Hotel management kicked everyone out that was paying for their rooms for all FEMA I was there for over 4 months and they never brought towels never cleaned my room never changed sheets pillow cases I went and bought my own I went and bought my own towels and wash rags

Towels feel so Dam hard you could exfoliate your skin with them where is the fabric softener ? And no garbage bags 😒

Very pleasant staff . A variety of programming on television, bug free and literally in walking distance from the mall. On site laundry and vending area. Quiet and very accommodating. I even extended past my original itinerary because of the proximity of shops and cleanliness of rooms. Now if you like steaming hot showers, you may find disappointment. It may have just been my personal taste but it never heated past warm. The last night of my stay things got a little busy with the commings and goings. It definitely added character all in all knowing only one person on this side of town i was completely comfortable and didnt need anything beyond the comforts the room and hospitable staff. Well worth the the price point.

Third time staying here. Friendly management, clean rooms. The property is clean. Quiet, tucked right off FM1960, close to great restaurants and Willowbrook mall. The AC blows great in the room. Good water pressure. Overall a wonderful stay.

I’m a repeated guest love this place Miss Angela was great on getting my us check inn even though I was still undecided on my end she was Very patient and understanding and still got us check.The rooms are very. Clean and andQuietnessMy favorite partIt’s how they have a walk-in shower where are you can sit down in the shower and just relax (((great job 👌🏻🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖. Crystal inn !!

Friendly staff.No continental breakfast.Couldnt tell if those were towles or floor mats...Nice updated rooms. Wish there were soft nightstand lights.Saw ONE baby cockroach, killed it with the towel/mat.Already found another location, with breakfast and a little cheaper. But more dated. I personally, would prefer the breakfast.Previous reviews seem to go unanswered. Doesnt seem like they really care. New place at least responds to reviews

After a miserable day of traveling and getting stuck in Houston it was so wonderful to be greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Everyone at the Palace Inn went above and beyond. it meant to much to be greeted with smiling faces and a friendly staff.The lobby was very nice, beautiful property, they had great accommodations & a clean room for our stay. I was very impressed.I was here for work and this will definitely be my go to place.

This place is one of the safest, affordable, clean, and updated motels I have ever stayed in. The staff, which is friendly, courteous, and very helpful, is the cherry on top! They deserve 10 stars....I would recommend it over all motels in this area. There must have been a recent change in ownership or management because in the past I have heard this place to be unforgiving, rude, and too judgemental. Thus resulting in my consideration for ever staying here. Im extremely happy with this place overall and here to report as a local.. that negative rumors are false

If I could give this hotel less than one star, I would do it!!When we first walked into our room, it smelt like cigarettes even though, we had asked for a non-smoking room.When we pulled back the bedspread, the bed looked slept-in. The sheets were not smooth and taut. They had the imprent of the mattress.But the worst was that there were gnats and huge roaches in the kitchen sink (we had a room with a kitchenette). Once we killed the insects, we removed the sink-plug to rinse them down the drain. When we did, the smell hit us. The garbage disposal was FULL of rotted food! And now the gnats were pouring out of the sink and flying everywhere!It was 10:30 at night, but we chose to check-out. They offered us a different room, but we decided to go elsewhere. No offer was made to refund our money. First and LAST stay at a Palace Inn!!!

I agree with the reviews of this hotel. It’s clean, quiet, affordable, has all the amenities.However:I received a call at 10:45 am the next morning and I answered and all this women said was “checkout” and I told her I would be leaving in a few minutes and she said “checkout” again and I asked her why she kept saying that and she started yelling at me saying “checkout!” and I said there is no reason to be rude and she told me to shut up and hung the phone up. Truth. I was shocked and told her to “grow up” when I turned my keys in and that is no way to treat your guests and we are all adults and know beforehand before check in what the checkout time is and it is every guests responsibility to be aware of this and check out on time. Period. No reason to call each of the rooms and say “checkout”. An automated call would suffice.

