Great products! I Wasnt sure about ordering online and read a bunch of reviews before I did. I always feel like Im taking a chance . Im glad I did! So so so many devices to choose from!! I use disposable only and I was amazed at all of the options. Ive used these to help me stop smoking cigarettes five years ago. They are getting harder and harder to find but West Coast has them all! If you order $100 or more its free shipping but if not its $12.99. My order was about $75 and it took 10 days total to get to my house. Im happy with that! Ill be a regular customer and I am telling everyone!
I have been going here for the last couple of years, and they have been anything short of wonderful! You can always find a great sale. And the shipping is phenomenal. I had a problem where I forgot to place an order. I emailed customer service, and they were able to progress my order quickly and efficiently. And I am so happy. I will definitely see what them for the forever future!
Ordered two vapetaisa salt nic juices. One was 6 months expired. Did not return email request. I sent 1, but thats all it should take, im not going to send 7 emails like some people in other reviews. Pretty upset about it given the price you pay for shipping and a signature (even though when i got it, the post man said it did not require a signature). Will update review if fixed.
Terrible!!! The website says it will be to you in 2-7 days!!! And it’s far from the truth! I ordered over a week ago and it has had zero movement on the tracking the shipment link! And I tried to just cancel the order to go elsewhere. But they said I can send it back and WAIT for the refund! Insane. I’m so mad because they have audacity to change 12.99 for shipping and then it’ll take weekssss for it to actually arrive. Please be aware. There are many other website who sell the same products I’d definitely advise to shop elsewhere and spend your money elsewhere! You will actually receive your paid for products. Shameful
They always have my juice. I am particular about it. They have tried to accommodate my needs any way Ive asked. I wanna say thanks James for handling my current shipping issue. No issue on wcvs side but he is still working to rectify it for me.
My previous experiences were pretty positive. It’s my current situation that has pissed me off. My order has been paid for yet has sat unfulfilled since June 6th. I gave them the 72 hr window before emailing them. Three emails asking about the status of my order and have had zero response. I’m giving until Wednesday. Then I’m calling the bank and having them reverse the transaction
Customer service is atrocious do not recommend - after 3 weeks they shipped an order that was already cancelled due to non response. They stocked the wrong items in place of the correct items causing them to ship incorrect orders weeks after they are placed and do not know what is in stock on their website do not recommend.
This company has the best customer service ever!! Shipping was taking longer than expected due to something I ordered being out of stock and back ordered, I contacted the company as am leaving out of town for two weeks and wouldnt be home to receive the package, customer service rep picked another product for me to replace the out of stock product and priority shipped it so it would be here before I left (mind you this was email happened 4 days before I was leaving) they made it happen I leave early in the morning and its being delivered today!! Best customer service I have received in a very long time!!

Worst experience of my online shopping life. They do not respond to emails, uncontactable by phone, have not recieved my order and its been over a month. Do not trust this business. They will take your money and rip you off. This company should lose its registration. The are blatant theives.

I had ordered some juice from west coast and unfortunately, someone had pulled the wrong ones after emailing them about the problem they handled everything with great patience. We emailed back and forth to make sure everything was correct. Unfortunately, I am deaf so using the phone is hard for me. So because it was pulled incorrectly, they let me keep the juice that was pulled, not having to send it back. UPDATE!!! I have recvd my order and its def incorrect again. I ordered smash mouth humble strawberry graham cracker I recvd humble strawberry custard. My N 100 was never sent they did not correct it. From the beginning this has been one mess after another I will def never be ordering from this place again. I put it in writing in several emails and it still was not right.. no matter what customer service is not this companys priority considering I ordered on the 3rd of June and its now the 17th I emailed them again to let thrm know its in correct and no response .please save yourself the aggravation unless u like waiting to get whatever they feel like giving u. Just placed an order online since last Monday of May 6, 2024. Its already Friday and it has been over 3 days since the online order was confirmed and submitted. I still have not got an update on our package worth $150+ and we live in SoCal. I dont see why we have not an update on when our package is being delivered or on its way. We dont even live long distance so how is that possible??? I reached out to customer service by email and still have not got a response back. No phone number to reach out to either. If you live anywhere in SoCal near the West Coast Vape Supply, I recommend not to order from this shop ever again!!

They have great customer service when there is an issue and try to remedy the problem within their control. Placed an order on March 20th for some juice and coils. Its now April 2nd and the package still hasnt been delivered. Ive never ordered from a place based in the USA that had slower shipping than this place. Company needs a better shipping method considering I paid 12.99 in shipping fees too. I should have looked at the reviews on here before ordering. OSM shipping has my package at their facility since March 30th and its about an hour drive from where I live. USPS still waiting for them to deliver the package to them.Sorry i never leave reviews like this but i felt this situation warrented it. First and last time I order from here.
Customer service is excellent and they have gone above and beyond for me whenever I reach out. I recently had a package I thought was missing, however, it was my mistake on the unit number I provided. Customer service realized I provided a different unit number from previous orders and I was able to find the package at my neighbors. Without that information I would have been out $150. They did this for me without me even asking to help.

