Massage Envy is the best massage company there is and there are many reasons. They have a very competitive monthly membership price compared to similar companies, they employ therapists and estheticians that know how to do their jobs very well and leave clients feeling and looking better every time, they maintain a clean, safe, friendly atmosphere at all times and they try their hardest to make everyone feel at home. I worked for massage envy from 2017-2020 and I absolutely loved working there. My coworkers were awesome and I really grew close with my clients over the years. Marissa and Mario Hawkins are AMAZING owners for all their locations and they really put in the time and energy to keep every clinic the best it can be. I’m so grateful to be working at the Galleria location now with people that I truly get along with and clients that I can help make a real difference in their lives and have done so in the month I’ve already been there. I’m so excited to be back and I love this location for so many reasons. The manager is so friendly and open you can tell she actually cares and wants to help make your job as stress free as possible and she is so understanding. The front desk girls are so helpful with everything and are great at getting you booked up and keep the whole system running smoothly. The quiet room is incredible and looks like a 5 star hotel lobby (I heard there was a remodel for rooms too) and the session rooms are nice and comfortable. Once again im so grateful to be back to help people that truly need it and have a job that I truly love doing.

Do not come here! I repeat go get a massage some place else. Worst experience at this particular massage envy. Hector my massage therapist was the worst. I told him to focus on my calves. Spent only 10min out of 90min on my calves. He does not speak English, major language barrier.

Bad customer service. Have a gift card, the front lady checked the balance and said i have $65 on it and would just have to pay the difference which is $10 and i was okay with that. But then after the massage they said my gift card was expired (it doesn’t say the expiration date on the card), still wont honor it, no consideration or offer anything.So i ended up paying the service with 20 percent tip. But won’t coming back and will spread the word to not come here.

Front desk girls were wonderful.The consultation that was supposed to take place got lost in translation. My girlfriend and I had uncomfortable experiences and the target areas were not focused. We both felt that our problem areas are worse now and some for the trigger point/pressure point work was incredibly intense.We didn’t feel our concerns were addressed when we took one of the front desk hostesses aside to avoid a scene, and were promised some form of restitution. Our typical massage place charges a significantly lower price, but due to a sports related injury, we had chosen your location after a referral.Please feel free to reach out at your earliest convenience and I would love to change my review to give a positive insight into your business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Front desk staff were amazing. My massage therapist was terrible (Fabialy). I’m not sure if she was just fresh out of school or not. She had horrible instructions, she adjusted the bed up and down the whole massage. She did not remain in contact with my body the whole time, she would walk away to get massage cream from my guess. Areas I requested to be worked she did not even do, glutes, thighs, face, scalp, and upper chest. The room was freezing, and they had a wall clock that ticked loudly.Now I know this solely based on one person and the company as a whole may not be like this but they should evaluate their therapist style and work.$90 is what I paid as they had a promotion going on and still gave a generous tip which was not deserved in my opinion.I will never go back as for a chain company that charges a ridiculous amount for what you get.

I have had massages for years and the one I had here at this location of massage envy was the worst I’ve ever had. My time was cut short from the front desk girls having me fill out questions of where I would like the therapist to focus on and it was a waste because my issues were not even addressed, and then my therapist stopped early as well. Fabiely must be new because she rubbed lotion into my skin, but didn’t know how to massage correctly. I asked for harder pressure and she didn’t know how to apply any, though, I know she did try. I’m sorry to say this is my worst massage ever. I wish they could provide their therapists with better training.

Booked and paid this for my boyfriend. We were VERY specific that he needed deep tissue and wanted the massage gun. I should have read the recent reviews. He received a regular massage and the excuse was “there’s no notes saying that’s what he wanted”. Didn’t offer to fix or even apologize. Glad I didn’t get him the 12 month special. Looks like they need to train their front to put notes in and book with a therapist that specializes in deep tissue. When you are very specific prior to booking and expect that service it’s super disappointing and he won’t go back.

