I came in for a spa party with my co workers, we got massages, facials and our nails done. All the staff were very attentive to our needs, it’s a big space but very cozy. Vanessa did my nails, JT did my massage, we were all very happy with their attention to detail. I will be back for my birthday next month

A few months ago, I traveled from East Africa on holiday with a friend and had my first visit to Houston. During our stay, we decided to celebrate my friends birthday with a spa party at Bliss Spa. It turned out to be an amazing experience!The spa party was fantastic, filled with plenty of wine, great music, and exceptional services. While my friends did the massages, manicures, pedicures, and facials, I went for their massage and a facial. The staff was incredibly professional and made us feel pampered throughout our visit.It was a wonderfully relaxing experience and worth every penny. I highly recommend Bliss Spa to anyone looking for a top-notch spa experience in Houston. I will definitely be visiting again!
My husband and I were visiting Houston for the 4th of July holiday. we got into Houston on Wednesday around 4pm. I needed to get my pedicure done before heading out to dinner. Looked up online to see what was close by and I found Bliss Day spa but says they close at 5pm . Called the number to see if they could still accommodate me. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and i was told i could walk in and they actually close at 8pm. Got there around 5:15pm and was welcomed well by the staff. The spa was beautiful and clean. I got a manicure and pedicure done. My husband and i also got their couples massages, the massages section was very relaxing.Overall, my experience at Bliss was very good and i will definitely recommend the spa to my friends.
I have called this merchant over eight times in the past two months in an attempt to redeem a Groupon. I have shown proof of purchase. They refuse to honor the Groupon. I have put forth an extreme amount of effort in trying to book a service and I’m being denied. Once they actually gave me an appointment and no one was there. I drove all the way there for no reason and lost money from taking off work. The merchant is trying to blame Groupon. I have done my part of the transaction. They have not upheld their part of the transaction. The woman on the phone began yelling at me after the eighth phone call. Extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend.

I came to Houston for the weekend. Last minute, I searched online for a spa that could do massage and pedicures. Bliss was one of the few. It was easy to book my services online. The staff is super attentive and my services were phenomenal. I worked in the spa industry for 10 years, so Im particular and do not compliment lightly. I highly recommend Bliss Day Spa and plan to be back on my next Houston trip.
I came to this spa later at night (around 6:50pm) to have my nails done. There was only one nail tech available named Ily who had an appointment but insisted on doing my nails and her appointment at the same time. I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted for my birthday and she said she was able to do them. One more customer joined us so at that point (close to 8pm) there were three people being taken care of by Ily. Which as you can imagine took quite a while because she was more focused on conversation and the music playing than finishing her clients within a reasonable amount of time. They didn’t have the colors that I wanted for my nails so Ily was trying to improvise to make them look good. She added gems (which I brought but was charged $20 for) and a glitter top coat and called it a night. I wasn’t happy. The nails looked nothing how I wanted and just looked awful and uneven. At this time it was close to midnight (I had plans sorted but my nails took so long we had to cancel) and I was charged $120 for nonsense. Since it was so late the manager and I were speaking about me coming in the next day to have what I didn’t like about my nails corrected in the morning. At this point Ily had gotten in my face and started to argue with me almost forgetting the client she needed to tend to. Poor girl, who knows how long she was there. Very unprofessional. I came back the next morning to have her fix her work from the previous night (like her manager insisted she would) and she refused saying she had spent 3 hours with me and that she didn’t want to do the work. Both of our time was wasted because I could’ve came back the next day or even went elsewhere. Luckily. The other nail techs were trying to help me but Ily was not listening to them. She wanted to cheat around the problem and not fix my nails. I had asked her to call her manager so I could speak to her and she just went to the back area to talk to her on the phone. When she came back she said the manager wouldn’t be coming in and that was it. She had a nasty attitude and didn’t want to help me at all. It took a BRAND NEW nail tech to fix me up and do me RIGHT. Basically fixing Ily’s lazy work. Reese (my new nail tech) was the sweetest and understood what I wanted immediately and had no problems doing so. She’s the hero of this story, her instagram is @naildbyreese and her work is amazing. I would only come back for her so that’s why they get one star from me. I wish I came in 3 days sooner before Ily was hired so we could’ve avoided this situation altogether. On the plus side I met someone understands and won’t argue about it. Look at the images below. And tell me if you’d pay $120 for that. Bliss Day Spa please hire more people that know what they’re doing. Newcomers beware this isn’t the place for you.
I was in town from Austin for July 4th week. I found this place on classpass and booked it for a quick mani & pedi. The massage chair and the atmosphere were very relaxing and the level of service was impeccable. Thank you Gaby for taking care of my nails.I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in HTX.
I’ve come here to get eyebrows waxed, massage, and facials so far. Ali is the best! She is very professional and knowledgeable and I enjoy coming to get services done by her. I will definitely be back. If you’re considering checking this place out, ask for Ali and she’ll treat you good! :)
So I found this place on ClassPass and I decided to use it for my nail set and get my feet done by paying separate. Well when I got there check in was easy, they sat me down quickly and all. The hound lasy doing my feet was good, I had no issues. The hound lady doing my set was nice as well but I asked her to thin my nail down more and even them out she said okay but did not (please excuse my nails, they are a week and a half old and I clean my house alot haha)but in the picture you can see the difference of them being uneven. I dont know why she was rushing or maybe didnt want to do a good service because I used ClassPass but it was not a great experience.
The lady who did my nails was good, but I made an appointment for 2 and when we got there, I had to wait for my friend to get her nails done before she could work on me because I was told she’s the only one who’s best at it. So my only critique would be transparency on the phone when booking and I guess just more technicians that can achieve the look the clients are looking for. Other than having to wait 15 minutes, I would prefer she work on my cuticles too. I felt like she missed a couple steps but as you can see, it came out beautifully. The prices are reasonable to what you get. I’ve been to salons where they charge you less but you can tell lol so prices are def not cheap but not too crazy either.
I was looking for a new place to get my nails done and decided to give this place a try. I went in with my friend to get a new set. We made a reservation at 12pm, and Im glad we did. The shop was quite busy and I saw people waiting.My friend got a reg nail polish. I was worried that the duration of doing our nails might differ and I didnt want my friend to just wait. However surprisingly the lady who took care of us made sure that didnt happen and quite frankly she did it so smoothly that it was such a great experience.The other lady who did my new acrylic set was friendly and her work was exceptional. I was really happy how my nails came out and overall I would go back to this place again. The prices are reasonable.UPDATE 2022:i unfortunately am quite disappointed and had to take off some stars. from 5 to 2. the reason behind is, the professionalism and customer service. i really wanted to get pampered but throughout my 2h experience, i just kept worrying whether the results will be good or not. it seems like the management has changed and the staffs.the asian lady did my basic pedicure, no color, just pretty much making sure all the cuticles were cut etc and that alone cost me $37. and simone did my nails. acrylic refill. she definitely has potential. i just think shes not ready to be doing peoples nails yet or needs more practice. the professionalism isnt there - i felt like i walked in and got nails from a friend who needs more experience. while the final result came out ok (photo below), there were so many things that were missed. i was surprised how she didnt grind off the previous acrylic all the way down and decided to add the new colors on top. while i gave her the 15% tip of her efforts, i just dont think i will return. i didnt want to be rude to her so i didnt say anything, but i felt like no one knew what they were doing and the shop felt very unorganized.(owner was very responsive to what i experienced after my review and offered me that they would fix it for free. i ended up fixing it on my own so i declined the service. she then told me they would offer a free service next time i come in. im not sure if there will be a next time but i shall update my review if i do visit them again.)
The Spa moved to 726 W 19th street, Houston TX 77008 which is super close to me, I was so excited! Ally gave me THE BEST massage I have ever had! The way she got my knots to release and my body to de- stress was a miracle. Her knowledge of a different types of massages was impressive. I will definitely be back soon!

