The customer service experience was great and they made sure I was comfortable at every point. My first appointment with them I didn’t have the exact experience I was looking for due to communication differences between myself and the massage therapist. They were more than helpful to correct the situation and even brought me back in for a completely massage. They truly provide the utmost of excellence with their customer service and quality of care. I will definitely be returning.

I have had 2 massages at Massage Envy in Ashwaubenon.My first experience was bad. I paid for a 90 minute massage & added the foot massage as an enhancement. The gal doing my service was bad!! She spent most of the time doing acupressure. If I wanted that kind of service, I would have asked for it or gone elsewhere. Her strokes were not fluid. They were short & fast. Not relaxing. As for the enhancement, why bother? She did practically nothing but put lotion on my feet. BUT THE WORST PART, SHE FARTED DURING MY SESSION!!! I heard it & then smelled it. No apology or any acknowledgement from her. SO GROSS!!!My 2nd massage was better. But I will keep trying different masseuses until I find the right one for me.

I booked an appointment last Tuesday or Wednesday for a facial & massage with hesitation because the one other time I’d been there the woman I had did not stop talking the whole 60 minutes. It was not relaxing, enjoyable or even a good massage. Also, was pushed in to a year contract that I had to beg to get canceled. I got called in to work for 6 am Monday morning & missed my appointments. I was charged for the services I did not receive due to something completely out of my control. So all in all, this place is not good at all.

Great atmosphere, friendly welcoming staff. Theresa is an amazing massage therapist - she listens to any concerns or goals, personalizes the sessions, and then really puts the time and energy into the massages. I always feel relaxed and rejuvenated after my appointments :)

My massage experience has been wonderful. Ive requested Kate twice and just scheduled my 3rd massage w/ her.

My first time at a Massage Envy and it won’t be my last. We were in the area for a ladies night and my cousin made reservations for massages. It was fabulous!! I had Kourtie and she did an amazing job. This was such a wonderful experience! I have a horribly bad back and nerve damage. I feel like a million dollars. Thank you so much!

Had a birthday massage with Courtney and I had the best massage I have ever had!! I added an enhancement and my chronic pain melted away! Ty Courtney!

Booked an hour massage on-line for the one day I am off call for the next two weeks online through the google maps link. Arrived 15 min early only to find out they have no record of my booking and nothing available.I was told by the desk this is common.Sorry but if this is common and management isn’t fixing the problem I clearly need to find a new company that cares about customers.To be clear, I don’t blame the desk personnel. Horrible unsatisfactory experience. I advise never book online and call directly. Booking app is a joke.

Very good experience. We were welcomed at the door and got a full hour massage after filling out our paperwork. Had a couples massage, which was nice. I got deep tissue ad my wife got a relaxation massage. They have a nice waiting area in the main area, and behind the main door. The staff was friendly and the massage therapists were very good. I would have no hesitations recommending this place to friends and family.

Overall after issues were brought to their attention they were great about fixing the issue.I was not sure if I wanted to write a review or not but I thought I would just share my experience( I havent done much with professional massages so this could be as much as my fault as theirs only have been to 2 places) I first went into the location and seemed very processional asked me what I would like them to focus on and let them know about my neck and upper back issues. They did up sell me on a Rapid tension relief. Before I added it to my massage I asked if it would cut into my massage time. They said it would be done prior. I booked an hour. Once I was in the room she let me know it was a 50 minute massage then did the RTR treatment during the massage. So the hour massage I booked was only 40 minute by the time everything was said and done. During the massage they did tell me the one I booked was light pressure but I assumed light pressure at least meant some decent pressure. They did not focus anymore on my back and neck pain as the rest of my body. Basically I feel like in the end I paid $105(after tip because I still wanted to be nice to the masseur as this was not her fault or problem) that I paid an extensive amount to have someone to rub lotion on my skin. Was hoping to come here to have some relief in my neck and upper back but feel as if I wasted my time and money coming here. I dont think that I will be returning and wanted to give everyone else my experience.WANTED TO EDIT.Manager reached out to me and talked to me about my concerns and the issues that I had. I went in for another massage and worked with Mike and had a very good massage with the pressure I required and was overall a professional experience from both Mike and Roland the manager. Will be returning in the future to this establishment.

