Been coming here for 3-4 years and it’s by far the best shop in the area. Always fully stocked with a lot of favorite items. Staff is super knowledgeable and very good at recommending stuff.

Staff is knowledgeable, quick, and friendly.I described a ejuice flavor no longer available from a company that Ive been vaping on for several years that went out of business, and they didnt know. They offered a couple of suggestions, and Im happy with the new juice.

They have a lot of wraps to choose from at this location. Very huge space filled with so many glass pieces to choose from. Kratom is good must try the liquid shots! Good for downtime relaxation

Each seller gives the price he wants based on if he likes you or not. Im buying the same stuff all the time. And the price is always different. And its either yeap, we can make it $10 less or no, I dont know how did you get this price last time. And no you cant use the discount even our promotion says you can 🙄

I’ve always had a great time - the staff is kind and helps explain anything you have questions about and is happy to make suggestions when you’re a little lost. Miguels customer service is top notch, and I never feel like Im being sold something. He genuinely wants to help everyone find the best product to fit their needs. Smoke Depots juice, mod, and tank variety is second to none, and they consistently rotate their selection to give their patrons new stuff to try out.Side note: Ashley (I think thats her name) plays some great tunes. Nice and helpful staff. Miguel was helpful on numerous occasions. But, as I unfortunately discovered, if you happen to purchase any hardware and it turns out to be defective, you are out of luck. This does not refer to buyers remorse, which I understand they have a no return policy. If you have a problem, an exchange would be reasonable, but the employees dont offer any solutions except stating their policy. So my opinion has changed. Buying liquid should be safe, but other items are risky. You are better off buying online.

I love how every time I walk in I have a great, but short lived conversation. The guys always have a smile on their faces which makes it more appealing to customers and puts a smile on our faces even if our day was garbage!

Yo Check It. So I’ve been to a lot of smoke shops. But these dudes right here......they are amazing. Great customer service. First of all, Cris And Alli, are the most helpful employees ive ever met. They will help you fix any problems with your devices. As long as you dont bend the charger port and then demand a refund. They are very fun and intelligent. They’ll hold a decent conversation with you, as long as you dont bring up the sacred 30 day return policy in the constitution’s fine print. But 5/5 Stars. Great place to be. After all, Its always lit at the depot.

I was told today that I cannot use my $10 worth of points (that I earned by spending $200) today because i was eligible for 15% off ( a promotion that was sent to me via text because I use their points system). That BS. Ill be spending my money somewhere else from now on. Always been a great place, but thats just shady. I edited this because one star wasnt fair. An employee attempted to make this issue up to me because they also realized it wasnt right, and the employees have always been cool to me. Just wont be returning

Aesthetically pleasing with the light to glass ratio. Not too much incense and cigar smell like some shops. Kinda got this whole chill vibe and get you what you need on the quicks and you really never wait. They’re all pretty chill dudes. The prices for like wraps and gars are best in town, on baby.

This place is great and the people are friendly and helpful. Also the cheapest place to get Kratom by far and prices on par with the area for bags of tobacco and tubes. The best part is the hours though they stay open much later then the other stores around.

The people were super helpful they helped my friend. They helped us pick out some really nice drag x and drag x unites I also got some warfare juices and a freeMax maxluke tank I am super happy will be back for more stuff.

I dont smoke but my boyfriend loves coming here and gets all his new e liquids and mods from here. Everyone is always very nice to us and know the products on display. They also have a testing bar to try new liquids. Place is very clean and comfortable to go into.

Coolest most helpful guys. When I moved from the southside to norridge I had to leave my favorite vape shop behind but smoke depot is honestly better. Always helpful and inviting atmosphere and a great selection. Prices are meh, but that’s really anywhere you go now a days.

The guys here treat you like family and they have an incredible rewards program. Couldn’t recommend a better place for your smoking and vaping needs.

This place was a blast. Clean and well stocked smoke shop with stoners manning the helm. What more could you ask for?I will recommend the White Whale CBG flower from Urbs. Fantastic buzz by itself or mixed with traditional herb. Not the best flavor profile, but a real treat to vibe with. Looking forward to trying some of the CBD flowers soon.