It was okay not worth the expensive pricing in my opinion they should’ve given a lower cost for the simple nail work I went to get mine as just a gel manicure on my birthday it was bumpy and chipped then it came off in one day… I don’t do a lot of rough work with nails so I thought they would last. The price was $50 for mine :(
Staff was very friendly and tried to be as accommodating as possible. We were scheduled for a spa party. Our understanding was that we would all be receiving our treatments together as a group but once we arrived everybody was separated based off of what services they needed. The masseuse was very professional and welcoming and did an awesome job with the massage. One recommendation would be to make sure that the massage room was heated as it was slightly Chilly in the room.. Also you could hear everything going on in the lobby during your massage so it wasnt very relaxing. Nail text were nice.. I just feel that the spa party title was a little bit Deceiving since we were not all treated together and at the same time period otherwise this this spa was was nice.
I feel bad for writing this review because everyone was soooo nice.. but unfortunately the skill was just not there.I paid $150 for a full set with powder & a pedicure with deep tissue massage. I found that to be extremely over-priced for what I got.The girl doing my massage had little hands that just were not strong at all. She was trying as hard as she could to do deep tissue but the pressure was medium-firm at best. Im usually sensitive with my calves and have told other nail techs to go easier in the past, so I have something to compare to.After she was done she lathered my feet up with lotion and put my shoes on so they were covered in lotion. I went to the restroom to dry them off before leaving.I showed the nail tech what I wanted with my nails and she tried her best but they look just alright, not really like the photo and all of them were crooked. She also cut my cuticles dry instead of soaking them in water first so you can see in the photo what they looked like.The front desk lady was extremely nice and kept asking if I was satisfied. I told her about the massage and she just apologized but didn’t reduce the price or anything, so I just didn’t bother to tell her the rest. I wish the bill was $80. I wouldnt have left a review if I wasnt charged so much for the results I got.Again, I feel super bad for writing this, but their skill needs to be improved to get more business.
Moved to the area and was disappointed by some nearby nail salons. Then I found Bliss Day Spa and intend to stay a loyal customer from now on! Whether there solo or with my sister, the professionalism/ quality have been great. Easy-to-use online appointment portal is an added perk for sure. Their team has been consistently great (THANKS Jane, Bo & company) & their prices are very reasonable for the results.
I had an appointment and when I arrived, I was asked if I had any flexibility since they were short staffed.I appreciate a tech trying to accommodate me but I am not sure she really knew how to do dip nails.When I asked for my nails to be shorter, and asked her to cut them down more she told me that she had already done so. That she would file them down but she never did.The tech also tried to charge $55 instead of $50. I had to show the pricing to the receptionist via their website to have it corrected.I do appreciate everyone trying to accommodate me and I hope this was just an off day. However, I will never go back.* The dip powder was left over my cuticles, the tech cut my cuticles with the drill, tried to use a UV light with the dip powder, didnt put oil on my cuticles, couldnt find the color I requested, used a dirty nail file when I asked if she could file a nail that was crooked, the tip can still be seen through the dip color, by the thickness of the dip it is obvious the technician wasnt skilled, and I am not sure if the towel was fresh on the bed customers use to get a facial/facial wax on.

Worst place ever! I paid almost $200 for a mani/padi not nearly worth the price. I asked for coffin shaped nails & I received oddly shaped nails. On the regular a manicure, it will last me 2-3 weeks while this manicure only lasted me less then a week. Also this place does not offer massage chairs with any of their pedicures.Edit 12/13/19The fact that yall posted exactly how much I paid really shows how this place is ran yeah I said almost 200 when I paid 160 what does that matter? The nail work was still not worth the price and when I told the girl who did my nails that they looked weird she said they would look better when she finished and because I didnt want to make a big deal since it was during my best friends spa party since yall had to disclose that as well. But because I felt bad and didnt want to call her out on her work I just paid and went on my way but when the manicure also didnt last an entire week before it started pulling at the edges and pulling on my hair thats when I made sure to leave a review. Also we had 10 ladies go in for the spa party and 7 of us already had cracked and the acrylic coming up at the nail bed we just arent going to go back. I hate having to leave a bad review I seldomly do it but I really feel like it was rushed and thats not okay with me. Our party started at 11ish we were out by 1 pm. With 10 ladies doing mani/pedi it was very rushed and the work shows it. Yall were pushy about the reviews so I had to write one.
I’ve been to Bliss a few times for pedicures and they’ve been fantastic! My first gel pedicure lasted months and didn’t chip at all. Vanessa was great today and everyone I’ve seen has been nice. People are friendly, the pedicure stations are clean, and they always offer mimosas and refreshments.Give yourself extra time to get there since there’s road construction nearby. The parking lot has always had open spots, but if it’s ever full there seems to be street parking nearby.
My sister and I came here a week ago and it was amazing . We got the 90 min massage and it was 10/10 the owner was extremely friendly and made sure we were 100% satisfied. She was open to feedback on how she could improve and she actually encouraged criticism. Thankfully , we had no complaints with our service and the mimosas were amazing . Will definitely return!

The greeting into the spa was lovely.The music however was way too loud for a spa.We had a spa pedicure which was relaxing to the touch…even though she overflowed the foot basin. A good 45 min spa pedicure.Nails… I had a full set done … I would NOT recommend. She dropped tools and then used them on my hands. I sat in that chair for over two hours! Had a photo of the design (french with a flower). The whites were done poorly. The cuticles were dry and poorly attended to. Polish had fuzz. Honestly, they are a mess!!The next day (today) two nails have already peeled off. I now need to find a nail salon to FIX this mess when I get home before I leave for a trip Monday!$221.50 (includes tip for pedicure - I did not tip for the nails! ) is outrageous for the look of the nails and for the quality. I let it go as they were “tolerable”) However, with the peeling and having to fix them, I will be contacting the spa and if necessary my bank for a partial refund! I will then update my review as to the outcome.The manger/owner- very pleasant and professional.The spa - not as “spa” like as pictures portray. The cleanliness could be improved greatly.Bathrooms - clean .Pedicure chairs- worn and torn.The area of nail colors and powder color was a disorganized mess.The walls need painted and floors cleaned!This could be a cute place - with some love and attention!The quality of service (nail tech) could greatly improve!2 Stars for the pedicure !Would I return - No!

