I havent had that many massages in my life. After an injury I got several medical massages during the recovery phase. The massage I got today was on par with the medical messages. The gentleman that took care of me was great. He was able to really attack the knots in my back and neck. It was both painful and therapeutic. I will go back for more, I really need it. Super convenient if you have errands at Ala Moana. The massage in a private room was $76 for an hour. I chose to tip $20 because I was so impressed. Hope this is helpful.

Today was my 4th time to get a massage in 3 weeks. The first 3 times were good but I was not satisfied with todays session.I had to wait for 20 min for the masseuse lady to come. I started at 5:40 and was supposed to finish at 6:50 but she finished at 6:45. And her technique was more rubbing than massaging. I dont mind going back but not with her. Oasis is more professional than here.

It was okay… they were accommodating. I just walked in and they were very nice. my masseuse was very polite and hard-working. 30-minute foot massage was fantastic. But the 60-minute full body massage hurt at times. Was my first massage ever but I was like “where’s the comfort massage part?” lol. It was nice occasionally though. But My biggest concern was when I gave my masseuse a $20 tip (out of the generosity due to his hard work). He never asked for a tip. but after I gave it to him he then had to give it to the greeter,cashier/boss lady. She then put it in a cash box. It was odd. My tip was for him… not for her or the place in general. In hindsight I felt bad for him. I hope the house didn’t take a cut if it nor add it to their salary to be taxed…

I recently visited Massage Palace at at 1450 Ala Moana Blvd and had a truly disappointing experience. The massage itself was lackluster, with the masseuse seeming inexperienced and uninterested. The pressure was inconsistent, and the techniques used were far from soothing. To make matters worse, the room was poorly maintained, and the ambiance was anything but calming.The most shocking part of the visit was the behavior of the owner/office manager. They requested tips in a manner that felt like robbery, nagging me incessantly and not letting me leave until I tipped. This aggressive and unprofessional approach is completely unacceptable.I understand tipping for good service, but this felt coercive and inappropriate. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional and relaxing massage experience.

This is my 4th massage here at Massage Palace. Every single time has been absolutely fantastic. I always leave feeling relaxed and well worked! I highly recommend this particular Massage Palace. The workers are friendly, and the ambiance is wonderful!

First time visiting and loved it! My usual massage spot was closed (on personal holiday) and I really wanted to get a massage. They have this Special happening that is $60 for 40-minute body and 30-minute foot massage, it’s such a great deal! The place is clean and the masseuse was skilled. They all wear uniform and it seems like an organized place. You don’t take your clothes off and you’re all in the same large room but the chairs that turn to massage tables are big and comfortable. They also offer water and plenty of snacks after the massage. If you get a massage package (10x) at once, there are percentage discounts, and if you get 10 massages on a stamp card, you’ll also receive a $ off discount. Great place over all! I’ll definitely visit again.

Foot massage was ok. Body massage was terrible. A lot of pressing randomly not on pressure points and very light at times. Worst body massage I’ve ever had. Do not recommend. I wanted to get up and end the massage early is how bad it was.

This is my favorite place in Honolulu to get a massage. I come once a week. The therapist uses good technique and firm pressure. They are located on the mountain side of the Ala Moana center (opposite ocean side).

Masseuse is perfect but if you come as couples the couple massage room at the back would be loud. The room is right next to their break room/area which you can hear every single word they are taking about and some YouTube videos/reels/games sounds from someone’s phone. Not a relaxing environment.

August 2024: The receptionist is unbearably rude. She comes across as downright hostile on the phone and in person. Again, upon check out, I was strongly encouraged to leave a large tip(I always tip regardless) and she was disgruntled that I insisted on holding onto my credit card as I punched in my passcode. If you’re a tourist, then it could be tolerable but as a part-time resident, it is time to find another place. Sayonara.February 2024: I always receive a great shiatsu style massage here. However, over the past year, the receptionists have been aggressive when demanding a $20.00 tip per massage. They already charge a lot in comparison to other establishments. I was even told at their Ala Moana location that I was required to pay $20.00 per massage, not requested but required. I feel they are gettIng greedy. I also don’t like that they grab your credit card to use their machine(at other places, the customer is given the machine).

I had another fantstic massage at Massage Palace! My husband and I had a great experience. He says it was super good and well be back. Their foot and body massages were just what we needed. We are so relaxed after our experience. The tiger balm adds that extra special.

