Visiting from Texas - My husband booked a 90 minutes couples massage for us while in Hawaii for my birthday and it was amazing at this place. It was very relaxing and the massage therapists (Akiko and Aya) were awesome. It was my husband’s first massage ever and he is hooked now.

Great massage and customer service! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Jasmine, she was so kind and helpful setting up my next appointment and enrolling me as a member. The first massage I did here was lymphatic, I received a full assessment of my lymph node function as well as many educational points from my therapist Paul. It was a light pressure massage but one of the best experiences I had getting massage, I was able to go into a full meditative state during the quiet moments. I immediately signed up as a member and scheduled my next massage. My second was a Swedish massage by Mina, who did an amazing job! If I could afford weekly massages I would be here more but for now 1-2 a month is good for me. I plan on bringing all my visitors here the day before they travel back home so they can be nice and relaxed. 10/10 recommend!

My hubby surprised me with the Mothers Day massage package and it was very relaxing! My therapist was Sean and I felt very relaxed and accommodated the entire time. It was definitely one of the best massages Ive had on the island and Ive tried a place in each part!

The massage therapist I visited was incredibly professional and skillful at easing the tension in my neck and shoulders. The staff members were also very attentive and knowledgeable, readily answering any questions I had. I highly recommend this place based on my experience.

I had the honors of having Paul work on me. He is very knowledgeable and very skilled in his work. I recently had an excess skin removal (mommy makeover)surgery and needed my scars worked and “loosened or softened” he did that and I have a lot more movement and a lot less tightness.

I was searching for a Pasifika massage therapist and was very happy to find Willimina (Mina) at your practice. As a Native Hawaiian, it was important for me to find a therapist that also had a similar cultural background to help my body heal. My treatment was amazing and just what I was looking for! The massage was excellent, but the room was very noisy from street noise and the window air conditioning unit. It was very hard to relax during the massage from all the outside noise.We also asked for two rooms, but they set us both up in one.I expected the space to be more “spa like” at the price for the massages. My husband and I had argued over where to go and I convinced him here would be good based on the reviews. I wish we had saved the money and gone to one of the resorts.Everything was a bit run down for my taste. My husbands massage table was uncomfortable. My massage was fabulous, I just couldn’t really relax into it.

So thankful I had a gift certificate to try Hawaii Natural Therapy! I had the most relaxing prenatal massage. At 37 weeks I was a bit nervous it would be uncomfortable to lay on my side/back, but she took great care of me and made sure I was extra supported. Will be back, I highly recommend.

I had two massages last week at Hawaii Natural Therapy, both were FANTASTIC! I booked a lomi massage with Ivana that was absolutely incredible. The staff is so friendly, welcoming, and warm. I knew from the moment I arrived that I was in good hands. My massage was thorough and exactly what I asked for. Ivana was mindful of the amount of pressure I wanted and she did an amazing job! I was raving about it so much that my husband and I booked a couples massage the following week. Our second appointment was no exception, either! Same remarkable treatment! My partner and I had the most amazing couples massage experience a few days ago! We made the appointments a few days earlier, which is highly recommended, as covid precautions are slowly being relaxed on the islands. Willimina and Paul were masseuse magicians and had us completely relaxed after our 90-minute combination massages in the Maui room! The person sitting up front to welcome us in was very kind and smiley as well! All in all, would highly recommend a trip here for relaxation on another level!

My friend and went to get massages together. We both have a lot of tension and the therapists worked out a lot of it, focusing on the areas that needed it the most. My deep tissue massage from Mikayla was one of the best massages Ive ever had!

My deep tissue massage with Ivana was so wonderful. She is very talented and gave me one of the best massages Ive had. I get massages very regularly, but was on vacation in Honolulu, so you never know what to expect. I give a 100% recommendation for Ivana.

My first time here and i must say it was a great experience! Came here on a Monday afternoon for a 90-min massage and cupping. Front staff very friendly and offered water and a seat right away while waiting for my appt. time. I had Hind as my therapist, and she was very wonderful, she knew which spots needed more work. She had great energy and was soothing. Afterwards the staff offered a refreshment and water. Thank you Hind and Hawaii Natural Therapy for a great experience, I will be back again!

