What a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out. You were treated with great customer care, professionalism and tender loving care as it related to your services. If you are looking for a top rated massage and nail experience, look no further. Serena is an excellent massage therapist, as well as a nail tech. The detail to what a customer wants and what you will get far exceeds your expectation. I highly recommend you visit this spa. You will not be disappointed.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was given a gift certificate for Simply Panache Nail Bar over a year ago. I have made multiple attempts to book an appointment to use when I am visiting the Hampton Roads area. There are never any appointments available for any dates I need and I have tried several times in the past year. Over the past year I have called several times and left my number asking for someone to call back to ask about booking and transferring the certificate. Since we are in the area I decided to stop by since the website shows they open at 10 am. Only to get there and no one is there. I saw a sign on the door for packages to be dropped off at the restaurant Mango Mangeaux so I decided to stop but there. The hostess called the individuals who work at the spa. No appointments available yet again and the original value of the $150 certificate is now $120 because apparently each month after a year it decreases by $10. I asked if I can transfer the remaining value of the certificate to a relative or friend only to be told no because my name is on it. I asked even though I don’t live in the area and don’t know when I will be back and even though I could just transfer it to someone we know in the area so someone can get a service even if it’s not me. I was told they don’t know what to tell me. I was then provided with the 800 number in the restaurant window that sent me to an answering service yet again! One which I will likely not get any response from as I haven’t in a little over a year. I asked who manages the nail spa, I was told the ownership partners/ staff no names provided of couse. If they are under staffed the least they could do is be more flexible and accommodating when necessary. We have supported their other businesses before so I am definitely disappointed by the lack of customer service as far as returning my calls or providing me with any assistance. Apparently they are in the business of getting paid and not providing a service and are ok with it.

Place is nice, clean and beautiful! Took me so long to try this place because I thought the prices were too high, but I will say it is totally worth it. Serena was great, took her time, cleaned my feet and the paint job was flawless. She is very professional and takes her craft seriously. Already booked my next appointment!

Simply Panache Spa, we thought was an upstanding establishment. But if youre a customer there please get your money back because their money hungry Crooks. The manager there, she is very nasty and unfair, especially if you have been a customer more than several times. And make no deals, and they will not allow any latitude, especially if you cant meet your appointment particularly that day. I would advise everyone to seek another establishment if you are trying to get anything done there. You need to watch them closely or else they will double charge you, and theyre gratuities are over 50%. Who does that? Its ridiculous. A $300 package was purchased by my daughter, already paid for in advance and they tried to charge her $85 for another gratuity, they will try to exploit you if you allow them to and you wont even know the difference until its too late. It would behoove you to beware of this establishment, there are other places you can go here in the state of Virginia.

Enjoyed a relaxing girls trip weekend which included a mani/pedi and facial. Great staff and services. The facial was so relaxing, I actually fell asleep during the process. I highly recommend.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE!!! Came because my sister gifted me a 1/2 day of spa treatments and I cannot wait to go back!!! Very clean, very welcoming, every detail was considered in the design and bringing it all together with their brand. I even got a birthday surprise and it was super sweet!!!

What an amazing experience! Serena is top tier! Takes her time, clearly has extreme pride in her work and representing this awesome establishment owned by visionary Black women (they also own a restaurant nearby & another business). I have to go through the tunnel to get there but I don’t mind paying for quality and great services, and they deliver on both. The atmosphere is so relaxing and if Serena is any indication, the staff is highly qualified. So glad I found Simply Panache, this is my new nail and self-care services spa!

I really hate to write a bad review but here I am.. My husband planned this as a gift for my 2 daughters and I to have the Mangolicious Pedicure for my 40th Bday. When he called he specifically asked for us to have our own nail techs. Our appointment was at 2pm on Nov 9th. We were not seated until 2:28 due to not enough employees. 🤔 Funny being we had an appointment and specifically asked for our own nail techs. We had one girl! Who was very nice and apologetic. So one girl working on 3 sets of feet, this is ridiculous. The girl who was supposed to help had a late appointment she was working on then refused to come in and help once her client was done. Makes me wonder why, being she looked at us several times.. At this point I was just ready to leave. We were about an hour in and someone else showed up for their shift and jumped in. Both ladies were very friendly and Im thankful for that. 2 1/2 hours later our feet was finished. $220 later I was convinced Ill never return. This was such a disappointment. Ive always tried to support local owned companies but unfortunately I can not support a unorganized place like this. This was very shocking being it had such great reviews. I did see however the few bad reviews it has the owners never responded which is sad.. Good luck if you do choose to go.. My husband plans to call management..