Simone my stylist was masterful at her craft and Id highly recommend her for all nail services. They are located in a convenient area in the Heights and the owners are dedicated to running a great business that delivers quality results. If you are in there area dont miss an opportunity to pamper yourself at the Bliss Day Spa, you will not regret it!
I just came back from my first time getting anything done here and I really loved it! Outstanding service, beautiful result and very reasonably priced too! Also worth mentioning is that the place is extremely CLEAN, inviting and relaxing. I had both a pedicure and a manicure (tips and powder). Michael took his time and it really shows. Book him if you can. Annie (I believe she is the owner) is a very nice person; she guided me through the services and adviced me on what to get and what to avoid. My hands are not exactly “model material”, and they never looked this good! Very very very satisfied. I can honestly recommend Bliss and I will definitely be back.
I had a lovely afternoon as part of a Spa Party this weekend!!. The owners go above and beyond to make it a memorable experience and treat you like family. The technicians are personable, attentive and lovely to chat to..! I enjoyed the boutique like feel and would highly recommend for your nights ladies or couples night out.
I took my younger sister to do her nails and had a great experience! Kaitlyn was assigned to do her nails and she was very nice and other employees came over and had conversations with us. Definitely going back!
I had the hot stone massage and facial . Both services were amazing. JT was my masseuse and he was beyond amazing. I felt like new . My facial left me with a glow and extremely relaxed 😌 . This was an amazing experience. Staff is beyond attentive.
My regular girl wasnt there. Quickly they had mike on hand and took over my manicure. They handle everything professional. I would recommend Bliss Spa because they come through. Last month I was getting my manicure and my co worker was looking for a place. I told her i was here and they took her in fast without an appointment and provided her with excellent service, I will always come here because the service is great and feels like family. Absolutely fell in love with this place! I booked a spa party at the very last minute and they made it happen. The staff is so nice, the work is amazing, the environment is so welcoming. The owner is very hands on making sure your not needed anything or asks how to improve your experience. I definitely will be coming back to this place. The pedis are worth every penny, the massage was amazing. They make you feel very comfortable.
New management needs to get it together. While I was getting my nails done today they were SEVERELY understaffed. Every single person that came in after me had an appointment and no one to serve them. It was embarrassing. To top it all, because the nail tech that was working on my nails had to deal with all the chaos of people coming in and having to explain it took an hour and 50 mins of my time to get a dip manicure. Also, I was charged $15 to soak off my nails. I was always charged $5 before and that’s what every other nail salon charges. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. There are many other salons in the area that are better managed and do not put their staff in ridiculous situations like this one. For absolute clarity, the nail techs that were working were doing an amazing job given the disaster this place is. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT
Such a great chill spa! Went in with my friend for a walk-in pedicure. They offer water, red or white wine and coffee. They were extremely nice and accommodating! The pedicure was great, very relaxing and well done. Will definitely be going back!
JT the massage therapist was excellent but my husband had paid for spa day 190/200 and he gave tip before the day that I was even getting service which he should have done said they asked him but how can I tip when didn’t receive service. My nails are cute but wasn’t what I wanted due to I was passed around because technician drill broke and I asked for designs bling but she stated she had zoom meeting and couldn’t give what wanted. After my wonderful massage I sat for hour and 30 mins to get feet done and I had a MUA spot at 2pm, and it was rushed didn’t feel like a birthday experience I wouldn’t recommend the nail or pedicure service but the Massage was outstanding and he should have received the 20$ tip my husband had to give. Will not be returning, I live in Spring so I drove 40 minutes for not good service
I scheduled an hour long detox facial at bliss. The entire experience was disappointing and far from relaxing. The esthetician left the room door open throughout the entire appointment, was rummaging through drawers, never told me what she was doing or using on my face, and dropped equipment on my face. I added extractions and the facial was still less than 45 minutes. When asked at the checkout counter about my experience, I said well I thought it was supposed to be an hour and the cashier looked at the clock and just shrugged. Don’t waste your time here.
Today I went to get pedicures with my mother and we had the best service! My mom had an ingrown toenail and the nail technician Mai removed it with out her even noticing. My technician Simoney was super sweet and did my toes for my bday and I’m super happy with how they turned out. We met the owner as well and she was amazing. Great place all round and super aesthetic!
I have been searching for a new nail salon and they did such a great job!! Both my hands and feet look amazing. It’s been 2 weeks since I went so I’ll definitely be going back there again. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The salon wasn’t over crowded wait time was 5 min (I was a walk in/ no appt.) I usually get dip and it tends to have cracks in it after the first week but the dip I got from Bliss is still on strong. No cracks, no chips on any nail.
Last week, I came in last minute for a dip manicure, and one week later my manicure still looks perfect! I can’t say enough good things about Samoney, she helped me color match a picture I had brought with me and she truly took her time and made sure I loved how it turned out! The salon was super cute and will for sure be back!
Amazing Spa. I spent the day with my girlfriends doing our nails and getting massages. The nail technicians were very fast, efficient and turned out beautifully. The massages were very relaxing. What I appreciated the most was the diversity in the staff and not hearing them speak their language amongst each other which is what you get at other nail salons. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my experience. I will be booking all my girls spa outings with Bliss.
Having been a client at Bliss for over 10 years, I have seen this spa go through several managerial changes. Finally, Jenny has taken over and runs a first-class operation. The spa is always clean and the staff is very friendly. For several years Christine was doing my nails and was excellent. Sadly, she has moved from Houston so on my last visit, Jenny did my manicure and pedicure. She did an excellent job. I always feel welcomed upon my arrival and the extra services offered such as a refreshing soda or cocktail are widely accepted by all. I highly recommend this spa to all Houstonians, both male and female. Yes, men are often seen having their nails done.
Alicia is a life saver! I am very active in weight lifting, volleyball and always on the go. I did the 90 minute Deep Tissue massage and it was amazing. She worked my muscles like a TRUE sports/deep tissue massage should be. Now, warning, deep tissues HURT and its rare that you find someone that provided that level of pressure that is needed. Alicia is the one! If you do not like pain, DO NOT get a deep tissue. If you are an athlete and know your muscles need to be released, BOOK ALICIA!
Writing this review saddens me. I have been a client at Bliss for more than 10 years. I have gone every two/three weeks without fail except at the beginning of the pandemic. I’m not sure what has changed so much in the last three months but it’s not for the better. Today was my third time in a row to go that they didn’t have me scheduled to do my services at the same time or even at all. When I made my last appointment for today I was very clear what I needed. Sadly when I showed up they couldn’t accommodate me. Over the years I have loved this establishment and the people that worked there, but the old regime is gone and the new one leaves a lot to desired. Since Jenny’s departure on the weekends (only time I can go) there isn’t any proper management of time or people. I’m sorry that I now have to find a new place after a decade of service. Good luck Bliss.The two stars is for hoping that Bliss can one day return to the level of excellence that they used to serve.
There are not enough great things to say about this place. Everyone was so nice and Mai went above and beyond and did a wonderful job on my nails. I was very nervous after a very bad experience at another salon. Ehi put me at ease as soon as my daughter and I walked in the door. Mai also waxed my eyebrows, lips and chin; amazing job as well and she was kind, so sweet and fun. My daughter made fast friends with her nail tech Simoney and she did a fantastic job as well. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back!!
First time here and it won’t be my last ! They took me about 40 minutes before closing and they treated me like the Queen I am… Everyone there was truly amazing and friendly and very attentive!! Chelsea did my pedicure and Michael did my manicure.. They have complementary drinks which is a plus for me lol I love to drink. Then on top of them being a nail spa they also do massages!! So this will forever be my spot. Thank you again guys!
I decided on Bliss after seeing the good reviews and was very quickly disappointed when I went in. After hearing more about this place, it seems like there was a management and ownership change that really caused a decline in quality of services and professionalism.What happened to me last night:-- I went in to get a pedicure after calling and still had to sit and wait for about 15 minutes.-- Once I get my feet in the water, two people come in for an eyebrow wax and my tech leaves me mid service to go wax their eyebrows-- I had to wait about 25 minutes for her to come back and at that point was very frustrated.-- The basic pedicure was EXTREMELY basic and didnt include any kind of brief massage. Barely any exfoliation. She charged an extra $25 for shellac. Overall the service was very overpriced for what I got-- After all of that she keeps whispering me telling me to tip in cash. The whole thing was wildly unprofessional and inappropriate.I will NEVER go back there!!!!
Im very happy with the experience here and excited with the final look of my nails. Im not one to usually get my nails done but Ill definitely be coming back here. I like to venture out and try new nail salons and this place was apparently bookmarked for quite some time.Unfortunately I was let down.I wanted to like this place so badly but so many things just let me down to the point, I had to remove this page from my bookmarks/places to go.Here are my pros and consPros- I was greeted coming in and leaving- I absolutely love my color choice- the tech cleaned up my cuticles so nicelyConsheres where it kinda gets unsettling- I made an appointment over the phone, but the person I made my appt with, sounded soulless.- I am approached by my tech and guided to where I would be seated, but never was actually greeted. I never knew her name. The only thing she actually asked me was is this your first time here? And I answered yes. After that it kinda just didnt feel so... first experience like? I dont even know how to explain it.- I never was offered a drink throughout the one hour service (I normally dont get one, but it would have been nice to have been offered one) since everyone around me had one.- After the service was one done or so I thought, my tech put in the cuticle polish at the end, and asked me to wash my hands. So I did. After drying my hands, my nails immediately smudged. I dont think Ive ever ever had this problem before. Normally when I get dip at other places, we wait for them to dry and then touch to see if it is hard and dry, then wash. The usual. But this strange instance baffled me. We even used the mini fan to expedite the drying process. Utterly confused. 3 fingers were smudged so she buffed and repainted with the top coat, and then had to use the UV light. So.... why wasnt the light used the first time?Im a little upset with how the process was done. Nothing was rushed but the service itself was a let down. Even for a first time experience.Other than that, tons of compliments on my color choice and cuticles look great.
I love how my nails came out. The staff is amazing, friendly and makes you feel relaxed. I came three weeks ago for a change of color but the dip could have lasted a month if I wanted. Highly recommend and will continue to come.
I normally dont leave 5 start reviews for places without some minor tweaks, but I found no issues with this place. Everyone here is so friendly and professional. When I checked in, we immediately got started and things took off there. I had the mani-pedi service, the 2 hour full body massage, and got stone treatment for my feet. Everything was absolutely worth the money. I didnt even know that I fell asleep until she told me I was finished. Now I see why why this place is called Bliss. Thats exactly the way I left. I will definitely be returning with friends and bridal party in tow. Thank you so much for the service!!!!
I went here based on the amazing reviews. I found a tech through reviews and was excited to get some cool designs and fancy nails. I was there Dec 23rd. Upon walking in they had maybe 2-3 techs and she told me to go with this other male tech. My original tech had apparently quit along with a ton of other employees when they switched owners. He couldn’t even draw straight gold lines on my nails. I showed him multiple ideas for my nails and he could not do anything but basic colors. He told me to do shellac because it was easier for the design and the shellac barely lasted my trip to Hawaii. I was disappointed to say the least. Don’t look at old pictures or reviews before December bc they have new owners and lost a ton of good nail techs. If you want something other than basic colors, go elsewhere.
I have been to this place a few times but after my last visit I wont be coming back. Tina is their best technician and I loved the way she did my nails. I was schedule for Tina to do my pedicure for my appointment yesterday and had anyone assign for my manicure. Tina did not do my pedicure and it was never communicated to me that someone else would be doing my pedicure. Some inexperienced lady did my pedicure and I regret not saying anything before she started working on my feet. The lady ended up cutting up my toe nail really deeply. She was really nice throughout the entire pedicure. Still getting a cut on my toe nail and acting like its not that big of deal when it happened isnt going to solve the issue or make the pain go away. She didnt want to acknowledge that she had cut me until the other technician working on my manicure saw my toe bleeding. I even said something while it was happening and pulled my foot away and she continued to cut the toe nail. If it wasnt for the other technician i think i would have left with all my toes cut up. It got even more awkward when I went to pay at the counter. I wanted to say something about my experience to the receptionist but the lady doing my pedicure followed me and stayed till I paid and kept complimeting my butt... yeah not coming back again.
The place seemed like a cool aesthetically pleasing nail salon, but the service was horrible. All the workers there just looked lost. We were seated pretty quickly when we got there there and there was maybe about 4 people getting service done. I got attended to pretty quick but my friend next to me didn’t get help till maybe 30/40 minutes later when there were about 3 people in obvious work scrubs just walking back and forth.. Honestly feel like I paid $60 for almost nothing lol
I booked an appointment and when I showed up they only had 2 people working and the wait was at least an hour. The receptionist saved the day. She was super nice and professional and made the wait time fun! Michael who did my nails was awesome too. The place was very poorly managed but thanks to the hard working staff I’ll be back!
Convenient location & hours of operation. This location stays open until 8pm during the week, which is great for my schedule. Mindy has done my first two dip manicures & I will be absolutely be a repeat customer. The quality of my mani & pedicures have exceeded my expectations. Everyone on the staff has been friendly, never rushing around trying to push me out the door, and has provided excellent customer service. The salon is small, quiet, has an excellent selection of color options, and great background music. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Manicurist was nice but didnt know what Buff meant and didnt know a hand massage came with a manicure? Lady that did the pedicure was ok, not friendly. Didnt smile. Acted like she was counting down the minutes to go home. $75 for a basic manicure and exfoliating pedicure. Massage chair was broken. Will not return. For what they charge customer service needs to be better and more time with the customers, not rushed.

