Im so glad I found this place. They are the best and so friendly. I definitely recommend Viki, she is awesome.The best therapist I have ever had. She has addressed my deep tissue needs and has helped greatly with the pain in my hips. I will keep going back.

My massage therapist was hands down the best Ive ever had. I cant wait to come back. I honestly still feel bad about only going$20 I wasnt sure before hand how much to tip. I came home and checked because I really felt he deserved more then$20 . If I could come tip him another $20 for the massage I got the other day I WOULD! I will be returning and Ive ashtray told a few friends.

Very clean and calming. Staff was very sweet and welcoming. Nina was very kind and definitely got the job done!Great experience for sure.

When I walked through the door, it was immediately soothing and peaceful. My massage therapist, Vicki, was amazing! She kept checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable with the pressure and physically, (I had just had an appendectomy the month before). The price is fair, and worth every dollar!

Wonderful experience here, the team was very polite and professional. Got a 1 hour massage to help with my back pain. Will be back in the future.

Edit 01/2024Decided to try the Aromatherapy. Smelled good at first but not worth $15, maybe $5. Whenever my massage therapist exhaled i can smell breathe..so no not worth it at all. The regular massage oil is better, don’t get scammed.No Cap. This location have really good massage therapists. Ive tried 4 therapists and they were all strong and attentive to my needs. But of course I now have my favorites.Members get a discount if auto pay monthly and if you didnt use the monthly massage it rolls over to next month.

Scheduling was tremendously accommodating and the front desk staff made us feel welcome as soon as we walked into the calming space. My massage therapist was transformative. Gabe has that rare gift of skill that led to intuitive treatment and checked in frequently to make sure the pressure was adequate and healing. He also left me with a list of stretches to help maintain my newly relaxed musculature. I was visiting in town, but if I lived here, Elements would be a consistent appointment on my calendar.

I had a 90 minute massage with Edlah, and she was fantastic! Very relaxing and great light/medium pressure. My shoulders and neck were aching when I came in and they are SO much looser now and I am much more comfortable. Also gave me some good feedback for how to help myself out between sessions. Highly recommend her! Also the front desk staff was extremely nice and welcoming!

I recently reached out to this studio to inquire about their gift card sale and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service I received from Coco. I truly appreciate that I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism. She patiently addressed all my questions and even took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I knew what I was agreeing to. She shared her passion for the services offered. She gave me a little more understanding of the various massage techniques and their potential benefits, leaving me confident that my sessions at this studio will be tailored to my needs while keeping me comfortable.I’ve been really stressed and on edge lately but her friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease and I just wanted to Thank you Coco and Elements. Avoid at all costs. If zero was an option I would select zero stars. They have made mistakes in at least 3/4 of my appointments. I dont know if its incompetent staff, terrible systems they use or both. Theyve double booked me with someone else, they scheduled me with the wrong therapist on multiple occasions. They messed up the payment date I had selected when I signed up for a membership. Also dont waste your time and money on the membership until youve worked with them several times and know the therapist you want to work with will actually keep hours there.There are some great massage therapists but save yourself the extra stress, time and money and see if you can see someone outside the elements massage business. Sadly this isnt the first location Ive had some of these issues with either, I really hoped this location would be different but it has been the worst experience by far.

I got a hot stone massage from Edlah and it was amazing! The experience is very relaxing and she has been doing a great job with my massages. She is open to questions and always tries to clarify my needs/concerns. The facility is very clean and calming. Perfect for a nice simple massage to escape too.

I was in town visiting family and my massage here was the highlight of my trip. The front desk staff were kind, professional, and a made the booking process so easy. My massage therapist was so knowledgeable and turned me to jello. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

From start to finish everything was perfect about my massage experience. The booking was easy, forms were sent to me ahead of time, via email, to complete before my appointment. Zack the massage therapist asked lots of questions and my massage was perfect.

Always so pleasant and therapeutic. Staff is friendly and massage tech knows what areas need emphasis.

Further update. Now they have added elite pricing so you pay more for the therapists that know what they are doing. The beginner therapists are included in member prices. Keep in mind they also want extra tips for the elite therapists. Higher percentage. So now it os 40 or so dollar tip on top of 15 extra pay. There are 0 deals here. Look elsewhwere.Update after being a member for a few months. Going from 5 stars to 2. Had it only happened to me I would give it a 3 but it happened to my friend as well. Seems like the longer you are there the shorter your apps get. The last time I arrived for my appt a couple minutes early. Waited about 10 minutes to be brought back for my massage then was left in the room to change for another 7 min. Then we ended about 10 min early for me to change and come out. So 27 min of a 90 min massage didnt happen. Happened to me twice and my friend twice. No longer loving. And while I really liked my masseuse will not go back to them.I was hesitant because this is a chain and they have a membership, but after hemming and having for about 6 months I went for it.So glad I did. You can share your membership with person so they get member rates. You dont lose your ma a sages, they accumulate if you dont use them.I went with 90 minute option and I have been using it regularly.I think my favorite feature if you sign up for emails is they send you on Friday last minute appointment options. So you can grab an appointment if you need it.They also let you pick therapists based on pressure. So when I go to book I can just look for level 3-4 appointments or 1-2. There is also option for all. They have 69, 90 and 120 min appts.

Ok, where to start…I have been needing a massage for a few years now. I’ve been dealing with a lot of personal issues (mental, emotional and most of all, physical), but I won’t get into those details here.I reached out and sent over in an email, the physical issues I’ve been dealing with since my hospitalization in 2017. I only had 2 massages since I left the hospital and was in dire need, as I’m taking back my health.I’ll start off by saying how amazing Coco was. We talked a couple of times and she got me scheduled with the right therapist. Unfortunately, he became unavailable, so we rescheduled with Drew.Not only have I been a massage therapist for almost 14 years, I’m also a massage instructor. Drew graduated in April 2021 from East West. Let me tell you, Drew is pretty amazing. I needed a good balance between quality touch (relaxation) and deeper therapeutic work (rehab). Drew was so amazing, that I rescheduled and signed up for the membership. Anyone that knows me, knows I don’t like memberships.Call Coco and ask about the special membership pricing good through August! It’s a limited time but such a great deal. And you can share it with family and friends…anywhere they are! Don’t wait, call today!

Jared is AMAZING! So kind, thoughtful, professional, and knowledgeable. He has a genuine desire to improve the lives of his clients and focuses not only on making sure he addresses your reasons for booking but also gives you stretches and aftercare to help keep you feeling your best. He is truly a healer. Koko the receptionist is the warmest most inviting lil a ray of sunshine as well, and I’m sure the other massage therapists are wonderful too. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Nena is very kind and highly attuned to what you ask for. Very friendly and makes the time relaxing and worth the visit.The business is clean and well managed with friendly staff and good prices.I only went with 4 stars because I have never been to another place as yet, so I cant really compair to any other experience. That said in my mind this is a high quality place and worth the visit.

Was stiff from exercise and my 90 min massage really helped me feel better. Slept well that night. Will be back often!
