I recently went to this shop with a friend to get a coil for his vape, and the experience was quite disappointing. The staff were rude and seemed more interested in making excuses to kick us out than in helping us. This unfriendly behavior left us with a bad impression. Fortunately, we decided to visit Cloud X Vape afterward, and the difference was night and day. The folks at Cloud X were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. I wont be returning to this shop, and Id recommend Cloud X Vape instead for anyone looking for a better experience.

The manager of this place is cool! But there’s an employee named Jaxx who works there who is very monotone, unhelpful, and seems to never know what she is talking about. She seems as if she has absolutely no personality and hates her life/job. I have gone into this place to get a certain juice, and when asking Jaxx if they had it, she told me “no” without even checking, and when I returned an hour later and talked to the manager, she was able to help me find in right away. I’ve also asked Jaxx questions when buying a mod, and she will literally just tell me “I don’t know” to almost every question I asked. Shes just doesn’t seem like the type of person that should be in customer service.

They do not have a good policy for customer satisfaction. I came in bought a vape, then not even an hour later it was burnt. So I came back to the store to see what they could do for me and the girl working that even sold me the vape not even an hour earlier said her hands are tied and nothing she can do because I left the store well I have had this happen to me before and other vape stores have made sure I was happy and had a good working vape. So I am not pleased with this at all and dont have the money to just buy another one. Very un happy with the way they dont care if their customers are satisfied. And am just making sure others know this is how this store works.

Sad days... Although very knowledgeable and they do have a 6 month exchange/replacement policy, my husbands vape died at 6 months 3 days and they refused to help out because it was outside the policy window. 3 days!?!? Really!?!? Unfortunately theyve now lost our business.

I always love this place and their employees! Dispo’s are -5$ for exact same kind at other shops, and if you AND your partner vape, the third time we come in we have our $10 off rewards!! So worth it

Update: General manager reached out and went above and beyond to make everything right. Will be a full time customer there now.Refuse to work with you on a broken unit and giving excuses that the manager is not in and sold a known issue device.

Dang, what a let down. The clerk was so dead inside and unhappy to help us, I decided we should go somewhere else. She was miserable, I felt bad.

Great customer service, always have deals if you are low on cash. They have something for everyone. As far as broken vapes and leaking vapes they have you open the package in the store and if it is leaking or broken they will replace it on the spot. I got 3 in a row that were leaking and they replaced them right then and there.

Ive waited about 6 weeks to leave this review. Previously, anytime I traveled through Idaho Falls, I made sure to stop in and stock up on Kratom.This is the 5th visit in 6 weeks that I have come in and there is still no sign of them having the Kratom I would normally purchase, but they have all types of new and much more expensive product everytime I stop in. They keep telling me theyre waiting for it (The Gorilla Kratom i have come to love), but in todays world, no one waits 6 weeks+ for anything. If anyone could give me any kind if answer, I would be satisfied, but they have yet to.I will be spending my money at other shops that can get the products people are asking for from now on. I know not what changed at the Idaho Falls Vape shop, but it has soured me to the point that I will not return. What a shame.

Good selection! Oddly enough it was 2.1 snus when I was there. Therefore it was a great stop!

Was religiously coming here and completely sold them out of the blue raz and strawberry b-day HYDE REBEL PRO. Then after I quickly ran through every last one of both flavors I was immediately promised by two employees that they were going to be ordering and receiving more by Tuesday the very next week it has been 4 weeks now that I have been calling religiously and no one has received or placed an order for more like I was so confidently promised weeks ago nowhere else has these flavors and it is seriously driving me up the wall with anticipation other than the fact that I was reassured multiple times in that first week that more was coming in and it got me excited and relieved that I wasnt going to have to run out I am very picky with flavors and those are the only two especially the strawberry bday flavor that I like and a side from my benefit its literally costing your store hundreds of dollars in sales by not ordering more of these! Its super simple to do and I dont understand why no one would follow through on that firmly knowing how much money they would be making with my religious business that I have consistently gave them with those flavors! Please please God can somebody read this and take it seriously for real and just put in a simple order for more of these two flavors real fast? Especially the strawberry bday Rebel Pro? It would literally be a miracle as of right now and the biggest relief to find out the next time I call that its either in stock now or it has finally after empty promises for weeks been ordered. Please God someone important read this and make it happen for freaking reels man I am begging you at this point. Thank you

Bought a Voopoo Drag nano 2 back in October which sadly quit working a few days ago. Brought it back in and they gave me a brand new one. Most other vape shops are horrible with returns so I was surprised they did it for me. Easily the best vape shop in town

The only good thing about this place is the fact they have the phone number point system.Ive been going in for a couple years now and 50% of the time I walk out with something that is ok.The past 4 times Ive gone- the point system hasnt been working, the vapes I used to like are gone, some of the staff is rude and down right cold, but the staff thats nice I try to get stuff that the staff recommends since I dont know what else to try- but that ends up falling flat.I have been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but its disappointing.I bought a disposable vape 3 days ago and it is crackling, leaking, and burning when Im not even using it.Ive been calling trying to get help about it but have gotten not one person to answer.Very disappointed.

