I absolutely love my self care days at Vous Salon! I have been a client of April’s for a couple of years now, and I have not encountered a better esthetician who is able to give me the beautiful, real lash extension look that she provides. She is also the best for all of your waxing and facial treatment needs! The Vous atmosphere and family are extremely welcoming. Never leaving!

Vous is the BEST Salon in town! Wonderful staff and super sheek atmosphere that draws you in. When you walk in the door, youre greeted with beautiful smiles and glass of bubbly which immediately relieves the stress of the day. Every service Ive received at Vous has been next level, top notch, professional quality. Perfect haircuts and styling, addictive facials by their incredible Esthetician April, and ultimate relaxation weekend retreats are just a few of the many superior services offered at Vous. Bri did an excellent job with my cut and color! She took her time to really understand and figure out how to achieve the look I was going for. It is also a beautiful salon with a day spa like waiting area while your hair color sets. I will definitely be back!

Ellis is fantastic! Shes a great listener, with a wonderful, and bubbly personality who remembers my hair needs and concerns.I work in property maintenance and construction, so my hair is always up, rough, and sometimes gets hit with a little bit of paint, but it is always so incredibly soft and healthy when I leave her chair!!

April worked her magic for my Anti-aging facial.I even fell asleep because I was so relaxed. Can’t wait for my next appt😊Vous is such a great place to be pampered.

This is the place! Massages, lashes, sound therapy, facials, salt room, extensions, and all things hair. To be able to get my hair done, relax in a salt therapy room or getting a massage while waiting on color. I cannot say enough about this place and everyone who works her, especially the owner. Such a vibe.

Ellis did an amazing job transforming my grown out highlights into a fully blonde color! In love with the length and color. I have returned and plan to again many times in the future.

Ive been going to Vous for about 6 months now. As a woman who cuts her hair short is difficult to find the perfect stylist who will listen and actually cut as short as you want. Bree is that person! Not only is she kind and interested in your needs she is very skilled. I had 2 others mess my hair up before I went to her. Even when I throw her a curve ball she is on top of it. This last time I went I decided to treat myself and got a facial as well as my normal cut. Ashley not only very kindly greeted me at the door but answered my husbands 100 questions on the phone before I even arrived (I had surgery the week before and needed a ride). Then, I was lead to the relaxation room where I was able to take a step out of my life and breath. Honestly I want this room as my livingroom! From there April greated me and went over any health concerns I may have with products. The facial was divine! The table was heated, there was a neck and shoulder massage, April was knowledgeable and full of fresh conversation. Ive been to a lot of salons, but Vous is the only place Ive actually felt heard and valued.

This place truly has a special vibe, and everyone is truly so nice. Guests always seem relaxed and happy, which is how I feel when Im there :-) My hair is very long, thick, and pretty unruly. Jessica somehow makes cutting, highlighting, and blowing it out seem effortless-- I would travel to see her if I had to. Shes also dedicated to the vision, and to the success of her coworkers. This place is beautiful and luxurious, and will leave you feeling the same. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend VOUS to anyone, and would go more often if I could!

Absolutely amazing!! I had a birthday party here and it exceeded every expectation I had. Everyone was so kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect experience. Jessica saved my hair! She knew exactly how to cut my hair, while Others over the years just havent known how to do what she can. The compliments I get on my hair now are plenty! She listens and lets her handsWork their magic! Now...the salon. The salon spa is not only gorgeous, but youre also so pampered and have a sense of escape and relaxation! Bri is the absolute best! She has given my hair new life since I’ve been seeing her and I never leave disappointed, she’s a true artist! The salon its self is stunning and such a relaxed environment, not to mention all of the stylists and receptionists are so friendly and conversational!

First time visiting VOUS today, and I cannot recommend them enough. I booked a 90 minute aromatherapy massage with April and asked her to include some trigger point therapy. She was more than happy to accommodate my request. April clearly has a ton of experience because the massage was easily one of, if not the, best massage I’ve ever had. The facility was also gorgeous, and the staff was incredibly friendly! So excited to finally have a luxury spa and salon like this in Huntsville!

Truly blown away by the service at Vous. Everyone is so friendly, calm, and sweet. The styling and decor are luxe & gorgeous but the price of services is really fair. My experience here went above and beyond any expectations I had when booking my appointment. Anna is an amazing massage therapist. I really love the relaxation room that’s available to enjoy before or after your service. The eye massaging mask is really cool! Can’t wait to try more things at this amazing place.

My husband and I enjoyed a couples massage here a few weeks ago and it was wonderful!! The whole salon is beautiful and has such a calming vibe. We enjoyed the cozy sitting room with a glass of champagne before our massage and both therapists were amazing. 10/10 recommend Vous Salon and can’t wait to go back!

I’ve visited VOUS multiple times, and each time has been incredible! My husband and I enjoyed a couples retreat day with Anna, and then I tried Ellis for Blonding and a hair cut. These ladies know how to make you feel so pampered and special! Counting down the days until I get to go back ❤️❤️❤️

I had an appointment with Ellis this week and am very pleased at the results. Ellis is easy to talk with and she helped me finding the right color for my roots.The atmosphere at the salon was amazing. I love the interior, special rooms, the friendly welcome and how I was treated by everyone. It is a place with lots of natural light what I love too.I definitely will go back for this experience!