I came here for my moms birthday a couple years ago and the place was stunning and luxury and really welcoming with beautiful chairs, and decor, and lots of alcohol options. Came back for Mother’s Day this year, but to my surprise I guess management completely changed and now it looks not luxury at all, it’s a bit chaotic and unorganized, my moms appointment that I booked days in advance was still late without much communication as we just waited there. I really expected that super clean and welcoming luxurious and bright experience I had last time but this was not it. My mom said she liked the massage and facial but the nail jobs were super lack luster and since she wasn’t wearing her glasses she didn’t notice till we got home that they completely didn’t paint significant portions of her nails. I will say the black woman at the desk was very kind but overall I expected something so much different and was disappointed prob won’t be back. The people were nice, but just wasn’t the experience and cleanliness I hope for —at one point a woman was walking around with a leaking bag of dirty towels just leaking all over the floor. So yeah.
This place needs to be shut down immediately. Their massage therapists and their entire front desk team are completely unprofessional. If you call to complain about the TERRIBLE experience you had, they will say “someone will call you back”, not take down your information and immediately hang the phone up on you. I highly recommend you DO NOT go here unless you want to have an absolute terrible and traumatizing experience.
Awesome spot for a girls day! I went here this past weekend for a bachelorette party and we did a spa party - such a fun time. The staff did an EXCELLENT job. They were super accomodating of our group of 9. My massage and facial were fantastic. I would highly recommend Bliss Day Spa to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing treat!
Kaitlyn did a great job on my nails. I forget the girls name who did my pedi but also did a really good job. They did my mani/ pedi at the same time which I love bc I don’t like to waste too much time . I like to get in and out ! Good work ladies
I cannot say enough good things about Bliss Day Spa and Mindy in particular! It is a struggle to find many places open past 7, but the hours of Bliss Day Spa make it very convenient for anyone who is working and not able to make it in until later in the evening on weekdays. Mindy went above and beyond on my dip manicure and it turned out perfectly! She took her time, was very detail-oriented, and even continued to work on my nails meticulously a few minutes after closing while some people might have been in a rush to leave. All staff members were very friendly and the salon environment was well-decorated and clean. I will definitely be back!