Warning Do NOT waste your money here. Basically this place has NO redeeming qualities & extraordinarily bad ones. Bad customer service, janky merchandise, & of course they gotta have an all sales are final mentality to go along with that janky merchandise I mentioned. I was waiting on a pizza nextdoor so I wandered in here & ended up leaving with an overpriced, very cheaply made can which is supposed to look like a Rockstar drink but is meant to be used for hiding valuables, cash, weird stuff you dont want lying around for all to see, whatever. The point is these guys, who were not the friendliest bunch of goofballs Id run across to say the least, not only had the audacity to charge somewhere around $35 for this thing & yes I was dumb enough to pay it, but youd think the one thing Id be ok on is that the overpriced item wouldnt be fixed up garbage that had already broken & been fixed at least once, then put back on the shelf for the next Vic. as long as u didnt touch it anyways. The 1st time I went to open it I was still in the store & instead of opening the top came off, exposing some glue they had tried to use to fix it the 1st time this had happened. So after spending $$ on something I didnt need, overpriced, with rude super cool guys working there who dont appreciate u making them work just fyi, I decided Id like my $$ back & forget I ever went in there. Nope, sorry sister, not happening. Then they suggest that I go buy some of the same type of glue which they had clearly used already to fix their garbage inventory & I could use that to fix it. Ill stop there but just remember this, I never even left the store after buying what had obviously been tampered with before & they refused to give me a penny back. This was a while ago but everytime I see that place still open Im shocked & hope they go belly up soon. Theres too many options to put up with nonsense like that in any type of business.

Ask anybody in there with a beard and they will literally know exactly whats up. theyre really really friendly there and most of the time they know what theyre doing. I like that they have different and updated flavors and assist to your liking.

Love coming here to get everything I need. They have a huge selection of vape, tobacco accessories, pipes, cleaning supplies, detox, a nice walk-in humidor of cigars with an abundance in selection, as well as a bunch of other little things. They dont sell tobacco in the forms of cigarettes though, so be warned and save yourself some time.They use the Five Star reward program which gives you points for every dollar you spend, which can then be used to buy items there on a credit. The points dont expire and the credit can be used for anything in the store.The employees are the best part of coming here though. Theyre always so hospitable and will talk with you about anything and just about everything. I always come in, get what I need, and stay to hang out with them afterwards.Theres plenty of parking in the lot, there are seats inside, a t.v. which usually shows the local Cubs games, a water cooler, charging stations to charge your batteries, but no public bathroom.

Horrible experience here. Ive been here twice since its the closest vape shop to me. Customer service is very rude, the seemed very bothered by the fact I was asking questions. Since Im new to vaping.First time in I ask the guy why my tank might be leaking he answers with kanger products are crap no other helpful insite. I ended up walking out with a new juice which I found pretty pricy.Second time i decided to give them another shot. I was trying to find information about my rda dripper a friend had given me, the guy recognized it immediately... so I ask him if he can recommend the proper coils for it since Im not to sure myself. He sells me some crap expensive coils which I later found out not only are they not compatible with my dripper, but also caught on fire.I recommend never going here. Mainly because of the the feeling they did not want me in their shop and felt pestered about answering simple questions. Also they made me say screw vaping, Ill stick to ciggerettes. Thanks for the terrible experience guys.

My favorite place for all my vape needs. Actually the only place I go to now. They have all the mods, tank, and flavors. I especially love the clearance basket where you can find good flavors starting at $10.

They have a variety of bowls, bongs,water pipes to choose from. They sell vaporizers for E-liquids,wax,and dried herbs. There prices are high and not much cheaper than smoking. Customer service is a disappointment and not much help. Young kids supervised by older kids. No manners or etiquette. If the store keeps the pace its at a year or two from now. It will be closed down.

Knowledgeable about products came in here a while ago to look around and the guy that I talked to pointed me where the one liquid was that I wanted. Very friendly. A lot cheaper than the other vape shops I go to. I will be returning back to get more juice in the future.

One star becouse I bought some e liquid from there and like after using it for like a day I start coughing a lot. I use breeze 2. What I think the vg is too high or the quality of the product is not that good. Anyway I called them and ask them if they can replace it with something else or exchange or something. Nothing. He was not even talking with me. Can not be like that. They have so much stuff there. They should find a solution to resolve this issue.
