I’ve been curious about vaping to cut down on smoking cigars so I decided to try this place out due to buying something from another place that I’m pretty sure was bootleg. I’m glad I stopped in. I have to say, they were very informative and helpful, made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Regardless of me not having knowledge and experience they treated me with respect, dignity and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I asked a ton of questions and without haste were answered eagerly. I really appreciate how I was treated and ended up with a product that is similar to the experience of a cigar with a little more flavor. Thanks for y’all’s help, will see you soon..X

Do not buy cartridges from this shop! They leak terribly and will cause potential damage to your pen! The first time i brought it into the shop they told me it was a voltage concern— YET even on the lowest voltage it is completely leaking out again! The only solution they can present me for the second time it leaked is a discount on another leaking cartridge. If you don’t use their product the day after, you are basically SOL.When i even asked for a suggestion on delta 8 cartridges that wasn’t harsh, the suggestion i got was off. The cartridges are poor quality and are absolutely painful to pull. Buy at your own risk!

Literally drive 35 min to come here and get what I need that no one else has around me. I love the mass variety of gummies and quality of products and are always stocked. Plus you get discounts by acquiring points for your frequent visits. Love it!

These guys are awesome! They can answer any questions that I have about any of their products. They are always super helpful, quick and the service is top notch. The experiences I’ve had in other shops have been mostly annoying. Other places are usually super crowded with friends of the employees just standing around listening to music and playing video games. I felt like I just walked in to a high school house party and I was the adult🤣🤷🏻‍♂️. Vapor Lair is less expensive and they carry great products. I’ve never felt like I was a burden on the employees which is how I’ve felt at a few other shops. Thanks guys! Y’all rock.

Skyler is the most annoying and self important employee I’ve met in a long time. His attitude is a typical of a whiny punk who is out of touch of what it is to be in the customer service business. His ego needs to be taken down a notch and if I see him working and it is not a situation where I need products I will not go in the store.Get rid of this kid.

Its a pretty cool store - theyve got a great selection of vapes to choose from and the staff are pretty cool. However, 1) prices are relatively high compared to other similar shops in the area and 2) Ive now bought two duds from here. Maybe its not their fault for that, but still annoying. Had to basically twist the guys arm to exchange for a new one.

This is my favorite place for all of my vape stuff. The employees are all very helpful and knowledgeable - they always know which coil/replacements I need and are great with recommendations for new flavors. They aren’t necessarily the cheapest in town but have very fair prices - especially with the rewards program! However, it’s totally worth paying a couple of bucks for the superb service. They have also enforced proper safety measures to prevent spreading COVID-19 ever since it first hit Houston...definitely the most responsible establishment I’ve gone to in the last few months. I’m proud to support this business!

The store is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They have a great selection of juices and devices. The prices are competitive and customer service is great. I have been to other vape shops before, but this is the only one I have returned to. I come for CBD and they have a good selection of various CBD products. The staff knows more about CBD then CBD only stores which is a pleasant surprise. Definitely recommend this place !!!

Staff is super friendly and really know their stuff. Ive been to some shops that feel intimidating to go into, but this place is so laid-back and easygoing. Definitely my knew go-to shop for products.

I’m new at vaping and the guy working patiently answered my million questions and helped me select the perfect device and juice. He showed me how to fill it and use it too. I was there a pretty long time time, going back and forth but he was soooo knowledgeable and nice. I’m so happy with my purchase and I’ll never shop anywhere else.

Just go here. Customer experience is better than anywhere else. Other places you run the chance of having old juice or out of luck if your disposable doesnt work. I assure you they will give you the best customer experience. Been vaping since 2011.

Theyre very helpful. Ive bought my tank for my big guy (after struggling with the old tank) and they made sure to explain my options and what each provide. I also got a smaller vape from them and Im very happy with both purchases. This has been my go-to shop for things I need for my vapes

This is hands down the best Vape Shop in Houston! They carry a huge variety of flavors and have all the latest and greatest devices....and the replacement pods/coils etc. I have wasted so much time in the past running around to various stores trying to find pods but I never have to worry about that at Vapor Lair. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and they go into detail when explaining the differences in devices or flavors or anything else you ask about.Love this place and will only go here for my vaping needs!