First time going to this place back on Monday, and I loved it. I think the setup and ambiance of the place was so comfortable and enjoyable. But for me, the best part was the staff!!! They were just so friendly, and helped me find a different color when I said I wanted something close to certain color, and just how they want the customer to feel relaxed! They had a lot of beverages to choose from (I had the red wine) AND they bake fresh cookies every morning and offer you some! Oh, and 1 thing I was think about when I go into a nail salon is if I ever feel like they try to oversell their services or something, or if the people are really genuine. I felt like the people were so upfront and honest with me like about when I asked them how often they think I should come in. But I liked them so much that I just scheduled an appointment a week earlier than what they had suggested. I mean I reallllly enjoyed this place. It was just so relaxing and I got to meet some pretty awesome people that I could just talk to forever! Yes, the prices are a little high, but for me, my first experience there was worth it. So Im glad that I was adventurous that day and stumbled upon Bliss Day Spa.
I had an amazing birthday at Bliss Day Spa. I had a lot of changes the day of and Ehi was able to accommodate my friends and I. The deep tissue massage was amazing and Mai gave me the BEST facial. I had an instant glow right after and myface is so soft. I will definitely be returning for more relaxation. You’re also provided drinks (mimosas, wine) so it was just all around a great experience.
I had an AMAZING and BLISSFUL pre-Valentine’s Day self-care experience at I Bliss!!!! I received a mani, pedi and massage. Mai did an EXCELLENT job tending to my natural nails and being cautious no to nip my cuticles. The new girl who did my pedicure was also very careful and persisted with my pedi with care and removed the callouses from my dawgs…I walk with Jesus regularly, but this time my feet actually looked like it!!! So I appreciated the excellent pedicure…no Jack hammer needed! Finally, my massage with JT was heavenly…he got all those knots out of my neck and my back I e been carrying around for months. Finally, the manager was very attentive and kept the white wine flowing, even during the crowded busyness. This experience was much deserved and much needed and I’m happy it turned out well! This was my first visit but not my last…
I agree everyone is super nice but place is not clean and services are not worth it. Not well organized either. Not sure how theres so many good reviews for this place. Had a large group there and again just wasnt at all what we expected. I was very disappointed. Out of 10 manicures we only like 2 of them. Place seriously needed a good clean and all services manicures, pedicures, facials and messages could be better.
I wanted to get a mani and pedi while I was visiting Houston. I found this place online and it was not to far from my Hotel. My services were going great and I ended up adding a deep tissue massage. After all was done and I went to pay, the receptionist and the nail tech got into a verbal altercation regarding fees. They got LOUD and the place was full of customers. Being that I was visiting from out of state and needed to wait on a Lyft, I was unsure on what to do. Did I owe more? Everyone seemed confused. I hope this is not a regular outcome, when it comes to miscommunication regarding money. Not professional at all.
I am so happy with my nails. Jenny took such good care of me and my dip mani was INCREDIBLE. She worked with me to get the exact color I wanted and made sure I loved it. I couldn’t be happier. I am very picky about who I let do my nails and Jenny is THE BEST. The salon is very clean and has soo many options of polish colors. Very impressed!
I got acrylics that are popping off and it’s only been a little over a week. They tried to deny us our $270 gift certificate. We made reservations and they spread my group out through out the salon. My mom’s manicure left her with crooked nails that are way too short. They tried to rush the people working on us because they overbooked for a party.
Easily one of my best manicure and pedicure experiences ever!! Every aspect of this spa oozes HIGHEST QUALITY!! I got the basic service (no gel) and, over a week later, my finger nail polish has NOT chipped....never had that happen to me. I will definitely be back (and I live in NC!!).
The bad:1) I made my appointment 2 months in advance. I received a phone call and an email the day before confirming it. Then, less than an hour after my confirmation call, I got another call to reschedule (move it up an hour and a half) because no massage therapist would be available. Obnoxious and probably preventable.The good:1) THEY OFFER FREE MIMOSAS.2) They were VERY prompt. I waited less than 5 minutes3) I didnt get a nail service, but I saw a sign indicating that if your nails dont hold up for 3 days, theyll fix them for free. Thats incredible. Ive never been anywhere else that guarantees their work after you walk out the door.4) The prices are INCREDIBLY reasonable. $80 (plus tip) for a great, one hour massage (plus free drinks). How do they even make money off of that?!5) Lots of free parking in a convenient, safe location.6) THEY OFFER FREE MIMOSAS!
If I am able to rate this a no star. I would put no stars on here. A friend and I went to this place very recently and we drove an hour with appointments but when we arrived, sadly we weren’t attended . When we did get attended very rude with attitude. I don’t recommend this place at all. The sad part is we were highly recommended by another friend and we are very disappointed in our service. Take your money else where. Some place that will take the time to attend you.
I had a full set done and it was horrible. It was like the powder just globbed heavily onto my nails with no shaping or thinning out. My fiancé said they looked like toes. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the manager wanted to fix them, but they were still disgusting.