Came back after a few years place has feel apart sheets are very worn. Bathrooms are dirty and toilet paper told the receptionist and the bathrooms still were dirty. Wall papper falling off in couples room. Massage was good but not impressed about facility for the price

First off, this place does not accept cash in a cash town! The bills say legal tender for ALL DEBTS public and PRIVATE. What do they not understand about that?! VERY un-American to not accept US Currency! How embarrassing!!! They sure accept cash for tips though (makes it easy to evade taxes, of course!)Moving on: there is a questionnaire that you fill out ahead of your service. It asks which areas you want focused on and which areas you want avoided. I selected legs, glutes, and back. I got 30 minutes of upper back, NO lower back, no higher than 6 inches above the knee on my legs and NO glutes (if your shy, dont do massage).Bathroom floor was sticky where everyone misses the toilet and the trash was full. I expected better of a place that charges double what my usual place charges.Then, at the end, when I just woke up and was massage drunk, they bombard you with some long a** sales pitch. That was OBNOXIOUS! Bug me ahead of time, not when im chillin.My other place hits my requested areas thoroughly, charges half as much, and is way cleaner. I think Ill be returning to my usual place next time. Sorry Massage Envy, I didnt get the I-want-to-go-back experience.

I’ve been a member of Massage Envy back when it was a good deal. Now I’m desperately trying to use up my massages 💆‍♀️ to get out of my contract. It used to be $49.99 per month. Then you got 1/60 minute massage per month and you could gift one ☝️ away per month as well. The rules are now extremely strict. You can now only gift 🎁 one per 30 days and only to the same person 1 per year. It’s a pain!! Also, you can’t pause or stop to catch up and use your massages!! Crazy. Even though you own them!!If you pause you can’t consume them. So you have to keep paying. Argh. So during COVID- I had to accrue a bunch. I want out. Plus the cost went up to $70.I’m sure this is a class action suit waiting to happen. DO NOT DO THIS. IT IS THE WORST CONTRACT EVER. IM GETTING OUT ASAP!!!As an aside most of massage therapists are fantastic and if you can get their personal contact details- I would highly recommend dealing with them directly and cutting out Massage Envy altogether. It is a CORPORATE SCAM!!!!!

I had a massage envy membership but had to cancel due to an illness. I brought my doctors note into the physical location where the supervisor made a copy then canceled my membership. She advised that I had 2 months to use the massages I already accrued on my account.I called a little over 2 months later to schedule an appointment for the massages that were owed to me (I was still sick and couldn’t come any earlier).The supervisor then told me I couldn’t schedule an appointment for a massage because my membership was canceled due to non payment. I was insulted!She then asked if I had my doctors note from over 2 months ago to prove what I was saying. Even though I already informed her that a supervisor took a copy of it when I submitted it.I don’t even feel comfortable coming back to this location, they’re staff made me feel insulted because of they’re incompetence. They lack organization and leadership. If I could give them less stars, I would.

Just had the most amazing prenatal massage with Cleo. He was thorough and absolutely amazing! He checked with me how much pressure I wanted, which being pregnant I was happy with a little less pressure than normal. It was so relaxing and he did such a great job. He is a true professional masseuse. I really enjoyed the fact that we didn’t conversation, because it made the massage that much more relaxing. I can’t wait to come back and get another massage from him after I have my baby and recover (since I’m in my third trimester now). The girls at the front desk were very kind, polite, helpful, and friendly. This is a great location with a truly amazing professional masseuse. I highly recommend Cleo and Massage Envy. Very happy with my massage and membership (been a member for more than 9 years, I think).

A massage, facial and stretch business which offers different therapies and aromas therapies to feel well and work out pains in the body. One can choose different strengths to rub out the muscles of the body. The staff were very friendly and the masseuse was acvomdating when I felt too much pain in a certain area. I highly recommend this place. Prices can range from $90 and a monthly plan is available.

Decided it would be a nice gesture to my work team members to transfer over 1 of my available massages on my account as a gift.Called over on the 23rd of December and spoke to someone who processed the transfer. Low and behold. When my employee decided to use the prepaid massage at a local massage envy she was told that there was no prepaid and was charged the full amount. So much for a gift.My employee explained what happened and I reimbursed her for her charge. Not a good feeling when you get a free massage are relaxed and expect to be done and then end up paying for it.Call over to massage envy galleria my home location and was told my receptionist that their was an error and it was not applied. Fast forward. Speak with manager Mariah and was given very little in terms of empathy or responsibility taken in the error they made. She told me that she could try to reverse charge at other locations and give an enhancement as a sorry. So do what they were supposed to do the first time and give me an enhancement worth a few bucks.As a 20 year customer, really disappointed that the manager showed less concern than the Initial person to take the call. At least, the first young lady showed empathy and took responsibility for something she had nothing to do with. Mariah seemed indifferent to the situation. A bit of Caution when dealing with this branch. Ensure you are getting services you paid for.

