Beautiful setting for a wedding with apparently storied location/club. Food and music were excellent. Adjacent to beach access. Friendly staff.

This is Members only, I went with a friend after a long swim in the ocean we had brunch there which was delicious. I highly recommend you get to check this place out the staff are very accommodating and friendly!

Such a great place with an amazing view luckily know someone who has a membership. The food was awesome as was the service. So nice to have waterfront dining as that seems to be lacking in Honolulu believe it or not. I’d recommend the brussels sprouts, the calamari, and the coconut shrimp as starters.

Nothing has been done about Manager Rede? Still so many women out here that said he did weird things to them during private “TrAInInG”…. Something needs to be done. How can you require staff to go through a training with a human like that. Disgusting.

Definitely “THE” club…best Mai Tai on the island.

Having infrastructure at the beach is pure luxury. No worries of thievery or stuff blowing away. It was just a great day with good food and kind people. Option to rent a surf board was tops, too!

Amazing view. Great service. Non members need to be aware there is a $40 one day membership fee, plus a 25% non member surcharge plus a mandatory 15% immediate tip. So your dinner plus a 40% extra charge for non members. The food is good and the view is amazing. But just know about the extra 40%

Dine in with view of Waikiki and with access to private beach. Beach volley ball, changing room and private dining room. Its totally worth it. The mahi mahi flame broiler taste delicious, the traditional beef stew meat on your mouth. The coconut shrimp are scrumptious. For non member the cost is $30 per week plus 25% on top of your bill. Its totally worth it.

Wow this place is one of the best beach clubs I ever been. Great almost private beach, almost beach seating restaurant or more formal in the inside by the bar. Volleyball court, great restrooms.A good worth for your money!!

I have been going to OCC fort over 40 years. It is, in a word. The best of old Hawaii. Love the food, setting and membership.

Im a member of a reciprocal club on the US mainland and decided to stop by the Outrigger during a recent visit to Oahu. I was joined by several family members making a first visit to Hawaii so we decided to have lunch at the club and at the same time allow them a view of Waikiki.As I entered the Outrigger, I was greeted by an attendant at the front desk who explained there would be a $40 charge to enter the facility and that fee allowed for two days of facility use. I thanked her for the explanation and shared wed just be there for lunch and to enjoy the view.Our group of four were seated and ordered two salads and two club sandwiches. For beverages, we ordered two ice teas and two beers. Overall, the food and service was fine but nothing exceptional.Upon returning home several days later, a charge of $255.14 for our lunch, appeared on my credit card. To say I was shocked would be an understatement.Thinking there may have been an error, I contacted the Outrigger and was told by a staff member the charges were comprised of the following: 1. the $40 entry fee for entering the facility. 2. the cost of the lunch. 3. An automatic tip of 15% for lunch service. 4. a 25% uplift on the food, beverage and tip. 5. The 15% tip I included because I wasnt informed of the 25% uplift and the additional automatic 15% tip.Based on my experience at the Outrigger, Id strongly encourage those considering a visit to explore other options. The food is mediocre, the facilities are just OK and the hidden fees are nothing short of highway robbery.

I have been a guest here on a number of occasions over more than 20 years. The menu is basic, the food is often mediocre and the impression I get is that the servers think they are working in a high class restaurant, which this is not.I honestly do not understand why the members put up with the overall poor dining experience.Perhaps the answer lies in the location and the view, which is unsurpassed in Waikiki.

Stunning views, friendly, welcoming staff from greeter, host/ess, to waiter/tress!

First time there...very nice beachfront venue. Service was slow due to being short handed and it was busy but we were not in a rush and there to enjoy the company at the oceans edge. Service was very cordial and friendly. The food was priced accordingly and the portions were good. You need a member to be able to dine there and they have strict dress code (and they dont prefer the use of cell phones while dining). Other than that if I could go again I definitely would

Rede should be fired for the way he treats people. Upper management should record his training sessions with female staff. Also, they should talk to all current female employees because they have multiple scenarios of Rede acting out-of-pocket while he is “MARRIED”.

