I was just there today and I thought to post a review finally cause I’ve been going on and off for the past 11 years (when I first started smoking, it was a different owner back then) to Norridge tobacco. The guy behind the counter with the dark curly hair is always polite always wants to know how you’re doing. Not only do they have good competitive prices here, but the staff is always really friendly and happy to help. It’s always a pleasure.

Got some gummies, i wouldnt recommend them. theyve sat for too long on the shelf.

They have pretty good prices but they rarely open on time, 9:50 am and it’s still closed.

New owners, new prices. long time customer, went in to buy some glass labeled at $30 but when they rung it up at the counter they wanted to charge me $55. They lowered it to $50 (yes what a sale). I’ve bought numerous, big glass from here at affordable rates with previous management. If you like the bait and switch or just like paying high prices, this is perfect for you!

I buy from here all the time and I always have great experiences. The guy is such a good help. If you need help on anything he’s there he knows almost everything and whatever you’re looking for is there they have everything the place is amazing and it’s my to go I would never go anywhere else.

First thing: This store sells to Minors.Second thing: About 2-3 years ago this store was selling fake Juul pods. Ever since then I have never shopped at this store. Take your business elsewhere cause the Arab employee will argue with you that there is no return policy. I opened the pack of variety pods right in front of him after I bought them. I watched him flustered trying to explain to me why the juice inside the pods were brown/black. It’s embarrassing that this store will rather get mad at the customer who is being scammed then just come correct. Somehow the employee was so committed to selling the fake juul pods that he started getting aggressive towards me and told me to leave the store. It’s hilarious because I actually had a REAL AUTHENTIC Juul Mango pod bought from another state at the time and showed it to him to inform him that the juice ain’t supposed to have color let alone a dark brown tone to it. Looked like the color of dab oil.

Don’t waste your time and go here, they are over priced compared to other stores around the area, I would highly avoid this store.

Hands down the best place to get anything smoking or vape related. They have it all, very well selection of everything. Staff is very knowledgeable and take the time to explain any products your wondering about and answer any questions. Also you cant beat the prices, this is a very well ran and maintained establishment! I would recommend to ALL!

So glad I found this place! I walked in on a whim and I was pleasantly surprised. Close to home and unbeatable prices compared to other local stores. Their prices are mostly even better than ones Ive found online for comparable products! They also have a very good selection of CBD and Kratom products and Ive not found any cheaper locally! Not only that but its good, fresh product. The owner and the employees are very kind and helpful too. So happy I found this shop

Lots of choices of vapes and smoking paraphernalia. Sometimes the vapes are burnt or unfilled so check them before you leave they are very good with exchanges and returns.

Not a bad place. Fairly good prices. Due to current conditions because of covid cannot give good review. Staff does not wear masks. ,If there customers well being is not important to them then there business is not important to me. Will not be back.

This used to be the best tobacco store around.. New management/ employees, kind of rude, dishonest and disrespectful. Will not shop here any longer..

Love this place but its never open on time 9:30am is more like 10. 10 is more like 10:30am. Sure does close on time though.

Do not buy from them !!!Prices are ~ 15% higher then others. If You buy faulty product You are not able to return it or exchange. The only advice was sending me to manufacturer`s warranty beside I bought 2 weeks ago.

Lots of options but not a lot of knowledge about the products.

When I need smokes I end up taking a drive to this spot. They have better prices than any local gas station or pharmacy.

The store is listed as opening at 930. There are 6 cars sitting here waiting for the store. No one is at the store working. Very unprofessional
