I had a 90 minute full body massage and 30 minute foot massage. The massage was amazing and put me in tune with my body again. I appreciated that the masseuse did his best with working my tight spots in my upper back. Definitely will return

The lady was not doing a good job. She was not happy to do my massage, I guess because I came in 9 pm ,she was rushing on my massage. I was not happy with my service but I still gave her a tip. She didnt even say thanks ,her face showed that she expected more tip. I wont recommend this lady. But my friend had a good one, the other lady gave my friend a very good pressure and on point massage.

Perfect experience. The masseuses were well-trained and efficient, kind and to-the-point. Reasonable prices, no frills. You can do couples massages. You keep your clothes on. You can tip before or after with credit card. The 30-minute body massage was great while waiting for tonkatsu

I checked this place today and did a body massage with male masseur. The receptionist was friendly and she answered all questions. The prices are ok, but there is not much privacy. All massages are done in public areas with body massages done on tables separated by curtains. I closed all the curtains before the massage but my therapist opened one of them exposing the table to the lobby.The whole massage was repetitive small movements, no special technique. There was no oil used - all massage through the sheet. I didnt like this experience.

The lady rub me with no special technique in a way that was almost giving me a carpet burn. It was a lazy job done. It wasn’t enjoyable.Edit: went to another massage place Siam Thai - the best massage of my life. Go there instead.

There’s no way the reviews on Google are by real people because my boyfriend and I had the worst experience at this “spa”. So many red flags- the bathroom is the public bathroom on the outside of the building, parking $3, 4% credit card fee. I really should have known better when I called at 5 to make an appointment and they were able to take 2 of us in the hour- clearly no one is going here! The cleanliness of this place is questionable at best. We were taken to the back in a private room and there were weird stains on the walls/floors in rooms we walked past, bugs flying and overall just a sketchy vibe. Nothing about the massage was relaxing either. I really wanted to leave once the massage started but they make you pay before you even sit down!! My masseuse had rough calluses on his hands and his finger nails were scratching me the entire massage. It was freezing in the room, the sheets they use to cover you are thin and so are the towels- scratchy too! I could go on & on. If you are even thinking about this place just run away. We were idiots thinking we found a deal because this place was so cheap🤦🏽‍♀️

If you are looking for a deep tissue massage this is the place. I’m still feeling it a couple of days later, lol. Did the 2 hour massage. You pay up front, best to bring cash, & leave tip for the end. The room is cooler with small fans going, but it felt very good since I was running warmer. There was a man doing the massage and his hands were very soft, not rough at all. There is a public bathroom, just a simple 10 second walk to it. Rooms are separated by curtains, but great deal overall! Everyone was extremely kind.

Koko was amazing too bad shes gone till May 😢 im going to try someone else hoping its just as great especially because I absolutely love they have hot stones for 90min session at such an affordable price! The parking is tight for full size trucks but somewhat managed to squeeze around in the lot

Best massage I have ever received IN MY LIFE - and I go OFTEN and try many places. Ask for Kevin - wow he is so gifted I can’t even put into words how connected he is to the body. I feel sooo much better. I did the 90 minute body + 30 minute feet for $110!You can do smaller packages for as low as $30 or $49 but I decided to go full out and wow I’m so glad I did.

This is not a spa experience but that doesnt mean its not amazing! A short walk away from the super pricey places near Waikiki, this affordable find is perfect for the weary traveler whose feet hurt and who put a kink in their neck on the flight to Hawaii. You keep your clothing on the entire time and the pressure is firm. The operation is clean and efficient and most definitely gets the job done!

Got a 90mins combo .Best massage I have ever had. Completely relieved back pain and neck pain. It’s super close to Waikiki beach, 13mins walk from Hilton Waikiki beach , definitely will be there again .

You can find great discounts on Groupon as well, $35 for 2 hours: 60 min/foot massage & 60 min Sauna. $35 for 2 hours?! How can you go wrong with that?! The foot massage comes with a shoulder rub as well! All the massage therapist have strength in their hands and take direction well. Tranquil environment: lights are dim, relaxing traditional asian music, equipment/venue is all new, and bottle water service. There is also always lots of parking available! Two thumbs up

One of the best massages of my life! Coco got into the tight muscles in my back, stretched me put properly and focused perfectly on the areas I asked. She already kept checking in with me on the pressure which was nice. No frills place (go to a hotel if youre looking for the experiemce) but if youre looking for a great massage to work on the kinks at a great price, this is the place.

Called in tonight and they were able to get our party of 3 in at 8:30pm (1.5hr later than when we called in). When the clients before is showed up late, someone called us to let us know that our appts will be pushed back 10 mins later. It was nice of them to let us know. Two of us got foot massages and one got the body massage. All of us thought our massages were GREAT! We all felt the masseuse knew their pressure points and pressure levels for their clients. It was perfect! One of the best massages I’ve had. If my trip was longer I would come here multiple times! The price is good and their skill level is AMAZING!

