences at Boost Mobile 1906 Main St (located by Little Caesars) this experience left me shocked, upset and on the verge of tears. When I walked in the store (located at isupply +vape/boost) I was immediately greeted by an associate named Greg. I told him what had happened to me at the other Boost location and was extremely upset. He was incredibly kind, compassionate and empathetic to my situation. He continued to help my out with both of my phones lines with Boost. He pulled up my account properly reviewed everything and even informed me an upgrade I had available (the other store didnt even take the time our couresety to pull up my account) Greg took his time trouble shooting my sons broken phone and explaining ALL of my options. I felt comfortable and confident in Gregs knowledge. My experience was wonderful and this was only because the level of customer care I received from Greg.If you are in the area looking for any cell supplies or a Boost Mobile customer I highly recommend this location.To Boost- Gregs level of customer care was more than exceptional. Got my iPhone 6s screen repaired at Main Street by Jeff and Greg. It was done in less than an hour and they even gave me a discount on a new case with the repair. I highly recommend them!

Reccomend visiting on weekdays. But awesome place for vape supplys. Most dont seem to know they sell vape gear. But they do! House juice is limited. But PREMIUM! very good! Prices are more than fair! Owner is an awesome guy! Hes not just there to make money. Hes honest with you! I know nothing about the phone side of this business.

These people steal money. I went to get some vape supplies but they didn’t work so I went back to get my money back and this guy said he sent the refund through my debit card and I never saw the money in my account. SCAMMERS! never coming back!!
