I love Pharaoh in Helena! They have an awesome selection and super friendly/helpful staff. I was unsure of what I was looking for and a nice man named Dakota helped me find the perfect pick. Would recommend to anybody!

Do not use! Very poor customer service. Wife went in to buy juice for vape (purchased there before). When she got home, found that she was sold whole vape unit. Returned to store within 30 mins was told sorry we have a no return policy. This was their mistake not ours . Tried to talk with district manager, he of no help! Said that package had been opened and would not take back, of course it was how else would we know product wrong.Very po or customer service over $20 item.

Always kind and courteous yet anything I need is never in stock. Stopped at 2 locations several times over the last 2 weeks and get our suppliers are backed up whatever, drive 30 minutes to a store that has Everything I need. Tried giving you my business but you NEVER have anything I need in stock. Sad having to drive almost 35 miles road trip for something a business right around the corner should have. At least on a semi regular basis. Good luck. Not wasting my time with yall anymore. At least the employees were friendly and courteous.

Ebber Everett was incredibly helpful during my visit at the fair of vape store and I just wanted folks to know that he provided an exquisite experience. Let me taste a couple of these you know, vape juices and giving me so many recommendations on what to do moving forward and I really appreciate the man please take care of him.

Good selection of products, but customer support is non existant... bought an Orion Vape, hit it 3 times and it wouldnt shut off and just died... they essentially told me to get bent. Ive been coming here for awhile so needless to say the lack of care was upsetting. May be time to visit Gallery Smoke.

If you want THC products, the prices are incredibly high and the selection sucks. Products are as much as double the price of other establishments. Even with the prices the selection consists mainly of flying monkey products. Which are less expensive at a gas station. Dont waste your time.

Buyers Beware:Wife purchased two Escobar disposable vapes. Upon getting home, she fired one up to find the taste of metal. Asked her to scan QR and found it to be a counterfeit. The second vape lasted all of 2 puffs before she commented on the taste being off (a flavor she is used to I should add). Just tasted like dry felt to me. Found out while this on wasnt counterfeit, it was indeed several months past expiry. During same visit, I purchased a vape cart I was told would definitely be compatible with my mod, even after suggesting I bring mod in to confirm. I, in misjudgement, went ahead with purchase and upon arriving home found it was not compatible in size. This is where it wasnt so bad though. I took cart back and informed clerk, who said hed go ahead with an exchange. Awesome! I legit thought this was gonna turn the experience around. He even allowed me to get 2 carts since the replacements were roughly half the price. Got home opened them, tried them out, and then (and I understand this is my mistake as I shouldve checked) found one other the replacements to be 7 months past expiration, and the other expired at the end of the month I aquired it. This was quite a few months ago, just a couple weeks after grand opening. Why would a store carry so many past-date products at launch I cant help but wonder. Decided against writting a review until a coworker mentioned of a similar experience the past week, so decided I would go ahead and share the experience.Not to say you cant find a decent product here, just be very cautious.

I came in today to expect a new Dalis dream blend cartridge cape pen. This cart cost 60.00. Life expectancy of this product is 2 weeks but of you look up all reviews. These carts get every bit of 2 1/2 weeks to 3 weeks. My vape yesterday stop charging and stopped hitting the wax. Pen all together stopped working. I bought this pen here from Faith the woman manager. She offered no help! No return, only a slight discount. Horrible! Horrible customer service. This store just opened recently too. I do not recommend this store. Unless the owner would like to step up and help his customers. I recommend OG PUFF in Helena. I will update this tomorrow to see how this is handled.

I cant recommend this place even though it is super convenient with it being right down the street from my house. Ive been in there twice, the first time to check it out since it was new to the area and while I was there I figured I would grab some coils since they have the g2 coils I use in stock. I checked out & the box of coils were 26 dollars after tax, which is WAY overpriced considering I can get them at other vape shops for half that price & online for 11 dollars. I chalked it up to the lady not knowing what to charge for a whole box (4 coils) I went in today to try again & asked up front how they were & was told they would be 22 dollars with a discount, I told him thats to expensive & I could get them cheaper elsewhere & online & all I got from him was , sorry about that & that was it. Like I said I cant recommend them unless they change their prices no matter how convenient they may be.
