Johnny Vapes

This is my go to place for vapes. They have competitive pricing and a wide selection. They are always getting new brands and flavors in, which is obviously a huge plus. Great variety for disposables and mods. The staff are always friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have, or help you find a flavor that suits what youre looking for. They also have testers for all disposables, which is nice. That way you can make sure you like a particular brand/flavor, before buying it. I suggest testing out your purchase before leaving though, which they have no issue with. I have had a couple duds and even had a disposable filled with the wrong flavor juice. Neither of which are the shops fault. If theres something wrong with an item, theyll let you swap for another one, as long as you havent left the shop. Stop in and check them out. ****EDIT from 5 stars to 3**** I switched from disposables to a pod system a few months ago, which I purchased from here. I started purchasing my juices from here as well obviously. 30ml bottles for $30+, which I discovered was a complete rip off. Other places such as Tundra sell 2 30ml bottles for $25. I could understand if they were at least close in price, but to get 2 bottles for less than the price of 1 is pretty disappointing. Ive been taking my business elsewhere recently.

They have the friendliest employees of any of the vape stores Ive gone to. They will help you decide what you need what you want, etc.Very patient. Very nice and clean store.

I hope the owners read this because I’m going to tell you why I prefer to buy my vapes from the man at the gas station . This is simple … I find it frustrating to provided my last name then spell it out for a rewards program that I don’t get rewards for because I do the buy 2 get one deal . .. stop asking for me last name when what I’m buying doesn’t apply to rewards . You have lost a lot of money from me sinces I found a less annoying purchase exp . I’m not the only one that finds it irritating to spell out our last name for rewards that don’t apply. I don’t want to be mean but it’s moronic

Clean and exciting store design, quality products, competitive pricing, and compassionate customer service have made me a return customer year after year.I recently was in need of a new vape and Jason at the east side location was more than helpful. He went through every specification I cared about on every model that I was looking at. He gave his honest opinion on the devices he owned as well. I was able to purchase my best vape yet and am enjoying it very much.Thank you for taking the extra time with me Jason! I will be back for more!

Honestly? This place is great. I love that its not overwhelming in the least. The employees are always so welcoming and inviting. I appreciate that when youre making a decision they arent watching over you or just standing there waiting for you, you have the opportunity to wander off and find what youre looking for. No pressure.This is kind of customer service is valuable to me and the way my mind works!

Johnny Vapes is moving up on my favorite smoke shops. They have a nice open setting. The employees are friendly, helpful, but also not hovering. The employees also have so much knowledge about their products which I love. The choices of disposables are different and some of them I havent seen around so it was cool to see the variety!They also are pretty chill, got drinks and such on hand. Theres some couches in there too. Their prices are reasonable for sure!

It is a good place. Most of the employees are knowledgeable and super friendly, but there have been one or two that practically ignored me when I walk in. Which was kind of frustrating when I would ask a question, and promptly get blown off. I enjoyed the majority of the staff to keep going back though. Their good employees definitely make up for those one or two that give you problems. At least in my opinion.

This shop is so awesome! Great vibe and employees are super helpful. Love that you have the ability to test vapes before purchase! They provide you with a napkin with cleaner to clean the mouth piece before you try. Truly an amazing shop!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’m an out-of-towner just looking for a disposable. Staff gave a perfect recommendation for my icy mint preference. Then we played ping pong. It was awesome.

This place is literally the best place for vape in all of Green Bay. I actually live in Georgia, but I’m a truck driver that works out of GB, and I’ve been to a lot of vape shops all over the country. This is hands down, my favorite of them all. They’re always willing to take their time with you to figure out what juice, hardware, product, etc works best for you and your preferences. They’re also willing to give you the best value for what you’re looking for and they don’t try to sell you something just because it costs more. This is my go to shop every time I’m in Green Bay.

Ive been going here for 3 years and have not had a bad experience. Anytime Ive had a question they have been more than willing to help or point me in the right direction. Compared to the other local vape shops, I choose to go here because of the customer service. Not saying they are perfect, but they have never been rude to any customers or myself while I have been there.

@Johnny Vapes staff: Learn your products. This store location is convienent for me but I wont go again.The last two times I was in I purchased 2x bottles of my normal juice and 1x bottle of a new flavor .Each time I clearly explained that I do not want menthol.On purchase one, the new flavor was menthol. On visit two I explained what happened the first time and asked the attendant to make absolutely sure the new flavor I picked wasnt menthol.Just now I topped off my vape from the different bottle and... menthol.Getting a 100% incorrect answer to a very simple question is kind of mind blowing. And taking a surprise hit of menthol is irritating enough to drive 2x the distance to any shop other than Johnny Vapes.

Cole was an excellent representative of the company. He quickly provided me with the things I needed. Very friendly and very respectful service. Prices are better than the competition too! Highly recommend.

I was traveling and need a good shop to grab a new coil and juice. The guys here are excellent and gave me exceptional service. I was worried at first it wouldn’t be anything like my good shops back home but I was every bit wrong. If I ever come back through I’ll for sure swing by and if you haven’t been, you should.

One year smoke free for my wife and I! This place has a welcoming vibe that other vape locations dont. The owners and employees are relaxed and never try to hard sell you. The quality of their mods and selection of their juices are top notch. They are always more than willing to tell you about the new flavors and keep you up to date on the newest technology. The general manager Adam has helped everyone Ive sent there open their eyes to what the vaping community is all about. I highly recommend anyone who is a long time Vaper or curious about vaping in general to stop on down. Their guys will take care of you!

Outstanding customer service and excellent products at affordable pricing. I have been to every shop in town and none of them compare to Johnny Vapes. I have been a customer here since they opened. I have yet to find a place that even comes close to their service and quality products.

This place is always a pleasure to stop by. Everyone is ALWAYS eager to help explain the different liquids and accessories. I recommend this store to anyone in the area. This IS my shop away from home since Im not from Green Bay. Keep on keeping on.

Workers are awsomeee always willing to help and never act like you are a pain. They are very helpful. And they know alot about the juices they sell and the vape mods and tanks they are selling. It made my experience alot better and all the taste testing for only 25 cents. Cant beat that.

Great place to go you try different vapes and they can tell you different ones you might like then. I learned alot about vaping from them from juice to modes to mesh coils salted juice what would be better for what mode you have. Give him a chance you might be surprised. To what you find out how much they know and they might have it at another store. They can order things for you. They ordered things and had it sent to my son at his house that he couldnt find at other stores but he knew was out there. My son got it in 2 days and was so happy. He gets into all that making building his own coils or what ever the things are called you put in there. I just know when to change my tank. He made me up a bunch of tanks so I dont have to worry about learning how to do that. Thankful for him. Johnny Vapes will go through it all for you their that nice about it. Not many will do that. They were out if Boulder cartridges a month ago and it took a week to get them in. The guy behind the counter told me I had to go to the other location to get them .. on the other side of town... Today they open at 9 and I arrived at 9:12, the open sign is on and there is a not on the door back in 5 and the door is locked.... I left at 9:27.... GRRRRRRRR! Im out of vaping fluid... I wish my job would let me close the store whenever I wanted.... Very frustrating!!! Guess I need to find a new vape ship!!!

Great place, always have new juices to try, always sticking with the newest best mods. A friendly welcoming staff. Easily one of the best vape stores I have visited in a while.

The customer service has ALWAYS been great. I have never felt rushed in and out with any of the employees. The products have been top tier and I personally have never had an issue!

They told me to buy a mod and tank, and I would be vape god. Now I am. I vape use all day now. Friends even tell my I am vape god. I cloud like drogon. My only regret is not leaving my number.