My fiancé and I booked a couple’s massage while visiting Honolulu. It was a great experience. My massage therapist, Keola, was phenomenal! He checked in on me periodically to ensure the pressure was good and that he was not irritating my sunburn. That 90 minutes went by so quick. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a massage while on the island!

After a full day of hiking this is just what I needed for my sore muscles. Jade Lynn was my Massage Therapist and she was absolutely amazing. Attentive to my needs, she listened and implemented what I was asking for out of my session.Additionally, as a person who has moderate/severe menstrual cramps and lower back pain, she was able to sooth the pain and I left my appointment feeling better than I ever thought I could. One of the best massage experiences I’ve had.Facilities were extremely clean, and checkin was easy and the entire process was a breeze— what more could you ask for?Definitely make your way over here for an amazing, relaxing massage with friendly staff and therapists.

My experience at Hawaii Natural Therapy was one of the best massage experiences Ive had. The only thing that I would improve is the availability of parking spots around the building, but thats just what happens in a big city! The massage therapists were fantastic and helped me feel much more relaxed. Unfortunately, I had some wounds on my arm after an encounter with a barnacle haha, but the massage therapist was very careful and gentle around my arm. The front desk provided fruit, cookies, and tea, which was very nice! Everyone was very welcoming here.

Paul was very professional and listen to me as I interrupted him to explain how frequently I get massage therapy and stretch therapy, as well as how much I run. He went on to massage my troubled areas while hitting every spot without out my helping him zero in on each one. Paul, you rock.

I have never had a message before going here as a vacation treat. My husband was really wanting to get a massage and after much research, I reached out to Hawaii Natural Therapy and booked a couples massage. The reception area are is small, but well laid out and the receptionist was very welcoming. We didnt have to wait long when our massage therapists came to get us and informed us of what the massage experience was like. We were able to get ready privately. It was a great experience. The music was soothing, the therapists were relaxing and didnt make a lot of conversation (just occasional instructions when I needed to move or do something different...like take out my ponytail), and the hot towels were the best. After finishing the massage, we went back out to the reception area and were given the best grapes Ive ever had and some chocolate. Thanks to the staff for such a great experience.As a side note, there isnt much parking and you have to go up the stairs of the building to get to it.

Having received a gift certificate for my birthday and needing relief from upper back pain, I booked not just a massage but instead decided to treat myself to one of the monthly specials. My spa treatment included a wonderful massage as well as a facial exfoliation and a back exfoliation which felt amazing. Akiko, my lovely therapist, was personable and attentive and left me feeling incredibly relaxed at the conclusion of my treatment. Simply put, I wanted more and enjoyed every minute of my time and most definitely will return to Hawaii Natural Therapy. This spa is a hidden haven waiting to be discovered!

Although I havent received a massage here personally, I can definitely provide a review I received from my wife. This place is great, and they knew how to massage with care. I ended up Googling this place as an emergency because my wife is pregnant and the appointment I booked for her at another business failed to tell me that they dont provide massages to pregnant women. Although I asked a lot of questions and received what I thought were great answers, we ended up being turned away from the massage room which was embarrassing because it was supposed to be a surprise. Hawaii Natural Therapy came through for me becuase even though it was a last minute find, it turned out great and more than I can ask for!

Your clinic has exceeded my expectations. I have had an excellent experience with Paul who was my therapist both times. Appointment scheduling was so easy and the girl today at the service desk was way above par. At first I had no idea she was new because of how professional she was. Parking was definitely so easy, and your massage clinic is very easy to find, was not lost or wandering at all. I was able to directly find it. The welcome at the clinic was very calming, professional, and appropriate for my service. Paul is unlike any therapist I have had and I am pleased with how much knowledge he had with fixing my knots in my back. I am highly prone to high cortisol levels so he was able to find the exact target points in order to ease my body and mind. He is also bery kind and understanding. I’m looking forward to my next booked session!