Came in for the $65 special 30 min foot and 40 min body massage. Jason worked out the kinks in my neck and back. I recommend you ask for Jason. I like that you dont have to remove your clothes and still get a really good, strong body massage. I will definitely be back and recommend the Massage Parlor o anyone!! Did a foot massage and it was really good. Got all the pressure points in my feet and calves taken care of. I used the tiger balm too and my muscles feel really good now. And the service is really good. Friendly and calm atmosphere. And good for self care.

Hands down the best place to get a massage. I’ve been coming here from the time they opened and never been disappointed. Anna, Lee, and Joy are the best. Come down to Maasage Palace at Ala Moana Shopping Center to get your massage. You will never be disappointed.

Linda is super nice. With a friendly attitude, good smile, patience and good skill. The way she massages is very detailed and comfortable and addressed to my pain point. The place is nice and efficient too!

Just finished a 30 minute back massage with Emma because my back had been hurting from carrying my almost 20 pound baby everywhere !I was able to call ahead by 15 minutes to see if there was an availability and there was! Emma was assigned to me and did wonders for my back! I told her to go gentle/softer from the beginning and throughout she checked in with me to see if I was okay- really nice for her to do that.I will be back! Wow!

Walking in I thought the atmosphere was lovely. The prices are low. The woman at the front was extremely friendly.My 1 star is because of the man who gave me a neck and back massage. He was rough and pressed too hard. I normally like a deep and hard massage, but this was rough. My muscles were sore for 2 days afterwards. No big deal, I expect that with deep massages. However, during the massage he pressed his body weight on my back and at one point I felt a sharp pain. It’s been a week and that pain hasn’t gone away.After reading others’ reviews it sounds like many have had great experiences. Mine was uncomfortable for the 30 minutes I was there.I recommend to women to ask for a woman, or you might get the angry man who did me. The entire massage was painful and not relaxing at all.

A woman worked for me. It was her birthday and she was very generous in her massage. She was amazing! Though she couldnt understand my language, she still has great customer service and smile! The massage in this place is heavenly! Great ambiance! And great front desk person too. Will definitely come back!

Good Quality Massage ! If youre looking for hard pressure massage, ask for Jason He did a great job . He use hand combine with a stick which is good directly hit the trigger point . I got a headache & TMJ , after receive massage feel much better !

I had an excellent massage here. They used menthol oil that worked really great on my sore muscles. I had just come from the Honolulu marathon and they took really great care of me. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a massage.

Absolutely not relaxing at all, I got the 1 hour full body massage with the private room and 30 min foot massage. The lady was clearly trying to rush through the process, I was very uncomfortable and it hurt most of the time. I wanted to believe this was a different way to get all the pressure points to relieve stress and that I was just super stiff to begin with but at some point it was just painful and intolerable. When I would be asked about the pressure, I would confirm that what she was doing was fine but then she would proceed to apply more and more pressure. I have had great massages before where I had actually fallen asleep because it felt so nice…this wasn’t one of them. Afterwards, I was forced to tip her with a “$10 minimum”…what’s the point of that..? Never going there again.

I travel frequently in North America, Europe and Asia. Getting foot massage is one of my favorite activities. I seek out places that offer foot massage everywhere that I go. Massage Palace in Honolulu is the absolute best place I have ever found. The staff is well trained, skillful and extremely nice. All of the equipment and the physical facility are very well-maintained, clean and comfortable. I recommend them most highly. Give yourself a real treat and have a massage at Massage Palace!

Massage Palace has several Massage therapists that do a good job. One woman in particular gives an excellent Massage (LUCY)! I have had massages all over the world and I must say her massage ranks in my top 3. She really understands what my body needs and her 90 minutes is true massages therapy. I see her every Wednesday now like clock work. The locations are convenient, clean and everyone there are so nice. Best of all, the price is reasonable 👌.

Used to come here regularly about once a month for 2 years until yesterday I had a guy that was so HARD that he bruised me. He used his knuckle and dug deep into my spine. I told him it was too hard and to stop. He did for awhile and then went right back to doing it again but this time he seemed mad and annoyed that I had asked him to stop. I asked him again to go softer. Then he just got sarcastically softer like just rubbing 🙄. I was already 45 mins into my massage and didnt want to deal with his attitude so I just kept it as is but decided not to tip my regular 18%-20% but because his service was so bad I tipped less. When questioned about the low tip, I explained what happened and they said next time, request for someone you like. Which I agreed and said still, thats the tip Im giving. And they charged me more anyways.Ill be going elsewhere.

