The staff was absolutely wonderful! I got a 90 min four hand massage from Shirley and another specialist. They applied the correct amount pressure and made sure I was relaxed the entire time. I’ll be going back soon.Came back with my wife for foot massages. Coco and Mango were excellent. They were able to fit us in on short notice. Highly recommend!

We called to book a same-day appointment and they were willing to accommodate us. After walking up and down the shopping strip in Waikiki, our feet were wrecked!We booked 2 x 1-hr foot massages and 1x 30 min foot massage. Upon arriving we were greeted with a warm smile and then he confirmed our appointment time. We were early so he said it would be just a few minutes while they finished cleaning/prepping the chairs for us. We all sat next to one another in the large, comfy leather chairs. They had blankets for us and neck pillows too!The massage was excellent and SUCH A GREAT DEAL for the time they spent on us. The music was low enough to create the right atmosphere and the mood lighting completed the effect. 2 out of 3 of us even dozed off during the massage! They massages were finished with a warm towel and a few more foot stretches.If youre in the area, this place is a short walk away from the Hilton and the Hale Koa hotels (& more) and such a nice TREAT after a long day on your feet. You wont regret stopping by!!

Once wasnt enough!! My sister and I went back again. 90 minutes of wonderful full body massage with hot stones. It was one of the best massages of my life! Felt so much better after miles of hiking the past 2 weeks! Will be back! Highly recommended!!!

I got a massage here for the first time because I stayed around the corner at the Hawaiian Monarch and was feeling adventurous. I chose the massage by Jack because he had a combination of all the techniques on the menu. He was very kind and made sure to ask if I was ok throughout the massage. However, the room was very warm and stuffy so I had a hard time breathing through my nose when laying on my stomach. The table was very hard and the sheet was really thin and barely covered me. Much like the other reviews, I didnt feel super comfortable at all, and they asked for a tip at the end. The most unsettling part was that my purse was completely open when I went to get it and I know I closed it. Maybe I was simply feeling uneasy. Overall, the experience was awkward. This might be a good place for a man to go for a massage. I think Ill pay a few extra bucks and go with a resort spa next time.

On the Island for vacation, first massage I’ve had in 6ish months and was much needed! The Staff were super friendly and the massage therapists were very attentive and even asked if I wanted water. The massage itself was phenomenal as well my muscles feel so much more relaxed. ❤️ The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing and super dark which made it that much easier to focus on your experience and fully enjoy it! Walking out I felt like a new person! 10/10 recommend stopping here for a massage! Prices were very good considering everything here is more expensive. I had a 90 minute full body and a 30 min foot massage w hot stones and my total was 150 +tax. Just for example. ✌🏼💜🏝️

I came with my husband for a 30 min foot massage. The service itself was good but I got charged $95 + tip for 2 people even though according to their website it was $35 per person which left a bad taste in my mouth.Edit: place said they gave me a scrub, which yes I agreed to, but it’s only because the lady held it in front of me and said “scrub?” There was no mention of fees and I assumed it was part of the service. Shady business practice.

I got a massage here. The experience was a little odd, but not bad. The language barrier was significant with all of the staff I spoke to. I came in right when they opened and was able to get in right away. It was a little bit after I got into the private room before the masseuse showed up, but nothing ridiculous for a walk-in. I just wanted them to work on knots in one shoulder, so I only asked for a 30 minute massage. I had intended to get a deep tissue massage, but got a body massage instead due to not understanding one another. If she focused on my shoulder at all, it was difficult to tell.The massages I have gotten before have all been at places where the atmosphere and every action of the staff is geared toward relaxation: soft music, low lights, slow movements. This lady did not move slowly. I appreciated this due to what I was looking for, but it was strange based on my previous experiences. I have also never had a masseuse get up on the bed with me to get leverage or reach.The price was in line with what I expect to pay for massage these days, and the staff were friendly. I didnt get the shoulder knots worked out, but I would go back here if I am in Honolulu again.

I had 30min body+30min foot massage from Yuki and Ana and I felt so good after. I woke up next morning and noticed my skin tone was brighter. They got rid of bad stuff from inside my body.

I was looking forward to a four hand massage, which is hard to find, where I live. As I walked in I was pleasantly greeted and immediately led to a room for my massage. One masseuse was well experienced and the other was just ok, she was being instructed by the more experienced masseuse. The talking took away from the ambiance. The part which rubbed me the wrong way was once my 90 minute massage was over I asked to use the restroom, which is typically expected, after a massage. The restroom was near the back door. After being directed to the restroom, a male subject dressed in street gear, opened the back door and glared at me. I used the restroom and came out, the male subject was still there, glaring at me, as if to intimidate me. I immediately paid my bill and left. Very strange and uncomfortable experience.

