I had a wonderful massage here! I usually go to the resort spa when I’m on vacation, but so often it just feels like they are going through the motions, waiting for the time to expire, and don’t really care if you leave feeling any better. I’m pregnant and really wanted a good massage with someone who wasn’t afraid to actually massage me. Jenny was my therapist and she did such a great job and made me feel so much better. I made my husband an appointment right away for the next day, and he had a great massage too. I just made another appointment for a massage before we fly home. Everyone who works here is so kind. It’s not a fancy resort spa, but I think it’s even better - a super cute, tranquil place that takes good care of you and cares about how you feel.

The head massage was awful, absolutely not reflexology as advertised. She scratched my head quickly all over for about ten minutes - no pressure or massage to speak of. Worse than what i get at haircuts. I cant say this is true across the board as the customer next to me appeared to be receiving a proper head massage and was happy. Hope they can work on improving their consistency, Im not sure Ill be back.(I came here because of all the good reviews and reasonable price booking online - i booked a head, hand and foot massage. The foot massage was great, but the rest of the massage was awkward due to me being in a regular reclining chair with limited access to my shoulders and neck.)

I came here one year ago exactly and the massage therapist saved me when my back went out. I have been dreaming of the experience ever since. It is evident they are masters at their craft. They exhibit knowledge of the body at a high level implementing techniques from Lomi Lomi, deep tissue, Thai, and more.This time I brought my mom for her birthday. She also has been struggling with intense sciatic pain. Her masseuse was communicative, knowledgeable and kind. My mom came out of her massage in tears. She was so happy and in awe of the amazing body work.I too came out feeling pure euphoria after the massage. I am so happy I got to visit again and bring my mom. We are so happy that we booked another massage before we leave.I cannot recommend enough. Love love love ❤️

Made appointment for 3 ppl. The therapist were so rough that it hurt. Then they jumped on our backs like spider monkeys! Wouldn’t let us leave without tipping more! I didn’t want to tip because it was the worst experience I have ever had. People were talking outside the curtain, not a very pleasant experience.

What an amazing massage 🤩 we had a couple 1 hour massage and it was wonderful and relaxing. They are super friendly and know to relax you. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I originally asked for couples foot massages. Cindy was my massage specialist and Lucy was assigned to my husband. They encouraged us to consider full body massages as well. I’m so glad we took them up on their suggestion. While I enjoyed the foot massage, the full body massage was amazing. Best massage ever. Cindy found at least four knots in my back and promptly “popped” or dispensed of them. I could feel them release. I don’t know how long I’ve had them but it seems like months. I feel much better.The facility isn’t fancy looking but the facility has the equipment needed and the staff definitely has the skill.

AMAZING!!! we did a couples massage and I had Kim. My whole body is so relaxed and she made sure to ask how it’s going and how I like the massage to be with the pressure . My boyfriend had Moon and oh man I think he’s gonna marry her before we leave! We did a couples massage once before and he hated it. Tried again and forced him to go and he won’t shut up about how amazing it was ! Thank you ladies so much !

Waikiki massage and foot spa was a really pleasant treat. We had a couples massage with Katie and Moon and it was great. The girls were warm and friendly and you could tell they really wanted us to have a good experience.The massage was great! We walked out of there feeling loose and so relaxed. The atmosphere was elegant and professional, perfect temperature and a very relaxing ambiance. This will be the icing on your relaxing vacation!

This place is wonderful. The staff is very professional and parking is easy. We enjoyed the Pearl package during hurricane Lane and it was extremely relaxing. Great prices. Great facility. Highly recommend.

I had a 90 min massage (30 foot and 60 whole body) with Cindy. I think it was actually the best massage I’ve ever hard!! The pressure was perfect and consistent. No gimmicks no time wasted, just accurate solid massage. She did lots to relax my problematic areas (shoulders and upper back). I can feel that they’ve losen up so much that I can have a good night sleep tonight.

I was disappointed my masseuse didnt listen to me when I asked them to focus on a specific area. Theres a 10% discount for booking online, so I chose a deep tissue as my back really hurt from the hotel bed, but recieved a standard Thai massage - I assumed the masseuse knew what kind I had booked and also didnt ask me prior to treatment. The back walking was actually the best part, but found the rest of the hour wasnt at the right pressure or area.Also, I wish they would raise their prices and pay their staff properly as I was really pressured into providing a tip at payment. When I asked if tipping was mandatory after being told twice tip isnt included, the woman taking payment said yes, so it was an uncomfortable way to end the experience because I didnt want to pay a gratuity as I didnt receive exceptional service.

