What makes a great business is customer service. Having a great selection of products is also important. Vape Hawaii has you covered on both. A couple of days ago I went in to see if they had replacement coils for my device. The sales team suggested some and I made the purchase, unfortunately it wasnt the right thing. Initially, I was frustrated and then I decided it was a great opportunity to buy another device (you can never have too many, lol). I went back the next day and they didnt have in stock an item I wanted that fit the coils I purchased. What happened next is what really impressed me. The older gentleman, Im assuming was the owner, offered to return the item, even though I had opened one of the coils. He asked what I paid, which was $23, then offered to return it for $20. I thought that was a great deal. By making that offer he won me over for the long run. Vape Hawaii is a must check out, IMHO. There are some great vape shops in town and Vape Hawaii is definitely one of them.

I was just there for the 1st time. Felt quite comfortable, greeted by a very polite man. I felt like a kid in a candy store, then I turned and 🙆 there in a glass case a dragon 🐉! Pure glass 🐲! I said out loud do you think, hell let me touch it ? Husband oh sure,👍 You do have your American Express on you right? What a piece 🐉. I like the place, having a Cheech and Chong moment while I was there and its nice to know that I can come alone. I would of given a 5 🌟, But! Thats when I get to hold it 🐉later 🙋.

Everything you could need. Great selection. This is the shop to see if your in the area. Other shops have nothing in compairison. Going to another shop is just a waste of time

I have been coming here for a decade. I bought my first mechanical mod here. After change of ownership, Vape Hawaii has gotten even better. More selection, knowledgable, and very friendly ownership. I highly recommend Vape Hawaii if you are in need!

I go here for papers and whenever my glass ends up breaking. I bought 2 vapes and one of them was auto firing. I took it back and was interrogated like a serial killer. What really makes me leave this review, is the boy who I am assuming is part of their family asks me since u worked vape shop before, if a customer comes in like this what do you do? And I explained no questions asked, we exchange or if they really are unhappy we would refund them. He begins to tell me how its a COMPANY MANUFACTURER DEFECT. understandable, but your selling their product so you should go about sending all the defect products back. I opened a brand new one in front of them, and they were trying to tell me its still good. The lady told me I could take the one I was trying to exchange + the 1 I opened in front of her (also auto firing). I told her hell no. Prob never coming back... props to the uncle tho, hes the only reason I been coming back here n there. Sad how over 1 vape you lost a customer who been comin around since like 2015ish hahahah

I freaking love the few employees there and they’re very helpful and kind… I can’t say that about a lot of places. They always accommodate my needs when I arrive. I always leave with something in hand! Treated me very highly since the first day I arrived. I highly recommend this particular location of vape Hawaii 😊

Bought a vape battery there last week. Thing stopped working today, no damage, took it back expecting to have it replaced as defective. Guy said no and suggested I buy another. 😂 Don’t buy here — waste of money.

Bought a defective e-cigarette here and tried to take it back and explain the problem, although they agreed the issue was correct they refused to do anything about it because they suddenly claimed they don’t sell that color at their location. All other stores have been out of this cigarette for over a month so I am positive that this is the location I bought this product.

The elderly couple that runs this shop are always friendly and helpful. They have everything a smoker or vape-er could ever need: Tobacco, rolling papers, rolling tubes w/filter, rolling machines, lighters, torch lighters, pipes, waterpipes, Various waterpipe accessories, herb grinders, stash containers, Vape liquid, Vape mods, Vape batteries...You name it, Im pretty sure they have it.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE FAKE, I bought 3 different types, and all of them tasted like burnt on the same day, and I went to the establishment and the attendant sent me away and threatened to call the police because I CLAIMED THAT IT WAS BAD, unprepared people and products of extreme low quality

Has a extensive selection of vape gear and juices. He is very patient and allows taste testing of juices.If you are a visitor to Hawaii, as I was, dont forget to do your currency conversion.Sadly, doesnt sell any Australian juices.Also sells tobacco goods, which are VERY different from what we get in Australia.It was the best vape shop I visited, while in Honolulu.Takes cash or card.It is on easy walking distant of the convention centre.I look forward to returning, on my next trip.

Great service and honest staff...i was on vacation and having issues with my kangertech sub mini and instead of hustling me into buying a whole new device, they showed me a cheaper alternate solution. I also picked up some delicious new e-juice...the FLAWLESS GAME OVER is awesome!

Pretty fair pricing got my vape juice mixed up with the other boxes so came home with the wrong product realize it wasnt the juice till after I vape it .was able to exchange no problem. Thumbs up 🖒

This shop actually knows how to run a business. E-Cigcity is my first choice shop to go to however this one is closer to town and the employees are very knowledgeable and very quick with assisting customers. Your best bet is to go down here. Various selection of vape liquid.

You can taste the liquid. Although he doesnt speak Japanese, the old man is kind and helpful.

You can buy flavors that contain nicotine. He could also communicate in katakoto English.
