Called for a couples massage & they got us in same day! Nancy & Wendy were our massage therapists & they were great! They knew exactly the spots to hit. They really know what they’re doing! We left feeling amazing. Will definitely be regulars here. Thank you so much!

I was down at the beach running errands and wanted to get a massage but my usually place was busy. I came across JW online, called them and was immediately sent a text with directions, welcoming me in. When I arrived, it was raining and Catherine met me at my car door with an umbrella and walked me in. I was introduced to everyone, and shown to my room. Nancy was my LMT, and her small stature belies her strength. I felt SO welcome, and cared for and now Im relaxed and sleepy! The price is fair, with a tip that I hope showed my appreciation. Down here for an appt at Mayo and found this little Gem. This place was very clean and the staff are amazing. Leo was my therapist and he had just the right amount of pressure. I can never relax enough to fall asleep and Leo was able to massage all my cares away and I was able to take a nice nap

I had Lisa. My neck and shoulder have been bothering me and I hardly had to say anything she knew everything just by working on me. Used hot rocks and medicated oil to help. I get massages everywhere and I was so impressed with the results here. It’s a must try. I called on a Saturday morning and got right in. No hassle for a membership. Paid $133 w/a cc and I tipped in cash for 1.5 hours it’s $120 plus $10 for the medicine.. There’s a fee to use a credit card so knowing that I’ll probably bring cash next time. Everyone was friendly and professional. Left feeling amazing!!! Highly recommend!!!

Went to JW Masage today for a couples massage for our 26th Anniversary. It was the best massage I had in a long time. It was my husbands first and he loved it so much. Next time we are in Jacksonville we will be back.

My 2nd visit to JW and it never disappoints; already booked next visit. Catherine is the consummate manager: from her upbeat greeting and information on the phone to her welcome at the door- she has your experience handled. I had amazing May as my masseuse this time and she opened up circulation, released tension, massages muscles and gave great advice on how to do better with my hydration, nutrition and stretching. Love this place!!

JW Massage is the best!!In fact, I went 3 days in a row. I didnt catch The name of the first Massage therapist but she was great!! The next 2 days my Massage therapist was Lucy. She was amazing!!

From the moment we stepped in we were welcomed with gracious hospitality & warm smiles. We were asked specifically if we had any target areas that needed to be addressed & what type of pressure we were most comfortable with.My dear hubby & I had a couple’s massage. The room was so peaceful, the temperature perfect, & the music therapeutic. The atmosphere was so clean & inviting. We were not interrupted in the full 90 minutes & walked to the door with gratitude. We both feel renewed & energized- ready to play with our 7 grandchildren. We will surely return periodically.

Leo just gave me a 90 min deep tissue massage/reflexology combo that was THE BEST Ive found at the beaches. He worked out all the kinks in my neck, back and calves. I highly recommend this place and cannot wait until my next visit. Also, Catherine was so nice and welcoming at the front desk. Easy to schedule an appointment by text.

This place is really great!!! Clean and friendly staff. I went in all bound up from the stresses of life and left feeling like a new woman. If you like pampering your body with massage for the value and convenience I’ve not found a better place than this one! Wow. Just wow. I feel incredible. The massage therapist was so good at what she did. I have a very tight upper and lower back, and she spent so much energy working out the knots. Deep, therapeutic massage gave me more mobility and less pain. Pressure adjustment requests are happily accepted for maximum benefit and comfort. The music was very nice and the employees even nicer. Take care of your whole self by bringing in your sore body regularly. Every system will thank you, its a real investment!

My therapist worked out knots on top of knots, and found some I didnt know I had. Hers had her so relaxed, she didnt know if she could get off the table. I walked in and was greeted, it was early so I managed to get seen right away. All I can say is THANK YOU!!! It was a FREAT experience! My wife and I went here today . My wife had Ninnie for an hour massage . She said it was the absolutely best she ever had bar none .she was very thorough, professional and friendly. My lady I believe was the owner and gave me a deep tissue massage which included walking on my back. Kneading and massaging my back and glutes , legs and arms . She was very good and thorough she could feel the problem areas without me telling her . Definite 5 in our books …. Ninnie had to be the bomb for my wife to praise her so much !!! My back was very tight and sore from the gym to the point where it was affecting my sleep.I came in for a 45 minute deep tissue massage and it was exactly what I was looking for.Very firm massage that really worked into the muscle tissue and relived a lot of my knots.Staff was also very kind and professional.I will be back for my next massage.

Thru Groupon I opted for the 75 minutes deep tissue massage where I directed her the parts where I was already knowing I had knots. Was definitely worth it. It is best you indicate how hard you would like it as well. Ended up giving 20 dollar tip. But she applied pressure to squeeze out the knot but its still there. Worth it after daily driving so much compare to other spas. Very legit.

This place was amazing!!!!. I was in so much pain and looked everywhere around the beach area. They replied my text right away even was late on a Saturday night and scheduled me for the next day first thing in the morning!!!.Very relaxed, clean and professional environment.Nancy worked on me, and her talent and knowledge is outstanding. She not only explained the process but she accommodatedto my needs.Only place not only open 7 days a week but they are open from 10:00 am to 9:30 pm.You need to check it out!!!

I like a really hard massage because I have knots in my back and l get cramps in my calfs! This place takes care of it! Lena is probably my favorite and I will be going there whenever possible! Definitely recommend anyone to try this place! They will do what you ask and treat you right!

Very clean and well run spa. Catherine and her assistants are very professional and can assist in most any pain relief. I suffer from lower back pain and they able they provide at least 1 week of relief per visit.

I didnt feel like the same person when I left. Its hard to explain in words, but every muscle was stretched and stroked and needed. I had no knots left. Moving around has been so much easier since getting reset. Lila focused on what we needed to focus on and was very pleasant to chat with. As the terminator says, ILL BE BACK.