This place isnt as nice and clean as it once was, I paid $85 for the room I was in . Wasnt worth the money, considering I will most likely be leaving here sick due to the uncleanness

I work near by but live further away, I just needed a couple hours to shower and get myself together and they were able to accommodate me. Room was clean and staff helpful....thanks!

I just wanted to say that Palace Inn Hotel has been a wonderful experience for me. I was a victim of Hurricane Harvey and Palace Inn took me in and treated me with respect and hospitality. The rooms are spacious and clean with all the features you can imagine. I came here last year and I still reside here due to the fact that our house was taken. The Palace Inn is located conveniently in the Willowbrook area. i feel very much at home here and have always felt safe as well. I recommend Palace Inn to all my friends, co workers, family and even people I just meet. They have great parking to be able to see your vehicle and complimentary breakfast every morning. Thank you to the staff and owner of Palace Inn for all the things you have gone out of your way for me and my son..This was my post several months back, and I just wanted to thank Palace Inn staff for all their continued excellent sevice!!!

I chose this hotel because of the quiet location and hood rates online of 65 only to be told that I have to book when I arrive so I did and was then told it would be 85 dollars I reluctantly paid only to find the next morning I was charged 97 dollars for a very musty damaged room ! I made a complaint while checking out and asked what the rate is he told me 85 I asked why I was charged 97 he had no explanation or solution so I was just out 97 dollars for a room I didn’t get much out of .

Worst place ever. Had an issue with people partying at midnight. And when I called the office about it, they dont speak or understand English. So all she said was music. This place my be new but they allow some loud ghetto people to stay here. So if you dont plan on sleeping, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay out of this place. Never again.

Might have been a fluke, but they didnt have our reservation, roaches in the sugar for the coffee, and extremely invasive cleaning staff. Great decor and contemporary setting, just wouldnt recommend this hotel again.

Palace inn or crystal inn? Not sure really... But the rooms are decent and the remodeled showers come equipped with a seat and sliding glass doors... Although more water pressure would be A1, this spot gets a 4 star rating from this hot mess.

DONT EVER COME HERE WORST PLACE EVERThey are officially the worst hotel ever they had bed bugs and also have horible customer service skills and rooms are so very bad the stuff in the rooms break down almost all the time. The covers have period stains the rooms dont get cleaned daily i found a used condom under my cover

For honest, really strange hotel...They change the hotel name as DEL SOL?However they still look like PALACE INN..All the waiter are MEXICAN, they can’t speak English very well...I think they can’t understand what we say...Then the hotel insulation is really bad...I think next my room they call the special service lady come...And I can hear the bed shock because it hit the wall...Best notice please don’t choice here...I can’t even stay one day...By the way, the sheet are very dirty...You don’t want to sleep on it....

-1000 zeros. Worst hotel experience ever! I booked way in advance 3 weeks online to be exact. The mgr wanted to again because he couldnt not find my booking. Then when he finally finds it he puts us in a dirty ass room. Suppose to be 1 king and a sofa. It was 2 queens with no sofa. Do not come here. Prostitution city! Even though I wasnt with mine. Its Not good for kids! Please find another hotel.

Very clean,perfect location and matter fact close to all the good restaurants on 1960. The staffs nice oh yeah carl at the front reception is the best. i recomend this to hotel to any one who is looking for a good hotel. Will definitely go back.

For my own experience I love this place the staff is very friendly the rooms is nice and clean the price is reasonable special shout outs to the front desk desk lady Ms. Jennie you the real MVP

They rent rooms by the hour ... dont know about you , but pretty certain human beings require more than an hour of sleep.. at night . not from 1pm till 2pm

They were very good at assisting Harvey victims. My daughter stayed here and it was clean, updated rooms, refrigerator, stove (no oven), walk in shower.

Clean renovated rooms, front desk very helpful an considerate. Spent 42 days there during/after hurricane Harvey an would definitely go again..

New! Cleaan rooms. Nice standup showers. Wood tile floors. The selection of adult viewing is awesome, if you are in to that!?!?!