My husband and I had a couples massage for Valentines day. I had taken a fall while hiking earlier that day and after I got first aid we were inevitably late. They still did their best to accommodate us (they charged us for a 60min even though we were scheduled for a 90), didnt cancel the massage un us AND still gave both of us a great massage. They addressed all the issues we had. One of the best massages Ive ever had much better than fancier spas that have all the fluff but give so-so massages. HIGHLY recommend :)

My friend and I went for a couples massage. We had Christy and Akiko. Akiko did my massage and it was legit. We just moved f from Japan and I loved the standard of massages you get there. Akiko went above and beyond to offer that same service! She constantly checked to ensure the pressure was good. She was incredibly polite and always made me feel comfortable. 10/10 recommend!

My boyfriend and I booked a couples massage, and because he is a marine and the ball was later in the day of the appointment, we had to reschedule due to last minute rehearsal. They were very flexible and kind in helping me reschedule. Upon arriving, they immediately took us back and explained the whole massage. The two masseuses answered any questions we had, then got right into it. Overall, it was a phenomenal experience, and I will definitely return next time I visit.

I arranged a summer bliss package for my husband as a birthday surprise during our visit to Honolulu. He came back from his appointment saying it was the best massage he had ever received! His masseuse I believe was Olga, she was very professional, caring, and clearly amazing at what she does. I was here a couple of times and each experience was wonderful. The website and booking is top notch and so easy. Parking is easy and free right across the street. You are met by a friendly staff and its a very relaxing clean place. I was impressed! The main thing is my massage was the best ever. I had two different therapists and both were very very good. I came for the stress and tightness in my neck once and the other time for my frozen shoulder. I love them so much I have now purchased the package deal due to the great prices. Ive lived here for 30 years and dont spend my money at high end spas on fufu massages. If you want the best, you have to try this place, you wont regret it.

This is a beautiful oasis in the middle of Honolulu. I received a massage on my most recent trip home from Wilimina, who is strong, professional and made me feel so comfortable. Needless to say I left transformed. The staff is so helpful, the space is very clean and beautifully decorated with a very tropical vibe! The owner is a wonderfully generous woman. Only good things to say about this place! Definitely coming back on my next trip home.

My husband and I took advantage of the awesome Groupon deal and got our very first massage here. We loved it so much, I cant believe we have gone this long without getting a formal massage. My shoulder and neck are pretty beat up from over a decade of sports and can honestly say the massage I got has helped immensely. If we lived in the area we would be going here regularly!

We came in today after our friend told us how great her massage was and weren’t disappointed! Parking at the shopping center across the street was easy and straightforward and when we arrived we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who helped us check in until our therapists took us. It was such a great massage and I caught myself falling asleep! We liked the relaxing and professional atmosphere. It’s a small clinic but what we liked is that specialize only in massage and they do it really well. They also have things that I don’t find a lot in other spas like cupping and guasha. Either way, it was a great time and I will definitely be coming back!

My experience here far exceeded any expectations I had and was one of my best massage experiences ever, and I have had probably 20 massages before. They got me in when I wanted the morning I called, and treated me extremely well. I was very impressed with all that was accomplished in just 60 minutes, and how much better I felt after. I was not able to turn my head to the right without pain for a few days before I went in and after there was no pain! Ivana’s knowledge of what my body needed was fantastic. There is no place I would rather go for a massage! And no better way to start a relaxing vacation.

We got a 90 minute package that was very well and elegantly executed.Pleasant conversation, attention to detail, and they made sure to understand your specific needs. I also added the hot stone relaxer to my massage to help with my back and a salt scrub to help with a sunburn on the mend at the end of my experience as well. My wife and I did the 75min Romance Package couples massage. It was one of the best massages we have ever gotten! My wife got the prenatal, which cured her of many of the ailments she has been experiencing in her third trimester, and slept through the night for the first time in a long time!If we lived in the area, we would for sure be repeate customers.

My boyfriend and I scheduled a couples massage here through Groupon and the experience was great! This was our first ever massage together and we really enjoyed it. There were two beds in a quiet room with peaceful music. The massage therapists let us chose who wanted the male and who wanted the female, which I thought was great. Both therapists made sure the pressure was how we wanted it throughout the entire massage. After our massage we had a bowl of grapes and a tiny cup of water waiting for us up front. Overall great experience. Staff was awesome.

