This shop is just down the street from me and I will ALWAYS go down there for my vape needs. The customer service is quick and friendly, and 95.5 percent of the time they always have what im looking for. Recently Ive been obsessed with geek bars, and they always have a wide array of them. Great prices too!! Just overall an awesome place to go for your needs!

I bought a beautiful bong about 3 days ago , and today as I was about to use it , it broke off clean. I called the store and explained it shouldn’t have broken , since it was new , and I kindly asked if I could at least get some discount to ge another . They didn’t help us out at all unfortunately. I suggest you stay away from the fancy bongs , and stick with the classic designs. Holy smokes owners , i suggest you change your policy and help out your loyal costumers better .

Holy Smokes has some 🔥 THCA products by TabEASE. These carts have higher amount of thca than any other brand and of course they are here at HS. The wax and diamonds and sauce hit me real nice. I left and went to Davez Smoke Shop. 10/10 better service.

Spend thousands of dollars with this company. Was asked my first purchase if I wanted to be in the rewards program. I agreed. Every time I come here I get the discount. A new person is hired, I’m denied the rewards because they didn’t write my number down on some card. Just being petty for no reason at all. They lost a loyal customer.

Check Update PleaseI come here when I need to replenish my stock. So I’m here about once a month. It’s always been great and no problem with me being under 21. But the last time I came in I was told that I should be 21. I was allowed to get the product I came in for so I appreciate that. Just maybe make it clear to your staff what the age is and add signage saying you need to be 21. (I might have missed signage stating this) but either way your employees need to know the rules. Being told by different things by different people causes confusion.Update: They handled the situation and confirmed that I should have been served and apologized. Still my favorite place to go and have been served sense this original post.

Check your juices before paying and leaving store!! I went to east and west locations and mine were yellow in color and had an old taste!! The juice I get is normally clear.. no refunds no exchanges aint cool especially when your ripping people off selling expired juice!! I wont be returning😒

Your daddy issues will still be there when you leave the building unresolved.But if you decide to change your expectations like those previously whom made reviews to myself need to understand….You come and go as a nobody.You will get nothing meaningful once you enter and nothing different once you leave.And that is the point.Stop trying to get the eye contact during your happy ending, that only exists in shady massage parlors.Keep on keeping on my fav shop keepers

Very friendly staff and if they don’t have your kind of vapes always willing to order out to make sure they can have them for you on your next visit. ☺️ and you know I had to call them to remind them to PUT THEIR TIP JAR AWAY! as I been telling them it is not in a secure location! Just moved here from a bigger city and was disappointed by everything out here EXCEPT Holy Smokes lol. Nice straight to the point smoke shop. Customer service is always on point. I always go and get the same vape and it’s always stocked. How early they open to how late they stay open is amazing. If I could give Holy smokes more stars I would. Never been disappointed. I’ve tried other smokes shops in the area and Holy smokes tops everyone!

Sales girl had no idea what cold starting is, i had to ask to see kits 4 times, because she was way more concerned with talking to her manager about sweatshirts and other inane junk than helping customers. In the end she was no help and i had to go to smokin glass instead

Place was decent enough, was able and willing to direct me to an establishment who had a product they lacked, but they didnt go out of their way to give that information.

Sad to say but I had to bring my rating down. This place was my go to smoke shop for years (i really never go anywhere else actually) but I’m sadly going to have to find somewhere else. I bought a vape cartridge from here and none of the batteries they had worked with mine and after buying a few to try them out, I was told that I could not get a refund and there was really nothing they could do about it. I believe some exception could have been made so I didn’t walk out with a useless vaporizer. I appreciate the help from the girl working there though.

Plenty of options to choose from for your personal preference and style.I may have made some employees there uncomfortable for my amusement. But they were tolerant of my quirky aspects. Quite admirable!

Been shopping with this company since I was of legal age to buy anything and have never been steered wrong. What I love most is that it feels like like a home away from home. I could be in for coil and juice and then chat with the workers for a bit while they are still able to get their jobs done. By far one of the best head shops in town and I will never shop anywhere else.

Stopped in today just on a whim. First visit and there will be more visits. Told them what I wanted for my first dry vape unit. They got out a couple and showed me the what and how of the unit. Didnt try to over sell me to a more expensive. Answered all of my questions. Good people, Ill be back for sure.

I quit smoking last year, but I am so bummed I won’t be able to go back here! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The selection is great and super affordable.