I called the place & spoke with Anna. Shes very sweet and she told me that not only will I get 15% discount if I book online, but the services will also come with free hot stone therapy. I thought that was fantastic!I selected the 1-hour Reflexology Therapy Massage (Head Hand and Foot Spa with black charcoal purifying scrub). See screen shot attached below.About 45 minutes before their appointment at 4pm, I called Anna again and told her that Im getting Reflexology massage for my mom & my aunt. She said yes.However, my mom & my aunt only got a foot massage. I found out about this when I called my mom around 8:30pm Hawaii time. She told me her experience.So I called back & spoke with Anna again. She said that the therapist told her that foot massage is what my mom wanted, which is not true. My mom didnt know what types of massages they offer there. I told her that I got them a Reflexology massage but I did not tell her what comes with the Reflexology massage, so she had no idea...but Anna and I already spoke on the phone beforehand, so my mom and my aunt just had to go there and enjoy their massage.She said that when they got there, the therapists didnt ask them anything. They just let them sit and started the foot massage. My mom said that AFTER they finished the foot massage, the therapist asked them if they wanted a body massage as well, and if so, they have to pay an additional $60.My mom & my aunt were happy for the foot massage they got. Im glad they enjoyed it!But, they also didnt know that they were supposed to get head & hand massage as well. So, because they didnt get head & hand massage as part of the Reflexology massage, I was very disappointed.To resolve the issue, Anna offered to give my mom & my aunt a free $30 minutes scalp & hand massage. I told my mom & my aunt but theyre hesitant to go back there. I tried to convince them but she said, well see if we have free time tomorrow.I hope they can make it tomorrow.I appreciate Anna for trying to resolve this matter reasonably.I just hope that something like this wont happen again with anyone.

Went to this spa for a deep muscle massage of back, legs, arms and face. What an amazing experience. Suzanne was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable. She has a beautiful soul and smile and made me feel very at ease. I totally advise going there for a session. You will not regret it!

I tried this place twice during my stay. My first time was great with Kaithy but my second one was a horrible experience.Kaithy was so good and knew exactly what to do with the oil and the deep tissue massage.My second day the lady was just rubbing my body without any oil or consistent movements.She never even touched the sole of my foot during my massage which is one thing that everyone loves about massage.Hot stone was part of the massage that she forgot to do it. She didn’t even put the pillow under my feet and my back start to hurt.I honestly think sitting on a massage chair at a nail salon can have a better and more relaxing effect.Thank you Kaithy for the great work.She only works Sunday and Monday keep that in mind.I think this place is a hit or miss.

I was asked to confirm what kind of massage I was looking for and I chose the Lomi Lomi (oil massage) for 60 min and I was asked which areas to focus on truly loved that! For me especially it was all the little considerations and details during the massage the hot oil and hot stone part, plus the hot neck towel to rest on made it even more relaxing, and even turning off the night lamp during the head massage all of it the whole hour was truly an amazing experience! Definitely coming back every time I’m in Waikiki! I truly appreciate the experience.

A friend recommended this place. I was experiencing some lower back pain. I got a combination shiatsu massage, hot stone and stretching. The masseuse kept checking with me to be sure she was applying the right amount of pressure. She found spots I previously didn’t realize were knots. The massage was very relaxing and and my wife said she could hear me snoring… I felt great after and I’ll be back again! Easy location to get to in Waikiki.

Moon was extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled. This it was one of the best massage experiences I have had in a long time and she made such a huge impression on my first time experience in Hawaii. I will definitely be returning next vacation!

I almost didnt book my massage here because of reviews about ambiance, however Im so glad I did anyway! The massage was incredible! The place was clean even if lacking in ambiance. The massage area was partitioned off with fabric, so I definitely heard when someone else came in and talked to the front desk. However, it didnt bother me. If what youre looking for is a great massage, you wont be disappointed.

This was my first visit and I was completely blown away by the quality of massage, care and accommodation I had by Katie. This place is going to be my new go to spot whenever I’m on island! I will be back and will share with all my friends!

My wife and I had a fabulous pairs massage with these lovely ladies. Absolutely awesome, just what our aching bodies needed after our flight from LAX (plus our flight from Nashville to LAX just prior, and prior to that, Sydney AUS to Nashville 3 days before). Coco and her partner (sorry we did not get your name😞) were incredibly professional, so caring with our comfort foremost in their minds, as was the proprietor. I cannot rate them any higher…well I could if there were 6 stars, I would rate them 6 stars! Plus at a great price. Thank you again😁🙏.