They are diligent with cleaning/disinfecting & maintaining the appropriate number of guests per safety guidelines. This salon is my refuge! The shop is peaceful and provides a nice ambience that allows relaxation after a busy day. It is well managed and the staff is very attentive and go out of their way to make customers comfortable. Bliss offers a wide range of services and the technicians do an exceptional job. I have been going to this salon for 2 years and have been very happy with their service.
Went to get coffin nails and I had a nail tech that was older than the others and had long dark hair- we were in the second to last nail station. Long story short, I had a horrible experience. I was rushed to pick a color, every time I didnt agree with a color suggested, I felt I was being scolded. I eventually picked a color I didnt want so the awkwardness could subside. Anyways, my nail tech never spoke a word with anyone nor myself UNTIL I began asking her to change the nails as I hoped to have it-- I probably asked her, politely I might add, 3 times if she can make corrections. She then began to speak in another language with the other staff. I convinced myself I was overthinking and they werent speaking about me. WRONG. I stopped asking my nail tech for any corrections as I see she was in a rush to finish them. I thanked her, she walked away and I continued to sit there and wait for my cousins nails to be finished. I was patiently waiting as my cousins nail tech tells me to wait just a bit that she was almost done. I explained there was no rush.. shortly after that, my cousins nail tech begins to tell her, thank you for being easy on me and not complaining. (while looking at me), people dont get that they need to be nice to their nail techs...... I was never rude with any staff nor raised my voice. For her to make that comment to my innocent cousin who had NO IDEA what was going on was uncalled for and condescending. As I was paying my bill of more than $120, I still left a gratuity as Im aware of the importance on leaving tips. I also forgot to mention two other staff members asked to see MY nails, no even my cousins nails, before we left the establishment. It was all a waste of money as the staff is horrible, customer service does not apparently exist in that establishment and as soon as I left the spa, I went to the closest store near me to buy nail products so I can make the corrections the NAIL TECH DID NOT WANT TO MAKE. The passive aggressive ways were uncomfortable and uncalled for. No one spoke to me or compromised with me on ensuring I was satisfied with the nails on MY HAND. Apparently if you have an opinion on how youd like your nails, this is NOT the place to visit. I pad for two full sets, with a special feature on 6 nails (extra money), left a tip, continued to stay polite and left the establishment and still get treated disrespectfully. This place does not care about their customers- all they want is your money. PLEASE DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL WASTE IT. Waste of time, waste of money.
Ali Gold was my tech ???? So she booked me at 4:00pm show up 20 min. Late I was waiting in my car and saw her doing sells at the parking lot ? I mean I was waiting for a service but obviously she has other priorities. So unprofessional and a hole wasting of time.
I have regularly (about once a month) gotten pedicures here for the past 2 years, and I will keep returning. I have also brought lots of people with me, from time to time, and everyone has enjoyed it. Theyll give you a cocktail or a glass of wine, the pedicures are good, and the massage chairs are great. And in those 2 years, they have never raised prices. I highly recommend this place.
Had a great day at bliss. Massage was great. Nails are beautiful, different from what I would normally do, but still nice. The owner was very attentive and made sure I enjoyed my experience!
Horrible experience and I will not be going back. I wanted a full set of nails ombré. The lady doing them did not know how to make the color gradient at all, the contrast between the colors was like a straight line. I asked her to make it more gradient and she tried but it still looked bad. So then I just asked her to do the one solid color. Idk of them she was upset and did a bad rest of the job? But she put color on any of my edges and the lengths of nails on my two hands are uneven. I was with a friend and we both got the same facial, but they cut hers short by 30 minutes because they were busy that day. This place was not worth it because of the bad quality.
I did a facial and prenatal massage. The prenatal was particularly great. The staff were so sweet and my friends and I had a great time! Ill be coming back when Im in Houston again.
My wife and I received a couples massage from Maria and I think his name was JT. While we waited a few minutes for the therapist several people asked if we needed anything, theyre very attentive. Both therapists were very professional and competent.
They were very nice and had good social social distancing practices. However my toes have already chipped and it’s been just a week since my pedicure. Pedicures I’ve had at other nail salons have normally lasted at least 3 weeks.
After a little confusion with timing, everyone we worked with at Bliss Day Spa was very accommodating especially Ahi and Char, and we had a blast. I booked a last minute Sparty and they were able to accommodate all six of us each doing several different services within just a week of booking. We did a before the wedding day party here and we were able to use the private spa room and bring whatever decorations and food we wanted. We would book again!
This spa is amazing!! I came in for a fill in and they asked if I wanted a pedicure. I didn’t have time l, but they told me that they could do the services at the same time!! The way they have the salon set up, it was so efficient. My nails and feet look amazing. Annie and Nu are the best! Great customer service. If you are looking for a spa, look no further. We visited Houston for the first time on a girls trip. We booked for a Spa Party well in advance before our trip. They were running behind schedule and it was 5 of us and they were only going to take one at a time which meant we would have to spend the entire day there and we had already made plans. We were not satisfied with this so we just decided to let the birthday girl just get hers. The manager said that we all had to get massage because been signed a contract, but you new well in advance how many we had in our party before we got there and you did not have the adequate amount of staff to accommodate us. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
I had my bridal SPArty here back in 2017 and loved the experience so much that we booked another one for my bestie here recently. This time around we left with bloody fingers and an unhappy bride. The brides nail tech was unfriendly, rude and cut her nails too short to give her the shape she wanted before asking her, and then didnt even fix it. 3 out of 6 women had bloody cuticles, me being 1. They told me that they do mini spa parties (for kids) and I thought that was really cool, until my fingers were bleeding and I thought to myself there is no way I would let them give my child a mani. The services they provide are reasonably priced and everyone was pleased with their massages/ facials. I asked for a specific color for my nails and toenails and wasnt told until application time of my toe color that they didnt have it in regular polish, only shellac. You would think this would mean that they would upgrade my service, free of charge, but no. I was told if I wanted shellac, I would have to pay for it. I settled for a similar color for my toes, but I was unhappy. When you are paying upwards of $50 for a service you expect more. I can go down to the other million nail places and get this kind of service or better and I just didnt get that Spa experience. Less than 1 week after, my shellac manicure chipped!!! I will have to seriously contemplate a return visit to Bliss.
Made a 11:30 apt for my daughter. At noon they told us it would be another 30 min wait. Whats the point of making an apt? They could care less and brushed me off. Go somewhere that will appreciate your business.
Been here twice now because I had a gift card with terrible experiences both times. Did not give me lotion/hand massage with manicure, painted entirely wrong color without asking if it was ok, and all of the staff members were loudly arguing. Will not return.
Had an awesome experience getting a massage here and got my nails done by Trya , she did an outstanding job on my nails and did exactly what I asked for , she was very sweet and made me feel very welcomed will be coming back to her !!
This is the absolute best nail place Ive ever been. I live downtown, and it is worth the drive to come here. They are all very professional, and their attention to detail is extraordinary. They noticed one little mark on my nail and redid it before letting me leave because they wanted them to look perfect. I will be coming back any time I need my nails done.
Lovely respite from my hectic morning, this is not your typical nail salon in Houston. You can relax and enjoy the conversation and ambiance in the salon without being shuffled out the door for another patron. Clean and charming!
Place was clean & cute, but... we wont be back to say the least. Scheduled a Saturday morning Reflexology and Sweedish for myself. Upon arrival they did not have record of my reflexology request. The mass. therapist was okay, but Id prefer amazing for the prices theyre charging. Ive had better full body massages for 30 bucks INCLUDING my feet at places like foot finesse. Also, I was never offered a mimosa, or any beverage for that matter. My husband received a sports massage after me and disclosed that he had to request a beverage and that his massage was not to par either. Save your $ folks.
This spa is close to my house and I have been the mani/pedi service I received. They do great work and are very friendly. I was excited to see they offered massage services and am happy to report that their masseuses are INCREDIBLE! They really listen to you and focus on any problem areas to work out knots and did an amazing job creating a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!
GREAT SPA!!! As soon as i walked in i was met by Ashley, mimosa ready with a great smile and amazing customer service! I was brought back for my facial with Nina who did an amazing job from relaxation to educating me about my skin. She never pushed products on me to buy which i loved(usually i feel over pushed to buy products at spas). Sadly my facial came to an end, but was introduced to Julie who completed my day with a manicure. I was blown away by her OCD to make sure everything was perfect. I had an amazing time here and ready to go back next weekend for my pedi!!!! And to top off the experince they have a great drink list! And they always make sure your drink is filled and chilled! Thank you so much Bliss Spa!!!