In town for a conference and decided to do a little self care. This place did not disappoint! There is a bit of a language barrier but they do so well with using electronic devices to help negate that part! If you are in Waikiki on vacation and looking for an escape but don’t want to pay the resort prices; this should be your go to! If you are looking for the perfect massage and live here this should be your go to. Prices are amazingly reasonable; the staff is professional and very gifted! I got the Lomi Lomi massage with hot stone and it was EXACTLY what I needed. I have been getting massages for quite sometime and often leave underwhelmed, not this time. It was perfect. Don’t let the front fool you. The inside is very clean, super cute and the staff was so friendly; I felt so safe here. Just a short walk from the Hilton Hawaiian Village around the corner from Waikiki Brewery.

We had our first family trip to Hawaii and decided to treat ourselves to full-body and foot massages at this massage shop. Shirley warmly welcomed us and provided excellent guidance. All six members of our family were thoroughly satisfied with the massages, and we felt refreshed after the fatigue from the flight. Shirley, youre truly the best! I got the 60 minute body massage and it was adequate. Pressure adjustments were good when requested. However, I have received massages from all corners of the pacific and unfortunately this was one of the more forgettable ones.

Decided to get a foot massage and had an amazing experience as the foot massage was excellent hitting the pressure points and being strong just like in Asia. Massage started with warm foot bath and lasted for an hour.

Best massage experience my wife ever had, my wife had a frozen shoulder, and always in pain, ever since we got the massage for her shoulder its gotten a lot better since the first day.. Massages are affordable and the masseuse is very nice..We like it so much we got my father to get a massage for his leg for his sciatica. Highly recommended if youre in waikiki area, next to the Pavillion and might need to park at 7-11... also request for Jack

The most unprofessional massage, for the whole hour I asked to do it harder, but the massage therapist ignored it. Didnt hit the right spots and didnt even massage half of my body, although I had a body and leg massage. My boyfriend found a better masseuse who massaged his whole body. They also disturb you during the massage in order to impose additional services that you did not ask for, and then at the exit the hostess controls how much tip you left them and decides whether it is enough. A tip is a thank you for good service and not the salary of your employees. The atmosphere of the old room, the tables on which you lie are wooden and do not have disposable sheets (I hope they wash them well), we were in a room that was not closed with walls to the ceiling, so all the conversations and other people could be heard very loudly, in the middle of the session there was some the woman started shouting something else and this continued for about 5 minutes. And the staff doesn’t understand English at all and they don’t care what you want. I will never come again and I will tell others that they should avoid this establishment.

The massage was good but they constantly try to sell additional services while you are there. Before I get into a place like this I always think twice if I really want to spend that much money for a massage. And if I do, I want to relax and not think about money again and negotiate about the price while getting massaged. It just kills the vibe.They also kinda force you to give a big tip. The tip alone could be a small wage, I wonder what the actual charge is for.

Me and my 2 daughters came here while on vacation and we absolutely loved it. Jack was so wonderful I feel asleep 3 times :) The Massage was so good we booked another appointment and came two days later. This time I had Shirley and she was excellent also. The staff is so wonderful I definitely recommend it and the price is not too bad either.

Took the entire family to get 60 mins full body massage. Review is for my masseuse ANNIE. Annie was amazing and really took all the knots from my shoulder and neck away. She listened to where my focus areas were but also incorporated my entire body. I would book with Annie again!

If you’re looking for a good price body/foot massage this place is for you! Plus they are open until 11:30pm. Jack and yuki are the go to’s for massage here. We did 1 hour body massage for $55. It is a bit far from downtown wakiki but it’s a beautiful walk to the massage and back. They use oil and ask you if you want hot stone for another $20 you can always say no. I would come back here again.

The foot massage was absolutely amazing, and the room we were in was nicely lit and had relaxing music. But the massage therapist was a little rough in the beginning, and I wish we were in a quieter more private setting. We could hear everything happening in the hall and in the next door room.

After reading the Google reviews, I decided to go there and get a body massage. Jack did an excellent job with my entire body. I asked to perform a deep tissue massage and got it. Moreover, I stayed for another half an hour and requested a foot massage. I have never felt better after that. Went for a long walk and was not tired at all. Highly recommend. Cheaper than at a hotel but quality is the best.