Ordered from them a few times in the past and have never had any issues. Shipping has been more or less in line with what I expect.I recently however, ordered a juice that was probably discontinued a while ago, (and theyve been one of the few places that still had it in stock). Turns out, my luck ran out, and they did not have inventory to fulfill my order.Most places would probably just refund you or not reach out to you. Likely an automated system would email you. WCV Supply emailed me promptly and offered replacements for my discontinued product. They were extremely patient with me (I took longer than I would have liked to respond). They were very considerate and helpful, and while I generally havent had many bad experiences ordering online, it was a nice, amiable, personal touch.Will continue ordering from them for the foreseeable future. Top notch service and selection. Prices are competitive and often cheaper than running out to find a brick and mortar, if those even still exist in my area.
If my issue gets resolved Ill update the review, but as it stands now Im not super happy with this company. Its been two days since I ordered. There is still no update on my order, and although Ive sent multiple emails at this point I have yet to receive a reply of any kind, not even an automated one.Either send out my order, and send me a tracking number, or cancel my order, and refund my money. I keep getting more, and more angry, Im about to call my bank, cancel the charge, and get a lawyer because what you are NOT about to do to me is play with my money, or my time.

Update: WCVS owner contacted me and made this situation right. They re-shipped my order from their CA location and I asked that they not use a courier and they obliged that request! I received my order 4 days later. I still feel like the response time could have been much faster, but they did fix my issue and made it right. As a customer I cant ask for more than that. I have reflected that in my stars. And for the slow response time thats the reason I took off one star. They did reach out and they did fix my order. The best deals I’ve seen on vape juice. I can’t yet comment on the ship time or validate the products, but WCVS very promptly responded to me when I requested details about my order.I get being frustrated if you had a poor experience but if you’ve ever been to a shop in person I’d wager you paid 300% more to drive yourself and pick up locally from a total bro anyway. In my experience, vape shops have bad inventory mgmt, bad service, and high prices.My shopping experience was probably the best I’ve had, the inventory and detailed descriptions are great. I had placed an order and when it was delivered one out of the six juices was the wrong one. I sent an email explaining the situation. I got a response to the next day and within a week I had to correct juice delivered to my house and they told me to keep the other one with no charge. Very good customer service.

Ordered $170 worth of items to take on vacation out of the country. Delivery says will receive 2-8 days later. On the 8th day is when they finally shipped items. ***ORDER FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY***It took 3 weeks to get my order from these people, and they sent me the wrong order! I emailed them to let them know, they didnt respond until the 3rd email. The response was just a shipping label. I dont have a printer! I also dont live near a post office. The next email I received from them is telling me that they will send me the correct order, once they have proof of a receipt that I sent the WRONG order back to them. So, to recap here, I have to get in my car and drive to the post office, purchase a package, purchase a shipping label, send it back to the company who is at fault, and then wait probably another 3 weeks for what I ordered back on JANUARY 2ND and still do not have. This is unacceptable customer service. The correct way to handle this would be to send me the CORRECT ORDER THAT I PAID FOR, along with a return package and shipping label. I have emailed them back twice since the directions to ship them their wrong order back. Still no response.

I have ordered many times from them because they usually have the flavors I like but my only complaint is they’re shipping. It takes three or four days to even get the shipping notification and then another three days before my order actually left their facility. From the day, it left their facility, it’s saying almost 2 weeks before it will actually be delivered to me and it’s already been one week. From California to Florida. Should not take one week let alone two weeks.

After trying a few different online vape stores I only order from here now! They have sales all the time and are consistent with the vapes I like. On top of that they have great customer service and were nice enough to replace a faulty vape I received despite it being a manufacturing issue, and obviously not their fault. 10/10 would recommend.

This was my 1st time ordering from this company due to my normal site being OUT of every juice I liked. It took longer to process than I thought but it was the weekend & a holiday so I understood, once I got the email that It shipped on Friday I got an email saying it would arrive on Tuesday I checked tracking on Sunday and it said it would be here Monday so I was even happier. I just ran out as I saw the mail man and got my juices that were all exactly what I ordered and fine. I will definitely be buying again as my Regular site is still out of everything I ordered.

Ive been ordering from West Coast Vape for a while now. The customer service, selection and product prices are excellent and deserve 5 stars but sadly due to the high shipping cost and long shipping time, I cant rate higher than three. The $14 shipping charge on a $30 order is too much to pay when shipping takes up to 8 days from SoCal to the Sacramento Valley. Youd think they were shipping by carrier tortoise! Im a heavy vaper, & it was irritating playing beat-the-clock every time hoping that the order arrived before I ran out. When I saw that my order (placed March 26th) wasnt expected to arrive until April 4th, I got fed up and found another shop (also in SoCal) that offered same day shipping if orders are received by 2pm. I placed my order on the dot at 2pm on Friday, assuming Id cut it to close to the deadline but to my amazement I received my order by 1pm the following day! West Coast Vape uses DHL where tracking often showed it sitting in a sub-station as long as 4 days. Unfortunately, poor shipping service is costing them business. Always easy to order from the website and timely delivery. Ive only had one delivery issue where the incorrect item came with my order (out of probably 15-20 times Ive ordered from them) and their customer service was fantastic. They corrected it immediately by sending out the correct item, and even told me to keep the original incorrect juice that they sent. Great customer service.

Ive ordered from them several times and havent had any major issues. They are half the price for my juice as the store down the street. They are one of the only places that dont tack on extra delivery fees when you qualify for free shipping. Shipping does take a while....but I buy enough to get free shipping, so I cant really complain. This last time, they did send an incorrect flavor but were quick to respond to my email and ship out the correct one. I plan to keep ordering from them.

This is by far the WORST company ive ever purchased from. Absolute garbage customer service. First of all the tracking said 2 weeks to be delivered. Which is completely unreasonable. THEN the tracking said it would be 2 days late. THEN it was marked as delivered by the carrier at 10 oclock at night and when I went out to get it the package wasn’t even there!!!!!!! They don’t even care they just took my money!!!