Ive been coming here for months and had a few different massage therapists and never had a bad experience with any! I scheduled a last minute appointment through their app. Not only does the app make scheduling easier and more convenient but I also got to try a new massage therapist who is trained exactly for the type of massage I needed as I was in an exceptional amount of pain. My husband and I had the 60 minute massage, and a 5 min facial and foot scrub. Let me just say that neither one of us wanted to leave. My family and I (4 of us) tried their lomilomi massage during our vacation in Oahu 2 weeks ago. Everybody was extremely nice (ffrom the lady who took our appointments over the phone, the owner/manager who gave us many fantastic recommendations, the massage therapists, to the receptionist). The therapists listened to our needs and always making sure that we were comfortable and relaxed (which we really needed after days filled with lots of swimming and hiking). The facility is very clean and relaxing, and they provided clear parking instruction (which is very important as tourists). Will definitely come back when we visit the island again. Highly recommended!

My fiance and I get couples massages when possible, and we came across Hawaii Natural Therapy on Groupon. The experience was great! The receptionist was very friendly and inviting, and John and Ivana gave one of the best massages. John was the first therapist to really work the knots out of my shoulders. He also kept coaching me through breathing techniques. We will definitely be back!

I just tried to book an appointment with them based on modalities and other ailments that I have. I sent over some information about my range of motion and other injuries I’ve had just so the massage therapist was aware. He told the front desk to call me because he didn’t want to “mess anything up”. In fact, they didn’t even try to refer me to another massage therapist. I have never been turned away by an MT. They would always recommend something for me based on my injuries or they would refer me to another MT at their practice. I just found that the situation was unprofessional. Troy, the front desk clerk, was polite and kind. Very understanding. But Paul Wescott, seemed very unconfident and unwilling to help. I really really wanted to get this and I was wanting a monthly membership and wanted to book a birthday party as well. But after this experience, I will not be doing anything of the sort. I hope everyone else experience will be or was better than mine.

Been going here the last 3yrs after trying others and have found to get the best massages here at HNT. I always get their Swedish massage, most recently yesterday by Wilhelmina and she was great. She really worked the knots out of my shoulders and made me relaxed the rest of the day without hurting the next day. They have many masseuses and very accommodating on schedule. I believe they are open 7 days weekly. Parking is super easy (across the street in the old Sports Authority lot) and its free. Look for their specials on their website or Groupon. You too will become a regular!

As for massages go I am no expert, however, I would summarize the experience to state that I would not return. Overall I simply think I had issue with the technique. The masseuse certainly applied the pressure I like but often times over bones and ligaments that dont massage well and actually hurt (like the top of the foot, rib cage). I think my physical therapists have provided better massages...The owner was very attentive and courteous. This negative review is nothing personal.

Wanted to treat myself for my birthday so I booked a massage with Hawaii Natural Therapy and I’m soooooo glad I did! Booking online was so easy and got an email back in under 10 minutes. Ivana did such an amazing job & the entire experience was so relaxing I didn’t want it to end! She even gave me some advice on how to better deal with my neck & shoulder tension, which was so nice. I had a great experience at Hawaii Natural Therapy. Prior to my arrival, the staff was very friendly and accommodating to my prearrival changes (moved appt from June 20th to June 21st and changed preference to female masseuse) and honored the discount rate I found on Groupon. My husband and I got a couples message and we both thought it was amazing. The hot stones were just right, the music was relaxing and the pressure applied was just perfect. Although the place looks sketchy from the outside, it is nice on the inside and very professional. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great message with fair prices to match. Definitely a great choice for celebrating my birthday!

This was my first time trying this place and I was not disappointed. I enjoy very strong, deep tissue massage and cupping to help relieve the heavy muscle tension in my back and neck.Ivana was amazing! I left feeling relaxed and tension free in my back and neck. Great experience from start to finish, she used heated rocks and oils as well.Definitely will be back. You get a discount if you buy multiple massages at once. You can park across the street.

