I came in as a customer and left as a friend. Ari and Dylan both brought me to a different level of vaping. Both are very patient and are always willing to explain anything and everything about the art of vaping! Overall highly recommended for both the novice vaper as well as the seasoned vet. Very welcoming atmosphere!!!

Not only do you receive great customer care and a wide variety of options to choose from, but you also receive the knowledge from the Vape Monkeys team.Ari and Dylan are some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people I have come to meet in the vaping community. These guys are not there to sell to you, they are there to help you. The chill and welcoming vibe you get from the shop is something unlike anything Ive experienced before. Very friendly staff with excellent customer service. Came in for the first time vaping at 18mg nicotine - Ari convinced me to take it down to 9, and the juice he sold me was fantastic. Staff really cares about customer health, satisfaction, and experience.

I went in a little over a week ago because I was having trouble with my vape, and the two gentlemen working went above and beyond to fix my problem. Not only did they help me with new parts, the explained things thoroughly to me about certain settings and modes as well as DOs and DONTs when it comes to things like refilling the vape with juice and changing the coil. I walked out of the shop beaming because I have never gotten that kind of respect and assistance at any other vape shop I have gone to. I am definitely recommending this place to friends and other vapers and will be returning whenever I have an issue or question. Thank you guys so much, and keep doing what youre doing, it was a great experience all around! Ill be back soon!

If your looking for a vape shop, this is THE vape shop to go to... Ari is top notch! Great guy! You just dont get this kind of customer service at a vape shop! Im pretty sure I just spent an hour with him! In all honesty, greatest possible service, great juices, and only the best products! Not that garbage you see at your local tobacco/vape shops! Dont waste anymore time going anywhere else! Go see this guy!! You wont regret it!

Great selection of juices and hardware. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Great shop for the beginner to advance vapers. One of the few shops in the area that has a nice selection of rebuildables.

Would recommend to anybody, novice or expert. Super friendly staff, very laid back bibe to the place. Prices are beyond fair, their selection is amazing, mods and juices, and its a great experience going here. The owner has a killer collection of rare mods that was absolutely awesome to look at.
