The Best Vape store in North Carolina, hands down. Most knowledgeable staff and very considerate. I recommend you to make this your number one choice. I also have been a valued customer for over 7 years. Anywho has anything negative about this location is probably a competitor.

No matter what, they have everything I need and even if I dont know what I am looking for they can help me find what I need. They also have best prices and selections. And the Simpsons arcade game. Come one now.

Only shop I use for my vaping and farm-bill compliant products. The staff is great, if I have ever had a problem with a product, they go above and beyond here to make it right. These guys give discounts for vets, active duty, first responder, etc. I have been vaping for years and this is the best shop in the area by far!

Me and my wife LOVE this place! Owner and staff are all awesome and they go out of their way to help you. I have 3 or 4 mods and tanks from here that have all worked amazingly and the juices are wonderful. Can’t recommend enough

I am switching from disposables to mod and the guys were so patient and helpful in showing me what to do and teaching me so many helpful tips at almost closing time also. You have earned a customer forever guys and your willingness to guide me through everything so patiently will never be forgotten. This place is def my favorite out of any local shops I have access too. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I have enjoyed getting to know these guys and appreciate all the advice I have received. Once they learned my more or less peculiar taste (I’m very much a creature of habit with flavors, and really picky) they have continued to find flavors I enjoy. On top of this they provide a small appreciated discount to public safety works. Anytime someone offers a discount to myself due to being a medic I genuinely appreciate it. Just the icing on the cake.

Always have a fantastic experience here! Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. If we have any issues they work with us to help figure out the cause, have great suggestions, and are all around great people. Customer service here is some of the best I’ve ever had. They always give you the benefit of the doubt should there be any issue with your purchase. Great deals like buy one get one free juice on certain days, etc. makes this an even better vape shop. Very friendly staff. I was referred by a friend and so my friend got a coupon and so did I. The selection of flavors is extensive and very good. They also recommend what kind of vape is best, what level of nicotine is best in case you are using this as a way to cut back or quit smoking.

BEST vape shop around! It’s the only vape shop that is truly knowledgeable of the products they sell and they carry a ton of varieties of juice, mods, pods, CBD and miscellaneous accessories you would need as a vaper! A vape juice that I love wasn’t a big seller so they stopped selling it but they place an order just for me so I always have my juice! That is fantastic customer service and it’s why I give all my business to Madvapes in Greenville!!

I just got back into vaping after a while and went to Madvapes in Greenville, NC. My girlfriend was completely new to vaping. They got me set up without making me seem like a newbie and with her they made it so understanding and easy and answered all her questions. We both live our products. I have even called a couple of times and they talk me through and issue over the phone and actually remembered her and I. They are awesome.

I LOVE this place. I used to avoid going here like the plague, but something happened between the first time i came here and recently. The gentleman that is almost always working in here is fun to talk to and extremely knowledgable. I always end up spending more time here than i expect to, and im not complaining, i rather enjoy the conversation. The employees are great very knowledgeable and friendly however the prices are higher than other locations nearby and they don’t carry everything I need.

Best customer service out of any vape shop in the area. Came in right at opening on my way to work and practically had the red carpet rolled out for me. Great atmosphere, good juice selection (though not quite as large a selection as Big Vape Theory), and super convenient location as it is directly on my way to work. They even have hemp BUDS!10/5

Since its a rating less than 5 stars, Ill give the cons first. I recently bought their house juice, (2) 50ml bottles of 2 separate flavors and they were absolutely horrid. They tasted so synthetic you would think you were ingesting poison, and Ive tried a lot of different house juices from a variety of stores. So people buy bad juices, it happens. I went back in hopes of getting a decent discount on a brand juice, and the staff only offered 20%. The staff member told me that since they let me try it, by licking it off my finger, that technically i knew what i was buying. It makes sense, but dont make the mistake i did and buy something that simply smells good. Vape juice has to actually taste good as well when youre vaping it. The main reason i disliked this store is the fact that my girlfriend and I have spent some money here in the past, a good amount i might add, and they were only willing to pay for taxes of a brand juice that I was willing to buy from them. I was hoping for at least half off, but no, not quite.So, with that out of the way, the pros are great. The staff members are nice and knowledgeable about their products, the store is very clean and smells nice because people are usually vaping, haha. Their accessories they sell are well worth every penny, and the vapresso coils you can buy from them are so amazingly worth it.Overall, give them a shot for their accessories, vapes, and brand liquids, but please.... do not try their house liquid and expect anything much if you dont like it.Cheers,Jester

Stoped by the Greenville location and was overcharged by that store. I asked why their price was so much more than the the madvape stores that I have been to. The sales person said that they were not a franchised store? So my advice would be to avoiding this store and find a Real Store maybe that way you will not get overcharged.

The past 3 times Ive been to that store Ive received the worst recommendations for vape juice ever. And on top of that they added a 5 dollar surcharge without saying anything. I will never be back again

Stopped in for some coils and Justin helped me out. He was really knowledgeable of different coils and settings. I ended up getting a new mod and tank with a set of awesome coils. Thanks man!

This place came through for me when the vape shop at the mall screwed me over. I was told they had smok m2 dual core coils and when I went there they said they just sold them. I called madvapes and he told me they had 1 box and would put it to the side for me. I get there, they have it ready, and I am one happy customer. They also are knowledgeable.

I love going in there and sitting down and watching the employees build, and they have the best house juice in Greenville. All around its a great store and I would recommend it to anyone.

They let you eat/sample tons of flavors. The staff is ridiculously knowledgeable on the art of vaping. Seriously, I left puzzled wondering how someone could know so much about a product.

One of the few place nearby that Ive found that sells nicotine levels higher than 16. They also do a great job mixing custom flavors.
