Just bought 2 new mods and spent so much money at the store. Went to the car to test it...havent even gone anywhere. I decided I wanted to exchange one of my mods to a more expensive one.There were two females at the store and the lady with glasses was just not being helpful at all. She was being a ..... point was I only had the mod for 2 minutes and because it was opened she wasnt even willing to help me.Also, her attitude was just so nasty. Id say that when theyre trying to sell you something they act all nice, but once theres an issue (customer) staffs dont know how to handle it properly. They were just so unprofessional.Plus+ vape juice that tastes disgusting costs $15 for a 15ml bottle. Seriously?I do NOT recommend this store at all. If you are a fan of avail, then you might want to go to a different location unless youre desperate.

Great juice flavours. Downside is that they are renaming most of their flavours, so if you had one you like, it might have a new name now. Also the max strength decreased from 24mg to 18mg. Bad if you vape 24mg like I do, but understandable, considering the attempt at standardization and FDA issues. The service was great, and anytime I have been there, there were always 2 people helping customers, so service was relatively speedy. I go here often.

Excellent selection of products. All of their Vape juice is made in a certified clean room, which is regularly inspected for quality. You wont find a better supplier of these products anywhere else on the peninsula. The staff is both friendly, and knowledgeable.

Employees are always very helpful but the policy where they card everyone even if you are not buying everything is a pain. My fiance has bought three vapes so far from them. To me the first one is the best because it is simple. The last one was over 70.00 and when he tried to change the flow it all of a sudden started to leak out all the oil, what a mess and now he can not get it back together. We are going back to Avail for help.

As of yesterday this is now my #1 go to vape shop. I came in frustrated with all other previous shops I have been to in the area and was looking for an awesome menthol flavor. The manager responded without the slightest hesitation and directed me to Arctic Blast. Very impressed with the store, prices, tons of flavors, I will be going back for sure.

Always have what I need for the best flavors & vape supplies!So Im Trying CBD vape oil from Leafana in Melon flavor for the first time & Im impressed very smooth, great flavor & very calming.I highly recommend stopping by this Avail shop & trying some. Nothing against Avail as a company, but they only sell their own brand of juice here, and the juice simply isnt that good. Especially not for the price. Its thin and you can tell that the ingredients are cheap. I would not recommend coming here, I would recommend branching out and trying different brands of juice.

Today alone I went to three different Vape shops i will not disclose the names of the businesses. The first one I did not get acknowledged when I walked in the door and stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me without anyone asking if I needed help. Lets not get one that I had went to I asked a guy to help point me in the right direction of a good flavor that I would like I told him the kind of flavors that I already like and he responded I cant help you, Ive never lived a day in your mouth. I swear I cant make this up. So i end up getting a juice I think sounds like something i will like. WRONG it was horrible i was coughing every time i tried to vape. Finally driving home mad i see Avail Vape I decide to stop because there was no way I could be further disappointed. I had never been to this vape shop before. I walk in completely surprised it was well lit, no grungy couches, it looked how a vape shop should look in your mind not like a lounge. Patrick greets me with a smile and asks if i need any help. I tell him my awful experience today and he started suggesting juices for what i would like. He was very helpful and even interacted with my kid. I have decided just off that interaction and experience my business will only go to Avail. I will also be recommending it to friends

First I have to say I never write reviews but after the experience I had today I have to give kudos the the avail shop in Hampton VA . I recently started vaping and successfully stopped smoking cigarettes after being addicted to them for over 10 yrs. I went in today to purchase new coil packs for my Eleaf istick and to my horror they were out of them. After a moment of what am I gonna do now I joking said now i gotta go get a pack. The Store worker said we cant have that and gave me one that i assume is either personal or for the store. What an amazing experience today way to go above and beyond for the customer will definitely recommend this location to everybody i know

We went in there with what we thought was a Broken device to see what the problem was, and was amazed by the customer service from Paul. He took the time to take our device apart put in new juice and coil to fix the problem. We were amazed at how well it was working and had better insight in how our device worked. Wont ever go to another Vape shop. Thank you so much Paul!

I broke my vape last week, so I went to AVAIL Vapor in Hampton Va to purchase a new one. Joseph was working that day, and please allow me to say, that each time I go there Im always treated courteously and my experience is beyond measure, in a good way. But on this particular day, I went to AVAIL very stress out and Joe first calmed me down and asked if he could see my vape. He said to me, Mr. Snow please relax and afford me the opportunity to fix your vape. I didnt think it could be fixed; I was prepared to spend my last on another one because I NEEDED MY VAP . Joe had me to relax then proceeded to fix my vape. My vape has been working fine ever since! Joe always helps me beyond limits when Im there, from showing me the newest products to obviously fixing my vape. It was his recommendation that led me to find my favorite juice. I was so grateful, I asked to buy him lunch and he declined. I had to do something because he didnt charge me; in fact, he saved me money. He had me promise to just keep coming to the Hampton store to afford them the opportunity to serve me. I was always a huge supporter of the Hampton store, but that experience made me a life-long customer. THANK YOU JOSEPH, you are a real gem, my friend. Big Ups to the AVAIL Vape store in Hampton for hiring dedicated and loyal people like Joe.

Went in to Aval today to buy a starter kit, after two other stores didnt have any in stock. The people were very helpful. The flavors are all pretty good. I didnt try any that I didnt like at least a little, and the fact that the store lets customers sample before buying is great. I bought a starter kit and two bottles of eliquid. (crunch monster and cereal killer) The whole thing was about half as much as I expected it to pay. Definitely will be going back to Aval when I need more eliquid.

If youve never been to a vapor store and your wondering where to start, this is your place. If youve been vaping forever this is still your place. The best organic quality premium vapor juice made in a lab at very reasonable prices

To be honest Im not really sure how this place is still open. One brand, mediocre, flavorings taste unclean, staff lacking knowledge. It seems a bit like a noob trap where people who have never experienced vaping see a bunch of shiny shelves and pretty pictures to get them to buy stuff.

Nothing wrong with the store its clean and staff is friendly. The draw back is that they only carry thier brand of e-juice so your limited on choice and bottle sizes (few 120ml)

This place sold me a broken vape. I used it once and it never worked again. It was a gift and it was outside the 30 mark and they just pretty much told me they can’t do anything. It’s only been two months it’s brand new. Bad customer service never ever will i return nor recommend. Selling people broken products should be at least exchangeable.

You can sample all the e-juice they have but it costs a dollar for a disposable mouth piece. They have a well organized shop to easily find they kind of juice you are looking for and the staff is attentive and friendly.

Employees were very knowledgeable about the products and a good variety to choose from. I recommend Avail to anyone interested in vaping or similar products.

By far the most professional vape store around. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, prices are decent, and they have a wide range of products.

Staffed with hipster 20 somethings who are absolutely rude and unprofessional. They are owned by Altria which used to be called Phillip Morris...yes that Phillip Morris. They only sell house brand juice thats owned and controlled by a big tobacco company. I will never give them another dime.

They always take care of me and have time to listen and answer any questions I have. Plus they are the only vape store in the 757 who flavors organically

Terrible service. Almost seemed racist. The customer service representative talks down to customers especially if they are someone of color. This is just my experience yours maybe different

Went in yesterday, very open but the staff was nice and the look was professional. The manager was very kind to us while we were there.