After relocating to Huntsville, I have been searching for a hairstylist for some time now. While browsing Instagram, I stumbled upon this particular business and planned to make an online booking. However, I had a few questions and decided to make a call instead. The woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and promptly scheduled my appointment with Ellis. From the moment I walked into the salon until the moment I left, the experience was exceptional. As their name suggests, RETREAT, they create an atmosphere thats welcoming and relaxing. Ellis was attentive and made me feel well-cared for. I received an eyebrow wax, haircut, and blow-dry, and I asked for a voluminous style which Ellis accomplished effortlessly. I highly recommend this salon and Ellis for all your hair needs.

Visiting from out of state …everyone at VOUS was extremely nice and helpful. Alex at the front desk made me feel welcome the moment I walked in the door. Amanda did a great job working with me about being nervous about any changes to my hair. Highly recommended!

The Relaxation Room is a world unto itself with leather chaises, hot or cold teas and beverages, snacks, eye massagers, a waterfall, peaceful nature sounds. Delightful. The most comfortable shampoo bowls await you. Related services include personalized massage by Anna, who is an absolute delight. Jessica takes the time to listen to your hair concerns and desires, and works with you so you leave exactly as you had hoped to look. I went home after my first visit and exclaimed, I have finally found my people! and I look forward to many years of returning to VOUS for fabulous hair, massage, and other ways of taking care of ME.

I had such a great experience. The place was beautiful and comfortable. I met these ladies at an event and I won a massage. Before starting I was presented with a glass of wine. April did a wonderful job and I felt comfortable enough to fall asleep. Another staff member remembered my name after meeting me two weeks ago for 10 minutes. Needless to say, they went above and beyond. I recommend and I will definitely return!

VOUS Salon Retreat is an absolute TREASURE of a glamorous gem in North Alabama! The owner, Jessica Barnes, and the entire team make you feel fully pampered and tailored during every moment youre in their presence! I cannot speak highly enough about them and this salon retreat to anyone I meet! They keep my public appearance being 100% flawless through the hair salon service. VOUS has been referred to for me go to as often as I can for massages with the guasha sports therapy by my physical therapists, as it is the ONLY thing that has helped get my muscles out of spasm after injuries. No other massage therapist or location has had these results for me. VOUS is purely phenomenal and I get excited every time my calendar reminder pings me that my next visit is coming up!!

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed several services at VOUS - not only is the entire team good at what they do, they treat you like you are a VIP! Their warm welcome and all the special little touches like a lumbar massaging, reclining shampoo chair, soft robes and slippers, the beautiful decor, chilled crystal beverage glasses and the relaxation room make me feel refreshed every time I visit.

I have found my new haven. I want to wake up here and go to sleep here every single day. My massage was beyond amazing. the minute you walk in you feel like you are in a whole other serene and calming world. I felt like I was untouchable when leaving. When in Huntsville this is the only salon I love and trust, Ellis is fantastic with color! (Its hard to find colorosts that understand ash tone and she gets it!) Plus this Salon offers quite a few specialized beauty treatments that I typically found on the West Coast. Highly recommend for spa and hair:)

I had the best experience at Vous. I immediately felt more relaxed and at ease as soon as I walked in the door. The decor alone is absolutely breathtaking. The Owner & every member of staff are beautiful inside and out. Prior to my wonderful massage, I enjoyed the salt room while sipping on fruit infused water. I would recommend Vous for anyone that needs to unplug and enjoy a moment to themselves, or share some relaxing time with close friends. Vous is AMAZING!

VOUS was amazing! I went in for a massage and was treated like a king. Got started in the salt room and almost fell asleep using the eye massager. After that the massage itself, including hot stone and aromatherapy. And afterwards, refreshments! I was treated to tea, lemon water to rehydrate, and plenty of snacks. I’ll definitely will go back in the near future to see Anna (and to check out the sauna; no time today unfortunately).

You just feel pampered! I see Jessica for hair color/highlights and cut, and wow! The salon itself is just gorgeous and Jessica is incredibly talented. I’m always thrilled with my hair. Can’t wait to go back to Vous and use the other amenities!

While I dont have the words to properly describe how grateful I am to have met Jessica, to be a client of Vous Salon Retreat, or how life changing her masterful application of Hair Lingerie has been for me I will try.I met Jessica ~1yr ago after trying to cope w trichotillomania & after 1 consultation w her I felt better than I had in a v long time & I was definitely not wrong in feeling that way. After my 1st appointment I was able to do things I had not done in well over a 1½yrs. I was finally able to function as I once had & most importantly I was able to confidently & consistently show up for my family & friends. Trichotillomania is a nightmare & not so easy to manage or overcome, but despite the damage Id done at every appointment Jessica has lifted me up & even when I cant see it for myself, she never fails to point out the triumphs Ive made no matter how small.That type of genuine care & attention to detail is rare enough, but coupled w her wealth of knowledge, vast skills, & taste for the finest quality in everything makes her not just a once in a lifetime stylist or consultant, but also as friend, confidant, & just as a person in whatever capacity one is lucky enough to know her in. So, w/o hesitation I can say the Vous has to be one of THE best & most beautiful places anyone can be regardless of what your appointment is for or the services rendered & bc Jessica is also the owner Im sure youd be hard pressed to find a more relaxing, luxe, & welcoming environment filled w a more competent & friendly staff.