I’m a medically discharged combat veteran that moved back to hometown of Green Bay and wanted a quality massage for a good price in the Green Bay Area next to my house. Went to massage envy and after my first massage which wasn’t that great for deep tissue they said I could sign up for monthly massages and cancel anytime. Not only was the information I was given incorrect but then when I canceled my membership (that was awful and painful process) they said I had massages credited to me but didn’t tell me I only had had LIMITED time to use them. So not only did I only receive one massage, I had paid for 5 more massages but never received a single massage. So not only are they thieves, but the gentlemen I spoke to was yelling at me, saying I was wrong and ultimately made me cringe at the very thought of them receiving more customers or taking advantage of people who just want to feel better after serving his country and community. Please do not go here, find somewhere else, do your research. Oh and they all need schooling in professionalism. As decorated combat vet I DO NOT ENDORSE THIS COMPANY! And me being in the military has much to do with it, when you live a life of morales and values and then lied to by big business and rudely spoken to. Yes I served unprofessional people so they wouldn’t have to fight. Instead, you grew up to be and unprofessional pompous individual who gets off on cheating and lying to people. And yes, you lied to my wife and I and I will keep making sure no one goes to your location.

Went for one massage and got pressured into signing a six month contract and now 140$ comes out of my account even though they told me they’d put a hold on the account. Sad, now I regret even going in that day.

I’ve been to this location before and it was great; however, this time was a slight disappointment. My 60 minute massage was actually only 50. The massage therapist did an alright job but it was not a smooth massage and what was done on one side of my back was not done on the other- very lop-sided. He did find one large knot but to my surprise when I went to get off the table my back was very tight. I will not be back. I’ll happily pay more for an actual 60 minute massage that leaves me relaxed and muscles loose.Updated- Massage Envy contacted me after seeing my review. While I know they were trying to make it right, I felt they only made excuses. I was informed they communicate the fact the 60 minute massage is actually only 50 minutes with their membership holders but will make a note to also communicate that with non-members. I was also informed they spoke with the massage therapist regarding my “spotty” massage and he indicated I wanted a full body massage so he had to make sure he got to everything. He spent literally about 15 seconds on each leg. It reminded me of when you want a significant other to give you a massage but all they do is squeeze your legs or shoulders a couple times and call it good. They did offer me a free service to make it right, but I declined.

Visiting the area, I saw Mike and Dave for a very troublesome rotator cuff. I walked in with limited range, tight and tweaks of pain. After 2 sessions I have a wider range, tension and knots are released, and feeling way better. I have been to 20 plus locations over 23 years of membership, and this location has depth of therapists. 8 to 10 years plus of hands on experience, and you can make an appointment easily to see your person you want. My home clinic have to text for appointment. No ability to book weeks in advance and few who have 5 plus years of facial or therapist experience. Also did a facial with Katie and was impressed. I already booked time with Dave on the day i had available to sneak in another treatment on my shoulder again. When you have lived with mobility limits for a long time, and Mike and Dave find it, figure out how to make it better ...you make another appointment. !

I’ve had great massages however trying to schedule an appointment is VERY difficult. I understand everyone is struggling with staffing right now, but it has been like that here for at least 8 years. There was an entire year that I had my membership that I never went in because the scheduling was so difficult. I only ended up keeping the membership because I didn’t want to lose all of the money I had spent on credits (almost $700) would love to see them do better with this so they can provide the services their clients are paying for.

I am very picky about my therapist and have chosen Michele, who I see every 2 weeks. Her massage is very relaxing and she can go as deep as I need her to. The room is very inviting and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming!

Ive been coming here at least once a month for the past few years. Michelle always does an amazing job working out my problem areas. I look forward to every massage w her. Audra at the front desk is great for scheduling and very friendly everytime I come in.

Wow… walked out feeling brand new, The stretching session was much needed. Michelle was very professional and knowledgeable. All of the staff were friendly and made the entire experience welcoming. Definitely recommend giving it a try, I’ll be back for sure.

Jenny the receptionist is great! My experience as far as my massage was definitely not what I expected- also it wasnt an hour. Luckily, Jenny gave me my money back and I just left a tip for the guy. I would not recommend going to the gentleman for a deep tissue massage; it was more like touching pressure points? Very disappointed but Jenny did a little damage control. Had Jenny not helped me, I definitely wouldnt ever come back to this place. Thanks Jenny for helping me. You couldnt help that my massage was less than satisfying. But you did help make my experience overall better.

Amanda is AMAZING! My skin is looking and feeling so much better! She is very knowledgeable and has really taught me a lot.The whole appointment process is very efficient being done through text. I’ve never had a bad experience at Massage Envy!

