My husband and I got a couples massage and we must say it was amazing. My husband says it was the best hes ever had. Hands down. Dont judge the location, just continue to the spa and it will definitely surprise you. Very relaxing and pleasant. Customer service was phenomenal. Wish we could take them back to Florida with us. Highly recommend.

I called last minute to inquire about appointments for a couples massage and to my extreme delight they were able to accommodate us the same day. This has been one of the best massages I’ve ever had. We both feel relaxed, renewed and ready to enjoy the rest of our trip.Everyone was very kind and welcoming. From the moment we approached the building there was someone outside waiting to greet us and escort us to the spa. We enjoyed complimentary foot baths to begin, we took pictures with leis and then proceeded to a quiet and peaceful room take our massages.I 100% recommend treating yourself or a loved one to this lovely experience. You will not regret it!

It was my first time getting a massage. The spa is kind of hidden, so it took some time to find it. Booked 2 last-minute appointments with the Lomi Lomi massage service. They were all very kind & caring. The environment is very calming & clean. I would recommend it to anyone who is visiting Waikiki.

The owner is very friendly! Mr. JD gave me a 2 hr massage and spent majority of the time in my problem areas. He is extremely professional and understands the body and where the pressure is needed most. Ms. Minny gave a wonderful facial and I felt amazing. Highly recommend this place for spa treatments.

Wow, what an amazing place! I booked a last minute massage (90 min Lomi Lomi) with April and she was SO good. Seriously - definitely in the top 5 best massages I have had (and I get a lot of massages). It was so good, I came back the next morning and did the Luxury Package (body scrub, massage, and facial - 2 hours of pure relaxation). Prices were reasonable (especially compared to resort spa prices), and the place was very clean. As some other reviews mentioned, they use curtains to partition off tables, so you can hear some minimal noise, but it did not detract from my wonderful experience.

This was the best facial and massage experience I’ve ever had! As the other reviews have mentioned, this is definitely a hidden gem. Beautifully put together and ridiculously amazing service! I got off the elevator and was greeted at their door, led to a comfy chair and had a complimentary foot wash with a scrub before I was brought back to the room.I got the basic facial and aromatherapy massage. 45 minutes each I believe and it felt like both were over an hour with how relaxed I was! Every time I thought it was gonna be over the woman did more! It was such a relaxing feeling. The effort and attention was consistent the whole way through. Absolutely loved it. After the service I went out and they had my shoes and a water waiting for me and once I paid I was even walked out and to the elevator.I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Wish i could give more stars ! My husband and I came here on our honeymoon. It was the most amazing experience . We were treated so kindly and the customer service Was absolutely amazing.Our massages were beyond what we expected. We got 2 of the combination massages and it left us feeling relaxed and refreshed . Would definitely recommend to anybody coming to Waikiki and looking for a relaxing experience with family or a spouse. We will definitely be back!!

This is our third day on the island and I’m so glad we booked. The experience was amazing! We did the full 2 hour luxury package and every service was wonderful. The ladies are very professional and skilled! If you have the time book. You will not be disappointed!

I recently visited and had a wonderful experience with the service. The lady who attended to me was amazing—her skill and care made me feel truly rejuvenated. I left feeling healed and incredibly relaxed.However, my visit ended on a less positive note due to an unfortunate interaction with the cashier. After leaving what I considered to be a reasonable tip, the cashier proceeded to lecture me about the amount, even showing me receipts from other customers who had tipped more than $70. This behavior felt very entitled and left a sour taste after an otherwise delightful experience.Overall, while the spa services were excellent and the staff (except for the cashier) were professional and kind.

Very relaxing experience. Staff is friendly and welcoming. My husband and I got the shiatsu massage after a day of surfing. The massage was perfect, stretched out our muscles and relaxed us so much we fell asleep. Woke up feeling refreshed 5/5 highly recommend!

I’ve had many massages before and I’m pretty particular about them … so when we headed to Hawaii for vacation I did a lot of research to pick a massage place for us to enjoy. Waikiki Wind Spa was a great massage and a great overall experience. They were so kind and accommodating. The entire space was super clean. I received a 120 minute deep tissue massage with back walking and I feel amazing. Great massage, great experience and an overall great value.