Im so glad I found this place! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I went up there yesterday to get a new vape pen and juice. Ashton was very helpful, he even set up my new pen for me! The prices are fair, and theres plenty of selection for every budget.

Look, bottom line just go online and get your kits, liquids, and parts before you go to these shifty people.A supreme rip-off shop if ever there was one. I went in to buy a replacement glass piece for my tank and the guy behind the counter said they had them. After getting it he told me it would be 7.99 for the piece. I was floored by the price and asked if there was a discount for buying multiples. In the end he sold me 4 glass pieces for 31 dollars and some change (“better something than nothing” says the cashier as I walk out). I walked out feeling that I had been ripped off and after looking online I was right. The same pieces can be bought wholesale for .89 cents and singly retail for 1.89 to 2.12. Never again.A previous encounter I asked them for .6 ohm atomizer replacements and was told flat out that they didn’t exist and that they only sold .4 ohm style... but the kits came with .6 ohm atomizers and AGAIN I found them online and much cheaper than they were selling atomizers there. There are better shops within spitting distance.

I happened upon this place and Im glad I did. Jacoby was very helpful and friendly. Im a novice when it comes to vaping so its nice to be treated well and not like a noob. I love the pen I bought and Ill definitely be back!

I stopped by this Sunday for the second time, last visit I stood around for an hour, talked to the people there and didnt buy anything. The reason I came back? Not once did the staff act as if I was being a bother, even after I clearly told them I wasnt buying anything. They instead offered me more samples and showed me their personal mods and had me try their favorite juices on their own devices. This sold me and I had to bring my girlfriend who is terrified of social interactions. I walked in and Sam remembered my name and even remember what juice I liked from the previous week! She was absolutely fantastic with my girlfriend and had her trying juices and laughing and loosened her right up to where she was laughing and thrilled to be there. I dropped over $250 on juices and a mod Ive been wanting for a long time (Novice, normally $100 online, $120 here but they have to pay the bills!)and I plan to go back on my next pay day and get some more of the designed juices they carry! This is the place to go if you want a friendly staff and great juice selection!

Awesome shop! An employee Dave, held the shop open for me so I could grab some liquid. A small gesture but a big first impression! They carry a nice selection of products, at an affordable price, and great customer service. If you need any supplies I highly recommened Vapor Lair! The guys there are all so nice and helpful...always!!! They know what they are talking about when it comes to vapes, juices and the business overall, they always explain in detail each item before you purchase if you are not familiar with vaping and the like. Super friendly, laid back yet professional in a chill way. Prices are more then fair and the point/discount system they have going on is awesome. Excellent service. Me and my boyfriend just got off work and we needed some coils. We hit the store 10 minutes before closing. The miss at the counter was very helpful and it was a wonderful experience even for the few minutes we spent in there.

Skylar, Pat and Arron make us feel so welcome every time we come. They dont force you to buy anything, they dont rush you and are so down to earth. They aime to please. Knowledgeable, friendly guys. Discounts for students and returning customers. A little bit on the pricy side for vape shops in the area, but they have a wide selection of juice and devices. (Covid has raised all prices of vape shops, so this is to be expected) A little disappointed they didnt have my particular coils, but there are a couple of other shops close by that carry if i need to get coils asap. Overall a good experience shopping here.

Ive been here quite a few times. The first few times were about 2 years ago. The staff seemed kind of elitist, but I dismissed it for a while. There definitely are more friendly places to go.Unfortunately while they have a sizable selection of juices, I cant ever seem to find one I like here. I inevitably always end up going to Urban Vapes for my juice.That being said, they do carry coils for the Triton, and they open earlier than anyone else. So, since Im in need of coils right now before I go into work, I find myself sitting here browsing the juices. We will see how friendly the staff is and whether I find a juice I like today.Edit: Nope. Again couldnt find anything I liked. On the plus side the guy who opened the store today was friendly.