Ive been ordering thru this company for a long time their service is fastand efficient their prices are super low, affordable and more than competitive with other companies as well as their website is easy to navigate. They have the best and widest variety of products Ive ever seen! Today was the first time anything has ever gone wrong with my order, and, to their defense... it was a very large orde, when I emailed them about my disatistfaction with the mix up they responded right away, with a very sincere apology and immediately rectified the situation! I love WestCoast vape company and will continue to rely on them for my needs!
I’ve ordered from West Coast probably 10 times now, and I’ve been really pleased with each experience. Great prices, decent shipping, excellent customer service. My most recent order was incorrect when it arrived late Friday. I emailed customer support right away, and on a Friday night, well after normal business hours, I got a very quick reply and they immediately processed the fix. That’s impressive commitment to the customer experience, and it’s rare these days.
Edit: My last review I thought this company was out of business because I had not recieved an invoice and couldnt reach them on the phone. They got back to me last night and sent me a tracking number for my order. They said I didnt get any confirmation or tracking because I oppted out of the messages. Thats fair but, I still needed a confirmation that the order was placed as checking my bank account was the only confirmation I had that the order was placed. It would still be nice to have a working contact number for piece of mind.
First time ordering, great experience! Something I ordered was out of stock, and they sent a second of another item I had ordered. It wasn’t something I would have ordered two of (no fault of their own—don’t love the flavor). I reached out to them via email and they offered me a refund and to keep all of the items I was shipped. Will definitely order again!
This is my third order and the first time Ive encountered any trouble. I emailed customer service and they got back to me fast. They promised to change my order to my specifications (previous item on backorder) and get it sent to me right away. They cannot control the shipping costs or times but do everything they can to get my order to me. Their customer service is friendly, professional and helpful. I will continue to order from them in the future.
After almost a month this order was FINALLY delivered to the Po box in Litchfield, CA ( which was not the address I provided for West Coast Vape Supply) BECAUSE I finally called USPS last week to see what was happening with the delivery that was ordered from West Coast Vape supply on September 20th and asked them to look into it.After waiting a week to get the notice that the order had been processed, I finally reached out to find out when it would be shipped out and was told it hadnt been shipped because one of the items i ordered was out of stock. Nobody let me know this was the case until I emailed to check on my order.West Coast vape supply was absolutely NO help with finding out where this order was, nor did anyone there care to help me find it ,yet they were quick to charge my card for an order that hadnt been shipped.I repeatedly asked for a customer support number or for someone to call me. However, all I got was a response through email stating there was nothing they could do, that it was a USPS problem. Not ONCE was I able to talk to anyone except through an email.The package went back and forth through San Diego for several weeks ( which is over 400 miles away from where I asked it to be shipped to) and nobody in your company cared to help figure out how to get it shipped to the correct address.The HUGE lack of customer service, and willingness to find or replace the $150.00 order that I ordered from West Coast Vape Supply is unacceptable .I will not be doing business with this company again, and I will be letting everyone know about the terrible experience I had with the order I placed, and urging them to use adifferent company other than West Coast Vape Supply.Sent from Yahoo Mail on AndroidShow more

Okay, I could give this less stars for shipping BUT they tell you 7-10 business days believe that. . Free shipping to DC area where they are trying to completely ban these products and it’s difficult to find online stores that can ship directly to you here anymore. Have been ordering from a place that won’t deliver directly to me and I have to travel to the next state to pick up. Happy to have found West Coast. Delivery is another subject all together. It is soooooo long so I suggest that you do not wait until you’re on your last bottle of juice. Time it perfectly where you will be good for the next 10 business days. Just got my package of 10. Flavors that you can not find anywhere in DC or anywhere period. Testing them out now and review the juices authenticity later. Hope to order again after my taste test. Ordered with these guys numerous times online. They usually have what I need and fulfill it quickly. I emailed them with a shipping issue, and got a response within 30 minutes, they very, very quickly remedied the situation and reshipped with USPS. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.
Decent pricing and good selection. However, very slow shipping and pretty horrible tracking system. I’ve ordered from probably a dozen different online vape shops, and I’ve never had to wait almost two weeks for my shipment (2-10 days, plus 2 days processing time), especially after forking out an additional 17 bucks for shipping, which is the only shipping option available. In all fairness, that’s the time frame that’s shown. I guess I expected to receive things in a time frame that is comparable to their competitors, which is normally 2-4 days, even though a much longer window is generally listed. My mistake, not theirs. It’s difficult to find tracking info too. Rather than a real tracking number with a normal shipper, you have to download some app, which after a week, still showed literally zero information about where my package was. 17 bucks is a lot to pay for slow shipping, and it offsets some of the gains made from the low pricing.So in summary, they didn’t do anything particularly wrong. I suppose my expectations might have been too high. I would possibly use them again (pricing was better than many), but not unless I have at least 12 days of juice left.Perhaps they will offer a faster and more reliable way to track and receive shipments.
Ive ordered from West Coast many many times, good selection and decent prices. Shipping times just take way too long, sometimes up to 2 week and I live in the same state. Just found another company with the same pricing but shipping only takes a day or two. Will no longer be giving my business to wcv.
I have been a customer of west coast vape supply for about 3 years now and will continue to be for a lot longer now because of this last order I made got sent back because I was at work at the time of delivery well I shot a email at their customer service and low and behold I heard back from them almost right away from a gentleman called James and he took the heat I sent because I was at home when the delivery was made so I thought but it turns out that the time stamp on the delivery time is out by 2 hours but James listened and heard me out and came to an agreement that I got my order sent to me at just the shipping cost.the point is that he gave me customer SERVICE! and did so without losing his cool and was very professional about it.you dont get this kind of service much anymore so that is why I will continue to do business with them for a very long time or until they wash out to sea...lol....I hope not.thank you James great work!
Paid the extra for shipping and still havent received my product. Prices are the same if you go into the store especially when u pay for Faster delivery. Get it together. Its not hard to ship items especially when ur getting more money for the actual shipping. 9.99 or 14.99 for 3 items 🤔

