Kevin was Awesome. When my friend and I came in, he greeted us with a smile and acknowledged our presence and told us he would be with us in a sec. Before I knew it, he was back, asking us what we were looking for today. We ended up spending over $50, unintentionally. Thank you Kevin, for an awesome first time at your HyperNova smoke shop.

Terrible. I went not to long ago, my total came to 3.15 I gave them 5.15. I received 1.50 back. I explained to him why I should receive 2$ back. He then gives me 1.75. I continued to patiently wait in the driveway after explaining to him AGAIN that he owes me $1, just to receive 1$ back in all quarters. I then asked him for a $1 as a bill and give him the 4 quarters back. The head guy comes in I explain to him what happened, that I simply just was waiting on the $1 as a BILL, he asked for my purchase and change back so that he can “re do” it. And then gives me $2 with $1 STILL as 4 quarters. I explained to him I wanted a dollar as a bill AGAIN, he tells me I would have to wait because the guy who served me was about to get off which is why he gave me 1.75$ , that if I didn’t have the money I could take my business to another smoke shop. Idc if it’s $2, pay me money! Then stated it would take a minute for him to get back in the register. Your worker should have explained all of that himself instead he was on mute. I had every right atp to be annoyed! I never have this issue with the young lady who works in there. Also while I was on the phone the head guy came to the window saying “What we robbers!?”. When I never said that and was on the phone in my own personal call he butted into, LOUD & WRONG. Never again!

Prices are ridiculous, was told I could get a 5g live resin cart for 80.99, i went in the next day and he charged me 109.00. On top of the price of the cart being ridiculously expensive for no reason, it also doesn’t fire, gets extreme air bubbles that will not pop and overall just not good at all.

I was skeptical to come into this shop, but after entering the store I was amazed. This has been the only store I continue to go to. Knowledgeable experience and wonderful service. Top quality items and not too pricey either. Check ‘em out!

I had driven past this place many times and today decided to stop in and compare prices on nicotine vapes and other items. Let me tell you I was NOT disappointed in anyway. Not only are they fairly priced they are the cheapest prices Ive come across in a long time. Ive found my new vape store! Stop and check it out they have so much stuff in there and so many options. Now lets mention the staff. I was kinda in my own mind and down and the sales guy was friendly and answered every question I asked about different items he sold. And I asked a lot of questions lol. I had the WORST EXPERIENCE i’ve ever had at a smoke shop today. I have been an LOYAL customer for going on a year now. They offer a punch card for vape purchases but it’s a total SCAM! I bought 9 vapes meaning the 10th should have been free. When I went to claim my free vape (redeemable with my punch card) I was told I had to buy yet another vape for me to receive the free vape even though my next punch specifically says FREE. After expressing my concerns with management I was told I could take my business else where after being a loyal customer for nearly a year. I will NEVER go back to these cons again and if you were smart you wouldn’t either!

Stopped here on a whim and so glad i did! I usually get the Hyde IQ vape but they didn’t have them in stock, I’m not picky usually so i got something else. The customer service was great! He gave me a discount since they didn’t have the product i was looking for in stock. They also have a customer loyalty card that after so many purchases you get a free item. I will continue to go here for now on since i had a great experience! They also offer a drive thru option, which is awesome when you just need to grab something quickly

I needed a new vape, wasnt completely sure what I was going to get. I walked in spoke with Kevin, and I was good to go! He got me exactly what I needed and what I needed when I didnt even know. You played and acted a complete fool as you demanded me to delete a google review i never made in order to complete my purchase. Never did, & i left happily without your products and went to the 7/11 across the street for the BEST deal. & if you have a grudge & holding it that bad to blank on random people you need meds.

Lovely, helpful staff. Beware of the salt nic bottles! Check the expiration. All the ones I have gotten have been 2 or 3 years expired. It clogged and burnt up my vape pod. Check your products before you walk out the door, because they will not refund if you realize youre missing a bottle in a 2 pack in the car and go back in!

The Todds lane store sells to underage kids, and when confronted, will try and have you arrested for trespassing. This business is misleading and just wants your money regardless of what the laws are. The owner has an attitude problem when asked to refund purchases. Beware!

I came into the store last week, the attendee was on the phone all of my visit. It was in the morning. I had a few questions, but you can tell he was definitely preoccupied. I purchased two Shisha‘s for my hookah, the watermelon mint and the two apples and mint. I’m not quite sure if the two apples and mint was old but it taste like black licorice. When I called to see if they would exchange the product because something was wrong with it I was told that they don’t do returns or exchanges because they would lose money! But I am losing money because I can’t use this product purchase from the store because it’s not the flavor that I purchased. When I asked to speak to a manager they told me that one wasn’t available to talk to me. Overall the customer service was horrible but they do have a large variety of products to choose from!