Was quite surprised that they had what I was looking for as my normal place to get vaping liquid was closed. It was close plus had a lot more than what my usual store has. I definitely will be returning! Plus customer service was phenomenal!

Had to work late one night, so this was the only place open, and I needed a coil. Called to make sure they were open and had what I needed. The clerk on the phone said they had my coil and that they were open. Never mentioned to me that they moved from their old location. Went to the address listed on Google, which was off of Ashland/Lombardi. Place was empty with no sign telling people they moved, so I called back. Clerk told me they were now on Velp/Military. Quite a nice drive but I needed a coil. Finally got there and surprise, they didnt have my coil, after telling me they did. Clerk offered to sell me a coil that a previous customer left behind and had forgotten (pretty shady). I watched him pry it off a tank with a goddamn pliers, scratching it all to heck. Then tried to sell it to me at a whopping $8. Lazy, sketchy, shady, and super overpriced, BUYER BEWARE!

Alright vape shop, worked there for a tiny bit but have been going there for about three years. Huge variety not going to lie, somethings could be priced a tad differently but over all awesome place. Loved when I heard the cBD came in. Was wondering how much your prices are for the oils for vaping? And mg strengths yet? But over good place to go.

Everything i buy from here breaks in less than a week and they dont have any type of return policy. if you want quality glass, erigs, or batteries go somewhere else.

While the easy Eastside location is or was closed, I checked out the West location and wowzers they have twice if not three times as much stuff all at low prices. I hope you can reopen the other location and can run elf shop outta here with those prices

Really good vape selection with mostly decent prices, the mods themselves are kinda overpriced but everything else is pretty good, their pipe selection is ok, not that great, its mostly small hand pipes not much to choose from if youre looking for a bong or something bigger or more extravagant. But they are open later than any other headshop in the area so they definitely get some points for that.

Love the prices, Love the customer service. All together love going there about every other day to pick up my CBD. This place is open 7 days a week till midnight! That may not sound like a big deal but I quit cigarettes like a year ago and if I run out of juice its not like I can just go to the gas station like before! So its 10 pm on Sunday! What to do! I told the guy I didnt have alot of cash and he was really helpfull and pointed me to the aqua brand mango maybe? Idk it was great (thanks guy behind the counter, good rec)I dont like cbd products so I cant speak to that but the ejuice is comparable in price to everyone else locally, actually a few bucks cheaper. bought a mod there a few weeks back again fair price, that was like 20 cheaper then the other shops, The brand aqua is amougst the cheapest and very good! Dont buy so much online! Support local shops! Nice atmosphere as well.

Mainly a smoke shop, super easy to find. They know their products, although they got rid of some really good vape/batteries I hope they restock; the metal yocan (wit/groote; very durable/reliable/most carts fit). Prices same as everywhere else seems like. Some staff are the Best; like going to the vape/head store & hanging w/ your friends, but its the clerks :). Check them out!

Horible. The employees are trash along with the owners. I spent $200 on one item, yes one item and it never worked. I took it back and they tried to tell me they smelled weed in it and I could not return it. Considering it was an ecig I continuted telling them only tabaco was used in it and I want my money back. $200 for something not to work is disgusting. They then told me because I used it it could not be returned. For that much I should not be expecting it not to work. They then said the owners would call me and they never did. A week and a half later I went back asking for the owners number and they refused to give it out. There is no way I would spend a cent there ever again.

If youre in town, stop here. Fun place. Used to work there. Owners were super good to me. Love those guys.

Did some work for these guys recently.They moved to a new easy to find and better location. Very friendly staff, and owner.Lots to look at with a good vape selection.Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for glass, ecigs or e- juice!

Some staff are very knowledgeable here. They gladly replaced my three flame torch when it didnt work after a few months. Also great vape shop for standard mods and nicotine vape juice.

Great store, Great prices. Im from the Greater Milwaukee area and there isnt any store around with the quality of glass pieces or prices on vaping related products. I really do enjoy reading dumb reviews though. Talking about employees not knowing anything when complaining about a vapor? not blowing smoke. . . . . Vapor/smoke 2 completely different things. Also the non-refunded $200 e-cig because it smelled of weed but it couldnt have because only tobaco was used in it. That right there is probably why your $200 e-cig didnt work because it isnt meant for TOBACCO. Instead next time try using E-JUICE/E-LIQUID in your new E-CIG and then you can avoid the hassle of trying to return an already used item.