If you are ordering something that you want... they have a decent selection. If its something you actually need and expect it not to take a month to get, order elsewhere. Honestly, their selections are no bigger than any other brick and mortor store. I live on the east coast and have ordered all over the country and have waited no longer than 6 or 7 days... MAX... from any other vape supply vender. Plus, they make you spend over 100 dollars for free shipping and still only provide first class or two priority which is usually less than 5 bucks provided its sent usps or fedex. They use dhl. The problem is, they must only like going to the post office or shipping once every week or two. The last few orders Ive gotten took 1 mo the to receive and thats just plain ridiculous. Im ordering nicotine. Im not planning on feeding my addiction in a month when they feel like doing their jobs. My card was debited immediately. So, if I have to do without $100+ dollars, dont let my stuff sit around for a week before even printing a label to have it picked up. Its been one week and my stuff still hasnt been received by DHL shipping. That translates to me having to place another order before I receive this one just so that I have it when. I need it. Sorry, there are too many companies out there doing it better. If they arent paying a shipper, then they at least understand that customer satisfaction is important for repeat business. Amazon can do it. My diy guys can do it. Sites just like this one do it too. Order if you want, but this will be my last order.

Truly the best for disposables! Will never order anywhere else. I tried at least 4 places before finding West Coast. Amazing customer service—they will contact you about replacements for out of stock items. Once (out of many orders), there was one misspick and they sent a replacement immediately. They respond to emails very quickly. The shipping is normal speed/fast—none of the bs I found at other stores. Equally as amazing: their prices are the lowest I’ve found—literally 40-50% less than my local shops. What!?Their selection is huge as well. I’m obsessed with this place, and order once a month now. Had a really great experience with WCVS. They sent me juice that was past the due date and so I shared my frustrations with their support team. They asked me for pictures and said, please pick out any 10 juices from our site, for compensation. They were very fast in their response. And shipped my order out the next day.I was angry at first, but now Im grateful for their support and its refreshing to find a company that will do the right thing.

I got a little too click happy and accidentally ordered a juice with 0MG nicotine. When I realized my mistake I immediately emailed requesting a change if possible. I received a very quick response and my request was accommodated which I greatly appreciate. Placed an order and got confirmation email. Order never arrived. Did not get tracking number. I have tried to contact them by email, and by the three telephone numbers that I could find. Two numbers went to full voicemail boxes and the other was for a medical company that has no relation. I am cancelling my credit card payment as I believe they may be out of business.

My order arrived the other day, and I found that some of the items were missing.I reached out to inform them, and within one hour, I received a reply, with an apology and assurance that itd be taken care of. I order from West Coast regularly and my order typically arrives within 3 days to a week of placing the order (I live on the east coast). The most recent time I ordered from them, I noticed my order had not shipped yet after a few days, so I emailed them and asked what was holding up the order, and if it was due to missing product, to please just ship out whatever they had in stock. I received an email back within a day and, just as I suspected, the delay was due to an item not being in stock. The representative was happy to replace the items that were out of stock and I received my package within 2 days of him sending me back an email confirming what items in my order would be replaced. I can’t comment on anyone else’s experience, but as someone who regularly orders from West Coast, I can say that I have not had a single negative experience dealing with them. They have a great selection, great prices, fast shipping, and helpful customer service.

They charge an amazing amount of money for shipping! $15 bucks! Then, apparently, give it to a cowboy to hand deliver your package after a 1000 mile rocky mountain pack mule expedition. I will give two stars because I once received my vapes in under 15 days. Dont order from them, youll regret it.