I had a one year membership and the massage therapist herself was AMAZING!Sadly, the front desk personnel lack the necessary customer service skills to competently interact with the public. Beware of signing up for recurring membership services. It takes an act of God to get out of them. I was fine with that, however, once my commitment was fulfilled it was the biggest hassle to cancel my membership AND they wanted to charge me a 13th month for a one year commitment. I had to demonstrate I had paid 12 months of premiums which (shocker!) is one year. Also, Pay attention to your receipt. They will charge you for things that are supposed to be included.

I am giving 4 stars just because its annoying that they dont have enough masseuses that work here. I have to wait a while between the services. Thats just lately because of the pandemic though. They said they didnt have graduates from the massage schools for two years, other than thats its great. I always get a good massage. Some are certainly better than others, but Im not telling my favorite on here, Ill never get into seeing them 😩 so if youre reading this and youre on the fence go to that massage school.

I had a gift card for a facial and scheduled an appointment for 8:00. I arrived at 7:55 and the girl checking me in (very nice girl) said the aesthetician is about 5 minutes away. She put me in the quiet room. At 8:32 I went to the reception area to let them know 30+ minutesLate is a bit much so I was leaving. I had to wait for her to get off the phone. At about 8:35 the aesthetician came out and got me. She said she was sorry she was late. We got to the room at almost 8:40. She went over the questions and told me how to disrobe. She left the room for a few minutes while I got situated. She came in and did a facial, and seemed nice. She told me she was finished, asked if I had any questions, then left so I could dress. I dressed, then looked at the clock. 9:15. So, my 60 minute facial was 35 minutes? THEN when I went to check out I was told the price + my 2 enhancements and the total. What two enhancements? I was never told or asked about any enhancements. She somehow fit in two extras in my significantly shorted time. I was in a hurry (now late for work) so paid and left. I know she had a client right after me, because I saw and heard her. I got cheated half the time so she could get back on schedule because SHE was late. And she slipped in extra charges. Got a tad more irritated as the day progressed.

I set up a massage for my pregnant wife and the whole experience was a disaster. First her appointment was at 9am and she waited 45 minutes. When she finally got back in the room the therapist said that they miss placed the special pillow for pregnant women and this 8 month pregnant woman had to lay on a hard table on her side which completely defeated the purpose of her massage. I paid a premium for this service and it was like a person in training gave her a regular massage that did nothing but make her feel worse. VERY disappointed and will never go back or recommend this facility to ANYONE!!!!!!

Had a great experience at Massage Envy. I’ve been dealing with lower back and sciatic pain so I thought I would get a massage to try to release some of the tension I was having. I had a gift card for a one hour massage, so I decided to give them a try. All in all, it was a good experience. Everyone was very professional and the massage was quite nice.

First time at this location. Very spacious waiting area with a fireplace. My massage therapist was Q and he was great. Mentioned all of my problem areas and he found the knots right away. Great experience. Just booked another appointment for next week.

I bought my wife a membership to Massage envy a few years ago. She goes to her appointments every 2 weeks and has had amazing results. She suffers from back and neck pain. With her treatments from Massage Envy, her pain has been significant reduced. I would recommend this company and this location to anyone and everyone.

I work a high-stress desk job, and am constantly getting tight and wound up. My posture also sucks because of this. I tried my first massage here to help with some recent health issues due to the stress, but was INCREDIBLY nervous about the idea. I was set up with ERNEST for a 60-minute intro special, and was not let down! After my 2nd massage, I bought a year membership in full. ERNEST did a fantastic job, asking questions and paying attention to detail! I feel amazing every time I leave this place. Thank you ERNEST and Massage Envy!