Very relaxing massage. Now it does smell like Subway bread when you walk in. This 8s not necessarily a bad thing. The therapist was good. She got my feet, shin, and calves. A great place to relax and rejuvenate while in Honolulu. Also I am very impressed that as soon as I booked a reservation they sent me a text with directions on how to get to them.

Not a professional massage at all. I wish I would have read some of the negative reviews of this place before dumping over $150 here.They do not use any kind of professional massage technique. They simply dump a bunch of oil on you and run their hands across your skin quickly. Its not relaxing at all and its not a real massage technique. They do not dig into muscles at all. The only point at which they dig into anything, theyre only digging between muscles where theyre just hitting nerves or arteries. Your muscles will not come away feeling any more relaxed than when you went in.Its really just an annoying feeling that they just dump oil on you and move their hand back and forth on the same spot for a couple minutes until your skin is nearly raw and you dont want them to even touch you anymore.As many have stated in these reviews, they actively ask for tips even though they dont seem to have any real massage experience. If they are indeed licensed massage therapists, they acquired the license and now they dont stick to any of the techniques they learned in whatever school they went to because that would require real work. I should have noticed when they offer 2 hour massages, they werent legit. Most massage therapists wouldnt be able to stand giving a massage for 2 straight hours because it actually takes a lot of work on the part of the massage therapist. They clearly arent putting much effort into your massage here. They regularly leave the room for a couple minutes at a time. Minutes youre paying for.On top of this, they like to try upselling you on things by offering something in the middle of your massage and not telling you that it costs extra until after youve agreed to the little added service.Im not a licensed massage therapist myself, but Ive spent time assisting students in a massage therapy school. There needs to be some sort of QA/QC that comes around undercover to massage places and takes away their certification when they arent doing what they claim theyre licensed to do.This place is absolutely not professional massage therapy. They dump oil on you and only rub their hands on top of your skin without digging into muscles at all, they move way too quickly for you to feel relaxed, they upsell in the middle of the massage and only tell you its costing you extra after youve already agreed to it, pretty sure their broken English is fake so they can trick you into this kind of upsell, and leave the room for probably 10-15 minutes over the course of a 2 hour massage.If youre just wanting someone to rub oil on you for a couple hours for about $130, go for it. If youre looking for a real professional massage where your knots are worked on and tight muscles relaxed, I suggest finding a real massage studio or spa. This aint the place.

This place was quite the experience. I have to say the massage itself was pretty good, but a very unprofessional place. They took phone calls during the massage and switched therapists part way through. At one point my massage just stopped and the therapist left for a few minutes without saying anything, for a different lady to return. If you’re looking for a decent cheaper massage, and don’t care about the above mentioned than worth checking out.

I do not live in Hawaii but when I do come visit couple times a year, I don’t really plan on anything. Which makes it super difficult to find massage places that accept walk in. All the walking and such, it’s always nice to find a fair priced foot massage. We tend to come back, because they tend to have availability. They do a good job double checking if the water temperature and the pressure is perfect.

Poor massage technique and I am really confused how come they get such a good reviews!?I was asked to take all my clothes off in order to put massage oil.but I took off only upper body. They splashed oil to my back gently touching your back. No Anatomy and physiotherapy knowledge. After 20 min into 60min massage already lady changed to a bit younger lady and she told me I give you 30min massage instead of 60min($65) 30min($45!)!! Wasted my money

Best back & shoulders massage of my life. I really like deep tissue massages, and Jack did a perfect job. He really put a lot of his strength on points of tension while at the same time being very careful. He paid attention to where I needed relief (he didnt just do a mechanical routine, he actually listened to my body). I did a 30-minute massage. Highly recommend. If you need a deep tissue massage, ask for Jack.

Throughout the massage, YUKI carefully took care of the parts I said were uncomfortable. My muscle aches and headaches caused by the flight have improved a lot. Every time I go on a business trip, I will definitely stop by and be taken care of by YUKI. She was very kind and gentle, also she gave me free xx minutes of treatment!

After a long flight from AZ, walking for many miles touring the area and being awake for a long day, my wife and I had a couples massage here, I had the 60min body and 30min foot massage, my wife had a 90min body massage. The staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. I personally have had many massages in different spas, this was by far, hands down, the BEST massage I have ever had so far. Wish I could find this talent in my city. Highly recommend it, fair prices and skilled massage therapists.