Great prices and have never had an issue till my last order. I never received an email confirmation, my card was charged and 10 days later I still had nothing. I sent a text to CS and they responded first thing Monday morning, found my order using my email address and had the package shipped. I received it 2 days later with 2 day priority shipping. Issues happen with every company, WCV took care of my issue very quickly. Ive been ordering for about 2yrs and will continue to do so. You cant beat their prices either!
Wow the cost of shipping. Placed my order May 3rd, received a shipping notice on May 4th (unfortunately I did not read these reviews prior to purchasing through them) and I am sitting here waiting 12 days later. If shipping was free then fine, choose the slowest shipping. $17 for who knows how long its going to take is ridiculous. The tracking site is super vague too so good luck figuring out what is even happening. I ordered a couple of items from another company and I received them in 4 days and they had the same cost for shipping so I will stick to that place.
I’ve ordered many times from this establishment and they often “drop the ball” on things. I’ve gotten nicotine levels different from what Ive ordered and at times some flavors will be different. Once I had placed an ordered and paid for expedited shipping yet 10 days went by and nothing, I reached back out and was told that there was a few items in my cart that were out of stock…okay, so then no one thought to reach out or what? I l substituted those items and they refused to send over night or two days even though I had paid for fast shipping and now we are 10 days in. Now to their supposed “signature required” shipment that’s racked on which is costly but never have I ever signed for a package, it’s just tossed in my mailbox, so what am I paying for then???
I order regularly through the year spending $100-$150 per order (at that point it usually ships free). The shipping takes roughly 3-4 weeks before arriving which to me is the norm for them so no big deal. I just make sure to order when I’m doing to a few bottles so I don’t run out. I have placed roughly 10 orders with this company over the last 6 months. Every order has came in correct and not damaged. Sometimes the order can take a little longer than expected, but it has never been much longer than anticipated.I had my first issue with my last order. It had been 10 days since I placed my order and it hadnt shipped, so I emailed the company. They responded quickly and informed me that one of the flavors on my order was out of stock and that was the hold up. They offered to switch that flavor out for another, which was fine with me, and now my order is on its way.I have always had a good experience with this company, and now I know their customer service is excellent also.
It’s been over a month and no package and no refund. Do not order from this site. Shipping says 72 hour processing and 5-7 business days. I’ve asked for numerous updates and the response is always we’ll get an update… no updates have been given. It has been 20 days since the tracking has been updated. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times. You would think they would issue a refund and resend my order to make it right. Apparently $121 is ok for this company to steal from someone? No customer service. I understand a lost package. What I don’t understand is the way they are choosing to handle it.
11 days after placing an order and not being able to track it I emailed enquiring about the status of the order. Very shortly after I received an order shipment update from the Shop app that they recommend using. I also received an email containing a tracking number and link. Supposedly the pods were backordered and they just so happened to have them available within 5 minutes of me asking for and update. Funny how that worked. So now we will be waiting ANOTHER 10-11 days for the shipment. I wont make this mistake again.

I placed an order with this company for the first time about 5 days ago. They promise to ship orders within 72 hours on their website. I haven’t received confirmation of shipping and became a bit concerned, so I decided to check out their reputation. I wish I would have read the Google reviews before ordering from them. I might feel a bit better if I were able to talk to a live person, but the only way to get in contact with them is by email or text. Though I did send a text, I have little faith they’ll respond. I wish they could process orders as quickly as they process the payment for the order. I’m afraid I’m out $80 and vape juice.Update: It’s been 4 days now, and I still haven’t heard back about shipping the order. They were expedient in sending an email to review the products they never shipped.

Placed an order where I chose the 6 day shipping speed. The email I received upon placing my order said that my order would be processed within 72 hours, not including weekends. When, after 4 business days I still received no shipping notification, I emailed them to ask when it was going to ship. They said I chose the cheapest shipping so it could be up to 10 days. Again, I chose 6 day shipping speed, not 10 day processing... So on day 6, they send an email saying my order shipped. Except that was two days ago and the tracking number says USPS still hasnt even received the parcel.I will never order from this company again and I suggest you dont either.
The communication is a bit soft with respect to the status of your order but I have always received my package in a timely fashion exactly as ordered. The prices are excellent as well and they even ship to my rural location. Highly recommended.
Have to tell after reading all the negatives and seeing all the complaints at BBB , I placed my order with expectations of 50% at the very best on the other hand I wasnt worried coz I am using my Amex Gold member since 2004 and I know for a fact that they are customer friendly. 11 days later order arrived nice and golden fresh , I am about to order more because wanted to make sure they are real ..could not find any recent good review thats why felt obligated to spread the word and I dont have a problem paying this fee and that fee , I want them to profit so they stay in business. live in New York City where we cant buy any vaping juice , this time my 2nd order arrived in 4 days maybe they appreciative for my 5 star review , thank you and you people dont be cheap these guys have to profit to pay the bills
I ordered 5 bottles of vape juice because its so much cheaper than the stores. I have ordered here before with no issues what so ever. Again, they have not disappointed. I was sent 5 juices but one of them was the wrong flavor. I emailed them and they IMMEDIATELY responded. They have now shipped a bottle of the flavor they forgot and told me to just keep the other. So I ended up getting an extra bottle and this was taken care of all in the same day via email. Amazing customer service! Thank you!

Prices are the best around and great customer service! I have ordered from this company on many occasions. The only reason I didnt give 5* is because every order I have ever placed has had an item or 2 out of stock. I have to email them after a week of no shipping notification to ask them whats out of stock in my order to get the ball rolling. The first order I ever placed, almost 3 weeks went by before I reached out to them. They have never proactively emailed me to notify me of an out of stock item. If they reached out to me even several days after my order to inform me of the issue I would give 5*... overall great products, great prices, and great customer service (after I reach out to them)! Just be prepared to email them if you dont hear anything on your order after a few days. But after you email them, they are quick to respond and do whatever it takes to get you your items or do swaps.