My back was in so much pain. I wasnt even able to turn my neck after I was done i felt so much better and was able to turn my neck again. They are all so friendly and nice in there even offered water before and after. I even join their membership. I even realized its good to spoil yourself.

20-min. massage at 7pm, paid $40, and I have woken up in MORE PAIN than ever. I selected my upper back and shoulders (little neck) and received the most painful neck massage where I was facing up the entire time. Would have rather been on my face to have the man get my shoulder blades (which have cause me a lot of pain) but to NO RELIEF. I know you can expect some soreness, but this is upright muscle pain and almost bruising. Do NOT recommend!!!!!

Regretfully, Ive had a negative experience with this location and the company in general. I signed up for a three-month membership, I was explicitly told two things: (1) that my membership would NOT renew and it would simply end after the three months with no action required on my part to ensure I had no additional charges; and (2) that once my membership ended, I have two months to redeem the rest of my credits even as a non-member.Well heres how it actually played out: (1) they charged me a membership fee after the end of three months anyway. They admitted it was a mistake and said they are reversing the charge, and (2) they told me that I was misinformed by their staff about the two-month grace period but because Im no longer a member, they cant do anything about it. They were completely unwilling to take accountability for their mistake and tried to say the system wouldnt let them and tried to use their error as an opportunity to get me to sign up for another month.Before you go here, I recommend shopping around if customer service is important to you.

This was my first time getting a massage and Cassie did amazing! I really wish I could afford to fit the membership into my budget. Very clean. The staff was kind and professional and I was able to book my appointment for the preferred time. Thank you!

I stopped by yesterday after struggling with a week long bout of sciatica and was unexpectedly surprised! MT Cassie did an awesome job of breaking down the knots and released my captured nerve. Although I certainly believed Id feel better afterwards, I had no idea that my backpain would completely desappear! Seriously, the pain was gone!!! I was no longer hunched over, I could bend down, and full range of motion was restored. It was the single best therapeutic massage Ive ever had! Most importantly, Cassie saved my Holiday weekend. I had a lot of fun family activities planned over the next couple of days and I can now partake in them all. My family and I are very thankful this year for Cassie, as well as the other great staff members (Marisol, Brunna, Kaylie, etc.) who have assisted me throughout the years at Massage Envy Galleria Mall. Happy Thanksgiving and keep up the great work!

I had a massage at this location yesterday (09/19/2013). Heather was my massage therapist and she was awesome. Very personable and out going. I have had a lot of massages and this is one of the best I have had. Book with Heather and you will not regret it :)

On Saturday 2/15 I visited the Henderson - Galleria location for a 60 minute facial.I had no pimples or bumps of any kind prior to my service. I was treated to the facial as a Valentines Day gift and wanted to use it as soon as possible. My appointment was going smoothly and my esthetician was very friendly. She asked what my skincare regimen was like and I told her that I cleanse, tone, and moisturizer with a 30 SPF. She applied one mask on my face and maybe 30 seconds into the application process, it began to burn. I told her IMMEDIATELY that it was burning. She explained that the burning/tingling sensation was normal and said that it should stop soon. After another minute she asked if the sensation had stopped and I told her that it had NOT. She completed the mask and removed it once she was done. She continued the facial with a hydrating mask and finally applied a retinol serum/mask. When I left the clerk commented on how shiny I was. I checked out and left my esthetician a tip, as I was pleased at this time. I did not wash my face that night, as I have been taught that its best to let the product sit in the skin, especially when youve been treated by professionals. On Sunday, I felt some raised skin behind my ear but didnt think much of it. By Monday night I had a full blown rash all over my face, ears, and neck. I took Benadryl thinking that it should help. By Tuesday the rash was more pronounced and raised. I called your Massage Envy location and was told by Regina Alvarez that there was a product or two that should be able to expedite the healing process of the rash immediately. I asked if she recommended that I go to urgent care and she replied, If you go to urgent care, theres nothing that we will be able to do for you. I work with children and parents and would not want them to be concerned that something was wrong with me. Regina asked that I email pictures and I did. She said that she would try to contact the head esthetician and give me a call back. She sent an email listing the products that were used on my skin. After not receiving a call back, I drove to Massage Envy - Henderson/Galleria. I spoke with Regina in person and another manager or esthetician on speakerphone. I believe her name was Barbara. They informed me that they could not give me the products that Regina mentioned over the phone, as they contain fragrance and they didnt recommend that I use anything with fragrance. I then began to panic and asked what should I do??? My face is a wreck. I came to receive the service to be proactive about my skin and now I have a million bumps on my face. She said that theres really nothing that could be done and then went on to say the most preposterous thing: DARK SKIN IS MORE SENSITIVE SO THIS REACTION COULD BE FROM THAT. My skin was dark before my service. If a professional and are aware of this, wouldnt you be more cautious when choosing products? Wouldnt you at least tell me that theres more of a risk because of my skin color. Would you violate the retinol policy knowing that my skin is more sensitive??? Had this been communicated initially, I would have waited to receive a facial from a spa that is equipped to work with ALL skin types. Regina then said that I could try an aloe vera plant to my skin but reiterated that there was nothing that could be done. I explained that this is my face and that wasnt an acceptable response. She coldly asked, Well what do you want? All I wanted was for my face to be back to like it was or at least steps I could take to get it going back in the right direction. I left the spa at this point. I am livid with that lack of expertise, professionalism, and compassion that I received and will never receive another service from any Massage Envy location.