Lovely views but the food wasnt as good as I was hoping for. Not a bad place, but not that special. Kind of like a Marriott breakfast buffet if you know what I mean. And not at the jw Marriott, more like the city of industry Marriott.

Best staff, very friendly.I’ve been to this restaurant half a dozen times every time I visit Hawaii. Our dear friend Carmen is a member. They hosted her daughters pre wedding night. Lovely view and great ambience.

Rede should maybe be investigated for all the accusations of his inappropriate meetings with female staff. Something must be done!!!

We went to the Summer Sizzle dinner with friends. Steak and mahi-mahi - what’s not to like? Gorgeous views and excellent service.

We just shot a wedding here. The venue is really nice. The cool breeze from the ocean helps when you start getting warm. The people are really nice and friendly. The view during sunset is 👌👌👌

Love this place! Great family memories.food on the spendy aide is always great. My favorite is the low key snack bar. The regular restaurant can be hit or miss but overall, great place for friends, drinks and food. And of course the views!

An exclusive club that the well heeled locals frequent. Well equipped with boards and other accessories for water activities. Beach front and kid friendly. Good restaurant, bar and cafe. A cool little shop with club branded merchandise which is unique. Tourists will need to have a reciprocal membership with their local club in order to gain access. Sometimes a bit of attitude towards locals who are guests but not members.

This was such a great find! They have a secluded beach, wonderful staff and clean restrooms/lockerrooms. Lunch was nice also. We didnt even take out their sea canoes due to 2 kids under 4 who dont swim. Will make it a point to go back.

Their food is excellent and one server in particular (she knows who she is) handled me being a little rude like a pro. The staff is top notch. And they have excellent live music.

The view was absolutely amazing. The wait staff was kind and attentive, without being overbearing. The menu had a great variety and the food was delicious both times I went.

My favorite spot to spend the day while in Waikiki. I hit the gym in the AM, they boys and I can get work done, jump in for a swim, play some volleyball, shower up, and eat/drink/socialize into the evening. I LOVE this place!

Had dinner here with family while visiting Hawaii. The view from our table was unbelievable as we watched the sun set over surfers in Waikiki. The filet mignon was excellent. Somewhat limited choices on the menu but hard to complain about that. Also, the kids loved meeting the neighborhood eel family just offshore.

All good. Good was delicious.

Love the Outrigger! Such a great place to take the family and have a mellow day at the beach. Having a snack shack and lockers is so convenient too.

What a great place to be able to stay

I attended the 2019 Induction of Robby Naish, Kai Lenny, & Tracy Phillips Darling last night. It was lovely. I really enjoyed everything , the entertainment, food, cocktails, the beautiful sunset.I met & took pictures with Robby Naish and Kai Lenny, too. That was a bonus.

Best beach club around! Grew up here and love coming back whenever Im home. Beach and ocean activities galore, good food at the snack bar or Hau Terrace (no get money for the Koa Lanai), and plenty of events throughout the year including beach volleyball tournaments, surf contests, luaus, and more.

Just had the Sunday buffet 5-1-16 that sashimi was so fresh, the salads were awesome , da prime was done to perfection. Been a member for 38 years.Aloha

This is a wonderful place to watch the sunset in Waikiki. The staff is top notch, the food is excellent, the facilities are very good. This is a great place to relax, or celebrate a special occasion.

Our very favorite place to go in all of Hawaii. The Ossipoff architecture is extraordinary and dining on the Hau Terrace, listening to waves breaking on the beach and enjoying the sunset is a sublime experience.

A great place to visit the ocean, enjoy a superb brunch, and visit with friends and family. I came here with my grandma many times over the years, and enjoyed each and every visit.

Fish and sauces were done well. Fried rice and sweet potato mash were not quite on point. Service and ambience was good.

I love everything about this place. The setting, the views, the delicious meals, the excellent service. It really feels like the Kamaaina days of old.
