Excellent service! Ala was very helpful in choosing what to buy as I had never been before. He is very laid back and it nicely adds to laid back vibe of the place. He was a great server and helped make my experience enjoyable. :)

There was a power outtage issue in the plaza but our host went out of his way to get us setup and started and kept checking up on us to make sure we were satisfied.

Came here during a layover and the customer service was superb. 10 minutes away from the airport. Hookah was great! Definitely recommend stopping by!

This is a relaxing and chill place. I tried their black tea and it was so delicious. The hookah was good too. Seraya is doing great job running this place and she knows how to take care of the customers, she has exceptional service. The music is chill and not disturbingly high to bother you if you want to watch something from your laptop. About the cleaning is also great, it’s clean and smell nice. The free WiFi speed is also fast which is important.

This lounge is fantastic! My girlfriend and I had a great time here. Abdul helped us navigate the menu and different choices. We enjoyed the Blue Mist with some nice mint tea to pair with. He provided excellent service and was very attentive. The menu is extensive with great quality tobacco. The atmosphere here is relaxed and very enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting if you are in the area and looking for a relaxing activity that doesnt involve alcohol. I certainly will be returning next time I visit the Chicago area. Pros and cons below:Pros:-Great hookahs (Russian, not plastic hoses)-Good service-Great hours (open early and late, can work/study and chill with friends)Cons:-VERY pricey (30-40% higher than Blue Hookah)-Poor ventilation - you will smell AWFULOverall a decent place for hookah in Chicago. In my opinion, the key factors that make a great hookah lounge include: hookah flavor, price, music, ambiance, seat comfortability, coffees/extras, and friendliness of owners/staff. Heres how Havana stacks up:1. Hookah Flavor / Smoothness: (4/5)-Second smoothest shisha in Chicago (Blue Hookah takes). Props for keeping the hookah extra clean. Ventilation is TERRIBLE2. Price (1/5)-VERY expensive. Total for one hookah is around $50 with tip. The most expensive in Chicago.3. Music: (4.5/5)-Personal preference here, but I tend to like a mix of hip hop and middle-eastern music. Thats generally what they play, but at times it gets a little too poppy (like the Taylor Swift or something)4. Ambiance (3/5)-Low lighting and somewhat comfy couches, and a cool crowd. Went here last Monday with a friend to chill while watching a game of football, place was fire. Music was on point, hookah was lovely and lasted me an entire hour and more without fully burning off, ambience was on point, and the vibes overall were really amazing and the guy working there was dancing and singing through his shift working a busy place with little effort and at surprising speeds, loved the vibe.Got recommended a different flavor when I asked for a usual but said I wanted to try something else, and the guy did not disappoint; excellent service, thanks AalaDo go here if you’re looking for a place to chill and unwind after a long day, gave me a better experience than the other places I usually go to!

Was coming here for almost 10 years. Things USE to be great. Now, in 2024, the place is dead. Im the only patron there and it takes almost 30 minutes for me to get my hookah. They keep revamping the interior of the place, so it looks cozier and brighter - but interior design only goes so far when the lounge is empty. Prices are way higher than some other lounges in the area. The hookah (not sure whether its the coals, or the way the server packs the bowl), makes me feel very dizzy and have a headache instantly. As a avid hookah smoker, this place WAS a great spot for a long time. Now....not so much. I wouldnt go there again. Especially when I can go to another lounge 5-10 minutes away and get WAY better services with no negative effects on my body or wallet.

It is also an extremely elegant ambience for a Hookah Lounge.Coming from Dubai, which is known as a town for smokers, the authenticity on the flavors of Hookah they have is just unmatched but even better. If you have ever smoked Medwakh or Dokha which is the pipe tobacco in Arab countries, Havana sells Dokha along with pipes and cleaners too. They are not limited to that, their smoke shop also has a very big variety of vapes, hookah flavors, coals and everything a smoker generally needs.Do visit Havana Hookah Lounge for an outing with friends and trust me you won’t be disappointed.

The store and hookah bar are a gem in a quiet strip by Ohare international airport. I loved that they had NBA basketball playing, and the flavors + smoke were really good. The hookahs are Russian, so I never had to worry about harsh hits or burnt flavor. They also use heat management devices in order to keep the flavor lasting longer. I enjoyed the mellow ambiance, and will definitely come back soon. Customer service was great, and I am looking forward to my next stop there!Thank you Asrar and Idrees!

The customer service is so bad, the tall man over there was impolite and tried to make problems. I asked him why he took the shisha, he answered why you didn’t tell me. Should I tell him every time I go to the bathroom!! When I asked for refills he said I can’t and no refund for the water. Great shisha and service. I came for one week in a buisness trip and searched for shisha that opens at morning and i found Havana, I drove 40 minutes and it really worth it. I tried many shisha but not is good as Havana. I visited the place again in my way to airport and enjoyed the shisha more and more. Havana was my last place in Chicago and for sure If i come back, it will be my first place to visit just after i leave the airport.

Friends flight got delayed 5 hours, so we found this was the closest hookah place near Ohare. Even tho the reviews here are really mixed, we decided to check this place out. Initially we had no expectations as we went there around 11am-12pm and there was just 1 guy in their smoke shop. But to our surprise, the hookah was exceptional, we ordered 2. One was their exotic house mixes (which was ok, not bad) the other was a regular flavor. the guy was really nice, He did take some time to make the hookas as he was running between the smoke shop and making hookah for us aswell, but it was worth the wait.. Great place, Yes at that time there was no Music, the lounge was empty too, but we really liked the place so this review gets 5stars. Maybe will check again sometime later during rush hours to see and verify other reviews :)

Ridiculously high prices, and unapologetic about it. I was looking for a new vape device. They sell the Sourin Air for $29.95. List Price is $20! Thats 50% OVER suggested retail price! I looked at the Smoktech Stick M17. He had it priced at $49.95. Suggested list is $44.95. You can get it for $20-30 online. I showed this to him, and asked if that was his best price. He said it was. I guess you wont see me again!