So worth it! You start with a foot scrub then pick your massage. You can choose the pressure and any focus spots. It was so relaxing!

This place surprised me! It don’t look like much from the outside and it was tough to find, but once I was inside the space was cute and clean. The service was excellent and my massage therapist was awesome!! The price was very reasonable too.

I came to this massage parlor today with the intention of giving it a try. Unexpectedly, it gave me a big surprise. The service and environment were very good. I liked the technique of the masseuse Lisa very much and got good relief. I also Will continue to go for massages, highly recommended

I just finished my second visit to the spa and I wish I could pack it with me back to the East Coast. Last year I did a couples massage with my mother for Mothers Day and we had such a lovely time, with the best massages we ever had. This year I returned and was even more impressed. My masseuse asked for my trouble area, and literally worked as hard as she could to loosen up my tight shoulder. I was sad when my service ended because I know Ill never find such a quality service back home. I cant wait to come back again!

Came for a massage here with Aki and it was Amazing!! In retrospect, I wish I had booked an even longer massage. I had extreme tightness in my neck and shoulders which she was able to massively alleviate with perfect pressure. I came out of the massage feeling very refreshed and relaxed.Outside of the massage itself, all of the staff were so kind and welcoming and exhibited great service throughout. I called last minute, but they were still able to get me an appointment within the hour. When I was leaving, they even gave me coffee as a parting gift. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone.

Happened to stumble across this gem while I was walking by. I googled it and they had great reviews so I called and they were able to schedule me on the same day! Great customer service and I received a fantastic 90 min deep tissue. I had a great experience and would come back again.

Very convenient location in central Waikiki on the second floor of what looks like an old apartment building. The inside looks much better with a large comfortable waiting area where we were greeted with water and a warm foot soak and foot and calf scrub before being shown to our massage room. We had ninety minute massages which tended to be very forceful unless directed to tone it down. It was possibly the hardest massage I’ve ever had and I asked for medium intensity. The masseuse was great at finding problem areas even when not told about them. Hot stones were included. Paying with cash or Venmo allowed us to avoid tax. I would return but next time would ask for a larger “facial pillow” as the small one after over an hour limited comfortable breathing. I would ask for a mild intensity massage.

For someone who received massages often, this massage was amazing and very professional with great customer service. My masseuse knew exactly how to detangle my knots and was being super respectful. I would definitely come back here 10/10! :)

Yang was amazing! I definitely recommend her. This was my first massage ever and it was so relaxing and peaceful. The Waikiki Wind Spa is so pretty inside and the moment you step in it’s a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Don’t let the front of the building fool you. The security guard at the door was also very kind and helpful. I got the combination B body massage for 90 min and it was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back here next time I’m in Waikiki. (:

Despite the sketchy exterior, the spa surprises with a welcoming and well-maintained interior on the second floor.Be prepared for Thai techniques, like walking on your back. Do your research on Thai massage techniques to familiarize yourself and so you can totally relax.The spas treatment areas consist of two large rooms with multiple tables, some lacking curtains between them, leading to audible conversations between therapists and clients. For privacy during a massage when bringing a friend, request separate spaces (unless you’re having a couples massage). Otherwise you will have zero privacy.While the initially delightful, the short refrain from a Christmas song became monotonous on loop.The overall cleanliness and exceptional facial, especially in the luxury package with an impressive body scrub, make the experience worthwhile.Despite some quirks, I plan to return.

Had an amazing couples massage here. Easy to book and they helped accommodate for our specific needs. Very clean place and both massage therapists did amazing jobs. They even gave us a small box of coffee roasted in Hawaii which was very thoughtful. Definitely will use them again when we go back!

The exterior of the building is deceiving as it is an office building of sorts, but once inside the spa it is tranquil and clean. We were greeted by friendly staff, and our feet were soaked and scrubbed before starting our massages. The staff were accommodating and friendly and in tune with what type of pressure we enjoyed. Love this place! I had shoulder and neck pain couple of days before I arrived Honolulu and woke up in pain in the resort hotel. Truly a worst thing to ruin your vacation. I googled a massage place near hotel and found this place. I was skeptical about it but OMG my neck and shoulder pain was gone the next morning!! I was able to enjoy snorkeling and all day activities!! I was beyond happy. This place has great service and price is very reasonable. The place is beautiful and clean. I wanted to go back for more massage and unfortunately we had full day activities. But for sure recommend this place to anyone who visit Honolulu. You can’t be disappointed. Be sure to call to make reservations because they are so popular!

