Went in to buy pods showed them my pipe and when I left opened one up it was the wrong ones took them right back and they would only make good the 3 unopened not the whole 4 pack so basically I had to eat it never going there again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone there rude

If I could do less than one star I would maybe a quarter of one star! They sold me defective products 5 minutes when I walk out of the store I tried to go back in and tell him that the product was defective but they would not exchange it or refund it this is a horrible store dont ever go there! They will screw you over and not even care

We went in to purchase a new coil for my husbands vape. The first young lady who was helping us was inexperienced and messed up the whole machine we had went in with. The other lady working immediately stepped in and contacted owner. We got our device that had been ruined replaced with an upgrade for no additional charge. I wish I would have gotten the girls name. She deserves to be recognized for outstanding customer service.

About a month maybe month and a half ago my wife and I bought 2 vapes from this store no issue no problems. Customer service was good. Now trying to get anything for these 2 vapes has been a problem. Ive been to this store 3 different times after to get replacement pods/coils and they are always out of stock. I dont understand how you sell a product and never seem to have the items to keep them running. Having to go to other stores has been an inconvenience but you live and learn. Would recommend other stores to avoid the inconvenience and call ahead.

PRICES ARE AMAZING!EditThis smoke shop continually exceeds my expectations and ups the game on my experience there. I have stopped going to other smoke shops. They cant match the quality of employee knowledge, vast product choices, or customer service. Kudos to Vape City.

Went in to buy juice the lady behind the counter opened a juice to test flavor, she stated it was a 0%. I informed her that was the correct one i need a 6%. went to counter to pay while she closed the display. got home and found she had sold me the 0%. went to have it returned and they refused even though it was there employee who opened it and made the mistake. Won’t be back

I came in and asked Caleb if CBD was effective at reducing stomach inflammation, and he said no and that it was really only effective for joints, muscles, and bones. It was obvious that they werent trying to just sell me something like so many other vape shops I have been to in the past. I appreciate the honesty.

Hey Vape City, check your security video for 4:50pm sunday, may 21. listen to your service person say a vape is 2500mg when i ask how many milliliters are in it! grams are not a volume measurement! when i explained that, she started bullying me & kicked me out of your store!! get some HONEST, non-con artists to work there. she was lying every sentence!! plus she a BIG BULLY who is bossy & doesnt let others talk. just wants to argue & fight w customers!! a real bully who says she is PERFECT & knows this (tells 3 lies), knows that (tells 5 lies), trying to con you into info that makes zero sense to people that have a law degree, lying about your products & your fake rules. she is pushing propaganda on customers & that is an FTC violation!! im filing there next!

Every time I buy a vape from them, it breaks in a month give or take or leaks or does what is opposite to as advertised. Every device I buy from them never has pods in stock but don’t worry they are “coming next week” which never happens. Every device I’ve ever boughten from this location I’ve had to replace either due to it dying way earlier than it’s supposed to or the fact they just don’t even sell pods for it anymore by the time you need them. I can only recommend them when it comes to disposables and if every other vape shop is closed

Paulie and summer gave me world class customer service, answered my questions about product intelligently and actually knew what they were talking about. They have yet again earned my business just like clock work, You’ll never catch me at any other vape shop in Huntsville.

Bought an Apebar from this store yesterday morning, and it has ONLY been 28 hours having it and it has burnt out on me. They REFUSE to help me due to it “being out of their 24 hour return policy”! Apebars last me a MINIMUM of two weeks, and they give me a dud, and REFUSE to even give me a discount on a new one. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! They will not work with you because “their higherups watch their returns/exchanges” and care more about themselves than the customer.

The two girls In the store this morning didn’t know a thing about vapes. When asked about a particular vape they said they “didn’t know”. A customer in front of me was putting his coil in & he had to teach them how to do it. “We don’t smoke” while working at a vape shop is like a vegan working at McDonald’s 😂 YALL WILL NO LONGER GET MY BUSINESS.

Great customer service every time. I had an issue with a product I bought and the manager Tiki was able to help replace it quick and easy. Highly recommend this place.

Dont bother going ... Went in during my lunch break for a coil for the vape I bought FROM them, they didnt know enough about the stock to know the coils, the clerk assured me that I could return the $10 coil if it was there wrong one, which it was... So when I returned after work a NEW clerk was there and we found the coil, but they refused to honor the word of the previous clerk... So it came down to 2 trips and $20 for 1 coil.... Lost me as a customer....

If I could I would give a zero star. They sold me a vape set up and they dont even keep the pods. I just went through 2 pod coils in 2 days and feel like vape city robbed me

So I typically don’t complain at places but this is the worst place to go to other than a gas station to get your vape! This is the second time I got a vape from there and right after the 24 hrs mark the vape start leaking juice or not hitting right! I understand there is a policy with 24 hrs but I have literally had this vape for a day and a half and the juice is leaking everywhere out of the bottom And the light is staying on as if I am hitting it
