This is the worst smoke shop in Jacksonville. The guy that works there is very rude and all of the products are overpriced. They will be going out of business soon.The vape was purchased 3 days earlier, not 1 week, and it just stopped working. I buy the Off Stamp refills for $6.99 and you charge $9.99. You have been rude every time I’ve come into your store. I can’t be the only one that has experienced your poor customer service. Good luck.

I came to the store and bought two “Watermelon Ice “ packs. I walked out of the store and opened one up and it had a Blue Raspberry that was open!! Worse yet, it was not only open, it was out of vape!I came back in and told the manager, and he called me a liar, claiming that he opened both of them, and blamed me!He lost my business! There’s a reason why this place never has people there!! Go ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!

This store is awesome!! I was helped by Mike. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products. He very patiently helped me make some choices on what items they offered. This store offers a wide variety of cigarettes, cigars, vapes and various smoking paraphernalia. Definitely a great choice for your smoking wants and needs.