My husband and I went here last night and had a couples massage. We were both happy with the service! Usually I have a hard time finding a masseuse that can both find my problem areas and use enough pressure to release any of the tension. The lady that I had was extremely strong and I had to actually ask her to use less pressure which has never happened- like ever. The only thing I can say is I wish shed slowed her pace down a smidge to make it a bit more relaxing during the process. Afterward though, my body almost felt younger.. felt so much looser and like my back was straighter. As for the atmosphere, it is kind of dark when you walk in and the room we were in was a bit musty. Sheets were clean and fresh smelling though. Id say, if you want a fancy place and a fluffy massage, youll probably have to go somewhere else and youll pay upwards of $200 or more for a couples massage. If youre looking to get your body worked on and feeling better for a good price, check this place out!

Though the ambiance was average this was by far one of the best massages that I have ever had. I opted for the Pearl package which included a 10 min foot spa followed by a 30 min foot massage and a 60 min body massage with hot stone and stretching used throughout. The therapist’s technique and pressure was spot on and it was exactly what was needed after a long flight. Thank you!

Just came for a couples massage. Booked 45 min before arrival. Soon as we walked in they took us to our room. Then shortly after got to WORK! The massage is chiropractic and relaxing. The best my wife and I have ever had!!! So much so right after the hour was done I asked my wife if she wanted to go again. Seriously, I don’t leave reviews. Absolutely amazing.

WOWOWOWOOWOW.I woke up this AM in so much pain and decided to get a massage. I found this place and paid for the 100 minute massage and have zero regrets. What a deal!!! This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I have had A-LOT of massages. Lomi Lomi mix. I live on the big island and have saved this as my go to for every time I come over to Oahu. Please go an support this awesome establishment. I wish we had this where I live! Please tip, they are so worth it. I’m so happy I could cry right now.I also want to note that the woman who helped me and gave me the massage was the sweetest, kindest, communicative person.

I accidentally booked this place for Thursday and showed up on Tuesday for me and my daughter. They still accommodated us. We both had the gold package and I highly recommend it. The masseuse listened to what I wanted to it was a very good massage. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I went here for foot massages. My massage was great. I have no complaints. However, a man massaged my husbands feet/legs and he did not enjoy it one bit. The man was going too hard and it was painful. Several times I asked if he was okay because my husband was making a face. The guy continued to do hard pressure and when we left my husband said he was just waiting for the whole experience to be over. In the morning, his legs were still hurting. We checked them over and bruises were left from the man’s pressure used. Definitely wishes we went somewhere else

I booked a head/ hand/ head massage for my husband and myself online a few days before we arrived in Waikiki. The online discount and added hot stones were spot on. The staff were kind, attentive, and professional, and it was among the highest quality massages Ive ever had. We were not in a private room, but the lights were dimmed and we were the only people there so it didnt feel overly exposed. I would highly recommend!

My massage was nice for the most part, although on certain parts of my back, she left bruises. I dont think she realized her own strength. She eased up when I asked her to. Overall it was decent.

We booked our very first couple massage with them because Google review was great. Oh my goodness! We both loved our massage therapists!!! ❤ theyre both very talented with variety of different massage techniques with great even pressure our body totally did ahhhh(relaxed!) Theyre good with communication with us with their pressure throughout the massage as well. My favorite part was when she used the hotstones on my back. It was a perfect temperature and felt so so good with her rythumical stroke with it. We will definitely coming back to this place!!! Btw if you book online you will get great discounts too;-)

Dont let the aesthetics of the building or minimalist ambiance deter. Within walking distance of the Hilton Hawaiian Village and very worth the short stroll. Book on-line for included hot stones. Without a doubt the best massage I have ever had and two hours flew by. Would have returned for a second massage if I had had time in my trip!

My wife, Meg and I were on vacation from Connecticut and I booked a couples massage on line which includes hot rocks. The massages far surpassed our expectations! It was so good we went twice in 10 days. Combo Thai massage with deep tissues was amazing! We have had massages all over the world including Thailand but this is tops as far as quality of massage.

Dont let the front of the place put you off. Great massages and great price too. We had an hours massage. I got the Thai Massage which was fantastic, my friend got the Swedish massage which she said was very good. Recommend booking on the website as you get a discount and hot stones.

On vacation and decided to walk a block outside the fancy spa in my resort to pay the same amount but for double the time. 90 minutes! It was a fantastic experience. The therapist asked about pressure and comfort consistently. No regrets!

One of the best if not the best massages I have ever received. Considering the low price for the excellent service provided I am surprised there wasnt more of a wait. I think this is a hidden gem of a place in an otherwise over served area for massages. I would go again in a week, if I had not just been there visiting. Will remember for if / when I do return as this will be on the list of activities to do again while there.