Great atmosphere and the masseuse was very thorough. I was in Hawaii for 5 days and went here twice. I wish I had the time to go again.

Came here on our second night of the trip as I was tired from the jet lag. Called around 8:45pm after dinner on a Saturday and was able to make an appt for 9pm. Did a 1 hour massage (half body, half foot massage), masseuse applied good pressure for both and I felt relieved after. Massage is done “dry” with your clothes so be sure to wear comfortable clothes. Even though the massage took place in a semi private setting (curtains dividers used), I felt very relaxed. There were a few other customers but space was very quiet and clean. It was a bit hard to breath when I was getting my back massaged with my mask on since the head opening was a bit small on the table. Paid parking lot downstairs and street parking available (free in the evenings).

On vacation and decided to book a massage. I got the combo 30 minute foot and 90 minute body massage. The massuse did ok on my foot massage but didnt got any focus points. After telling her to apply more pressure to my full body massage she did a wonderful job. The staff was really friendly and communicated via text to to my appointment. Highly recommend this location.

The location is great, super convenient, and they do have parking right underneath the building. The stuff there super nice, and professional. Their combo massage is the best! I definitely recommend 2 hours combo massage. And the prices is really reasonable! Would definitely come back! :)

Great place to get a relaxing over-the-clothes massage for a great price. Ive been twice with a friend and we both left feeling rejuvenated. Especially after walking all day I really liked having my feet taken care of.The only thing I could recommend is somehow implementing consistency between masseuses because each of them does it slightly differently.

Had a 70 min combination body and foot reflexology by Peter who was excellent and skillful. The foot massage was first and I wished I booked a foot only massage because it was that great. But the body massage ended up excellent as well. Very precise movement, consistent pressure, and he hit all the points of tension I didn’t realize I had. Haven’t had this effective of a massage in a long time. Parking below and a bathroom is located outside the entrance. Wearing a face mask while lying face down may be difficult for some.

I had a wonderful time there. I brought my wife and mother in law and we get the combo foot and body massage. It was easy to set up an appointment and the massages were wonderful. They really dig into my back and neck area and relieved a lot of tension. The place was nice and clean and the people there were very professional.

This place is pretty new. They do Asian style foot massage and sauna. I like how clean the place looks. The atmosphere is excellent and the staffs are good. Foot massage prices were $35 and the 1-hour long full body massage was $50.I overheard the massage therapists came from New York. Keep up the good work guys!

Weak massage and awkward because they make you pay before getting the massage and then after the massage they ask you to pay again for tip if you think the massage was good. The prices are so high, i thought tip must be included. And it’s really awkward asking people if they thought the massage was good and then gesturing to the credit card reader. The massage was okay at best, but I tipped because the masseuse was right there and I know they probably don’t get paid much by the owners. Disappointed. I won’t be back.

I have massages often and this one was excellent! A superb and thorough foot massage followed by a full body massage. The masseuse found and got rid of the knots in my back. My feet and legs were aching from walking around Waikiki Beach for 2 days. Now my whole body feels refreshed and tension free! If I lived here I would visit regularly.

It was a great experience and I liked it a lot . I can tell my massage therapist was very experienced and his name was Allen. very strong hands good pressure. I loved it so much ! I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone that will be visiting Honolulu! U will be very happy with their service!

Excellent. We drive from North Shore every other weekend to eat, shop and get reflexology for our feet. We always go to Zen. We’ve tried others, but always come back to Zen. They are clean, courteous and very good at what they do. For $40/ hour it is sheer bliss. Nothing compares. They also have parking underneath the building. Highly recommend.

It was decent, but they were late, massage felt a little rushed and wasn’t relaxing, didn’t seem very professional, and my massage was slightly shorter than what I paid for. They weren’t super welcoming and the massage itself was just average.There is no separate waiting room area, so you’ll constantly hear people checking out, walking in, etc while you’re trying to enjoy a massage - which is not at all ideal and interruptive.I wouldn’t go back or recommend it

Man oh man!!! This place is the place to send your money. Though it’s not like a professional massage it’s still relaxing and relieving and feels great. I recommend Peter or Kevin as they have strong massages. They are very kind and accommodating. I really enjoyed my foot massage and will definitely be coming back for more, no question. I had a full body massage earlier this week with Sophia.Very relaxing ambiance, clean, and professional staff.My back was all knotted and Sophia was able to identify and release all the troubled areas. Conveniently located right outside Waikiki, and have parking validation for covered parking in the building. Overall, highly recommend.

I got a full body massage and it was great! After working out all week at the gym, this spa was just what I needed. It has a relaxing interior ambiance and awesome service. I usually go for the foot massage, which I highly recommend too (you get a little neck and shoulder massage in the beginning!). Theres a steam room and all kinds of other spa amenities too!