WOW! What an absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end. Not only was the staff the friendliest people ever, but our 90 minute Swedish massage was by far the best one I ever had! I’ve been to Vietnam, Thailand, and many other domestic massage spas, and this one can’t be beat! We will be coming here again every time we are in Oahu, without a doubt! Thanks again!

I went with a friend today, and it was such a welcoming place. The atmosphere was so calm and smoothing. The people were VERY nice. One of the ladies waited for us downstairs and walked us into the waiting area. The massage itself was GREAT and well needed. Service was amazing! Thank you! I just walked out of the massage and I really do feel so much more relaxed … lighter even! There were times when it was a little too much pressure, but in a good way. And my masseuse was very attentive and in tune with me; she could tell when it was too much and made sure to ask how I was feeling throughout the massage. The added touch of fresh flowers in the foot bath and complimentary pictures with Hawaiian leis and maracas made me feel like a VIP. Very friendly staff, super clean and welcoming business. I just wish I had found them earlier in the trip and come back for more!

Sadly, I’m leaving Honolulu today. Decided to get a massage to relax me prior to my long flight home. My 90 minute massage with Yura was awesome! I would’ve liked to add on aromatherapy and/or hot stones. I didn’t ask and she didn’t offer? The quarters are pretty close and I was able to hear when a couple entered for their massage-the space is separated by curtains only. Overall I’m pleased and would return. The foot bath welcome is amazing!!!

The Waikiki wind spa should be in the top five things to do while visiting Honolulu. Lan and Gary were able to massage out all of the tension and stress in our bodies. What an amazing experience! I was very pleased to check this place out on my last day on the island. It sure is a gem. The service was top notch and staff extremely friendly and respectful. Place is very clean and enjoyable. Fyi the rooms are not completely silent as they are divided by curtains and can hear people talking as they come in. However, that did not bother me.

Absolutely wonderful massage, delightful hospitality, and just a delightful experience on all levels. We will try to come again before we leave the Island! Thank you Waikiki Wind Spa!!

The outside of the building is old, but inside it was brand new. Everything was super clean and tidy. I highly recommend!! My appointment was booked. Service was very friendly. I had a great time soaking my feet and getting it cleaned. That was free and did not take away from my massage time. My massage was very good. I get massages a lot and I always do deep tissue. My masseuse kept up the pressure for 90 minutes! One of my favorites was the Fijian, where she walked on my back! Loved it and will try and come back before I leave Hawaii.

Amazing massage! I booked the 2 hour Lomi Lomi massage it came to 175.00 including tax. Lots of different options. My lady was fantastic❤️. Location was clean. A bit tough to find as it’s not clearly marked. The only things worth mentioning it was extremely warm for my comfort but I am 7 month pregnant so that was my own hormones. There is also a high expectations around tipping and if they don’t feel it’s enough that will let you know.

10/10 experience. From the minute we walked into until the end it was super professional. They took into account all of our preferences during the massage to make sure we were comfortable. You can tell they were trained well, they knew what they were doing. We left feeling really great!

Yura did absolutely amazing. She hit all the right spots. She was very receptive to any requests and promptly got the spots I was the most tight. I did 90 minute combo massage with a group of 5 and there was no wait. There was a free foot scrub. If you’re looking for a spot to try while on vacation, Yura does not disappoint!

