I drove out of my way to get here right at opening (9am according to google) door states that opening is 10am. It is a little frustrating that your business hasnt adjusted hours on your best advertising tool (Google)

I have been doing business here for over 8 years and the only people I like to deal with is Corey as well as the young lady although they have one employee whoIs In the wrong business as he does not speak does not say hello is very ignorant and when I see him next time I will turn around and walk out!!Also in the past week I visited the store on 3rd street At 9:30 9:45 And no one was there I had to drive up to the Atlantic Boulevard location

My husband bought me a gift for our upcoming trip from this place. I followed the instructions to use the product but it didnt work as expected. I searched for it on YouTube and discovered that it was not producing the correct results. My husband spoke to the seller, but they refused to help. The product cost $278.39 and the seller was not helpful. Find another place to spend your hard earned money with people that stand behind their products!Thank you for your reply but you are saying you are sorry that I did not know how it worked, that is why people use the instructions. Also you are saying that it is the top of the line, that still does not say that it can not malfunction. If you keep reading some of the other comments your products do not stand up to the top of the line description. So I am not the only person that has had problems with the products you sell. No thank you for selling me another one at half price. Its crazy that you try to put the malfunction on me or my husband. Why did you not give options to my husband when he came back up there to talk to you about this item. I had to leave a review to get an option for this item. I believe you have an option to us to make you look good because you surely brushed my husband off when he came back up to the store to talk to you about it. I still say people stay away from this shop. There are other smoke shops out here at the beach like the one across the street.

Placed an online order for an opal peak pro power dock. Well I got the purchase confirmation but as far as any progress for tracking or response there was nothing I left multiple emails no I’m just going to dispute it and move from there. These guys are straight bozo’s you been warned.

I was helped with Liz, she was great we talked about a bunch of different products and trends. I went to this shop because I was told they had peace water (prevents resin buildup in water pipes). They had it in stock and after going back and forth with Liz she helped me find a bunch of other products that fit my lifestyle exactly! Pretty face too !

I go to the smokers bay over at ATB all the time and work next door at culhanes so I give them lots of business and just wanted to give Brittany at the jax location a shout out for taking care of their customers! Best selection, friendly staff, open late. The only other shop that is THIS good are other smokers bays. I go here weekly just to look. Prices are always lower than i expect and staff is great at making recommendations and will even bargain with you for a lower price

Im in this smoke shop at least 5 days of the week because of the variety and usually feel extremely welcomed. Although, there is one brunette that works there who has an extremely unwelcoming vibe. I really enjoy the other workers though so im not going to stop coming in just bc of her

Shopped at this place for months, enrolled in the rewards program through the app and all. Spent a lot, visited frequently, and redeemed many rewards. Went in today and was told my ID was fake and that I was not getting it back. The cashier only gave me my ID back when I threatened to call the police. Cashier was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

Came in with my fiance for a small pipe. Was amazed by the Kratom prices and selection was on point. Wish I wasnt just visiting when I stopped by here and I forgot to get the name of the man that helped us out. Glassware is a bit pricey but there are many options.

Smokers Bay is the best. I had an awesome experience. very customer oriented and friendly staff. I purchased a vape and a week later took it back to get them to show me how to properly prime and replace the coil. ended up there was a problem with my vape machine. they stood behind their product and replaced it. Wide selection of glassware, vapes, cbd products and E-liquid. The cashier during my visit (tall white guy with black infinity scarf face mask) was super knowledgeable of the products and gave me great recommendations. If you live in Ponte Vedra you know we dont have a vape shop here, drive a few minutes north and check these guys out

Lady wasnt knowledgeable about equipment, no directions came with it either. They own two shops, I later purchased from the other shop and the guy was more knowledgeable as well as personable. I would not recommend this location, try their northern store or another place altogether.

I went to Smokers Bay 3x during a recent trip to Jax. I found them via google and stopped in to grab a few things. The girl working that day went above and beyond to give me opinions on products instead of just allowing me to buy something that I didnt know was not up to par. Then I went back a couple more times for more items and all the people I dealt with were accommodating, friendly and didnt treat you like an idiot when asking questions. Im originally a Jax native so if my friends ask for a recommendation, Ill be sending them to Smokers Bay! 5☆ service all around!

Smokers bay lost my business last night after a very rude Asian women who usually works nights there. had the most disrespectful attitude toward customers..... she told us if We didn’t like her attitude she wouldn’t sell us the products we came there to buy and told us to leave.... I’ve been a long time customer of smokers bay and when they get new employees in there who act like they run the business they ruin long time expierences.. I went up the road to a new store called sea glass and customer service was excellent.Where is the old manager manager from smokers bay who use to work nights there ?? What happend ... such a shame to have to now switch stores because of a disrespectful rude newly hired employee.

Vinny helped me today w/ vape battery selection and related tools.He is knowledgeable, and very helpful, giving me great info and recs re equipment, etc.Highly recommend the great selection of stock as well!

Horrible CUSTOMER service! Salesperson sold me a pipe that doesnt even work. Tried to exchange and UPGRADE but was not able to due to it had been used. ONCE! thats when I realized it didnt work! With all the competition out there...Id consider retraining staff and not make snarky comments upon my departure. Very disappointed as I have shopped there for years....so long!

I would avoid coming here. Way overpriced and their materials are not quality. They sell pieces I’ve seen go for $3-4 for $10-15. If you buy here make sure you get a receipt as you will be buying a cheap piece more than likely.

The employee who sold me the Stag 45 battery told me if it ever breaks, I can bring it in and he’ll replace it for free! After a long while, my battery finally broke. Sure enough he replaced it - no questions asked.Y’all rule
