I was in on Saturday about 10:30 . The young lady who helped me was fantastic. She explained so many things and was so helpful. People like her are why I have been a customer for almost ten years. I am sorry I didnt get her name but she was the best person I have dealt with there.

Despite having numerous locations, we always go to this one. We have gotten to know the staff and they have gotten to know us. We always have a few good laughs and they are very good and getting us the products we need. We also love that they are so educated and can help us with our questions. Their loyalty program cannot be beat!

Came in for a quick coil grab. Asked about a new side product.11/10 The kind counter attendee was super knowledgable. Knew the topical meme or two I dropped. Most importantly, the recommendations were awesome.11/10. Would fly Vapin USA Airlines again.

Called ahead to see if they had a product for a specific price. Remembered me by my phone call when I came in later and pulled exactly what I was looking for almost immediately. No time wasted except to make me feel invited and welcome, and all this coming from a staff person recently hired. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The Guys in there are Great! Very thorough with the process of helping me find what I want. And when I came in a month later because my MOD was having some technical difficulties they went ahead and found the solution to the problem expeditiously to make sure that I was satisfied with what I had. 10 out of 10 recommendation for anyone looking for a trusted Vape shop in the area.

Simple outlet for a small selection of quality e-cigarette equipment and accessories. Staff has been helpful and friendly during my visits, but they are very busy and Ive had to wait at least a few minutes to be helped each time I go even if I just need fluid. There is a bar where you are allowed to sample as many of the extreme variety of flavors as you like.After some more experience with the outlet, Ive noticed that they have problems keeping things in stock. The first time I went they didnt have a single starter kit, and I had to wait a few weeks for wicks to come in.They sell knockoff equipment for genuine prices.

Over the last few years their equipment and service has become a lot better. Theyre all very knowledgeable and seem to know their equipment which is a plus. I really like the fact they can make a house blend or even customize it if you want.

Dropped in the Oneida location today. Having a small problem that I figured was an error on my own part. Service member Dylan was great! Very knowledgeable on all the products and very friendly. Dylan took my device apart, kept good conversation during the entire visit and even shared a few laughs! With in a few minuets it was back to smooth operation! Dylan turned a bit of frustration in to a fun and laugh filled environment, put a positive spin on my day. Way to go Dylan! Always a great place to go, you won’t be disappointed! Wheather you need a product or just a good laugh, rest assured you will find the best service and a great environment!

Very professional and educational! Best trained in this industry. Best prices in Green Bay for vape products, with a large selection of juice and products. There is a testing bar for liquids and it is set up in a very user friendly manner. 100% recommend this place over others. You know what your vaping and they will always do everything they can for you.

My go to store for my vape supplies. Friendly and helpful staff make sure I have what I need and will even check with other locations to find what I need.

Dont let the fact that Vapin USA is a chain turn you away from going there. Their customer service is on point and their prices are very competitive with not only the other shops in the area but with online as well. They have even stood behind product for me that I didnt even buy from them. That kind of service goes a long way!

I just started vaping literally 2 days ago in a attempt to quit smoking,two days zero cigarettes! But I digress,the store is well laid out and clean,but the staff is what makes it! Very very friendly,knowledgeable,polite,professional!I was helped by a young lady short hair tattoos,incredibly helpful! Sorry I don’t look at the name tag,I also went to there location on the other side of town and that was the same experience.sure the prices might be a tad more then online but I think it’s imparitive to support local brick and mortars,and in reality your talking a very small increase,you can get your questions answered right away see what your buying,just a better experience.keep up the great work!

Every time I go to this store, I wish I had gone to the east side location or ordered online instead. The staff seems irritated that there are customers. I went last week (out of convenience), and I had to ask the guy to repeat himself multiple times, because he couldnt be bothered to actually speak instead of mumbling. Sorry for trying to spend money at your store. 🤷‍♀️

I have been to a lot of Vape stores in the area. But hands-down this is the best one around. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. On my most recent visit I had the pleasure of working with an associate by the name of John Nash. His helpfulness and knowledge is the main reason Ill definitely go back here.

Very courteous and helpful staff that are always attentive to their customers. Nice decor and atmosphere (unlike some other vape stores Ive been to in the Fox Valley that give you that uneasy fly by night feeling). Its the only place I go and in my opinion is well worth the drive from Neenah.

Always busy when I go there, but they are quick and friendly. I love the Evolution menthol flavors. I live 2 hours north and order online and it only takes one or two days to get my order.

Out of towner, stopped in for coils. Fast friendly service. No up selling or gimmicks. Nice place. Good flavor testing setup with 30-40 flavors within reach of each of the bar style chairs.

Awesome customer service! All the vapin USA I have been to have patient approachable staff that will help you get what you need. If your new to this which I was dont be afraid to ask alot of questions and you may not get it right the first time but the staff will definitely guide you especially if your trying to quick smoking like I was. I used the vape shop to help me taper away from smoking by starting with the highest nicotine and slowly digressing.

The store on Oneida street has exceptional customer service !!!! My suorin vape device didn’t work TWICE ! And twice I was given new device plus extra fluid for my time and trouble driving back to the shop. This is as it should be but now a days sadly, it is usually not the case and the customer isn’t treated right. So I just wanted to mention that I apprcieated the outstanding service I got !!!!5/16GREAT GREAT GREAT this one isn’t working either !!!! Thrird freaking time !!! I’m done getting my money back first thing in am !

Was helpful and friendly hard to find tho a little tucked away in a small building prices I’d say are far. Was it worth my two hour drive? No I’d rather see a vapin USA locally so I didn’t have to travel. They really wouldn’t have any competition here at all and would make lots of money here in Escanaba mi

They had good service but I felt cheated, because the 2 juices I bought looked like they were tampered with. I didnt notice that both the seals where broken. When I dripped one of the juice that I bought (Bolt), it does not have that strong peppermint taste and the juice was an orange tint. I have bought Bolt from other vendors around Green Bay and Fox valley before and had never seen it this color. I feel they put addatives to juices to make a bigger profit. How sad, that one of our local shops would do such a thing! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!

Been a customer at Vapin Usa stores for well over a year, and I always recommend it. Staff is nice, helpful and very well versed in the products they sell. The store is always clean, and when you walk in, its not fill of smoke like you find in other stores in the area.

Staff is always friendly and quick to help. They have a good flavor testing station and their staff is very helpful. They suggested a rig and it stuck. 2 months without a cigarette thanks to their suggestion.

It wasnt a comfortable place to go into. It was like walking into a phone store and the salesman come right up to you and crowd you. They also give bad feedback towards problems.