The was the best massage!! Upon a coworker recommendation, I made an appointment, for the 120 minute luxury combination, the same day and they said come on over. The building entrance was off the beaten path. Security directed me to take elevator to second floor. The staff was waiting for me at the door. The room is beautiful and they ushered me into the spa experience. Set me up with a rose water foot bath provided me with a bowl of coffee candy and water and a few props (ie lei and maracas) for a photo opportunity. Then they asked for my phone to take the photos. Then removed the photo props, and proceeded with the spa experience, first was the foot scrub and then slippers. Took me to the massage room where I was provided disposable undergarments and then experienced and enjoyed a warm salt scrub. (Do not have a fresh sunburn or shave legs before this salt scrub massage, i imagine that would be most painful and uncomfortable). After the salt scrub experience, she slipped plastic booties onto my feet and escorted me to the warm shower to remove the salt scrub and oil. I removed the plastic booties before getting into the shower (i was already slipping and sliding and i was not gonna take that risk). So i soaped up the feet first took a rinse off shower and then wrapped myself up in the towel. She told me face down. She covered me with a sheet and removed the towel and proceeded with the massage. It was a blend of wonderful techniques, (shiatsu, ashiatsu, lomi lomi, deep tissue) the ashiatsu is a technique i had not experienced before. So i was a bit surprised when she jumped on the bed and started lightly standing on my back and other body parts such as hands, feet and legs, arms. It was interesting for sure but enjoyable. Then when i was asked to turn over for the front massage, she started the mini facial. This facial was awesome!! (2nd facial in my 50 year old lifetime). The experience just keeps going…After she applied the additional cost add on mask, she asked first. I agreed. She put the full face paper towel type mask and then the clay mask on that…over my face and then put on a red Light (i couldn’t see anything). Then she started her room clean up. Then she cMe back and massaged my legs and arms. ( i was pleasantly surprised, since i thought the massage portion had ended). Then the lights turned off and then she removed the lights and paper towel type mask. Cleaned my face again and added some creams and extras. She completed the experience with more neck massage and stretching. It was awesome and i didnt even get my therapist name so i could thank her properly for a job well done.FEEDBACK and suggestions for the Waikiki Wind spa: Ensure that the therapist introduce themselves and then provide a verbal description of what is going to happen during the purchased session and in the order of how the therapy works. If language is a barrier, maybe provide a card of events and times that the experience will include. I did enjoy the massage. I also had a few moments of not being able to breathe during the ashiatsu and mask portion of the treatment…i have mild claustrophobia and i had to talk myself through the portions when i was being stepped on and the full mask went over my face.

Amazing experience! We visited Waikiki and stayed at the Moana Surfrider for a birthday trip. We got a 120-minute couples massage and the experience was WONDERFUL, start to finish. It started with a complimentary lavender epsom salt and rose petal foot soak and scrub. The massage itself was so relaxing and they offer a paper to start so you can indicate where you’d like the masseuse to concentrate and desired level of pressure. They did a wonderful job of sticking to those desires while also incorporating other complimentary areas of the body so you still get a balance, complete massage. I chose the Tiger Balm addition and highly recommend for sore muscles. Gary was the masseuse I had and his calm energy and intuitive strength made the entire experience. The other masseuse was likewise wonderful and did fantastic deep tissue! Highest levels of service here. Highly recommend if you are in Waikiki!

This place is AMAZING. We wandered in on a whim and have zero regrets. Both myself and my husband got the facial and massage combination and it was above and beyond our expectations. The facial was super moisturizing with an intense facial massage and included the shoulders and chest, which I always appreciate. The massage had perfect pressure with regular check ins to make sure I was ok. To top it all off, it all starts with a foot bath and scrub while you choose your service. 10/10 would go back.

Truly amazing! This was my first time at a spa, so I was initially very nervous. However, the staff members were all so wonderful to speak to and encouraging! 🥰 After stuffing my face with delicious chocolate and enjoying the complementary foot soak, I no longer felt any negative or fearful emotions at all. I really felt so joyful.The staff made sure to be very attentive of my personal preferences regarding heat, pressure, trouble spots, etc. I’ve never been to a massage before but I could still tell that they went very far beyond their expectations. They were also very friendly, each with an interesting story. I booked a 60 minute massage but since I was so happy the time passed too quickly! I would stay here all day if I knew what the experience would be like ahead of time. ☺️ Truly a gem.

I loved my scrub, massage and facial!! I came here today for my birthday and boy was I spoiled! They start you off with a complimentary rose petal foot soak, then they take you to another room for a body scrub (full body). After the scrub you have your own private shower to wash off the scrub then you lay down for a body massage. I’m really sensitive to oils and lotions but whatever they used, didn’t leave me greasy! Was perfect. After my incredible massage, I had a facial. Do note the facial is with masks, facial massage and hot towels. This isn’t a deep clean/ pick at your skin kind of facial. I was so relaxed after I couldn’t stop smiling! I forgot the girls name.. she had black Tory Birch sandals. 10/10!

