Two visits in a row with a bad experience. Bought a $50 torch that never once worked right, and today was sold a $35 nail with the understanding it was titanium. It melted almost instantly. Wont even try for a refund since they dont issue receipts. Prices WAY too high for whats there. Nice looking stuff but 2 major fails in a row is too much for me.

An amazing place to go. Always friendly, always there to help, always smells great in there. Amazing staff!! Very reasonable as price wise. Have a large variety of product that is nice Stuff. Will recommend for everyone to at least give it a try. Will always support this establishment.

This place use to be hopping. Back in 2014..... It has slowly deteriorated into an overpriced headshop with employees that are wayy to stoned to answer most of what your asking or looking for. Dont get me wrong. Stoners are great. But when you dont know details about your products its very sus. 2 out of 5.

The manager at this location is great. She gets the fact that not all things are set in stone. Like the return policy and how glass works. She let me exchange a defective bong. Thank you.

Great selection of cheap glass. Spent hundreds of dollars and four days later I found it broken in the cabinet, 3 days later dab kit broke, I wont waste my time again. Poor customer service.

Long time customer of Elfs Gifts East lwas). Went here 3 nights ago right before closing time and ended up buying what i thought was a scale. I got home and wanted to check it out. Took it out of box and it wasnt working. It came on but thats about it. It came with a 100g calibration weight that i was told was used to calibrate it before i left the store. It weighed 3.46g. So i read how to calibrate it and it wouldnt do it. Right away next morning i go to exchange it just to be told oh well youre stuck with it now and to send it in cuz of warranty. I read warranty and was suppose to fill out the warranty card on back of instructions...there was nothing on the back of the damn instructions. So basicly i blew money on a damn rock. They lost my business right along with quite a few other people

I visit Elfs weekly, the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about their products!Fingers crossed they get more cones in stock soon!I cant roll like I used to, OCB cones are the best. 🧡

No stars!!!! I bought a vape pen. It came with no box, nothing, and when I tried charging it turns out to doesnt hold a charge (I had to borrow a charger because they dont carry them)!!!!. I brought it back right after work the next day with the receipt, with the same people working when I purchased it, and they refused to give me anything that works in exchange! Who knows how many people could have used it before I bought it!

Customer satisfaction is on the bottom of their list. Smoking glass will be keeping my business, Ill drive across town before I shop here. Sad because I was looking forward to shopping here.

Bought a vap... after one day the button fell out of place.. asked if I could atleast exchange it because clearly is a faulty product and not my fault whatsoever. They couldnt do that. Such a shame. Will never be back.

Never let me down (other then pipe cleaners with metal in then no biggie). Synthetic urine is amazing. 5x using it, never failed.

Whoever runs this store DOES NOT have the customer in mind. I had purchased a stem and I told the lady that it needed to be 4 inches, The lady gave me one that was 5 and now I am out 15 dollars because of the employees mistake! ONCE YOU LEAVE YOU CANT BRING ANYTHING BACK. I have NOT USED IT, I JUST MADE SURE IT WAS THE RIGHT SIZE STILL IN THE BUBBLE WRAP! That is completely ridiculous and LOST MY BUSINESS.

Bought a yocan... Evolve plus xl and brought it to my car to charge. I realized it wasnt working so i brought it back in within three minutes of buying and they said sorry no returns or exchanges... Terrible...business out 40 bucks....

The east Mason St location tends to hire cute young women, who mostly know absolutely nothing about the (overpriced) products theyre selling.

A little bit better than the west side store but its still almost entirely china glass marked up 100000%

Elf’s has always been the laughing stock of head shops in Green Bay their pipes and bongs are superbly over priced and their torches only work once and and pipes easily break just by packing a bowl everyone knows not shop there please close your business

Love it here and will always stop here when I have a chance. Great group of people and very informative...its like they have practice with some of this stuff or something...

Very, very expensive. Can get the same American glass at the competition for half the price or better on some products.