Ordered one of their 3 juice combos to be delivered to my house. When the order arrived, I received one incorrect flavor but the other two were right. I was a little annoyed at first since the one that was missing was the one I wanted most, but after reaching out to their customer service, they sent the correct flavor right away at no additional cost. You do not see great customer service like this anymore. I will gladly continue to give them my business.
DO NOT ORDER! Not impressed! No contact number for the company. Had to download an unwanted app to track package. Ordered 3 items on July 19th. It is now August 3rd and I have no tracking, no package and no way to contact this company. THEY TOOK MY MONEY!
My go to vendor had been out of my brand for several weeks. These guys had it in stock so I made an order for 4 .bottles. After the fact I checked their ratings and saw it was average, with either one star or 5 but also saw they responded to all the bad ratings in a positive way so I felt better. My order shipped the same day. When I received it, it was incorrect. Wrong nicotine level. I had ordered 12mg, and they had accidentally shipped 3mg. I contacted customer service via email and they responded within 2 hours. I sent them a photo of the shipment and within 10 minutes they had emailed me a prepaid shipping label to return the order and they immediately refilled my order. I received it today.Its not if a company never makes mistakes, its what they do when it happens. These folks provided exceptional customer service, and they have me as a loyal customer now. I have edited my review since my last order has been sitting for two weeks waiting shipment. Ive sent three emails and called but there is no answering system and no one answers. Really wish I could give a better rating because they offer a great selection of juices for the cheapest prices I can find. Unfortunately the shipping and support is terrible. Ive placed a few orders where it sat in order confirmed for two weeks. Ive also placed orders where an item is removed before shipping with no explanation. When I messaged for an explanation there was no response. Customer Support doesnt exist. I mean it literally does not exist, Ive messaged numerous times and called over the years and I have never received a response. Basically, they offer fantastic prices on quality juices, just dont expect the order within two weeks and hope you dont have any questions or concerns because you will receive no support. Another annoying thing that this company does is send me three emails in the last week saying, Hi Lucas, We noticed that you discovered these awesome products, Click on them to Buy Now when the product is out of stock! Stop sending me emails reminding me to buy something that hasnt been in stock for over a month!

I have a certain juice that i love & its hard to find where i live so i went online & found this shop. Yes, shipping is a little high but i can get 3 bottles plus the cost of shipping for way cheaper than what id pay for 2 bottles plus gas where i live!
I previously reviewed and said that they corrected my shipping to my order.I have updated my edit: WCVS sent me half dead disposables. Some still had full charge while others were old and near dead.I am amending again, one of the disposables they sold me was also firing on its own. Do not recommend this seller at all.
Lousy shipping process. I ordered vape juice with 2-10 business day delivery window, and here we are on day 21. Then they had the nerve to send me an email to give them feedback on a product I still havent received. Never doing business with these clowns ever again. Spend your money elsewhere. Trust me, you will regret doing business with them
Terrible customer support, provides absolutely no other info than a tracking number I provided in my first email. Package appears to be lost and they wont enquire or provide any other option but watch the tracking number. Advising others to choose a company that wants to help their customers, this one in my experience doesnt care or want to help.
James with West Coast Vape Supply has been great to work with to correct an error with my recent shipment. I was sent the wrong items so I emailed customer support with the problem. I received message back within 24hr from James. He validated my order and what I had received were not the same, and had a solution very quickly! I received a pre-paid label, via email, to send back the wrong supplies, and James took care of getting the replacement order out to me, shipping same day with upgraded fast shipping at no charge. Very happy customer here, and I will be a returning customer for sure!! Thanks for all your help James!!

I understand being out of product. I do not understand, not contacting the customer when an issue arises. On my order, WCV was out of certain cartridges. Not until I saw that my order had not been fulfilled past the 72 hour waiting period, did I contact them. Once I initiated the contact, I was informed they were out of what I had ordered. All though their system stated it was available and the reason I ordered. I did eventually receive my order and a few of the boxes were torn and obviously not new. My first two orders were perfect and then on this last order, I rate it as average. They asked that I write them a Google review. So here I am. Hopefully on the next order, it will be handled professionally and the wait and not contact the customer issue I encountered will not happen.
My fist order took a while to get here over 2 weeks on a 2 day shipping. Not great at communication. The second order they did amazing I placed my order last Friday and this Friday 10am I got my order even with the pandemic. If you are patient definitely order its worth the cheaper price. They havent sent me the wrong juice either everything has been exactly as I ordered it. Im extremely happy with my outcome!

