Its one of the best places for smoking needs. Customer service is hands down the best. Every time they remember what I smoke and my last name for the system for points. If I could give more stars I would.

Been going there 3 yrs starting not to like them. Personal orders take 3 weeks to a month now when it only took the most 7 days and personality from the girls isnt warm. I really miss the guy who worked there before he was awesome. The young new kid reminds me of him now he is friendly. The owner is nice but quiet..

I came in looking for a specific grinder, they did not have it but it was fine, the girl behind the counter was very sweet. The next time I came in I had a note in my account saying they got the grinder I was asking about! I didn’t even ask her to order it and they did ❤️ They really care about their customers and I will always go back for more❤️ They also always have a very big selection of all kinds products!

This place is run so well. Every-time I go in as long as nobody is waiting on me, I have the best convos with megan F and everyone is very attentive. The place is clean and has chill vibes. I trust and love my products from here :p

Everyone I have encountered at this location has been friendly. The discount of glass on Fridays is a good time to buy. In addition they are open until midnight some days which is super convenient.

Great staff very knowledgeable. Went in without a lot of prior knowledge when I bought my vaporizer today and trusted them to hook me up with only the best. They did not disappoint! I love my new toy and will be sure to return only to them.

Love this place! Always has the latest smoking equipment and amazing friday deals on glass!They usually have what we need but if not they always order it for next supply!! They are caring to customers with their wants and likes of product.Staff is super chill and very helpful ❤

Prices are very reasonable for the products and they have good sales every week but the clerk I had the last time I went in wasnt very friendly tried to have a conversation about uses of some products but he wasnt having it I have been in other times and the staff was very helpful and polite and willing to talk about related experiences with products. Would understand if it was busy, but this was later in the evening and we were the only customers in the store.

Super disappointed in this shop. I was in a few days ago (Thursday) to purchase a $299.99 product. Was told by the sales lady “If you come back on Sunday, it’ll be 30% off” Then, she put it aside with my name on it. I returned to purchase it today and was told by the person working “We can’t honor that”. When asked to speak to a manager/owner I was told that “He can’t be bothered on the weekend.” I left and ended up purchasing it elsewhere for $249.99. Really disappointing customer service.

WOW. This place has changed for the better in the last two years..Service is great and friendly. The selection of glass pipes is sweeeet n the vaporizer line is awesome. I go here because they have more e-liquid than both neighboring shops combined. oh an they are the coil connection all kinds old and new. If they dont have something you need they will go the extra mile get it in call you to pick it up and even carry it to your car.

Sierra was very friendly and very knowledgeable with helping me pick up vape products that I needed. She was an incredible person and was very down to earth.

Best shop around as far as quality of items go alway have good bangers terp slurppers and different styles not just one kind like lots of other shops I drive all the way from Waterford to go here better than any shop in Waterford I have found worth checking out try out the bear quartz bangers there a great company.

Amanda behaves like family that is how we feel in there. The owner is quiet mostly but friendly and when he does talk he jokes and smiles. We have never in five years had one issue with them that remotley displayed less than awsome treatment , once my son was sick an Amanda even served me right at the door from my van. I have never gotten that ammount of concern before anywhere .. right on guys we love ya ..sincerly the Warners

This spot is great, they have what you need, are very helpful, and arent expensive. Just squeeze your cigarillo packs to make sure there fresh before you buy, some flavors arent purchased as offen.

Didnt have what I wanted (20th anniversary drew estates cigars). But they were open late and had the Kuba Kuba.