This was one of the best massages/facials I’ve ever received and I’ve been all over the world! 90 min combo took away the pain from traveling 22 hrs to Oahu from the East Coast. Couldn’t recommend more!

A hidden gem in Waikiki! Its located in the second floor of a not-so-fancy building and dont be intimidated by it! Once the elevator gets to the second floor and you will see the spa by left hand side. The interior was so newly renovated and it was so clean and nice. I was able to make a reservation online the same day for a 90min massage and basic facial ($168).Maggie was my massage therapist. She was super friendly and professional. I got a complementary foot soak and had my feet washed before the message. I dont like intense massage and Maggie asked my preference and had the just right amount of pressure. She was very communicative and flexible to my preference. I paid $10 extra for using essential oil and I was able to pick different flavors. Ended up choosing jasmine and it smelled so good.The basic facial involved cleaning, a gentle facial massage, a mask, face location and sunscreen. I liked the hot steam blowing straight to me face and neck during facial. It was very relaxing.The whole experience was comfortable and relaxing. It felt so worth it and a nice treat for myself. They take cash and credit cards. You can either call or book the reservation online. They also offer body scrub and I wish I had more time at Waikiki or else I would definitely come back! Highly recommend this place if you stay at Waikiki area!

The experience was what I expected for an American spa with a few extras to reel you in ie: foot bath, pictures with the Lei’s.Now I do my best to not judge too much, but I am a “Registered Massage Therapist” in Canada (with many thousands of hours of massage/ years of experience under my belt), was it up to par with treatments I have received here in the US before? Yes. Was it worth $128 PP? Not really… but it was a nice experience with my mum.The reason I gave 2 stars is because at the end I tried to tip $15 Per Massage which I found commensurate with the treatment and also reasonable in comparison to what the practitioner makes per Hr here; But I was guilted into giving a higher tip by the manager.(I work in this industry, $15 is reasonable, most LMT’s get less and they are trained extensively).Now I get Hawai’i is an expensive place but the tip aspect really poisoned my experience here.Pay your employees more, it shouldn’t be my responsibility as a customer to pay for a service and pay yet again a tip that “you” determine to be adequate.Massage: 3/5Extras: 3/5Tip Debacle: 1/5

Visiting Honolulu (Oahu) for the first time and saw this location. I wanted to try a lomi lomi massage and this place was the answer. We called and was able to get in same day.My maseur was awesome. Firm deep pressure. Warm oil, hot stones, and hot towel. The service was impeccable. Very warm and welcoming.May try to get another one before leaving but will return to this location again.

The experience was extraordinary. The space is clean, and uses curtains to provide customers’ privacy between each spa room. Most importantly, massagists here are professionals and well experienced. They really know what they are doing, and their massage skills really can relief your stresses. I will definitely visit here again if I come to Honolulu again. I also highly recommend to add the essential oil, this spa place is very generous with applying the oil and it worths the price.

One of the best massages I’ve had. We were met on the ground floor by a staff member (entrance is on side street). Started with a foot bath/scrub while we filled out the form. The place is peaceful and tranquil. Good set ups for couples massage. We opted for Thai massage - medium pressure. WOW - what a relief from hotel beds and airplane seats. Do yourself a favour and spend 90 minutes of your holiday here!

One of the best massages I have ever gotten. I originally wanted the Thai massage, but she explained that would involve walking on my back and that may be too much (I am on the smaller size) and so she said she will do a combination for me. I chose medium pressure, worked out my knots, and it was perfect and in the end, she stretched me too. Very relaxing. Oh, I did the couples massage with my husband and he got the Thai massage also and he said it was all really good too. He got walked on. And it was all good.