I was recommended to this spa by a friend, she had said they were hard to get into contact with but I’ve never experienced this. I called multiple times for days with no answer just trying to schedule an appointment, left messages with no call back. I finally got an answer one day, paid my deposit, and work happened so I have to reschedule my appointment. Now I can’t get in contact with them again. Multiple calls, voicemails left, no call back. I would just go somewhere else.

Serena is truly AMAZING. She gives excellent services. I had a wonderful experience with her each time. I really enjoy the relaxing, zen atmosphere of the spa. I HIGHLY recommend you check them out. Be prepared to book well in advance.They are definitely worth it!!!

I absolutely love this place!!! I have been here quite a few times for massages and let me just say, I was thoroughly impressed! The service is top quality, the establishment is clean, and the ladies who answer the phone are always very polite and kind. Serena is an amazing massage therapist and personally my favorite! My favorite service would have to be Panache Half the Day Away!!! If you really want to treat yourself, I HIGHLY recommend this service!! It was truly the best thing I could have done!!! I would give more stars if I could!!!

My children gave me a $250 gift certificate in May 2021 because they were highly recommended by a family member. I have been calling about 1 1/2 weeks and left several messages. Someone called one day last week while I was checking out of a store while at a register. I asked them to give me 5 minutes and call me back. I did not receive a call back but I have been calling! I guess I now have to decide how to handle this.

Was really looking forward to my pedicure but the wait was a little too long. I scheduled an appointment but hadnt been serviced yet after waiting a little over 45 minutes with my feet soaking in the bowl. I ended up having to leave without getting the pedicure. I did get to enjoy a lovely grapefruit mimosa while I waited. The staff is really nice and the ambience is nice. I will try them again but hopefully the next time they wont overbook.

My thoughtful wife purchased a 60 minute full package back facial for me to use for Christmas 2020 through Groupon . I was unaware of the time constraint on the Groupon Gift and that it expired in April. I scheduled an appointment and mentioned that it was a Groupon Voucher and they did not raise any flags. The day of the service I opened the voucher to print it and that is when I realized it had expired. I immediately called the Spa to explain the situation and no one picked up. I called 3 times. On the third call, I left a voicemail and said it was urgent for my noon appointment. My voucher stated that I could use $29.70 toward the back facial service. They told me that they would not honor my voucher nor the money toward the service. My wife paid full price for this service in December and apparently they do not care. The Spa told me it would be full price ($65.00) and I left, not expecting to pay full price.I will not go back to this place just because of this experience. I was hopefully they would have honored the Groupon Voucher or at the LEAST accept the $29.70 toward the service and they did neither. They lost my business and recommendation.

This was def one of the best gel pedicures Ive ever had. I would love to come back. The entire experience was wonderful. It was an awesome experience. My nails looked amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would love to give them 5 stars, but the seating for the pedicure was terribly uncomfortable! It made my back, neck, and hips hurt so much! It was like sitting on a school bus seat for an hour. I would love to go back again. But that bench seat is by far the most uncomfortable seat Ive ever had during a pedi. It took away from the entire experience. I wish they had at least one or two massage chairs. That would have made the experience amazing! But they do not. I called and asked 😞. I would love to have found my favorite spot to go, but guess Ill have to keep looking. Those seats are a deal breaker unfortunately for me.

Very nice spa!!! I went for a facial. The staff was very nice and welcoming. First facial and I really enjoyed it. Very calming and I was able to relax. I think I fell asleep at one point, lol. My only complaint is that after I left, I still had some of the mask/product left on my face. It wasn’t completely wiped off and I had to peel it off myself in the car. Good thing I looked in the mirror, lol!!! I’d still return for another facial and explore other services.

This is the best nail salon in the Hampton roads area! I highly recommend it to anyone. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing and they really show kindness and appreciation to their customers. I went today for a pedicure on my birthday and splurged on the mangolicious (i recommend you do too!) And not only did i get birthday wishes but even a delicious cupcake too! If you to relax your worries away and have some well deserved me time, this is the place to go.

This was an amazing experience! By far the best manicure Ive ever received. The venue was clean and neat and didnt have harsh chemical smells. They give you the option of tea or mimosas, which I thought was wonderful. The staff was professional. The manicure itself was very relaxing. They were very gentle and took their time. I didnt feel like they were rushing me out so they could get to the next customer. They were even ok with me bringing my 8 month-old daughter with me because I couldnt find a sitter. When it was done I was able to sit and enjoy my tea for as long as I liked before I went to pay. I w po uld definitely recommend it, and will be going back again!

