Great atmosphere! Friendly staff! The Acupressure massage was wonderful! I didnt want it to end! I felt so rejuvenated afterward! Definitely worth the money! I cant wait to go again!

Poor customer service. Called and booked 2 90min appointments for my wife and I. They only had one person ready at our appointment time. Sat on the couch assuming someone would come from the back for my appointment. 45 min passed, I watched the guy walked away multiple times during her massage. They don’t value the time. He went to the front desk to book another appointment with a different customer just wasting time during the massage. I just told him to stop and we paid for 45 min and left. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and definitely won’t come back.

I love massages, so I came here on my birthday hoping to get a nice massage to celebrate the big day. Instead, I got 30 minutes of pain and suffering. The man at the end did a karate chop massage that hurt so bad it ruined the entire experience for me. I definitely dont recommend coming here.

Over charged my boyfriend and even asked for a tip when we he nicely said no but than gave in and gave 5$ also at first we wanted 20 min but he gave him 1 hour and still charge us even tho we didn’t want it

Super rude, we felt that because we showed our gift certificates at the beginning, the staff completely put us on the back burner. Told us to come back in an hour and 20 mins later when we had already driven an hour which we did, but when we came back at the agreed upon time, we were still told we would have to wait an additional 10 to 20 minutes before they would be able to see us. Almost 2 hours! Very inconsiderate to leave us sitting and waiting in front of the store watching them take customers close to our scheduled time and not seeming to care.Couldnt comment on the quality of the actual massage because we never received one.

She knows how to heal your back she dont put needles in your back like the doctors do she knows what shes doing she dont sit there and laugh at you

This place is shady. You’re better off just avoiding it. They over charged us by $50 and would not fix the issue.I took my mom for Mother’s Day. We asked for the 60 minute massage and reflexology combo which is $60 dollars. About 10 mins into the massage the guy working with my mom told her she needed 45 mins for massage and 15 mins for reflexology because of the knots in her back. She said okay since it was still the 60 minutes. After the massage the guy told us it would be $75 because we got a 45 min massage and 20 minute reflexology which we did NOT AGREE TO. Once I left I was looking over my receipt and they had charged me $170 dollars for the 2 of us which is even more than he said. I came back to talk to them and they refused to fix it and it seemed like this had happened more than once before.Additionally they use paper towels on the massage table to keep it sanitary. The masseuses talked loudly between each other the whole time and the massage it’s self was only okay.

NOT RECOMMENDED !!Worst place they dont respect the time they are getting paid for, they stopped to answered their cellphone couple times then showed it to the other guy, while my daughters and husbands time was running, when it was time to pay I told him I was paying cash to avoid getting charged an extra 3.5% then he asked me if I was leaving them a tip I said $5 for each because they didnt work the time they said and wast satisfied with their work. Had one of the best full body massages for 90 mins.

I have been going here for many years, especially recently, as I had to have foot surgery and they are really the only way I have found to alleviate my pain. Love them all and so grateful. Theres always an air of relaxation there as well. Very positive energy!

I like the feel the place give out into the walk way it weird its like you are welcome here. but stay away were closed. its actualy really nice and helpful. i honstly feel this store discribs the hole place as a mall its awesome. ill try a massage in the coming few weeks and update it at a later date.

This is my go-to place whenever I need a great massage. The staff is always inviting and cheerful. Compared to other massage businesses, I’d say this company is far superior to the rest. The one thing I love about this place is that they are always there whenever you need a deep tissue massage and you never need to make an appointment to get the service you need. All in all, if youre looking for a great massage and an even better atmosphere, then this is the place to go.

I went in for a 30 minute chair massage hoping to feel relaxed before our trek through Yellowstone. What I got was 30 minutes of pain and tension. The man who did the massage used his knuckles and elbows, pushing very hard in my shoulders and around the shoulder blades. I can’t explain the pain I felt. I told him a few times that what he was doing hurt, but he continued. I kept telling myself surely he knows what he is doing, surely I will feel relief when this is done. But when I left, I felt horribly sore. And the day after I couldn’t even put my purse on my shoulders. I am bruised around the shoulders. DO NOT GO HERE!!! It is not worth your money or the pain!

We got our massages yesterday, and the whole day yesterday afterwords and today I am ridiculously sore everywhere, especially on my back. It was a very rough acupressure massage, and afterwords one of the people there told my husband that he didn’t tip enough. I wouldn’t go there again.

A great place if youre looking for a good Chinese massage that gets real deep into the tissue. They use their elbows to get really deep into the tissue and it can be painful if youre not used to it. The first time I went I left sore, but the body felt loose. Visits after that did not leave me sore and have not thus far after 5+ visits. If youre just looking to get a relaxing massage, you may want to go elsewhere, but if youre looking to get your body loose, then give them a go.

Found via a Google search and stopped here after a 2700-mi road trip. I told the woman inside that my daughter and I wanted 20-min chair massages, and she strongly suggested a 20-min full body acupressure instead. I was hesitant, but agreed. Oh. My. Gosh. Best decision ever. My only regret is that I didnt get 45min or an hour instead. Im from the East Coast, so I cant really be a repeat customer, but if I lived here, this would totally be my getaway.

I had the 45 minute table massage with the man and told them I had been having tension headaches and such for the past while. He focused a lot on my neck and I feel incredible now and I would go back in a heartbeat. Seriously the best massage I have ever had in my life.

Noooooo!!!, just no!!! I know this was not thirty minutes for $40-45! Very painful hurt and more than it helped. I dont think my person that worked on me was trained at all...

Four us us went and we paid ahead with a tip as well. As I was finished he asked for another tip. I told him we just paid 230 dollars plus 20 dollar tip. He then shooed me off. I was appalled. I felt so disrespected. I am so upset about the way I was treated.

Their skills are actually really good but it’s really hard to make an appointment with them. It’s all walk-in in the mall. It is unpredictable how long you have to wait each time you go. I wish they have a website to allow you making an appointment. It will be a lot easier.

The best place to go when you just need to get in somewhere without needing an appointment. I make a weekly visit! They are amazing!

On my way to Yellowstone and found this extremly good massage salon in Idaho falls. Probably the best deep tissue massage Ive ever had. I like asian massage, generally since they understand acupuncture points and really put efforts to help you break down the muscle sticking kob. I would recommend if someone suffers neck and back pain go there, wont be disappointed.

Such regret. I actually hurt worse when I left than when I walked in. Non-English speaking and couldnt or wouldnt respond to my feedback. Wont be making this mistake twice.

Well my first experience in this place wasnt good enough the massage really hurt and dont help I have people here do not answer how you feel o why you there and the massage its very rude I I dont know If i will come back to this place again (maybe not)