Do NOT miss this place. The outside of the building is very deceiving. Inside, we were immediately met with a smile, soothing music, chocolates and cold water.Next, we received a hot foot bath and light salt scrub. Be aware that your feet may need to adjust to the hot water, but its great for circulation and so satisfying once you get comfortable. The hostess showed me all the products she used and let me smell them. We also were given a form to go over our goals for the massage and to indicate areas of focus.After that, we were escorted to a partitioned area where our therapists introduced themselves. I had Raymond. He used very deep pressure (which I asked for!) and was very attentive to the areas I indicated. We opted for the essential oils add-on, which was just an extra layer of luxury on top of an already flawless experience. I get massages very frequently, and this was easily in my top five of all time.Afterwards, we were met in the waiting area and given more water and chocolates. Always courteous of an establishment to provide water before and after.Thank you so much WWS for making our trip extra special.

WOW!!! Hands-down the best massage experience I’ve had in Waikiki. Three times the charm for me, as I had received treatments at two other places earlier in my trip (one down the street in the mall, another 15 minute walk away). While I enjoyed the Thai and shiatsu massages I had earlier, this was really the game changer for me. Coming off a four month stint of heavy computer usage, I knew my muscles were super tight. It wasn’t until I went to Waikiki Wind Spa that I was blown away by the amazing bodywork (and facial too). My practitioner had over 20 years experience. And you could really tell! Just the right pressure, energy and care. This is Korean spa style service. So good!! I had the 90 minute massage and facial. Afterwords received a complementary foot bath too. The place is beautiful inside (A bit daunting exterior building-go to the center and take the elevator up-but the security guard was really friendly as was everyone else). Only three minute walk from my hotel in the heart of Waikiki. They told me they’ve been open six months. This is a gem!!

Confirm your appointment length with them when you walk in. I arrived and was quickly escorted in but no one confirmed that I had booked one hour. I was not able paying attention to the time obviously, and when I came outside to pay I saw it had been an hour and a half. They asked me to pay and I said I only booked one hour. The woman at the desk said no I didnt, twice. Then I opened my email and showed her the confirmation. Then she checked again, went quiet, and apologized. Instead of charging me the original price for what I booked, she said nothing. I said I would just pay it because the masseuse already did the work. But honestly it was not right. I took two stars off my rating for that.I am taking another star for the massage itself. I requested medium to deep pressure because of knots in my back. The masseuse worked them out on one side but not the other. I even told her I was still tight on the one side so she went back to it but still could not soften the muscle. So I walked out feeling very unbalanced and uncomfortable. I will have to go somewhere else in a few days.Overall I was disappointed because the reviews were so good. The place itself is nice and clean. But given their big mistake, they should not have charged me for the extra half an hour. I wont be coming back.

Love the staff! They were so courteous and accommodating, especially with my mom’s sensitivity to smells. She’s allergic to most fragrances but one essential oil they had was sampaguita (similar to jasmine) It’s rare to find where we live, but she was excited because it’s the national flower of the Philippines so it felt like home to her. Also the pre-massage salt foot rub smells heavenly. Highly recommend and will be returning!!!

I called for a last minute massage since my flight had been cancelled. They were able to see me and welcomed me with a complementary footbath and water. The 60 massage was a mix of deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy. My therapist had a firm touch which was great for my stress points. I was impressed with her passion for kinesiology and reflexology which was present throughout the 60 minute massage. The whole experience lasted 90 minutes. The ambiance was great in the footbath area, however I would have appreciated a quieter massage room perhaps with a cozier table. The service was incredible for the price and I will definitely make a stop next time Im in Waikiki.

They took me for a last minute facial and upper body massage before I leave Hawaii. My esthetician did a great job to the point that I fell asleep. The staff is very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Had a very good massage, but it was not as relaxing because they just have curtains in between the massage tables and the ladies next to me kept talking.The staff was super nice.Another issue is they don’t do invoices. I found that very surprising. I do get my massages reimbursed by my insurance, but I need an invoice. Very frustrating that I won’t be able to get reimbursed for this massage.

I had an incredible experience at Wind Spa (Waikiki). My last day of vacation and I want to chill and relax and I found Wind Spa. The atmosphere was serene and relaxing, and the staff was exceptionally skilled and attentive. The massage I received was pure bliss, and I felt all my stress melt away. The spa facilities were clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this for everyone especially with your love ones for anyone in need of some pampering and rejuvenation!