I come here about every 3 weeks and I absolutely love it! I pay for the 90-min massage and my favorite worker is Mina. She doesn’t waste any time and always does a great job. I’ve gotten massages from others here too and they’re also very friendly and kind. I’ve gone to other massage spots, but I’ve finally found my favorite spot!

This was one of the greatest massages Ive ever had and the customer service was excellent! Per the suggestion on their website I used the app to book my appointment. Just before I left my house I got a call (a return since when I first called there was no answer and I did not leave a message) because of that call I learned I hadnt completed the booking process on the app and I actually didnt have an appointment. She is very intuitive and addressed a specific area of concern with magical hands. I felt her healing energy and left with a smile and a bounce in my step.

I have been to see Ivana several times now. I have chronic back pain from a bad chiropractic experience and she has multiple certified options that she can try, including Chinese medicine that I’ve come to love. I’ve been to see one other therapist there along with my mom and we both feel that everyone is very professional and well versed in massage therapy. As with any massage, just be sure to ask for extra time where needed; and if you like soft vs. deep tissue etc. They’re very good at accommodating your needs.

The front desk staff is always friendly. The massage therapist listen and provide amazing service. Seeing them month really helps my physical and mental health.

My massage with Brandon was one of the best Ive ever had, and I dated a massage therapist! It significantly reduced the neck and shoulder pain and tension Id been having for some time. He started off the massage with stretching and pulling muscles while I was still fully under the sheet which was unique to me. Typically therapists just warm you up this way. Somehow beginning this way was quite therapeutic for my body. He ended with a bit of Thai massage stretching which gave my back more of a release than I can usually get on my own with yoga etc. Not the type of posh experience youd expect at a day spa, but I went for therapy and thats what I got! All in all, Hawaii Natural Therapy Clinic is an excellent place for massage therapy.

Her attentiveness and customer service was impeccable! Then to top it off we got two of the most gifted and knowledgeable massage therapists in Oahu! Angy and Anela! They were fantastic! I wish I could pack them in my suitcase and take them home! You will not be disappointed with either of them!

This massage clinic makes me feel so at home! Ive seen several different therapists here and they were all professional and adapted to my tension and needs, I always leave feeling better than before! The inside of the shop is incredibly warm and inviting with a chill island vibe, it always smells wonderful and is very clean! Location of this place is ideal as well, its easy to find with plenty of parking nearby, and great if you have errands to take care of in the ward area. They also take medical insurance which has been so helpful for a few of my friends too!! And cant forget the prices are amazing for the quality of massage you receive here! Hawaii Natural Therapy was a huge surprise for me and I am so happy I found this place via Spafinder. I was having some aches and pains but I did not realize how terrible I felt until my massage was finished and I felt like a new person. My therapist was Lin and she was terrific. I originally chose this location just to use my Spafinder gift card but after my treatment I now want to sign up for the monthly membership. Checkin was quick and easy, they took some time to talk to my wife and me to get a feel for what we wanted individually and then we went right into the room and got started. We did the couples massage. Yoku and Keola checked with us throughout to make sure everything went well. Keola did a great job helping my wife get comfortable and accommodated as she is pregnant.

HANDS DOWN the absolute best massage of my life. I have gotten a thousand massages and I wanted a real LomiLomi massage so I went to Keola, and it was the massage of my dreams. Would go back every week of my life if I could. He actually knew how to stretch and massage and do things on my muscles that no one has ever done before. It’s the first time my shoulders felt this lose.

Paul was fantastic and gave me a lymphatic drainage massage and a lot of info on how to keep lymph healthy. He also handled my lower back pain from travel which revived me to enjoy rest of my vacay! Wish we had more time to go back again.

I tried the 90m groupon spa package for a special occasion. I am not sure it was the best deal, since it looked like the prices were about what I paid if not cheaper on their in store menu. The experience was relaxing and not at the same time. Angy came on strong which was fine, because I can get squirmy and ticklish if not. But at times it felt like trying too much. I wasnt able to pinpoint my lower back pain, but she kept trying to find the spot even after I said it was fine. I guess be wary of what you mark on the intake form because they will use it! I was being honest but also was expecting just a general full body massage. Definitely more focus on the upper body than anything. Hot stones were surprisingly nice. The feet and face was minimal. The head/scalp was definitely unnecessary for me and I would stop them in the future. Ill be open to another visit or possible a couples package when I see another deal.

