Super friendly staff. I just ran in and asked for a basic vape pen. I ended up staying for about 20 minutes just shooting the breeze with my buddy and the two employees. They didnt try to upsell me on anything. I got exactly what I asked for and it seems to be good quality so far. Id highly recommend Kickin Ash for all your vape needs.

This is my to-go-to for any of my vaping needs! Just yesterday I bought a Drag-X and I absolutely love it! I want sure about it bc of it being a one 🔋 instead of two like the vape Ive had for over 3 years. The DRAG-X hits super smooth and gives me plenty of power, it comes with two included coils. One is from 32-40 watts and the other one Maxs out at 80 Watts. The staff here are always SUPER AMAZING & HELPFUL:) THIS PLACE IS ALWAYS AND I MEAN ALWAYS SPOTLESS AND SQUEAKY CLEAN!! they have masks in case you forgot yours and hand sanitizer;)

Wonderful little shop. I went in for the first time the other day and the guy behind the counter spent a lot of time trying to help find something to make my device perform the way I want. He also recommended me a bottle of their house juice that I ended up loving and his recommendation was right on the money. The house juices are also incredibly affordable at $10 a bottle. Highly recommended, even if there product selection is small most of it seems to be quality!

Have been to SEVERAL vape shops and I truly felt comfortable here. I didnt feel like I was a pest for asking questions and Shannon was awesome about letting me take my time picking out the perfect mod for me! Kickin Ash has a new loyal customer in me!!

This place is incredible! First, I would like to thank Johna for all the help she provided; very friendly & knowledgeable. I came in with some basics questions & left extremely satisfied with the answers I received. If you’re uncertain about anything, these guys will fill you in with the least amount of bias. They stick to the facts & what others have experienced. Very fair & respectful regarding your preferences. Never felt pressured to make a single purchase.Came in for some coils, left with a new tank, charger, & CBD juice. Either I was so at ease to make an informed purchase, or I got swindled. I don’t care either way. The place & family who run it are awesome. 10/10, would get swindled again.Then there’s the store itself & the presentation. Beautiful, clean & well lit. I thought the glass pane was missing on the end of the display shelf it was so clean. Then the product variety. There’s so much to choose from that you’ll certainly find whatever you’re looking for, whether it’s a new mod, tank, accessory or juice.Definitely coming back! Thanks, you guys!

This is by far the best vape shop in town! Every employee has gone above and beyond to be friendly and helpful! When I dropped my pen and thought for sure I had broken it, they knew exactly what to do and even showed me how to fix it for the next time. They even keep my favorite flavor juice in stock for me! Nice, laid back atmosphere. I only bought a bottle of e-liquid, the price was right, but the flavor lacking. The young lady who waited on me was knowledgeable and didnt try to upsell, a good point in my book.

I love this vape store. They are very helpful when it comes to the products they sell and extremely knowledgable. I have not had a bad experience at all. The pricing is great as is the quality. They seem to be the ONLY store with a variety of mods as well as juice.

I walked in with a problem with my device, and dude knew what was wrong before even telling him my issue. He recommended a brand new juice, along with giving me some tips and walking me through some other products.Most vape associates will hover and tell you how you should be vaping, but these guys allow you space and time to actually decide on what you may actually enjoy.Very clean and possibly the most professional vape shop in of all in Huntsville.

I went into the shop today and dont know much about vaping, the ladies were more than happy to help me find what I needed. I ended up buying a cool little vape box and it was at a good price, it also works very well and Im very happy and will be back here. I have to give this vape shop huge praise! Everyone who works there is very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They dont carry vape liquid that hasnt been pre-steeped, which is wonderful, because you cant get good flavor from unsteeped vape liquid. They dont carry kits or tanks that they dont stock the coils for, (which is a very common problem in pretty much every other vape store weve ever been to) and even if you have a tank that they dont carry, they can find a coil that just might fit your tank! You can sit at the vape bar or in the chairs with friends for a while and just vape & schmooze. They answer questions and pass knowledge on freely if thats your thing.This is just THE best place to learn about vaping and to get the best deals on everything vape related! They even have a loyalty program!

Im terrible with names but the gentleman who helped me is probably the nicest person Ive met in Huntsville. Very welcoming environment, I would highly recommend this place to anyone new to the vape scene or just anyone in general!