So I was staying down by Cheesecake Factory, in amongst than bank of beach hotels, and I have to say the walk out to this fantastic place was no problem, I was met with professional, friendly/welcoming and courteous staff. Therapist was a extremely skilled and talented therapist who worked. They also have nice touches. The comment about ambiance is fair although it didnt detract from the experience for me - the quality of the actual product is unsurpassed and pricing very reasonable. Id make the walk ten times over.

Was walking by and saw a flashing massage sign in the lobby. My body was aching and decided to treat myself for some badly needed therapy. They had a therapist available and could take me immediately. The massage was incredible and they wiped me down with a hot towel after so you dont have that oil all over your body. Prices are very reasonable and I will definitely return!

We went with another couple and did 2 couples massages. All 4 of us were in consensus, some of the firmest and best massages any of us have ever had. A total diamond in the rough!

Had a great foot massage at this small little spot. Very affordable and friendly. It is right off the main drive clean and not busy. I had a specific spot on my foot that I needed work on and she was happy to oblige. I would recommend this place verses one of the hotel locations which will be three times as expensive and may not even be as good. The staff was very pleasant.

We enjoy coming to WMFS when we do our mini stay-cations on Oahu.This was our second visit - the staff is always friendly and comforting and accommodating to our schedules and needs. After explaining that my back has a couple pins in my spine and my other half has a metal plate in her neck - the gals then proceed to go to town on our butts !! They work us over, .. and how. We usually opt for the combination Thai / Oil massage - havent been disappointed yet.

This place is top notch! No frills, no questionnaires, very professional. Their masseuses know the body and muscles. They go through all of my soreness and worked them out in perfect sequence. Even if their female masseuses are small, they are strong! My husband said the same thing and we have athletic builds. I took the standard lomi lomi and swedish massage and it was the best I have ever had. The additional hot stone massage was amazing. I wish we have this place back in San Francisco. For the price, this place is worth going to instead of the spas inside the hotels in the area.

Foot, Head and Hand massage was on the chair by front door. 2/3 of the hour long massage was feet only. Therapists were talking most of the time. Same price as a table massage. Website looks much better than the product that is available. Disappointed.

Excellent hidden gem of a spa. If what youre looking for is a fantastic massage, this is an excellent choice and very affordably priced, much more reasonable than most spas in the area where youll pay twice as much. I was treated with respect, pampered, and my therapist worked with what I did and did not want.

Had a awesome massage with Tina , definitely recommend her. She did a great job with my neck and shoulders which were in a lot of pain and also my leg which had some cramping. Issues from swimming too much . Definitely worth checking out if you are in Honolulu

I wanted to try the tradition Hawaiian style massage, lomi lomi. This was the best massage I’ve ever gotten! This place doesn’t have the ambiance of some of the more upscale spas, but the technique they have is wonderful. Such a good massage, even complete with hot stones. Also a nice touch was offering hot tea after the massage in addition to water. And such reasonable prices! Highly recommend.

KT is a professional therapist who has mastered the craft & technique of massage. I workout frequently and travel a lot so Im always getting a massage. A few blocks from Hilton Hawaiian Village. The spa in the village is over priced. Walk a few blocks to save a few hundred. Amazing deep tissue massage. You also get stone hot rocks if you book online. Other reviews are spot on where ambience is fine but technique and price is beyond expectations.

Utterley incredible. I am 7 months pregnant and on holiday in Hawaii from London. After walking for miles and miles over the last few days my feet and ankles were in agony. Last night I was almost in tears and struggled to walk. I just had a 60 mins foot massage and it exceeded all expectations. Really firm but smooth massage that extended to lower legs and knees, given with love and care. I am now on cloud 9 and can enjoy the rest of my holiday - thank you!!!

Took my husband for a deep tissue massage for thanksgiving. We had a massage side by side. I got a moderate massage and husband got an intense massage. We both loved the experience during it. It was so relaxing afterward.

Wonderful! If you want a massage that provides pain relief... THIS IS THE PLACE! The foot reflexolofy is the best we ever had. We went here a couple of times to take the aches and pains away from shopping and swimming. Other places provide higher level ambience, but NONE WILL BEAT THEIR TECHNIQUE!

This shop in the Building Lobby, I made a reservation 60min couple massage. and this massage was one of the best experience our honeymoon in Hawaii.Korean ver.There was a shop inside the building, and it was completely different from the massages I got in Korea. It is so good that it is right to say that I was reborn. It relieves all the fatigue of travel. There is no Korean language service, but I highly recommend it if your English is at the level of simple everyday English.