Professional, clean and friendly. A well of knowledge and friendly advice they took the time to show me every thing from start to finish even though it was minutes til closing. I would recommend this place to anyone curious about the vape culture or even someone who is a veteran vaper. I cant speak highly enough of the staff who did not try to push me into buying anything and took their time to talk me through all the jargon and lingo and explain it clearly. Well stocked and ready to give great service. I will be back soon as there is no place else more deserving of my money.

Cant remember the guys name, but hes freakin amazing, short thin guy. extremely informative, trustworthy, and really goes out of his way to make sure you get what you want. Store is a bit small but for his customer service i continue shopping here.

Fantastic vape store. I have been going here for a while now after shopping around way too many places in Houston and found this one to be the best. The guys who run it are really nice. I am not super experienced in all the ins and outs of vaping and every time I go in I have a new question that they are more than willing to answer and educate me on, without making me feel silly for asking. Patrick has been my go to and he is awesome. Knows a ton and is very friendly and honest. The prices are on par with most other vape places - its pretty standard pricing across most places I have been. The quality of what I get here is always great and there are tons of flavors to choose from. The atmosphere of this location is very clean and straight forward, which goes with their setting - youre in the Galleria area of town after all. They also have a location closer to Midtown/Montrose which is super chill and low key. Clean but a little more young atmosphere to go with the vibe of that area of town. No matter which location you go to youll be pleased. Best place in town!

My first visit here the employees were playing super smash bros on the wii. I called in advanced and asked if they had tpp coils to which they confirmed but unfortunately were out of stock when I arrived. My second visit I came in for coils batteries and pods. The cashier forgot my batteries and I had to make a second trip to pick them up. On my third visit I requested a vanilla salt nic with a low nicotine level. I took the cashiers recommendation. When I got home to try the juice turns out I received a salt nic with dangerously high levels of nicotine. I can’t see the products on the shelves cause they are so far from the counters. Very disappointed

Honestly... The only thing good about this place is a guy named Mondo. He helped get started and answered all my noob questions. He gets 5 starsThis place gets two stars because they sold me vape juice with a broken seal. Not only that but it was obvious that some had been used and the cap was placed in a way to make it look like the seal was stuck under it. Well long story less long, they refused to accept an exchange or return the product. What sucks that I really liked this place.Note to ownership. If you do happen to see this please keep an eye on your inventory and your employees.

Favorite vape shop in the area. Most of the workers have tried or use the vapes sold in store so they are very knowledgeable about flavors and will give you honest product ratings. Prices are very reasonable and they also offer First Responder & Military discounts.

Mondo and are Frankie are pretty cool guys. The prices for the juices I purchase are also in a fair range. So go through, purchase some vape supplies, and a relax a bit.

This place is great. Ive been coming here for around a year now. theyre juice selection is great as is their electronic cigarette selection. i bought an istick 50 watt from them and they replaced it when the screen went out. The customer service is really good as well. i bought bayne and i love it. i would recommend this place to anyone considering quiting smoking or already has an electronic cigarette

Great people and service here, but I cant say there are any bargains to be had. The pricing is on the high side of fair for most items. Still, definitely worthwhile if you need parts or juice NOW and dont want to wait for internet shipping. They do not make or sell house juices.

Biggest selection of premium eliquid i have come across in a long time. Was visiting downtown Houston when I stumbled across this place and Im glad I did. Most of the shops I visit these days have such limited selection of premium eliquids that most of the time i walk out empty handed cause my taste are particular and choices are always minimal. But when I first stepped into the Vape lair they stood up to their name! They had a wall of eliquid that had me giddy like a little kid in a candy store and and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly which made for an awesome experience! Just wish they had this place in my town. The guys down at the Vape Lair definitely know what we as vapers want in a brick and mortar; big selection of devices and accessories, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and most important-BIG Selection of Eliquids! You guys Rock!🤘

A week ago, dropped about 200$ total for a new mod, tank, and 2 pairs of 3000 mA batteries and juice. The mod started to give an atomizer error exactly a week later. Removed the tank for the first time, as it is a top loader, and replaced the coil. Put the mod back on and notice it just spins rather than settle into its connection. Took back to the shop to diagnose. Guy behind the counter tells me theres nothing he can do, and I will have to RMA it back to the company for a fix... Less than a week of owning it. Best of all apparently its apparently my fault (said was over tightened... But Ive only removed the tank once?) Unbelievably frustrated. But hey, Ive got a 200$ rechargeable paper weight until then.I could understand if this was a mod that was months old through normal wear and tear, but I didnt even get through a bottle of juice before this one went wonky. Ive had one issue similar to this at another Vape store. There, caring about the situation and their customers, they instantly offered to replace the mod. I just upgraded to a new one because of that gesture. Here, Im just appalled at the situation. Apathy doesnt look good for customer service.Wont be back after this, take it as a friendly warning.