I went in here looking for a vape I usually smoke lost Mary he said they were sold out. Then was very stern on me trying these Hyde brand vapes he said they taste amazing and it’s such a good deal 3 for $30! Do NOT do it such a waste of money these are all so nasty no wonder he wanted me to buy 3 to get rid of them. I think this is so rude now I have to go to a real vape store and get a real good vape. Of course they won’t do anything about it either so I’m just out $30 nice! It was my first time there and I will never ever be back!

A friend and I went into this store last night and had the best experience ever at a vape shop. When we arrived the girl behind the counter was helping 2 customers while another and the two of us waited. Vanessa was friendly but quick while she made sure to see to all their needs. She then gave the same great service to the man ahead of us. When it was our turn she apologized for the wait which barely seemed long at all. She then used her knowledge and experience to help us with our choices. She apologized for the lack of inventory and made sure to point out the juice in the sales case when we couldnt decide. At the end of our visit, she remembered the list of things we had mentioned that we came in for when we felt we were forgetting something. All in all, 5 stars does not do justice to the excellent service we had at Vape from Vanessa!

Vanessa was very helpful and informative on the products I needed. Quick and friendly customer service. 10/10 definitely recommend.

I went to this Vape store because my son works at the one in Pocatello, Idaho. He recommended I check it out because they always have sales on vape juices and related products. I use a Vapresso XROS which uses nicotine salts, and I was impressed with this place!Firstly, I was nicely greeted as I walked in and there was both a male and female employee working. They informed me of the daily special, but one get the 2nd half off! What a great deal! They had flavors I never even knew existed, it was great! The only bummer was they dont carry the pods I need for my vape at this time.The store was immaculately clean and very bright, with well lit shelves and cases full of variety and fun and interesting items! The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful, and very friendly! I live across town and its very much worth the drive, this is now my store! I definitely recommend!

I stopped by here and honestly had a great chat with the associates, asked for a recommendation on a disposable vape and they pointed me to a hyve. Never had one before so I was skeptical to say the least but they told me if anything happened that they could take it back, THATS how confident they were. She rang me up, took a few puffs in the shop and called it good and left. As soon as I got home it didnt work, so I called them and they said they couldnt do anything, even after they said they would stand by it. They lie to get sales then tell you that your out of luck when something bad happens. Not worth it to waste your time and money here

10/10 would recommend going here to all my friends and family. Sayetzi,was my cashier and she was very very helpful and super friendly to me and the other customers in the store! She was very kind and polite and helped us out and found what I was looking for. Definitely going to be going back because of her 🤙

Very upset went in got a disposable vape. Wasnt told I could try it in the store. As I was walking out I was opening it up as soon as I tried to hit it nothing came out I immediately turned around went in and the lady said theres nothing she can do since I left the store. So I spent $30 on a vape I couldnt use. Very disappointed. Ended up stopping by a gas station and bought some cigarettes since I cant spend another $30 again.Thanks!😑

I go here often, went in today bought juice and a disposable vape. Left the store opened vape it didnt work went back in was told sorry cant do any thing for you. Horrible way to run a business. No customer service, wont be back!

I always stop here first for expert service. I have bought many ejuices and equipment from Amanda who is the manager. She is VERY knowledgeable on flavors, decks,tanks etc. I have been to many places in the area, but I have found a home for my vape needs thanks to amanda....she needs a raise btw 😀

Drae was amazing tonight he was amazing with all the costumers that came in while we were there he was super fast and drae and Jose and Vanessa are mine and my wife’s favorite workers there we love this shop so much thank you guys for all the help you give us ❤️❤️

This place is Great! The customer service is fabulous, along with awesome prices. Definitely my new go to in Idahofalls.

Since I live very close by its awesome having a nice shop close by. Every time Ive went in Ive found what I needed and was happy with price.