Edited- since posting this review I’ve been contacted by managing staff and while I can’t get behind their marketing strategies and I stand by my complaints. I was very pleased by their personal responses to criticism. I’ve changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars.The front staff was very friendly and my massage therapist was actually great. But. I don’t treat myself to a massage very often and I just want to relax while there... instead every time I turned around someone was pitching something extra... I’m not here for the sales pitch. I just wanna relax while I’m here and not feel pushed by EVERYONE in the building. Ruined my relaxing day. I used to go to a ME in Colorado and never once felt this sales pitch frenzy... won’t be back and won’t recommend to friends.

I had my first massage here this month and I loved that I was made to feel welcome and comfortable as soon as I got there until when I left. The front desk associate and I were basically BFFs by the time I went in for my appointment. Deb was amazing as well, my masseuse. She was so sweet and explained everything so that I understood (why we kept the heat off on the bed due to my pregnancy, etc). I could tell she has been in the business a long time. I was very satisfied. I told the front desk associate that I love to read and that Ive been a bit of a hermit lately, and when I came out of my appointment she has made me a bookmark that she drew a crab on for me. Everything about my experience was awesome and I will be going back.

I typically see Dave for firm pressure massages and he is wonderful! He’s always respectful and he’s responsive to what I need worked on. He will zone in on my knots/tension. I also love that I can text Massage Envy to schedule or cancel sessions. It’s very convenient for me.

Michele is awesome, personalizing the massage experience. She makes a concerted effort to make sure you are comfortable and that the massage is addressing the specific issues that brought you in to see her.I have been seeing Michelle for maybe a year now, no one compares ♥️Bravo, Michele!You are a Master!!! 🌟

Very friendly. Staff is very attentive. Very clean facility.

Therapist are wonderful, office staff couldnt get any worse if they tried. Manager rude and unwilling to make things better. They have no issue taking your money 💲 but getting it back is actually worse than having a tooth pulled without sedation. I feel for the therapist as they are the ones loosing clients.

I’m not too pleased with the availability to get any service each month. I expected the personal side to be more personable and to able to get the same massage therapist each time but so far that hasn’t happened for me. Been going since august 2020. I did sign a year contract, not sure why!, so I’m anxiously waiting for my year to be up to go back to a massage therapist that is on their own to get that personal friendship back and get a great massage!

Never once had a bad experience with the staff. The masseuses are always welcoming and very comforting. I usually get a facial once a month for maintenance and I love it! Since starting my skin has improved majorly!

Massage envy is the best. Their communication is flawless. Pam is the best massage therapist. She’s so good -understands the body so well!! She’s also very personable, has a great memory & is a kind person. She’s also the only woman my boyfriend & I know we’ll fight over; but we’ll also give our time with her to each other if necessary! 😂😂

I loved Massage Envy pre-COVID. I continued paying my membership fee to help a locally owned business survive. Post COVID the service has been horrendous. Canceling appointments day of more than once. Being upset when I couldn’t reschedule during the week between 9 & 5. Calling to change the length of time of an appointment at confirming the time only to be told it’s a different time when I arrive at the appointment. Massage therapists who have long fingernails and crunch candy during your service. I would steer clear. It’s not even close to what it used to be.

Michelle is always very professional and very experienced in her craft. I’m so Thankful to have a therapist that’s is so well educated in her career of the techniques that help manage the issues I have with my arthritis. I enjoy my experience at Massage envy, thank you

I’ve been seeing David for quite a few years. David is excellent at getting my back and shoulders to relax for more than a day or two. He knows all the trigger points that send my back into muscle spasms. I greatly appreciate his knowledge and friendly personality. Thanks David 👍

Im no Stanger to a massage but after 90 minutes with Kaitlin I guess this was my first real massage ever, she did a 5 star treatment to my torn up body and I walked out of there feeling wonderful she did so good and the girl at reception desk was so helpful you have two new members

Pam did an amazing job, listened to my requests pre-massage and followed those requests during the massage. Would certainly recommend her to anyone interested in a deep tissue massage. I had had some hand trauma just a day before with substantial pain…at some point during the massage the pain vanished and remained less acute for a couple hours after!

I have been going for a couple months now and I really enjoy my sessions. Teresa is great - she listens, is intuitive, and has a lot of knowledge.. I might think I know what I want but she knows what my body needs!