I have been to Hawaii Natural Therapy for a medical massage 3 times so far and it keeps on getting better! Originally, I attended Hawaii Natural Therapy to try out since my medical massage co-pay with my insurance is only $20 plus tax--what a steal! But after scheduling the 2nd and 3rd appointments, I realized that the massages I receive are more than just therapeutic--the massages they provide are effective at addressing my real issues of limited mobility and tight muscles.For my second and third visit, I had Tessa and Sun. Tessa was amazing and offered to do a Thai massage to work out the kinks in my back, which I felt was very helpful. She is definitely a person I feel comfortable seeing again since she also noticed my forward/rounded shoulder and helped work on the surrounding muscles.For my third visit, I had Sun and he was incredible!!! I mentioned to Sun that my rotator cuff has been in pain recently due to daily work and exercise stress, and I requested him to focus on those areas--the best news was hearing that he specializes in the rotator cuff and surrounding muscles! I thoroughly enjoyed the massage he provided and he seemed highly knowledgable about how to work the tight muscles. After receiving a massage from Sun, I feel confident that further appointments with him will help resolve my issues and I will be coming back again. I hardly leave reviews; however, I believe Tessa and Sun deserve recognition for their great work.

Found HNT via online search when I needing to get in for a last minute session. I booked the 120 minute King package and I was not disappointed! Booking was a breeze on their app. The place was easy to find and had parking available. I was greeted by a friendly front desk clerk, and seated in the waiting area - though didnt have to wait long. Mark was my therapist and he was professional and courteous the entire session. I appreciated that he periodically asked if the pressure and treatment was as expected. The ambiance inside was relaxing and clean. Though only here for a short term work assignment, Ill be frequenting HNT while here.

This spa is in a convenient location, right across sports authority. I have had a massage from Ryoko and she is great! There are many great massage therapists here and there are all kinds of styles. Swedish, Sports, Thai, Acupressure, and combination techniques. Really good deals and comfortable atmosphere!

This is my usual go-to place for a massage. It matches the price of no frills massage places but provides the massage quality of what you would expect at a hotel massage. (In fact, I think the quality of the massage is better.) It is located conveniently in the Ward/Kakaako area so parking is easy. The base price for a 60 minute massage is $75 but they offer many specials and packages.

Booked my 1st massage experience, a 90min appt (60min massage w/hot stones, facial, and a foot scrub) with them at the Groupon price listed due to me not being able to do so through Groupon itself. As I was going through what the package included to ensure we were on the same page, the receptionist interrupts me as if shes offended and said she was familiar with their packages. We get there and theres no confirmation on our appt details. We got a 90min massage only. When I asked about the stones, facial, and foot scrub and showed the owner our package, she also cut me off seeming bothered stating that shes familiar with their packages and it must have been a communication error. When I relayed my frustration on clearly stating the details and being cut off twice at 2 different times w/the same bothered response of saying theyre aware of their packages but still managed to not provide the expected services, the owner relayed that I could book another appt tomorrow for the same price while taking $40 off of the current appt given we only received a massage. Cant help but to feel like Ive been hustled. I definately will not be back.

I had a great experience with at HNT for my first maternity massage massage. My masseuse was Oxana (I believe that was her name) and she did a great job of making me feel relaxed and comfortable, and checking with me on pressure/ACTUALLY changing her pressure when I told her I needed more (I’ve had lots of regular massages before where they went right back to applying light pressure after I’d asked them multiple times to apply more). She also used some kind of cooling/icy hot type of natural oil on my back that smelled and felt great.My positive experience at HNT was verified when I went to another, more expensive prenatal massage the following week that ended up basically being a light body rub with what felt like hand lotion.Definitely recommend HNT for prenatal (and regular) massages!

She did an amazing job at loosening me up and working on my tendonitus in my biceps. She also helped to explain what I should do in the future to keep working on those areas and to keep them loose.