Great shop, low prices for eliq and good deals on mods, i got my new Fuchai here ro replace the Kaos Spectrum i had. The store carries all of the popelar eliqs like Naked and Glass. The 60mls are around 25 and 75ml glass is only 27! Very friendly service!

Ehh. I saw the reviews on good service, and maybe if you are the only person in the store. Walked in to get some coils and learn more about on of their Vapes. The guy on shift wasnt helpful. He was more dismissive of my inquiries. The place was also pretty dirty. Go elsewhere.

I stumbled upon The Vapor Lair of Galleria a couple years ago. My wife insisted I quit smoking. With the help of an amazing staff, I was able to wean off of cigarettes completely. Mild withdrawal and we’ve even lowered my nicotine level to 0mg. I have been cigarette free for over a year.An old problem that has become new problem as a first time father at 41. As an ex- athlete I have broken many bones and have a bad wrist and bum knees.I saw in a recent visit that Jess and Skylar became certified CBD coaches.Kinda thought CBD was all BSWAS I WRONG!!!!!!I have never felt younger. My 70 yr old mother is using the same roll-on and salve that was recommended by Jess. How many people know the difference between salves, lotions, creams, gels and roll-ons?! Jess and Skylar do!This is a long shout out and thank you. The Vapor Lair has improved my daily way of life.As a side note I bought CBD treats for my 7 pound dog who for the first time did not freak out during the flood!I also think the guys who play chess are funny and make for safe environment.Thanks guys.

Your typical vape shop that sells the essentials. The service was excellent and the gentleman at the counter helped me understand the products. I did think they were on the more expensive end and their location wasnt anything special. Overall, its a decent place to get your vaping essentials done

I went there today to get a professional opinion on my segelei legend. These guys were great expecially Nam. He recommend the natal us and its def better than the Protank2 and my smok ten tank. These guys know their stuff.

My go to place for all my vape needs. They are professional, helpful, and knowledgeable! I get the same items usually, unless they are sold out of those items. Which happened my last visit but they had a comparable vape juice. Im super picky about my vape juice. The one they recommended I love and now have a new favor. Thank you guys! Nice! Ive been to a few other places, and I dont know.... Didnt really care for the vibe at this other places, plus the previous place I went to sold me an item that was defective. So needing a new vape, I pulled into Vapor Lair. Wow, best tasting juices!!I bought cotton candy, but there were sooooo many good ones to choose from. Came here with my boyfriend so he could get a replacement coil. They had the right coils, and a lot of mid-high end box style mods. Wide range of premium ecig juices. Clerk was very helpful and helped us change out the coils. Rated only 4 stars because they didnt really have any cheaper pen style ecigs.

This was the first vape shop Id ever visited and I drove all the way from the Hobby area to get here. (100% worth it).Id burned out my coil in my eGo AIO and came to buy replacements.Not only did I get new coils during my visit, I got great customer service as well! Ive decided to have this shop be my primary location for my vape needs!

I recently moved from NYC three months ago and I couldn’t find a vape shop in Houston with great employees and vape products. This vape shop is by far the best in Houston!I highly recommend anyone new to Houston to stop by this vape shop!

Been standing outside knocking for 30 mins . now Im watching 3 other customers knock... Sign says open . Nobody answers the phone .. No voicemail to leave info.. Looks like the employee decided to take lunch at 10:50 ... am. Just terrible all the way around. Cant tell you about merch because I never got inside .. Thats my first impression and my last . They need to know people who vape bring business on lunch break . duhhhh .