The first few times I had nothing bad to say. It was a very nice experience. My normal therapist was no longer there so I tried someone new last month, she was nice, but I left feeling like I came in. So yesterday I went with someone else, a guy, with more deep tissue massage as I was really tense. This was he worst experience I have ever had getting a massage and I have had many!!!! He was rude from the start. He acted like he didnt want to be there. Not once did he ask me how the pressure was or anything. He did not put a hot towel on my back like normal, just started digging in. At one point I had cringed because of the pain and said it was a little rough. The massage didnt get better the whole 90 minutes, but I thought well maybe it was the right pressure to get the tension in the muscles loose, as I am not tense to a little pressure. Then I had gotten the foot salt scrub. Wow. Is all I can say. First the towels were so hot I think I could have jumped. Then he scrubbed the salt so rough it probably took a layer of skin off. When done he said he would meet me out with a glass of water, he never did. I went to the front, they asked how it was and I was so nostalgic I said eh Ill let you know tomorrow if Im hurting or not. My response Did not seem to be a concern to any one at the counter. I left. 6 hours later I could barely move, couldnt get out of bed. When showering today I noticed my entire back was bruised. No wonder it hurts to the touch! Second guessing using my membership anymore.

I absolutely love the total body stretch! Michelle is knowledgeable and great to work with! The staff are super friendly! It helps with mobility and flexibility! Very rejuvenating!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! I have seen several of the therapists here and every single one of them have their own strengths and each makes you feel awesome when you leave. I have chronic lower back issues and it has been great to find a place that can help me feel my best at a reasonable rate. To manage my pain, I need to get a massage every month and with their convienant wellness program I can do just that for only 60 dollars a month. Plus if I ever want to treat myself and get an additional massage, its only 40 dollars!!! High quality services for a tight budget. They offer advanced skin care services as well and I have to say, they are delightful!! The front desk staff always puts a smile on my face

Lounge could use a update. Very friendly staff, but can be a bit pushy on membership. Some of the therapist are a bit chatty, but are very nice and will adjust to your requests! There have been times where the lotion was cold, maybe have warmer? Best part is before they massage the upper back they use a hot towel to heat up and moisten the skin! Michelle is always an exceptional massage therapist. She is attentive and communicates well during the session so that the pressure is always just right! I always feel so relaxed when I’m done.

I see Teresa routinely and appreciate how professional and attentive she is! She always remembers the amount of pressure and her mix of Swedish techniques and acupressure is perfect! She keeps me coming back!

I would be lost without this place. Everyone from the girls at the desk to the therapists are SO welcoming. They make sure youre 100% taken care of the moment you walk in the door. If youve never done it, try here first. We were hooked after our first session.

Best massage of my life! I’ve been to quite a few sports medicine, chiropractic, massage, and acupuncture clinics for disc compression and other sports types of injuries. Zero treatments have ever compared to Dave’s extreme deep tissue techniques. So much so that I signed up for a membership because it blew my mind haha. I feel much better and look forward to many more treatments with Dave! Everyone should go see him!

Really awesome staff, both the massage therapists and the front-desk associates. They are a bit pushy with sales and the prices for non-members is astronomical, but being a member is a great deal if you need frequent massages.

Theresa was very good at explaining how she was going to help me by stretching my abs, which then helped the pain in my back, hip, and leg. She was very professional and very nice.

Bob is great! I’ve been seeing him fairly regularly for the last year or so and definitely feel so so much better for days following!

All in all it was a great massage. My only downsides were that it became a bit cold in part way through the massage. When the masseuse first put the massage lotion on my back, it was cold, so could have done with it being pre-heated lotion. Also, maybe a little bit too much conversation I think.

First time receiving a massage and the experience was more than I anticipated. David was very professional and I was in awe by his adeptness and techniques. The experience was therapeutic!

Pretty much the worse massage I have ever gotten. If you can even call it a massage. Was my first time here. Staff is friendly and about the only good thing this place has going. I would venture to say that out of a 50 min session the actual massage was 7 minutes. The rest was putting a hot towel on my kneck and back or sticking varies limbs into my skin ie knees and elbows. I get massages on a regular basis at least every month so Im pretty familiar with what should and should happen. Definitely wont rerurn.

Its not that the girl who did the facial wasnt nice because she was. I just didnt like the fact that after the facial ( The very next morning) my face had fine bumps nd dry spots/patches. Not happy with the facial at all
