I went in today, first time buying my own mod, tank, etc. after my friend shared his with me for a little while. I wasnt completely clueless, but didnt know a lot, and Erik (as other reviewers have mentioned) was an awesome person to buy from. I can quite honestly say his shop will be the only shop I buy from, as the selection there and his customer service are second to none. Hes a real cool guy, and worked with me by shaving off a couple dollars when i was just barely short. I have a lot of respect for him and the way he runs his shop just based off of one visit, and I would encourage anyone is just getting started, as well as anyone already vaping, to try out his location.Thanks Erik,Danny

The man that works here made a bold claim that their in house juices were better than places like Imperial Vapor and he was right. This place has some DELICIOUS product. I will be going back to them frequently for my juices. This is some fantastic stuff.

Vapor Galleria is the best! They have many flavors to choose from. The liquid is high quality and smooth. What I really like is the flavor of the week, which comes at a discounted price. The owner who works here is very friendly and helped me pick out my new equipment. He set it up and showed me how to use it. I recommend coming here for all your needs. Easy location to get to from the 610 as well. We have tried several shops around Houston and this one is by far the friendliest store with great product! Thank you!

5 starts cant even come close to the true review of VG. The customer service is beyond exceptional. The knowledge Eric and his wife have are off the chart. The flavor selection is grand and more than anything, the experience here is beyond measure. Never rushed, always willing to help with anything no matter how big or how small, Customers are treated with the utmost respect weather you are purchasing a O Ring or a $200,00 set up. Highly recommend VG for all your vaping needs!

I arrived knowing nothing, and feeling overwhelmed with all the options. Erick was charming and informative, and gave me enough information to choose the right equipment and the right flavors. He helped me get the settings right, and showed me how to adjust them myself later. I feel confident and happy about my purchase, and grateful to have found this place.

Eric is a great guy. I love talking to him. He is very knowledgeable about vaping,etc. His eliquids are high grade and he carries the best brands in his store. The location is very convenient and easy to get to. He just celebrated the 4th anniversary of opening. Found him right after he opened, boy was I lucky!

By far Erick is fantastic. Erick is knowledgeable of his products and very professional. As a sales person Erick never tried to sell me an expensive product. I even tried to look at higher end products and Erick was very honest. Erick has an extensive background and knowledge base of vaping. Thank you again for such a pleasant experience at your store. I was impressed by this young mans professional, personable handling of my issue which was the purchase of a new device. I also purchased one of their designer juice mixtures just on his recommendation. Its refreshing that this youngman believes in customer service in a day when its almost non-existent! Thank you

Owner knows his stuff. Gives good advice. Has an uncanny memory and knows his customers. Good quality merchandise even if it is a slim selection. Seems to prefer items that are better and have value. Large selection of juices.

The Service was GREAT very kind and patient I know I asked alot of questions and probably would have got on anyone else nerves but neither person Ive encounter there was bothered they enjoyed serving me and did it in such a manner that make you keep coming back. . Must go by there new old maybe go to this store. ..SERIOUSLY! ! STOP BY.. NEXT DOOR TO SPRINT! ! Made me feel like family the very first time I went...LOVE IT! !

Went in to get a vapor box. And let me tell you. Eric was super. Not only did he chose the best vapor box for me but I also got to try every flavor of juice that I wanted untill I found one that I was good with. If you guys are pros or beginners go to this man. He is truly awesome.

I love the fact that its family owned and a great atmosphere to relax and try out any flavor of e-juice you like until you find the one thats best for you. Going here you will never be stuck with an e-juice thats not to your liking.. The first and best vape bar Ive ever been too in Houston ..

Love this store!! The customer service is the best. I have never left the store disappointed. I drive twenty minutes to this location, even tho there are stores closer to my home. Erik makes a point to know his customers and their needs.

I stopped by to try to support this business after reading the reviews. But they definitely have the highest vape juice prices in Houston. $30 for a 60ml bottle. No matter how you try to dress it up, vape juice only contains a few cheap ingredients. VG,PG, Flavoring, Sweetner, and Nicotine. Theres no reason for those prices, but other than to take advantage of the ignorant vapers. They dont even sell 100 ml or 120ml bottles to try to give their customers a better deal. I did not not purchase anything, because no nicotine based vape juice is worth $30 for a 60ml bottle. Do your research and youll understand where Im coming from before you decide to grossly overpay for a bottle of e juice from this business.

Great juices, best in town if you ask me and Ive tried quite a few places around town and places beyond. Eric has been not only a salesman but someone who cared about my vaping experience

Juice is trash..Sorry to sound harsh but when you spend 20 bucks for each bottle of juice that cost them around 45cents to make you expect great flavor production... artificial sweetener is overpowering and the flavor isnt. No wonder there mixes are mainly p.g so the skimp even more flavor...

