Got a preroll from this place thinking it was gonna be average but it was actually fresh and very potent definitely gonan shop here more often.

Best place to go. Great people to work with you and friendly to. Recommend that very much.

3 years ago I rated this 5 stars. I personally do not use THC, but my husband does and I have spent thousands of dollars over the past almost 4 years now. Im not sure of the kids name that waited on me since I havent been there in almost 6 months, but he was so rude! I waited and waited in the line and when I finally got up there I was trying to show him the last 3 carts that we had purchased and how they were STILL full but each had a tiny crack in it. This has never happened to us before. The kid said theres nothing at all he could do and quickly moved onto the next customer! I NOW remember why I stopped going!

I normally go to the North side CBD store but have been going to the south side more frequently, both are really great, the employees are Amazing friendly and very helpful! Tatiana helped me today and she was just a ray of sunshine (shes my new favorite). They help answer any questions you might have and they even have a rewards program!

Excellent service. Nice new selection. Become a member and get points for gifts! If they have it still, I highly recommend investing in the Gary Payton. Once you hit it....youll know why.

5 starts only to the employees who are kind and welcoming. Ive frequented the store the past month or so now and love everything and everyone except for a select few staff lacking in customer service. I typically have had a great experience and all my questions are answered!

Very knowledgeable staff and a nice variety of products. The alkaline and CBD infused water are both great. Multiple back surgeries has kept me in pain and sleepless for years. I’m finally getting a decent nights sleep. Thanks Ben, Zac and everyone else at The CBD Store!

Girlfriend and I stopped by today to inquire about some CBD products for sleep aid. (First time customer never tried CBD products) Before we entered the store an employee had informed me that they were just broken into and robbed the night before! He apologized and recommended we try their other store on River Ave. I apologized for the unfortunate circumstances and explained I just had questions about CBD in general and wanted to know if they had anything that could help me so I didnt just waste a trip to the other location. He then took the time to go over to another employee/manager (IDK) and he explained to me what it does and gave me a FREE sample of product that he thought would help me all while dealing with what had just happened to their store! Absolutely have my business from now on if the product works. Very kind and informative guys who truly care about the customer.

This store is amazing! Only a couple mins from where I live. I was really hindered by my anxiety and couldn’t relax or sleep at night. I was always wound up. I came here to get something to ease my nerves. Ended up getting the Zilla gummy’s and Thryv CBD cartridge. Percy was really informative and super helpful to help me find the right products. Now I feel 100% like myself again! If you come to this location, hopefully Percy is there to set you straight with whatever you need!

Nice people, cute place but man is their marijuana NOT good:( I was so disappointed. On the table the bud looks decent and is trimmed. Then they reach under the counter and give you bud jammed into a jar. Leafy and one strain I cant even smoke. Taste terrible. Super bummed.
