THEY SELL FAULTY PRODUCTS ON PURPOSE. The store knowingly sold me a faulty vape, and when I immediately returned for an exchange, they offered me five dollars off. Even the cashier was confused as to why he wasn’t able to exchange, but the manager refused. As a traveler and first time shopper, I depended on this place to do the right thing and they deliberately did not. And then he had the audacity to ask me to leave a review. You are better off spending your money somewhere else.

Not bad, a little pushy. I asked for the attendant to just let me look and he kept trying to sell me when I already knew before hand what I wanted and I just wanted to look at all the flavors before I walked out. Good selection though.

It was my first time in here I was so amazed by the nice man work in the cape shop he was very friendly and helpful to me he answered all the Questions I need help with this place is so awesome and peaceful I will be visiting soon just love ❤️ the prices and good services I got being in there

I purchased a vape, but unfortunately, it turned out to be defective. The next morning, I promptly returned to the store to inform them about the issue. However, to my disappointment, they refused to take any responsibility for the faulty product. Instead, they offered me a discount on another vape as a resolution, even though I hadnt even had a chance to use the one they sold me.

I went on a late night. Guy seemed friendly and honest at first, I was relieved.I purchased a higher priced vape but he was fidgeting with it a lot. I asked him why he was taking so long, and he said because he wanted to put my vape together. I told him you didnt have to, I still wanted the original packaging including the instructions inside. Anyways, I paid, when I got to the car I looked at the opened vape box, and the orange sticker in the back was halfway peeled off. From the numbers I could read, the guy overcharged me over $10 for the vape thinking I was not going to notice. He didnt peel off the whole price. Dummy. Careful everyone!