Erick is a Vapor Genius!!!! I wouldnt trust any other Vapor Shop out there and there are a ton that are crooks! For anyone reading this review...if you are looking to get away from smoking cigarettes and want to try Vapor look no further. Great prices...Great location...EXCELLENT staff.

I went in there and got cinnamon toast crunch ejuice, and the juice taste bad, its just plain cinnamon, i have tried it with different coils( clapton, twisted, regular) on a griffin tank, a sapor rda and still taste the same. And an issue i had with the bottle is that the tip kept getting stuck inside the top, i have to open the bottle really carefully and slow so the tip will stay on the bottle. They have a lot of different flavors that you can try, maybe i got a bad batch but my first impression was bad so i wont be going back.

The BEST place in town. If your new to vaping or a pro this is the place to go. Erick will help you find a device that works best for you and teach you how to set it up. You also get to try the flavor before buying it! How cool is that!?! The vape juice is the best Ive ever had. Moved to Austin and then New Mexico and I havent been to a place that is comparable. Sure there are cheaper places, but when it comes to putting something in your body dont you want assurance that the product you are buying is made the same each time? The vape juice is made in clean lab and not just on the counter or in the back of some vape shop sitting for who know how long? Is that even sanitary ? Anyway when it come to quality and amazing customer service, THIS is a place you must visit. It really is the best. :-)

I have been smoking for about 20 years and wanted to stop. I passed this shop a million times and each time saying one day Im going to stop in. I had been using those (hack hack) dry so-called e-cigs for awhile and was just dealing with it. They did not take away my urge to smoke, but I smoked them anyway (as well as cigs).My partner and I always thought the place looked cool everytime we passed. We had over 50 years of smoking between us and needed to stop.Finally did and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by Erick. Very nice young man and he made us feel comfortable right off the bat. The ambience of the store was very relaxing and had ALL the flavors they carried on two large menus. It is setup like a bar/lounge and you can sample anything youd like. We told Erick that we wanted to stop and that we were smoking (hack. lol) the convenience store e-cigs. He never acted like a salesman but someone who cared about our health. He took the time to explain how vaping was different, as well as how the nicotine content compared to cigs and lots of other valuable information.I could write for days because that day we bought two starter kits at a very reasonable price. We were looking at saving around $300/month if we stopped smoking, not to mention our lives. Well two 20 - plus year smokers left that day with vapes and havent bought another pack of cigarettes since that day!I must admit that I really love to vape, I just enjoy it. I havent had any urges to smoke, and I have gone from 8mg juice down to 3mg. It might sound too good to be true but it is. Ive since bought two stronger mods and sent our starters to my mom and sister. I try and get everyone I know to try vaping because its healthier for you and its good!Lovely family-owned business, and I think Erick was meant to do what he does because it doesnt come off as a sales pitch and he educates all that come in. Ive met Cissy just once in passing, but shes just as friendly and welcoming as her husband. Lovely family.Drop by if youre looking to stop smoking or just want to try vaping---I love the vape!Id give it more than five stars if I could, and Im not going to get my juice or supplies from any store but the Joness! And yes, weve gone from buying three packs of cigs (between us) a day to two bottles of liquid (thats not normal, Erick calls me Snoop Dogg! Lol) every week or so. Again, normally a bottle lasts 2-3 weeks but I dont put mine down! My partner is still on the first two she got almost three months ago! So we are saving about $90/week or $360/month! Its real. It works and it tastes great. Vape on yall.

Cool and down to earth dude who is knowledgeable about his stock and easy to talk to. I went to stop in quick yesterday to pick some juice up and I stayed for about 30-45 min just talking. Great place.

Definitely the best juice shop in Houston. The amount of flavors + quality is comparable to higher end vape lounges you see in other states (that Houston is LACKING.)

The guy inside was very helpful. They had Eleaf products which is a plus for me. He let me try a tobacco blend they cooked up. It was very good. I will return.

Terrible customer service. No returns or refunds. If youre not a regular buying vape juice then dont bother. Will not greet you when you enter. Advice to owner: train employees on customer service and interaction. You might make more money.

Second time stopping by vapor galleria and they’re closed during normal operating business hours. I called yesterday no answer and they called me back and said “we’re back now” since when can a business close for an hour or 2 then reopen when they’re supposed to be open??Lost my business

My favorite juice is called Nova! Its sweet and tastes just like starburst. I havent found a juice that compares yet!
