The VERY LIMITED choice of vapes available is WAY OVERPRICED! The exception being the Kang 10,000 ($29.99). Not impressed.

This store is an absolute SCAM! She told me the price Of the product and swiped my card a split second later before I could realize it’s priced 4x more than anywhere else! I immediately asked for a refund and she refused even though it was a debit transaction! I left the owner my number, they can call me if they see this post. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..

Use to be my favorite spot but the price hike on products is ridiculous, I use to go get the cbd prerolls until I found out I was paying double and even the wraps. Products are now limited. I really wish this store didnt fall of since it is close to me. Spent alot of money here.

Such a friendly and attentive establishment. Definitely knowledgeable with a wide variety of inventory for everyone. I ended up losing track of time looking at all the different products and enjoying the wonderful environment. I highly recommend and surely will be back.

Nice people. However I just found cooks nerd ropes for $8. I won’t be coming back to TV to buy them for a $15 markup. Wouldn’t be so bad if I had not bought about 5 before figuring out the markup.

Arrived at 9:35pm ready to make a purchase, as I walked to the door, I’m assuming the worker at the time was in his car and proceeded to honk at me, as I looked at him he mouthed “were closed”. As I just looked up the times and have been there before at this time, I know for a fact that you stay open until 10pm. I usually come here to support because I know it’s a small store. No more will I come back. Worker should have enough respect to at least speak to me and not honk in my face, as well as close 25 minutes early. I was about to spend $100+ dollars, so it’s probably for the best I was stopped as I was. I’ll take my business elsewhere.Edit: I know the owner may be good but the workers that continue to get hired will be the reason they suffer. Just the other night I went in as a lady was visibly under the influence of drugs and could barely add up our order. But oh well 👍

This store used to be the best spot in town. I went in today and was told my coupon couldnt be honored (buy 5 get 1) after I already purchased five items and then there is an upcharge for purchasing with a card. Theres been a lot of new employees but the girl that was working tonight was just rude and seemed like she didnt want to be there. They just lost a valued customer.

Shop has a lot to choose from. Great customer service! And the great thing is if they don’t have what you’re looking for they will order it! Owner is awesome!!!!

Will not go here again, not even as a last resort. Everything is wildly overpriced and vape side is barely stocked. They’ve clearly shifted their focus to weed and left their vape customers behind.

I used to enjoy this place but it had gone downhill pretty quickly. The past few times, i havent been able to get a juice I enjoy. None of my previous favorite brands or flavors have been available. Even when i come on a day that they restock, the selection just isnt there. I came on my lunch break to buy a vape and the store is locked with a sign that says be right back. Its been 30 minutes of my lunch break and i have yet to see anyone. Its unprofessional to be open and nobody here. At least give your customers an idea of when youll be back. I used to really enjoy this place, but Ill be looking into other local vape shops after this experience.

Excellent service and selection.

I was coming here because I live in Hampton and I heard about this store and wanted to give it a try. When I walked in the customer there greeted me and the girl working there just stood there. I asked her if she had a certain vape and she just said we don’t have it! I asked if she had one similar and she shrugged her shoulders! The customer standing there started helping me and explaining the vapes to me, meanwhile a customer she knew came in and she helped him! I wound up buying a vape that was $25 which was expensive for the vape in the first place, I heasatated about buying it and he told me that she could give a discount on it which only took care of the tax and was a military discount at that! I just bought it because mine was out and it was getting late and everything was closing. I want to support our community but not at this store! I won’t be back.

Prices are amazing, the quality of the mods and juices are the best I have ever had. Plus the customer service is without a doubt the greatest I have ever seen. The selection of juices and all other products was really good,and the staff had great knowledge to help get you started. Definitely recommend.

DO NOT PATRON THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! I’ve gone here on a few occasions to purchase the same item. Each time I was charged a different price. The last time I went, the cashier wanted to charge me $12.99 for a 20ct of Coco Nara coals. OBSURD!!! The maximum I have paid was $5.99. I recently purchased a 120ct box for $11.99. My neighbor went there and said they wanted to charge him $20 for the same coals. RIDICULOUS!! This place is overcharging customers and do not advertise the cost of their items. Do yourself a favor and purchase your needs from somewhere else. Completely unorganized and dysfunctional establishment!!! Stealing from their patrons!!!

I went here after my wife spoke about going here months prior. When I tell you the customer service was PHENOMENAL! I knew nothing about Vapes and walked out confident in operating and owning my new Aegis Mini Vape with juice. The Staff and owner were extremely polite and friendly as well. Me and my wife both walked out with what we desired and plan to frequent this establishment. I’ve already told many of my friends about twisted vape and they plan to shop there . It was a sigh a relief being that I work customer service and felt like a valued customer my first time.

I will start this review off by saying Austin is a life saver , I came in to the shop Sunday looking for a vape device but the employee working didn’t seem to know a lot about the devices so I called my brother he referred me to this amazing vape shop and told him about my experience and he informed me to try coming back on Wednesday or Thursday that’s when I went and the employee there was nothing less then perfect so I agreed and came back Wednesday and needless to say I’m no longer a smoker of 25 years thanks to austin and his amazing breakdown of the entire vaping experience I would’ve thought he was the owner of the shop just how enthusiastic and uplifting he spoke about vaping true passion right there I wish I had employees working for me just like him but anyways this is a good shop with good inventory but the real grabber is the customer service if I would’ve paid cash he would definitely got a tip don’t worry I’ll be back to spend another $200 with you austin and twisted vapes👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The best vape spot in ATL hands down!The atmosphere is amazing. The customer service is always top notch. The product selection is second to none. If I could give this place zero stars I would I bought a mod kit from this place because I always wanted one I spent 74 bucks on it got it home and it didn’t work I tried to take it back up there to try to resolve the issue but got the run around no one ever reached back out to me about my broken mod kit so I feel like my money was wasted