I was a walk in Shellac Mani & Stress relief pedi and was so pleased!!! Crystal, who did my mani , was friendly, generous and upgraded my service with a rose petal hand scrub and paragon treatment, even though it was late in the day. And Tommy was so gentle with my crazy, calloused winter feet I enjoyed relaxing while he took care of the mess! I’m giving these guys five stars because of their friendly service! Thanks. ❤️

I had been suffering from a tension headache for a day or so and thought I would come here for a massage. I made the appointment the day of I think, as I couldnt get in where I normally go. This place is literally 5 minutes away so I was excited at the prospect of a new place to go.I requested a deep-tissue massage. I am not sure what I got...the masseuse spent more time on my arms and legs than anything else. I marked clearly on the form that my neck and upper back as well as my right hip were bothering me. I also mentioned the headache in the consultation before the massage started. She hardly massaged my neck or my upper back at all. And when she did...with little pressure. When I said she could use more pressure she did not, but she did on my arms and legs.I wouldnt go here again, as a deep tissue massage that was not. I was very disappointed.
Love this places vibe and staff. Free drinks with services is a nice perk. The only reason I dont go more often or give it all 5 stars is because I found another place (granted, in Richmond) that I go to when visiting the in-laws, where they do a lot more (parafin wax, etc) for less money. But if I have to go somewhere in town, this is my go to.
Came here w my gf and I gotta say this place is pretty awesome. I got a pedicure and man are my feet super soft now. The Gf got a mani pedi she’s great. But yo my legs super soft they put my feet in this baggie w jelly in it. I’m telling you if you a guy. Get you a girl as an excuse and come up here and get a pedicure. They told me in the military to take care of your feet and Bliss Day Spa takes care of your feet, nails, legs, back, everything! Awesome job guys. My feet are clean and so soft I feel like I can run faster now!
Unfortunately my facial wasn’t done properly. The service provided by Shar was unprofessional. The time which should have been used for my facial was split between myself and another customer. Technicians should only work with one person at a time when doing a facial, be cautious of receiving a facial here. There needs to be more training on how to properly do facials (just excessive steam and lotion). I would not recommend this place as the service received was unsatisfactory.

I had a really negative experience here. The manicurist and massage therapist were both late by 30 minutes. I booked (and was charged for) a 90 minute facial, but only got a 30 minute facial. When I let them know they over charged me, the facialist lied and said she did the 90 minute one. The receptionist was rude. No reason to go to this spa when Houston has 100s other. I will NOT be back.
Giving 5 stars because Ali.She topped off my lips and was able to make them perfectly symmetrical easier than anyone else and made me so comfortable the whole time.
Jenny picked the perfect color for me because I was so indecisive. It was a new color that wasnt even on the color palette yet. She gave me some tips on my nail care which I really needed bc apparently I leave my nail polish on for too long. Im really glad I stumbled upon here. And the pomegranate-tinis are amazing!
Simoney is the BEST!!! Shes kind, detailed and has great energy. My nails look fabulous every time without fail.
Very friendly. Easy to reschedule when something came up. Only waited 3 or 4 mins for my pedi chair. Comfortable spa. Kenny did a fabulous job. Great foot massage. Shellac is perfect. Was offered a beverage and not hassled for upsells. Will try again for future services.One small critique is the music was a little loud and club-like, but Im sensitive. Could easily tune out next time with earbids. Thank you!
They have the best massages hands down! I come all the way from Magnolia, TX to get the best massage ever. They are so nice and very professional and if you want to feel good after a massage this is the place to come.
Was given an appointment at 3 pm. They called at 3 pm to say the technician was running 30 minutes late. I had to wait almost 20 minutes after arriving at the salon. This is not acceptable. They are always changing there. No one ever stays and you never know who you are going to get for the services. But my service was good in the end.
So relaxing. The ladies were so nice. I had the Jelly pedicure, 10/10 recommend. My only regret is that I didnt get their names.
For the past year or so this has been my go to place for my massages...The staff is welcoming and very pleasant, in my opinion the prices for their massages are very affordable for the location. I always ask for the same therapist and she always does a wonderful job. I do think that their nail services are on the more expensive side but, nevertheless they have always done a wonderful job for whichever service I requested.
This is my favorite spa to go to when Im looking for a nice treat for myself or a relaxing message. The staff is so friendly, warm, and welcoming. Great location in the Heights. I love coming here. I recommend the Lavender Bliss Pedicure.
If you have your choice of a nail salon and spa dont pick this one. Today I called and asked how much it would cost to get a refill with shellac and I was told it was $40. I asked was there a booking for today and they told me yes. So I made an appointment. They took my name and phone number over the phone. When I arrived they told me that the price was $60! I inquired about how much Dip would be instead and I was told in person some crazy prize. I dont mind paying for quality, but business is business. The price should have been as quoted. No visible price list. The rep in person was quoting rates from a computer screen. I talked with this associate about 5 minutes, she repeated $40 about twice. I wonder why the price changed when I walked through the door.
Great location and their staff is excellent and attentive. Edith has done my pedi and manicures and couldnt ask for a better nail tech. Edith is very professional and will recommend to friends and family.
Absolutely love my prenatal massage..to the point I had to write review on both Yelp and Google. Felt so light as all my back pain was gone right after the section. Highly recommended!
So glad i decided to stop by bliss today! Walked in and notice how clean this place was! Staff was really friendly and welcoming, does an awesome job! they even offer alot variety of drinks:) definitely a great environment for girls spa day or any day and occasion. I would highly recommend and will be back.
Loved my stress relief pedi!!! The enviorment is super chic and the music was great! Oh! And the drinks (2 limit per customer) were super refreshing and good! The staff was friendly and very personable. I will Definately be coming back!