My shoulders got really bad on our roadtrip, and Daniel gave me the best massage of my life. Often my shoulders cramp again the next day after a massage but not this time. My only regret is that I cant go here regularly.

I have been getting massages from Keith for my neck and shoulder pain. He is very good, I highly recommend. (Hes very respectful for anyone whos concerned about that.)

Awesome. They were able to get my 12 massages from a previous membership reinstated. Always super nice and the ladies at the front desk seem to always remember me and are very welcoming.

I have been to two locations in Boston & two others here in Las Vegas. This location had one of the best massage therapist I have found. I have fibromyalgia, disc desiccation in my lower 2 discs, sciatica & nerve damage in my right leg. My massage therapist Piedad has helped me in so many ways by her wonderful knowledge in massage & has even tried to research ways of helping me recover from a injury which happened at work that started all my physical problems.. As long as I live in Las Vegas I well only be going to my amazing massage therapist Piedad...

My girlfriend booked a couples massage as a Valentines Day present at massage envy. Wonderful experience, very professional massage for both of us. Would def recommend.

I got a membership here and honestly I dont have time to be there for 1 hour and always when I call they are busy or they want to do it for another day the appointment which I understand if they dont have enough people to take care of clients, so I decided to cancel my membership and they told me NO because I have a contract with them for 1 year. When I sign up they told me there was no contract that I had to let them know 30 days before to cancel. Now I need to wait 1 year and continue with them even if I dont use it.. It suck that they need to force people to stay with them.

I got a haircut and the wife got a massage , my haircut was great and my wife said the massage was pretty good as well !!

The male manager was very rude and condescending to me. The place was teeny tiny although the massage rooms looked nice. The front desk ladies were very nice.

Always something wrong. Either the scheduling or masseuses that are inexperienced or management. Front staff nice and still get things wrong some how. Just always something wrong for such a supposedly relaxing facility.

Very friendly staff, introductory pricing seemed fair for a chain and did not increase as much as I thought afterwards. Good for first timers as well as veterans to massages.

Medically I need massage therapy and Jose is a top notch, professional, and knowledgeable in different types of massages. He is great at deep tissue.

Every one there is wonderful. I had Marselle (spelling ?) today for a 90 minute massage. Well worth it!

Asst manager was very rude to me when I mentioned that I was not pleased with the massage. She told me that I was rude for saying I was not happy with the service.

I have a membership here. Staff is always friendly and the massages are good, but the stretching exercises are even better.

Relaxing and therapeutic. Skilled, licensed, well-trained therapists are available to treat stress, tension, sports injuries, and muscle cramps.

This location specifically rocks! They also seem to always have better trained employees too! Who ever does the hiring for this location, they are doing an outstanding job!

Kaylie is an incredible massage therapist. I always feel much better after a session with her.

I will never come back again, no customer service, massage services no complain but one of the lady in-front was not too nice and not approachable. Your not fit on your job girl!!!