This is such a warm and welcoming saloon. Upon entering, the staff asked me if I wanted something to drink. Everyone I met was super nice and talkative. I loved my facial done by Maraia Liss. She was super amazing and super nice and I had an amazing time. I will probably be coming back!

This is a very well visited local place. They serve facials, massages, hair and nails.Their pricing is low and the staff is friendly.Unfortunately the staff also moves at a snails pace. Without fail a simple pedicure without polish would take over 2 hours from the time we walked in the door to the time we walked out. I finally had to stop choosing this salon because I just didnt have so much time to wait for them.They do make sure to offer you a wide selection of beverage choices and reading materials.

I had such a pleasant experience at Simply Pinache. It was my first time getting a massage so I was hoping I would have a great time and they definitely surpassed my expectations. From the moment I walked in the door to the time I left, I was greeted with professionalism and genuine smiles. There was such a relaxing, soothing ambiance and it was so beautiful inside. My massage therapist, Katie, was amazing and ensured I was at my comfort level the entire session. She also recommended certain packages I can look into my next visit. I would completely recommend this spa to anyone who is looking to get a massage and beauty services. I cant wait to go back for a mani+pedi!

Update: 12/21/18Updating to say that I am now a regular. Everything is so clean and relaxing and the staff is so friendly and professional.I just got a massage. PERFECT way to wind down the year. Malaika was amazing. I feel brand new! 💆🏾‍♀️__________If youre looking for more than a service, but an experience, this is the place to go! The experience starts as soon as you walk through the door. Your nose is greeted by the lovely smell of candles (vs chemicals!) and yummy spa water awaits you to your right.I got my manicure done by Jarnice. She was very nice, professional and attentive. One thing that really set this manicure apart was that she took the time to prioritize the health of my natural nails, carefully removing my gel polish. No drills!5/5 definitely recommend!

Our Mother-Daughter day of pampering was made so special by the warm staff of Simply Panache Nail Bar and Pedi Spa. We had a massage, facial, mani, pedi, makeup class and bottomless mimosas....WOW!! It was an experience that we will never forget and the memories will last through the end of time. They served us lunch as well as personable one on one service that made an impressionable memory that will never be forgotten. We absolutely can’t wait until the next time! Don’t leave earth without visiting this place at least once!

Today was my first visit, and I loved it. Clean organized shop. The tech I was scheduled with, Lakeisha, was wonderful. She’s was lovely, and friendly. She did a magnificent job. Very detailed and precise! I think I’ve found a wonderful new shop!

Simply Pananche treats me like I am the most important customer they have when I am there. Serena is an awesome nail technician. Her skills and customer service are second to none.

The ambiance was amazing. I treated myself and a friend to facial and we were both happy with the results. I have never fallen asleep during a facial or massage until today. It was super relaxing and comfy in the room. I gave it 4 starts only because there is only 1 esthetician so only one of us at a time. Waiting area could be better. And what bothered me more than that was that I asked the woman who was doing pedicures when she was free from her clients for a refill on my mimosa she looked at me like I had 5 heads. She told me to give her a few mins. I said ok. Needless to say I never got my refill or checked on by her while I waited for an hour for my friend to be done.

Wonderful experience. It is a very nice place, clean, & great service. I got to relax at the bar, sip my apple cider, & watch YouTube videos on the big screen while I got my nails done. I like how they only take like 2 people at a time at the bar & in the back because it makes for a more private, better experience.

I really am upset at how my needs was not met. I understand if it was last minute of booking a group of 4. The manager should have called back as promise this Thursday morning. I will never refer someone there. I thought that was very unprofessional and especially this is for my wedding. How did you go from take 2 or 3 of my girls to I can not take none. I brought a back and a face facial off Groupon. I called two times and left a voice message both times to set an appointment but no one even called me back so based off that I will never buy anything off Groupon or go to there location to set an appointment nor will I recommend them. I try to support but some of them makes it hard to do so.

This was our first annual Mother Daughter Getaway to celebrate our mother’s 80th birthday. It was 6 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Our set up was inclusive of mimosas, chocolates (mom’s fav), fruit, herbal teas, delightful aromas and soft music. We had an extended weekend and was cheerfully greeted by each and every staff member. From a special make up class to facials and massages then topping it off with mani/pedi sessions...we were treated like beautiful queens. They had lunch catered in from their bistro around the corner so we enjoyed uninterrupted pampering girl time! Looking forward to traveling here for our 2nd annual and already discussion dates. Also looking forward to bringing my two daughters for my own mother/daughter getaway!!