I ordered and they sent out the wrong flavor. I sent a email explaining the problem. They got back to me the same day and I showed them a pic of my packing slip and a pic of the wrong bottle. And again, the same day, they replied back that they would send out the correct flavor. I’m quite impressed with their customer service! Delivery was pretty speedy also.
Bas customer service. I ordered 3 bottles from them, they sent me the wrong items, and then told me they wouldnt do anything about it until I completed a return. They told me I couldnt send anything back if it was open, but if course I had opened a bottle before realizing they sent 0 mg instead of 12 mg as I ordered. I even sent them pictures of what they had sent me.These people will take your money and tell you to f off. Find somewhere else..
I’ve been ordering from West Coast for over a year maybe more. I was always surprised at how quickly the delivery was! They carry all the major brands and some of the smaller ones as well. Their prices are almost the best that can be found.My last order didn’t go as well but customer service was freaking great and took good care of me and future purchases.
I found WCVS online when my regular delivery company lost my autodelivery order. They wouldnt even take a trouble report until 21 days passed!Ordered from West Coast Vape and had my order in 2 DAYS! West Coast is amazing. Had a great package for a good price. I will definitely be ordering again. (still waiting for the other companys shipment or refund)They even email reminder that its time to re-order. Great company. Very happy with service.
Ive been vaping and buying supplies for almost 10 years. In that time, Ive done brick and mortar and LOTS of online shopping. Of all the vendors Ive shopped, West Coast Vape has always been the most consistent. They have great pricing and even with the supply chain issues we have nowadays, Ive still gotten good service. On the rare occasion when something was out of stock, they contacted me and we worked toward a replacement product and then shipped it the same day. I received a notification of shipment that same day and the whole deal took place after 5:00 PM Central! The personal touch to their service is something that is hard to come by. Give them a shot and I dont think youll be disappointed. Ive been buying from them for almost two years and they have done well by me!
Havent had one single issue. the selection is good. the prices are great.my orders are always shipped out on time. the last order i received 3 days after placing itthe support staff have always been responsive to my questions
I’ve used this company for over a year, and never had any problems. But I’ve placed two orders in the last four months. One never shipped at all and, after asking several times of asking for a refund, I finally got it. I placed another order on April 11th 2021, thinking they may have resolved their issues, and the order “shipped”. I emailed 6 times and the issues were blamed on a new shipping company. After the 6th email, they finally refunded me for the products but not the shipping, stating that they had shipped and I was to refuse delivery when they got here. I paid $12.99 for two day shipping and after an ENTIRE MONTH hadn’t receive d my order and they refuse to refund my shipping. It is not my fault they picked a horrible shipping company and my order was probably stolen! Horrible customer service. My seventh email was requesting my shipping fee be refunded because this is their issue, not mine. Of course, they haven’t responded. Do not shop here.
I see many bad reviews and I truly feel for those people, but Ive ordered three times this year and have had great results. The Naked bundles make it cheaper than I can find in any shop. The free shipping for orders over 100 is awesome! The longest Ive waited for an order to arrive (all the way across the country) was 7 days during the beginning of the pandemic. My order I received today was placed AND shipped 3 days ago! Amazing!!!
Prices are fantastic and shipping was fast to the other side of the US. Not the end of the glowing 5 star review though, these folks take their customer service seriously... Had a problem with my order (mistakes happen, I totally get it, not a big deal), sent an email, and had a response within an hour. As if that quick attention wasnt great enough, the issue was resolved and the correct order went out that day! Incredible customer service, couldnt be happier with my experience!!! Best prices I have found and a good selection. One of their pick 3 bundles costs about as much as a single bottle at other shops. They also stock 0mg which is great if you are trying to step down from 3mg slowly.However, their shipping is an absolute gamble. Sometimes they ship with USPS and that is usually fine. Other times they ship with Deliver-it, which is a dumpster fire of a company. Receiving the package is always a nightmare, and their customer service is non-existant. They will claim to have made delivery attempts and leave no door tag or notification, they will give you 6 hour middle of the day delivery windows etc. Complete mess that reflects poorly on WCV because of their association.
I have been buying from West Coast Vape Supply for about a year now, and they are by far the most reliable company I have ever dealt with. They always have my preferred juice in stock, and a great selection. I haven’t found better prices anywhere else either. I highly recommend these guys. They also ship super fast and I am all the way out on the east coast.
This company is basically a scam! My order never was shipped and it took 6 weeks to get a refund. Absolutely unacceptable!I placed a simple order through them and after 2 weeks of no tracking info sent, I reached out to customer service to see why. It took another 10 days before I actually got a reply after numerous attempts to contact customer service calling and emailing.I was been told the items are not in stock, but a shipment had just arrived. After another week of no tracking info I then tried to communicate with customer service again and was finally told they will issue a refund.Even after this refund conversation it took another two weeks before the refund was even issued, and that is not default of my credit card company that typically takes 48hours to post.Looking online I am definitely not the only person with this awful experience and it blows my mind that its company is able to do this. My thoughts are that they prey on customers who do not pay attention and possibly forget that their order was not fulfilled.I had previously purchased through this company close to 10 times and had not had a bad experience, but this one mess up was way unforgivable. o the way they handled the situation was awful, and this experience happened in December 2019. Nothing to do with the covid-19 pandemic!Do not buy through this company unless you want to just waste time and throw away money.
Do not purchase anything from this company. You will not get your items for over a month and there is only one way to get in contact with them and its through email. They have the worst refund policy and they will not help you with any questions you have regarding your purchases. Many other reviews have stated that theyve received the completely wrong items, waited months to get their merchandise or theyve received a broken or defective product.Ive already put in a report to the BBB and even they say they cant get a hold of anyone at this company, they have over 127 filed complaints in the last 3 years and 52 complaints in the last year.In addition, the phone number that is listed is set to automatically go to a prerecorded voicemail that gets you no where. They use their own mailing/mail company that takes weeks and for me almost a month to get a single update tracking wise.They will gladly take your money but after that enjoy waiting eons for your order to come in.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!!!!I placed my order on march 3rd. Delivery company tried to deliver to my house on march 8th and march 9th while I was at work. Neither West Coast Vape or the delivery company answer phone calls. now Im going to have to call my credit card company and dispute this transaction.
Ordered my juice 100 dollars worth paid for it then got an email 2 days later saying I owed them 92 dollars in ohio juice tax if I would have seen that in the original purchase I would not have ordered now they wont give me my money back
These guys have been great I have ordered from them in the past. And this order was great. I read some of the other reviews and people just need to be a little more understanding. Every thing is hard to get ahold of right now and shipping is troublesome right on if you start to run even a little low order ahead of time. Not to mention all the new stupid regulations they are implementing on shipping. But Ive always had good luck with this company.

I have ordered from this company before and had no issues with delivery until now. I placed a order on April 18th and still have received anything. There customer service isnt very good. I only get emails with no Answer! On why its not here. IM switching to another company.

