Sat there for 20 minutes while a guy tried to decide what flavor he wanted meanwhile, the worker saw that I was ready to go and ignored me the whole time. Just take your business elsewhere. Tundra won’t ignore you, and also trains their staff on how to handle more than a single customer in the building at a time. First time I tried back here in years. Won’t be back.
I placed an order on your website for coils January 29th around 6pm. I was happy to see East GB had the non-mesh coils in stock, as the mesh dont work great for me, and last week they were out, so I placed my order and was charged for the coils. I have been a loyal customer since the opening of your store. Usually, I follow up on my orders with a call to ensure everything is in order for someone to come get them for me, as they were closing in a few hours. However, my recent interaction with Koby left me deeply disappointed.Upon calling, I was greeted by Koby, who seemed exasperated and unhelpful from the start. His sighs and apparent disinterest made it clear that the news he had to deliver wasnt positive. To my surprise, he informed me that the coils I ordered were out of stock and that there was nothing he could do to remedy the situation. This was frustrating, especially as I had never encountered such issues in my long history of being a customer.Koby went on to explain that he couldnt provide a refund, literally leaving me at a loss for words and then finally said he was going to reach out to the manager. Promising a call back, Koby took my number and assured me he would call back before closing tonight. He mentioned that this situation had been occurring frequently, with people ordering and paying for items that were unavailable, and shared that he had been reprimanded for reporting such incidents. This left me feeling as though I was somehow at fault.Around 7:30 PM, realizing he hadnt called back and they closed at 8pm, I decided to contact Vapin USA again. At this point, Koby seemed to have forgotten as he laughed and kinda said oh yeah, i spoke to management, but seemed to be making it up as he went on in the conversation with me, he was making me frustrated and also made me very confused. During this conversation he blamed others for the situation. He fumbled his words and then got me off the phone by saying his manager would personally reach out to me by 9 am the next day as he wanted to remedy the situation but the things I asked for where just out of his reach, as he was only a staff without this ability to refund or do anything to remedy the situation. I felt frustrated and concerned about the apparent lack of communication and training on his end.Koby initially made it sound like there was no solution, leaving me feeling stuck with neither the coils nor a refund. Despite offering to have someone pick up the coils from your west side location, Koby dismissed the idea. Although in the past, this has been something I have had to do, when the ordering online first started, and things since then had been fine. No issues. Anyway, the next day, I had been pretty busy, realizing I did get a call, so I got in touch with the manager, they were not aware of the obligation to call me, but were of the situation and had already had the coils waiting for me on the west side location, which I was unaware of and would have gotten the night prior if that was the case. Regardless, it was rectified at this point.I believe it is crucial for your team to be well-informed, communicative, and proactive in addressing stock issues and customer concerns promptly. I have been a loyal customer for years, and this incident has made me reconsider my patronage. I hope you can take the necessary steps to prevent such incidents in the future and maintain the high standards of customer service that I have come to expect from Vapin USA.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I trust that you will take the necessary actions to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
The People are awesome, and friendly, need a more portable vape, and they were more then happy to explain and show the ones they thought were the best. Also left with some free swag, Best place to get your stuff for sure

Had an awesome experience at vapin today. Got great advice and excellent service from Micah (I believe thats how its spelled). He cleaned out the tank and even replaced the coil and filled it for me. 10/10 would go there again.
Friendly employees and quite knowledgeable! Update on 5/4/19: Fefe is amazing! I had a problem with a leaking tank and she spent almost an hour helping me out! Totally bummed I couldnt figure it out, but she was able to resolve the issue.
GB east isnt my preferred location, but as with all the Vaping USA locations, I always get good service and the products I need.
This place is awesome. I just recently moved from Kentucky and the first time I went there the staff was simply wonderful. They have a great selection of juices at the best prices I’ve seen. Ever. I’ve just became a lifetime customer as long as I’m in Wisconsin.
Im so done with this place. They never have coils, its been a year and nothing changed. So glad i quit cigs to smoke burnt coils. Seriously its either use the coil ive been using for 2 weeks or use these dinky coils with 1mm air holes that burn as soon as you take a drag.
Very helpful and knowledgeable on their products. They have a huge tester area with a lot of different e juices. Very relaxed atmosphere and of course no one 18 is allowed in this establishment because people were abusing it and letting minors test the juices plus its not a place u should take your kid in with u

Excellent customer service, every time I walk in its like Im family. Very professional staff and clean store. Prices are reasonable, and staff is knowledgeable. I left a bad review of another vape shop earlier this week because it was dingy, and the staff were con artists. So glad VapinUSA exists, to show Green Bay how a professional vape shop should be run!

It used to be better. Now all there flavors taste the same. Go back to changing your filters or whatever it is you need to do. The workers are great and knowledgeable.I honestly dont even go there anymore. SAD
In my opinion vapin usa has the best rewards or point system out of any vape shop Ive been to, I havent had to buy a mod or tank with actual cash in years. Depending on the location they can be a little limited on the selection which is the only down side.
Ok, I was in the store on Sunday like 1 or 2 in the afternoon. I have to reach out because of one the employees there. I think his name was like Ron or Rob or something. Anyway, when I was looking at tanks, I heard him talking to one of his co-workers- this Rob guy implied that this co-worker was getting fired soon. He said something like its probably your last day, I would stop messing up. The other guy looked so crushed. He then said that he couldnt talk about it in front of customers and that he would talk to him about it later. Im sorry even if hes like a manager or something, thats NOT appropriate to discuss in the open like that. Im in HR, and that is borderline creating a hostile work environment. Please do something about this negligent employee.
The girls in the drive thru were absolutely accommodating, I couldnt have asked for better service. They made all the effort to be sure I obtained exactly what I was looking for.
Always had a good experience with staff here. Kind and knowledgeable. Only issue I had was that you sometimes had to wait a while before being helped.
East side is way more down to earth with their customers, willing to socialize and keep them around. West side practically chases customers out of their store and doesnt bother to make a connection with their customers which is quite sad.
Customer service is awesome! I have only been in the east side store! Joshua is a big help to me, he really knows it all! Prices are fare!

Says they open at 8am. I get there at 8:20. The sign is on but the doors are locked. If your not open at 8am dont post that you are.
If you vape or are wanting to start its a great place! They even allowed my emotional support dog to go inside too!

Stay away unless you like being ripped off. Would not take a return because they claimed paint coming off of a tank from cleaning it with a diluted vinegar solution was not a manufacturer defect. Anyone with any knowledge with vaping knows that vinegar is used often to clean tanks without any problems. The Kanger subtank mini I bought from them has known issues with the paint flaking off. There are far better stores in green bay now with more knowledgeable staff, better equipment, and better liquids.

If you want to go to a vape shop that doesnt feel like a head shop, VapinUSA is highly recommended. Definitely a vape shop for everyone, they sell everything you need for serious vaping as well as more casual devices, and are a lot more professional than most other vape shops Ive been to.Their house blend of e-juice is in my opinion the best ratio of quality to cost in Green Bay, the only cheaper e-juice either 1. Is cheap gas station e juice that will gunk up your device quickly or 2. isnt available in higher nicotine levels. Their rewards programs bring the average cost down even more if you buy regularly.They also have a drive through window which is convenient. I recommend the east side GB location especially but theres nothing wrong with the west side one either.

Poor service didnt tell much how my device was supposed to work and when asked a question they made me feel stupid for asking ....not to mention came in to but another vape pen after maybe a month of using the first one and it stopped charging no refund no discount wont be returning here again