I would give 0 stars if I could! I called ahead to set an appointment at 3:15. I drove 20 minutes out of my way through traffic to get to my appointment. When they got there they had given my appointment away and were full. TERRIBLE costumer service. This place is not worth your time or gas money.However, one good thing did come out of this experience! I ended up getting a last minute massage at Nori Hana Massage. Nori Hana is way better customer service, better massages, and BETTER PRICES!! Nori Hana is $10/hour cheaper than Zen Massage and you actually get your own private room! Take your money to Nori Hana!!

Prices are reasonable... just received a 120 minute massage for $100.... 60 minutes foot and 60 minutes body... tipped $20 ... ask for male or female masseuse. Best is if you call in before and make reservations.I usually order at Tonkatsu Tamafuji before i get a massage and when im pau, pick my order up... (Tonkatsu gets packed).

This is a lovely store. Surprisingly, it turned out to be one of the best massage place ive been to. I travel a lot to different states, and normally have a sore shoulder issue. the masseur here did a wonderful job relaxing my shoulders for me. Friendly staff, and clean environment. Best foot massage in Waikiki. My therapist Kevin was very experienced hit all the sore areas on my feet. Pressure was consistent through out the massage. Would recommend to anyone looking to relax for a couple of hours and “beat the heat” in cool AC environment.

I wish it had been done lying down and not sitting up straight on the foot rest.(+) amazing foot massage part. My guy was so detailed, and my feet felt great afterwards.(+) went the full 60 minutes.(-) they charge at the very beginning and we only had a $10 on us, I think they were a little miffed at the lower tip. I think the foot massage here was one of the best foot massages, by Coco. She really stayed focused on the foot - many places have you do a soak and they’ll massage your legs and do a bunch of other things. Here, only 5 mins of that stuff, the other 55 mins on my feet which is what I want!

Great foot massage. I tried the combo, which includes a 30 minute body massage. But that body portion is completely clothed and in a semi-opened curtained area. Nonetheless, the gentleman massaging me managed to get a very nice deep tissue back massage. A little off the beach, but a nice place to relax

Before boarding our flight home (ssooooo sad) my sister and I stopped in here. The woman who answered the phone was professional and kind. The place felt zen when we arrived and we both received the most amazing 60 minute foot rubs. Honestly; I think it was the best I’ve ever had. Wish I could go back and do it again. Don’t hesitate!

The facility is clean and look nice when you first walk in. However I paid for a 90 min FULL BODY massage and what I got was a neck and back massage. No turn over, nothing. For $90 I would rather pay my boyfriend to do it and he is literally the worst. Oh also, they make you pay BEFORE the service ensuring that they make their money and that you have to tip in cash upon leaving. And your massage therapist sits there in the front and watches you to make sure you leave some sort of gratuity. This place leaves you feeling uncomfortable and unrelaxed. You might just be better off with the vibrating massage chairs at the mall.

I got severely injured bleeding ear after the female massage with nail scraped her nail into my skin. It left a scar now after 4 month. It was infected for over a week.

Had an hour long foot massage while on vacation.The foot massage begins with a shoulder and neck rub and will also include calves and shins. Even a brief front though rub. But the majority of time is spent where you want it.I went during covid-19. So neck AMD thigh rub was with a towel in place. Rest was all gloves on skin.Very relaxing and shhhh quiet.

I went for a walk after work with light headache, and saw this place, decided to try it out. And it didn’t make me disappointed, this place it’s clean, professional,it’s wonderful! After an hour of massage, my headache went away, I was pretty relaxing. I will come back again! :)

Make sure to ask if you are getting a man or woman. I didnt ask and got this middle aged man that was super uncomfortable getting a massage from, you could feel his body rubbing on yours while he massaged. Very unprofessional and creepy.

Hands smelled like cigarette smoke. Low skill level. Very unsatisfied. I left during massage. Stay away if you are use to highly skilled reflexology.

The woman at the front desk was rude - Plus on top of that they left the word sauna in their business name however due to Covid they told me that they do not permanently provide that service anymore.

Go two or three times. lolI received a 70-minute combo body and foot treatment, and it was really refreshing. At first, I massaged the forehead or forehead area, but makeup and sunscreen were a bit harsh. I think it would be a good idea to bring something to clean your face. The atmosphere is pleasant, and you will feel refreshed if you go and get it when you are tired in the middle of your trip.When I went there, I couldnt see the entrance sign, so I walked around three times.Hawaiian Bank? Just pass by and go into the basement of the building. If you get a ticket from the parking lot manager,The massage shop puts a green sticker on it. If you get a green sticker, you get $1 for every two hours of parking.

Fairly good is good, but rich is bad. But the service was good and the price was good, so I gave it 4 stars.