Wait times on orders can be rediculous for sure. Try other sites shipping and communications are much easier. This place lures you in with cheap pricing. The customer service reflects that. Theres basically zero. Ive ordered a few times. It takes 2 weeks sometimes to get your stuff. Im in CA theyre in Nevada. 2 days at most it takes for anything to arrive. Im sitting here 78 hrs later still not even an update on when its even getting shipped out. Stay away. Reached out to customer service and ..... silence. Might be having to dispute these charges because there are so many other great places to buy e liquid from.
I placed an order with this company specifically because my sister used them and received her items without an issue. I placed an order on 12/30/2022 states it was shipped 1/4/2023 however it is now 1/23/2023 and I still have no received my items. It last updated on 1/16/2022 and customer service has been no help with the issue. Highly disappointed in the company. Will not recommend to anyone and my sister and father who have been customers for several months will not be ordering from them again.
Great selection and pricing. Unfortunately the run around I get with shipping is getting old. This is now my 3rd order from them. The first one took awhile but it was in the beginning of all the covid stuff so it was understandable. The second order was fairly prompt considering howvlong the first one took.. now to my 3rd order.. Its been almost an entire month waiting on this order. I had gotten nothing from them for around 2 weeks other than the conformation. I emailed them and was told some flavors werent in stock. Wouldve been nice if they had contacted me sooner to let me know so I couldve updated my order. It took 3 days for them to reply to my order update. Now my items have shipped 5 days ago and I got the notice today that its not showing up on time. Even more annoying I paid extra for faster shipping.
My husband has ordered from this company on multiple occasions. The customer service is fantastic and shipping has always been quick and efficient. The last order, I made incorrectly and I was able to email and get it changed before shipping even though it was MY mistake!
Nightmare. I ordered stuff. Got an email confirming. A week later I still had not received and email that it had been shipped. I emailed. Then I decided to call. What did I find out? 2 items I ordered (QTY of 2 each), they were out of stock. Well it showed in stock on the website. I told them to replace the items with something else and I even told them what to replaced it with. I specially said nothing dessert flavored. The receipt had it handwritten of two bottles of juice which is not what I said... cupcake flavored... dessert... not what I asked for. I emailed them and they asked to see a picture. I sent the picture on Monday, it is Wednesday, and I have not received an email back. I have also tried calling them, but no answer. My suggestion, shop at Flawless. I always get the right order with them and if they run out of something they call you darn near immediately and then ship it out right after. Much better customer service. This was the first and last time I buy from West Coast Vape Supply!
I have done business with this company several times and up until now, I have never had a big enough issue to write a review. I recently placed a $91 order on the 4th and as of today, the 11th, I still dont have a shipped order. According to the webite, the order states unfulfilled. I have request by two separate emails, first a status update and second asking to cancel my order and issue a refund. Still no response to either email. They dont provide a customer number that I have found, which lets me know that they are on the shady side of things. I will not be doing business with them again. I am now contacting my credit card company to investigate.

I have ordered online as I live out of state and the selection here is better than my in state options and cheaper. I have ordered from here twice and will continue to do so. Also the customer service department is top notch, I had an issue with my second order and they were quick to resolve it over email in a satisfactory way. I definitely recommended ordering online from here as it has worked out quite well for me and I will be ordering from here again.

Shipment is exactly what I ordered and all arrived in good condition. Thanks again. You are my vape supplier!2-01-23 Ordered more vape salts, pods and this time a vape machine. Order was slow (over 2 wks) and delivery person knocked once and then was going to mark it as undeliverable. I chased after them and got them to give me my order (they didnt want to). Because the order with the vape machine cant be shipped via USPS/UPS/etc (stupid laws) the third party shipping company is less than wonderful. I have no doubt that WestCoast Vape shipped it right away. So.. The lesson here is ordering anything but a vape machine will be quick and reliable, but if youre ordering a vape machine, be very alert and watch closely for your shipment (both by checking the tracking and making sure youre home when it comes). Again Westcoast Vape does wonderful, but the third party shipper leave much to be desired.
Ive always had a positive to great experience with ordering form West Coast Vape Supply. All of my orders are processed fairly quickly and I am notified practically every step of the way, when and where, my order is. Their customer service responds to inquires I have and have been very helpful. Until I actually have a problem with their service, I cant see giving them anything less than a 5 star rating.
Ive ordered several times from West Coast Vape and they are very fast with reasonable prices. I had a couple issue with out of stock, but their customer service went above and beyond in keeping me informed of the status. Every time I emailed them, they got back to me within a couple hours. They are the BEST!!

First order paid for 2 day shipping, they say it takes 24-72 hours to proces the order before they ship it out. So with 2 day shipping, should be 5-6 days right? NOPE! Took 12 days. Okay fine. Maybe just a one time thing. This time I paid $20 for 2 day shipping. Remember the 72 hour process time? Now it’s been 1 week since then. No package sent out. No tracking number. And they never answer their phones or reply on their service email! And you can bet I won’t be getting my 20 dollars back for 2 day shipping that didn’t happen. Bad business all around.
Ill give them one star never used them before but i needed juice thought id give them a try. i ordered 10 blueberry lemon ...somehow i got blueberry lemon menthol...i emailed them directly and customer support so ill see if they have decent customer service.....will see..if they fix their mistake ill do another review.Update: I reached out to them they wanted a picture of the product and the packing slip I ordered so they can get it taken care ofI did take a picture of the juice I told them the packing slip was thrown awayStill patiently waiting so far so good.Update: They did in fact deliver my juice faster than before. 5 stars im happy with this company and customer service. i had a problem they fixed it right away. will keep doing business with them.