Good place for reasonably priced massage. You can get 30-60-90 minute clothes on massages. Feet focused massages are also available. Not a fancy spa experience but exactly what you are bargaining for with a mall massage business. They got three of us therapists within 15 minutes on a walk in.

Plenty of parking at Keeaumoku location. I signed up for the Groupon, but am going to make this my regular massage spot after multiple wonderful experiences. Each time Ive been in for an injury and you can immediately tell Kevin and Alvin were trying to fix me, and not just giving me a rehearsed routine massage. The interior is spacious and soothing, and the hostess is such a delight.

I loved this place. The massage was nice. A lot more pressure point centered, but effective. My boyfriend and I caught ourselves snoring a few times lol. They are nice and offer water and snacks after! A must stop in when you have had a busy day.

The massage was uncomfortable, and they made it known I was not welcome. Asked to go soft and they ignored me. Do not recommend. UPDATE: after 24 hours, I now have bruises on the bottom of my feet. There is a guy there who is very rough and does not listen.

Maaaan! First time here and its LIFE CHANGING! I work out at the gym and do physical labor for a job. It was painful but during the massage, they nailed every spot that needs recovery 😍 overall I ENJOYED IT!

We were told that they accepted walk-ins so we returned on Sunday before our flight home. There was a 10 minute wait which was perfectly fine. We both did the $60 special and honestly, it’s worth every penny and more. Lee serviced me and put me to sleep with the amazing foot massage. As we were paying, they offered us snacks and water which will definitely come in handy on our flight home. Whenever I return to Hawaii, I hope to visit Lee.

I went in because I was super early for work and decided to check out Massage Palace. I was pleasantly surprised by the service. It was so relaxing and the massage technique was really nice. The neck pain I had this morning is completely eliminated, I definitely recommend trying this place.

Horrible experience! First and last time, would not be coming back…I went with my partner for our monthsary and when entering they asked if we wanted to spend $5 each for oil and I did. However in the massage we didn’t receive it and when I asked afterwards they just laughed. I also mentioned how I have weaker bones and to be gentle, but even as I mentioned this a couple times the masseuse was still using her elbows with force.Also, the cashier did ask us to pay tips in advance instead of afterwards. I kind of got shocked as I am going to tip in cash but never had someone ask before I got a product, service, etc…I ended up charged for tips prior to the massage then afterwards the two masseuses stands and just looks at us. We were about to leave when they asked for tip. I said I left it on card to the cashier before having the massage and they just talked to one another. Seemingly annoyed, I just added an additional $10 cash to my previous tip and said that they can split it on top of what I gave. They laughed as though I didn’t give enough or didn’t split it for them.This was just our experience, and did expect more since I checked the reviews beforehand! I do hope everyone else who goes gets a better experience with them!! 🤍

I booked an appointment for a couples massage the day before and asked to be in the same room... and when I got there they originally put us in separate rooms, with one person already getting a massage in my friends room. When I asked to be put in the same room, they did so, but there were workers sleeping in that room so we had to wait.My friend complained the masseuse had weak hands and didnt like the first 30 minutes of the massage, asking to rub harder after that.Finally they overcharged me by $10.It was a disorganized, mediocre massage that I was overcharged for.

I came in after walking Waikiki all day and grabbed their current special, 40 minutes body and 30 minutes foot massage. The massage was good. It is a little odd to keep your clothes on during a massage but to also have random people on either side of you also getting massaged. But, the quality of the massage was good

I have gone to about 10 walk ins before this experience and have loved all the prior ones BUT do not make a appointment and expect to get it. My fiance and I made appointments over the phone and showed up for it. The woman at the front told us she cant take us because they had too many walk ins. What is the point of an appointment if they will take so many walk ins that they wont be able to give you yours. Its our last night out here and we were looking forward to our massages.

But then she said that the 18% tip is compulsory and needed to be paid. This was on top of the surcharge I was so taken back and so angry. Mars gave me an AMAZING foot massage and Lisa was very nice checking me and my friend in. This was my first time visiting Honolulu and I will definitely return. They even gave us snacks and stretched us out after the massage. The ambiance was very relaxing, all the staff were friendly, massages were reasonably priced and everyone was very professional and attentive.