Scheduled to come in on Oct 27th but had to call in and cancel, the lady I spoke with scheduled me for Nov 10th, called to confirm my appointment but they never answer, got there only to find out im not set up for any appointment at all, the lady at the front desk apologized only after I voiced out my disappointment about being their wasting time, gas, money for baby sitter. Where is justice?! Waisted money all because of an incompetent employee who doesnt know how to do her job. What a great way to earn and lose new customer you made sure my first impression and experience is nothing but a disappointment.

I love this place simply because they dont use drills on my nails. The rest is a plus plus plus. The atmosphere is wonderful for pampering your self at any given time and the ladies are very professional. They love what they do and it shows in their work.... I refuse to allow any one else to work on my nails. I can wait till they open..... I hope to see you ladies soon

You can a lot done in one place.

I too hate to write a bad review...Ive visited this shop a few times and I really enjoy their work. BUT...Ive been calling for a while now and cant get a hold of anyone nor do they return calls. I just dont understand how you can run a successful business this way. I get you may be short staff then say that!Thank you for responding. Let me start off by saying I never write reviews but I was so upset with the service. I was highly disappointed that there was only one technician available, my sister is here for the week and I wanted to treat her with a top of the line nail and pedicure experience... not to mention black owned business. Long story short we couldn’t get our nails and feet done because there was no staff smh....If we want better we have to do better can’t support the business if the business is not supporting its customers. I will NEVER go back here nor will I recommend it. The only good thing is I was able to take my sister to Mango Mangeaux restaurant was amazing and yes I’m a frequent customer.

Very hard to communicate with staff. Not available during hours stayed on website. Wanted to plan a surprise for my mother and wife but they were not able to accommodate. I guess if you put out promotion you should be able to honor them. Oh well

I love love love this place! However I haven’t been back in years because I can’t make an appointment. Every time I call nobody answers the phone…we know how voicemail goes… They need to update and get online booking or a dedicated receptionist.

Didn’t even get to experience the place. Made an appointment yesterday afternoon and they called today an hour and a half before I am supposed to be there to tell me that there was a “mix up” and will have to reschedule me for tomorrow... I’M GOOD LUV...enjoy...First impressions are everything and that’s the one you guys want to leave me with? Not cool. Luckily I found another spot to hit up at the LAST MINUTE.

The ambience was very relaxing. My mani/pedi experience with Janelle was amazing. I had a GoDiva pedicure and a fruit smoothie manicure. She took the time to make sure my hands and feet looked good and felt great! I cant wait for my next appointment.

I am very disappointed. We brought my mother here this morning to treat her for a scheduled mani-pedi and get gels tips for her 70th birthday. She was given a gift certificate from my cousin to enjoy her day. When we get there they tell us they overbooked the slots so the did not have time to do all of the services we were scheduled for. When me and my daughter advised them to take us off the schedule and just take care of my mother because its her 70th birthday and we were preparing for her party of 150 people, girl said they still could not do her nails because only she does the overlays and she has another person to do.Really?!? Sure you didnt know that she had a very hard childhood and this was the first party ever because she never asks for anything, but surely you could have been more accommodating to people when there has been an error of YOUR DOING to try to make the situation right by acccomodating he Birthday girl. And not just by telling us to come back later when she told you she cant come back today because our guest are coming in the afternoon. Surely you could Have taken the time to offer a sencire apology for the the error instead of throwing your co-workers under the bus for making a mistake and making us feel like we were bothering your for trying to figure out another way to get Our mother taken care of on her special day. But apparently that was too much to ask. So we are off to get our nails done at he asian salon who immediately worked is in and even sing happy birthday to her in their broken English. So to save my cousins gift I will pay for the nails so she still wont have to pay, but what a horrible way to start the birthday celebration.Very very disappointed. The salon is so pretty too, she was so excited.

My husband and I had the couples massage. The massage therapists were very professional and the atmosphere was very conducive to relaxation. We will most definitely be back. We loved it!!

Wife called to try to schedule an appointment, waited 2 weeks for a call back just for them to tell her they were full until June . Gee thanks? Said they would call back with their next available appointment, still waiting on that call back. Lol . No thanks

They advertise that they are open every day and Sundays by appointment only, I went well after opening time this morning and the doors were locked in the entire business was dark. If your business is closed for whatever reason you should post a sign to let your customers know or update your hours accordingly

Called on a Wednesday for a Saturday appointment. When I called on Saturday to see if I could bring someone with me I was told I had no appointment and that they were booked. The receptionist said she would call me back but did not ask for my phone number. I called back and was left on hold for over 20 minutes before I finally hung up. Unacceptable