Absolute best massage in Waikiki Beach! A hidden gem a block away from the Main Street. Maggie and Iyan treated me like a King. Quick, professional, and very friendly. It’s the little things that make ALL the difference cash. They prefer cash but credit is ok. Best of all, they sanitize before during and after. Very flexible and caring to your needs. I loved them going out of their way and giving me their filtered water. My feet needed some tlc after long hike at Koko and Diamond Head. One visit here and you won’t go anywhere else.

Such a quality massage. Started with a foot soak which made me feel better because you’re walking around with slippers. I got a deep tissue massage and felt very relaxed throughout the entire time. There was an appropriate pressure for the massage. They’re also very sweet here and I felt like I was getting taken cared of by my aunties haha.

Exceptional deep tissue massage. My masseuse definitely challenged my comfort thresholds which I rarely find on the mainland. She consistently checked in and made sure I wasnt in pain. She uses her feet, knees, elbows, and hands to get whatever desired pressure she needs. I completely recommend this place, but make sure youre ready for a different experience than your typical mainland massage.

My first time ever. My daughter treated me. We went together. I was nervous. They were welcoming and set me at ease immediately. My daughter had side-by-side tables in a private curtained room. So calming. They were very tuned in as to how I was doing all along the way. They were just lovely. If I werent leaving tomorrow, I would definitely go again. Next trip, definitely. (For those driving, convenient parking garage directly across the way.)

It’s uncommon to see a spa with so many 5-star ratings but this place is for real. I scheduled a couples massage two hours in advance with no problem. The spa is very clean and the employees are very professional. I thought I would be able to request a massage type at the beginning but no. I also specified where I wanted the massage to focus but that wasn’t followed. Nonetheless, the therapist did an excellent job and I very much enjoyed the massage and experience. I would recommend to any locals or visitors looking for a quality professional massage.

My boyfriend and I were looking to get massages by our hotel and found Waikiki Wind Spa after doing research. We booked the 90-minute combination massage (deep tissue and lomi lomi) and it was amazing from start to finish! We fell asleep during the session and woke up feeling rejuvenated! Plus the staff were so friendly and attentive. My massage therapist also adjusted the pressure accordingly when requested and accommodated when I told her about the wound on my knee. Highly recommend and I’d go back the next time I’m in Hawaii!

Absolutely wonderful! I just got off a sailboat after 11 days racing from California to Hawaii and my body was beyond thrashed! I’m on vacation and decided Hawaii was my destination. And this spa came highly recommended. So I took a chance and it was one of the best massages I’ve experienced and the staff is amazing and friendly. I can’t wait to come back again.

This was by far the best spa experience Ive ever had. I came here a couple of weeks ago and got the 150 minute Combo Luxury Package. I believe my masseuses name was Joyce, and she did an amazing job and was very sweet. Everything about the experience was great!

When I arrived they gave me water, candy, and sat me in a big chair to soak my feet and give me a foot massage while I completed paperwork before my 60 minute massage. This place is a hidden gem! Highly recommend. Mahalo for a relaxing and much needed massage.

We booked 3 last minute massages over the phone and were in less than an hour on a weekend! Like a lot of the other reviewers were noting, do not be deterred by the exterior. We were met with incredibly friendly staff at the front entrance escorting us up to the actual clean and serene location on the 2nd floor. Complimentary foot bath, water, and chocolates were what greeted us alongside inviting smiles. The form they provide allow you to choose where you’d like the focus of your massage to be as well as your preferred pressure. Lovely reasonably-priced first experience and will continue to rave and recommend to any friends or family visiting Waikiki in the future!

Very heavenly like. So clean and peaceful. Workers are friendly and so respectful. They do a great job in getting rid my muscle pain. My body and soul are relieved from pain it blows my mind away. Wind Spa is the best place to feel happy as if you already arrived in Heaven.

Amazing experience! As locals we would definitely return to this establishment. The masseuse were professional and were able to use a lot of pressure. My left shoulder range of motion was so much better after my massage.

Felt so much better after I had my massage. My masseuse did a great job, she was very thorough. The spa was clean and the staff were very friendly. Would recommend! Price isn’t cheap but reasonable for the quality of treatment provided!

Waikiki Wind Spa was able to get 4 of us in so quickly, and we all had such a lovely experience. 3 of us had combination massages and 1 had Lomi Lomi and all were great. Facilities were very clean, and sheets changed between guests. Thank you!