I can been coming here for over a year! Really convenient and had no issues . They do a excellent job with the massages and always offered snacks and drinks. Usually I can walk in and they can accommodate me in a reasonable amount of time. I just bought the membership, since I go so often and it’s a great deal! Highly recommended!!

It was decent at the beginning. Although I wouldn’t go again. I kindly asked the staff to massage somewhere else on my neck. She said yes but kept doing the same spot. I told her twice. The front desk was very unprofessional, she asked me if I wanted to tip cash or card.. What if I didn’t want to?!

My husband and I stopped to look at the sign and were brought in by a man in the lobby very nice man we decided to go for their $60 summer special. We went in and there was peaceful music and super comfy chairs. We sat and they put my feet in a foot bath for a few minutes while they finished gettin ready. The massage itself was wonderful and I almost fell asleep during the foot massage. They did head to toe and it was just what we needed to finish out our trip. When we left they gave us a $5 off coupon. Good place!

Let me say this... Ive been around the block a few times and back when it comes to foot massage or as I call it Chinese massage. Been to Zudao which at one point was my favorite foot massage place but the parking is tight and techniques arent consistant. . Now its not your fancy spa kind of massage. Deep tissue and although it has private rooms think of it like a movie theater with recliner chairs. Only thing is everyone is getting massage in one big room. Honestly, it doesnt bother me since it helps tremendously with my always and forever knots. I must say tho... out of all the foot massages I been too.. Massage Palace has always been consistent with their techniques. Hey for $60 you get a 30 min foot and 40 min body ohhhhhh and a free snack n drink. The massage was the plus for me but a snack is nice even if I dont usually help myself to it not to mention lots of mall parking. But dont take my word, go check them out.

They overcharged and when I left a message no call back.Your receptionist failed to provide a receipt but I do have my bank statement. I was told it was $60 for an hour, added a $10 tip and was charged $82. I’d really appreciate if you could return my calls.

I have menstrual cramps so i decided to have a massage. I like how the cashier suggested the 90 mins body massage and 30 mins foot massage since i have body ache. I highly recommend LEE for doing such a great job. He is definitely one of my favorite massage therapist in massage palace . I like the menthol ointment he used making me relaxed and feel less pain for having cramps . Those 2 is a bomb to have. Definitely coming back.

You get what you pay for here and privacy isnt part of the deal. The music is not calming as its a little too loud, repetitive and cuts out now and then like a bad CD. Also they had one client audibly telling his masseuse what mustve been his life story (not sure because it was in Chinese) like impressively loudly despite presumably being massaged...But my masseuse was good, she checked with me if her pressure was good and it was. Another client like tripped on his way out causing him to hoop and holler so you can imagine how relaxing that was. I think the ala Moana location is slightly better, maybe its lighting is a little darker and there are fewer weirdos.

Great place, got us right in for a couples massage. We are just wasting time until our flight leaves so it was great to be able to walk in without an appointment. Both did a great job!

Coming here was an absolutely horrible experience. I paid for their “deal” that was supposed to include a 40 minute body massage, 30 minute foot massage and tea and snacks. First of all, the overall massage was supposed to be 70 minutes yet they said they were finished after only 55 minutes. When we complained about it, they said “okay fine you don’t have to tip us” as if that made up for it. There was also no snacks or tea so that was a lie. On top of this, I asked if I could go into a private room instead of having my massage in the open and was told that they would do the foot massage first and then move me but I was never moved. The two men were talking and laughing the whole massage so it was impossible to relax. I would highly recommend going somewhere else as there are much more professional places with better prices nearby.

Worst customer service. the men were talking the whole time during the massage i couldnt even relax. there were no tea or snacks like they advertised, they only give a bottle of water. massage was shorter than what was paid for - absolute waste of money

Did not have good experience. Workers did not seem to have been professionally trained nor have basic techniques for therapeutic work nir professionalism.

Everything seemed great in the beginning as they started I started to notice too much pressure I asked him several times to lesson the pressure the guy did not stop it became a painful process therefore I will never come back crazy I left that place with more pain than what I had .

Great place, great vibe, great prices. Different massages and combos available. Not sure if individual massage-types (like foot massage) are customizable to your needs.

These guys know what they are doing. Proper acupressure combined with massage. Also used hot stones. They listen to you and will adjust the pressure if it is too much.