Always the best experience. Update this was the old location and the original management. Once New Management took over everything went badly. I have not tried the location on 19th Street
I have been coming here for 3 years and I like the recent changes made by new management. I use Nina for Pedicures and like the new menu options - more to choose from whether basic or extra pampering. The updated mani/pedi stations are more comfortable than the previous ones. Oh and drink menu is always a nice bonus!
I cannot speak highly enough about this place! I wanted to take my 5-year old nieces for a special treat and heard Bliss did “mini mani/pedi” treatments. The ladies that worked here were so sweet and patient with my nieces, while making sure I had an enjoyable time, as well. They served the little ones Capri Suns and had plenty of beverages for the adults... with cookies to boot!I’d definitely recommend this place for yourself, or for a special day with your little one! This place is amazing !!It was my first time here and their customer service is OUTSTANDING !They accommodated to stay after their closing time just to finish me and my mom’s nails .So grateful for that ! And I will definitely be coming back .
Wow... new ownership and new management makes a big difference to the spa. As soon as you walk-in there is a very friendly and helpful receptionist who helps you right away. They also have a new menu with a lot of different choices of pedicures. They explain throughly about the benefits of each pedicure while you get your pedi/mani done. The best thing is they offer 2 complimentary drinks and fresh baked cookies everyday!
There are way better options in Houston with lower prices and more friendly service. The polish was uneven, 3 min pedi massages, the 45 min pedi was complete in 30 min. Plus they nickel and dime you.
The nail tech starts going in with a carbide bit drill. And this was the first mistake as you should never use that type of drill to remove dip powder. The second thing she did was go straight in and chopped off all of my NATURAL nails on my right hand. She didn’t even bother to ask if they were real or not. When I asked for the manager, all three employees working there lied to me. So do not come here if you want profesional nail care.
Had a last minute change to my appt, but the staff called and offered me alternatives to the previous massage therapist. MELODY did an amazing job, finding all the spots on my arms,shoulders and lower back that needed attention. Scheduled another appt with her again for next week! Very happy with the experiences at BLISS.
My wife took me here for mens manicure and pedicure. Vicki did stress relief pedicure and leg massage. She did an amazing job with hot rocks. Super relaxing. Mandy did stress relief manicure and arm massage. Definitely helped me de-stress. Will hopefully get to go back soon.
I recently went to Bliss Day Spa for the Aroma therapy massage and foot massage and it was GREAT! Romy was my massage therapist and she was very professional about her work. I will return to Bliss Day Spa and I have told all my friends to try this Spa.
Love, love, love Christine! Best mani/pedi in Houston. I also get a chair massage each time I go. She is expert at this too. Bliss is clean, comfortable and welcoming. So easy to book appointments and has a convenient location, easy in and out.
I dont understand all the bad reviews here - I have been multiple times and the experiences have been nothing but positive! It is a bit pricey, but the service and quality of the work being done is so much better than the cheaper places I have been to. My feet are so smooth and perfect looking after one their Joyful Bliss pedis.
I went to this place because it has good reviews. Yes, the atmosphere is cute. I would recommend it for a 13 year olds birthday, however, the services are completely overpriced. I got a mani/pedi, they hardly did any kind a massage or anything, just rubbed on some lotion. I got the mani/pedi on Friday and it was chipping by monday. I have gotten spa mani/ pedis in more upscale atmospheres for way less, I felt completely ripped off when I left. I will not be back.
This weekend we had a Bachelorette Spa day to celebrate a good friend that soon will be getting married all of us were extremely happy with the services provided by this ladies! even though we were 20 mins late due to an accident on I-10 the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating to work with us. I love the way my hands and feet look and feel! They explained their menu well and always made sure I was comfortable. Double checked to confirm what I wanted along the way and the results were exactly what I wanted.

Was there this week, the main reason i get pedis is to buff my feet and make them feel soft, well she hardley did anything, and then she told me that i must get this other pedi for that, come on now what are pedis for??? i can do the same myself. the color selection isnt much if any of my favourites. its way over priced. ive had many different pedis and manis that were way better then this place. i guess people go there cus of the hIp stigma this place supposly have. i would not go back there and pay that much for something isnt that great.. not worth it the colors on my mani are fading away 3 days later...give me a break

Very talented perfectionists! Went for mani/pedi for two, 30 minutes before close. We were treated like the first appointment of the day! CHRISTINE and ANH went all out! You can’t get service like that very many places these days..
I wish they would send out cancellation notices at least an hour in advance. I scheduled my appointment at 7PM. It was very disappointing to get here and be told my appointment was canceled within 20 minutes of my time (cancellation notice sent at 6:37). I was already driving on the way and didn’t get the notification. That was really disappointing.

Had an amazing facial, but the mani/pedi was only ok. I paid for a expensive package and the massage last 30 seconds for each leg/arm. For $80+ I should get at least 10 mins.

From the first phone call made to this place...terrible! If the first person representing this place has an attitude about scheduling a service for someone, I can only imagine what the rest of the staff is like. No matter how many times you giggle while being rude, its still rude!! If I didnt have a gift card from my family to this place, I doubt I would even walk in after the rude person answering the phone. We shall see what happens when I get in for services....Im not excited about trying this place out!

I did the hot stone, and it was great. They communicated along the way I never once was uncomfortable, they made sure. I wish there was more pressure applied, but other than this.. it’s great.
They cancelled my classpass last minute with no reason, phone number is disconnected.