Great massage spot on Kalakaua! We had a couple’s massage, and the owner was able to accommodate us on the same day. This place is quiet, a bit dark inside, but very clean. My masseuse was professional and experienced — perfect pressure, hitting all my troubled spots, and kept checking to see if I was doing ok. My body felt much better afterwards. I will definitely go back, and I highly recommend it.

When we arrived we were told to go across the street to 7/11 to get cash, which was an inconvenience right out of the gate. It isn’t mentioned anywhere on their website that their services are cash only. The person checking us in also asked us to withdraw money for a tip in advance, which is super unprofessional. We were going to tip anyways, but to ask us to go out of our way withdraw cash (plus tip!) for this experience left a sour taste in our mouth. We didn’t follow through with the appointment and found a better massage parlor to patron instead.

I was in serious need of a spa day while vacationing in Oahu. I did some research on massage salons in the area and decided on this place. I called at 5pm Thursday and they booked me for 11am Friday.Yuki was my therapist when I arrived. I decided on a 30 min foot/60 min body massage combo. Yuki was professional and made me feel comfortable. When I indulge in self care like this, I need total relaxation. Which means not a lot of chatter. A lot of times I feel guilty or awkward for not speaking but Yuki didn’t care. She just took care of me while I enjoyed some much needed quiet time.Both massages were great. Perfect pressure where you almost want to tap out but then it’s just sweet release. My poor feet and lower back were dying after lugging around my 22lb 11 month old all over Waikiki.Price is great. The ambiance is great. YUKI is great. Go treat yourself and ask for her.

I dont usually write reviews but Waikiki Massage 123 was so good I had to let others know. My wife and I had a couples massage. It was so good we went back the next night again. My wife had Jack, who has other great reviews on here, and she was very happy with him. He is very knowledgeable and helped my wife with pain in her shoulder and hip. My masseuse, Nicole, was amazing. She has magical fingers. I enjoyed the massage so much. Ask for Nicole. Remember to tip well. They work so hard for our pleasure. Probably the worst massage I’ve ever gotten. The lady used her elbow to press down in my back instead of just using her hands. Very rough. Didn’t touch my legs or feet at all. Flipped over in the last 10 minutes only for her to smack my shoulders. When paying, the receptionist asked if I want to tip on my card, I said no. She gave me a look and then wrote tip on a paper and circled it as if I didn’t understand her. I said No again. She then proceeded with an attitude. My body has never been sore after a massage, but it is this morning. Only giving 2 stars because we walked in with no appt.

Walked by this spot and enjoyed it quite a bit. I wasn’t sure how it would be but was very pleasantly surprised with the 30 minute body massage. They knew which spots to hit, good pressure, and put more care into it than some spots where they hit you while talking on their cell phones lol. They even did 5 minutes of foot massage at my request. I came back but they were full!

Great place for a massage and decently priced. Would recommend this place if your looking for a quick massage. Book an appointment ahead as weve seen them turn a couple of customers walking in since they were fully booked.

I had a 90 minute full body. Excellent. No way I was paying $400+ at the resort. Support local and receive an excellent massage. No frills. Honestly just wanted someone who knows how to work on the body and I got that. Thank you!

Rude, demanding, poor communications skills by the woman booking appointments. I booked a massage here for my gf and she said it was a great massage, but very creepy vibe inside, very dark, no decor, looks like a hallway in a college dorm room. If you just need a massage this would be a good place to go, but if you wanted a more spa-like experience then look elsewhere.

We tryed to call to schedule an appointment but we immediately got to voicemail. So we decided to directly go there. After entering the place, I was supprised by the space. It was not what I expected. It was very industrial and dark. But we decided to still go with the massage since there was good review and we were not disappointed at all. We took the 90 min massage (60 min body, 30 min feet) and it was absolutely great. The masseuse knew where to untie knots. I highly recommand that massage even if the space looks a little weird at first.

Waikiki has been ~1 hour wait times for everything but they were able to accommodate our 3 person group immediately. Tranquil space. Great massage. Masseuse was courteous and pretty funny.

We choose the couple Lomi Lomi Massage for 60min, it gives me a good experience in massage. I recommend everyone who were tired come to this massage and relaxed yourself. Technique and skill level is just ok. Gave this a try twice, with two different masseuses. If you want a basic foot massage or back rub, this is fine. If you are looking for work on specific sore spots or areas, this isnt the place.
