Called Last night (5/22/23) at 9:15PM. The person who answered the phone didn’t say anything for the first 15 seconds, said “sup” then hung up on me mid question. Called him back and he acted a bit more polite. Didn’t end up doing business there due to the employee with bad phone manners, went to the competing business a couple of doors down where the worker was super friendly and answered all of my questions. Will not be doing business here any time soon.

Great place with various hookah flavors and accessories. Like their pricing range for hookah relevant stuff, however, their vape pens and other vape related product are cheap but it never worked for me, i bought 3 times different vape and all ended up not working properly within a week. People who works there can be friendly and can be rude sometimes even if i am regular, i felt they have no interest listening any complaint from customers. When i was telling them about vape, guy literally unheard it. Apart from these, reasonable price for flavors and coal for hookah.

People get the caliburn 2.0 red Apple Original iced 6 percent nicotine and reds apple grape iced 3 percent nicotine and 2 packs of coils About 80 bucks but will last u 2 months.

The dude with the glasses is cool but the skinny curly head guy with the bad attitude customer service is horrible.Be aware before buying anything from this place because most of the time they will sell you a vape product that has a dead battery. I been coming here almost a year now and now all they do is try to scam me...I will not be back...

This business conducts bad business practices.They sell bad products to loyal customers. I addressed the issue with one of the sales rep about 2 disposable vapes that they had sold to me where the product battery was completely dead, they told me that before I leave the store that I should check the product and treated me like a junky.So your telling me if I purchased 5 vapes that means I should test them all out before I leave the store?No sense at all, last time I will ever purchase anything from this store.To anyone else who shops here be aware that the customer service is bad here and dont waste your time. Your better off going to JC Smoke shop on Sip and Westside ave where they treat all their customers like family.

So helpful so patient very knowledgeable I get to try juice before I buy , he didnt even want me to buy the more expensive mod! I was passing by and took a quick glance in and had to walk in to check out the smoke shop just the look alone from the outside drew me in, right off the bat I asked about pricing and theyre truly unbeatable and it did not disappoint. the different varieties and selections of juices they had was unbelievable. The store not only had juices it carried replacement parts, hookahs, along with all kinds of smoking accessories. the staff was very kind, patient and knowledgeable in all the questions I had about vaping. I liked the place because they have a pretty good selection of vape juices, but I dont like staff theyre unhelpful and rude. They dont really seem like they know much about the products they sell. I recommend V.Y.R.T vape shop on Central Ave in Jersey City. The owner is very nice and extremely helpful. She knows everything about the products she sells.

This store is amazing! They have everything you need to smoke! Vapes, more than 1000 juices, all the parts for the vape and also they have happy hour 20% off on all juices every Tuesday + hookahs, flavors, all kinda of coals, and everything you need for the hookah too+ high quality pipes and water pipes!!! Thats what I called REAL SMOKE SHOP!!! and also they have two locations one in jersey city and one in bayonne. And the best thing about those guys they are so helpful and friendly as well and they don’t charge to change your coils or clean it and they really know what they doing!!!

I have been doing business at Smokers Heaven on Sip Avenue in Jersey City for about a year now. The customer service is exceptional. The selection is awesome. The owner Feddy is the most helpful and knowledgeable person I have met in this business. I had the pleasure of trying the TFV12 SMOK tank and it has to be the best tank on the market to date. To say that I am very pleased and satisfied is an understatement. Everyone should have this tank.

Just came from smokers heaven and i could not be happier with the service and above all the prices, i went in for something in particular and left with, not only just what i was looking for but new vape juices i never seen before. The selection of juices in this shop is more than ive seen around the area. and the prices cannot be beat. i will definitely be recommending and coming back to this smoke and vape shop i love it!!

I vaped for a year and stopped for a month after my vape equipment was stolen. I then started back up again and the guy at the store hooked me up. He gave me a great price and didnt try to make me feel like I needed anything more than what I asked for. It took all of 10 minutes to get what I needed which was a cuboid mod, herakles tank, 2 batteries and a 60 ml bottle of juice for around $100.

I was looking for a vape shop in JC near Journal Square ever since my local vape shop closed down. This place is great. Open until 9:30PM, the staff knows what youre talking about when it comes to mods or juices, their prices are incredible and the staff is great.I cannot recommend these dudes and this shop enough. Great Shop much much cheaper than other shops ive been to but...JUICE REVIEW!THE GRIND CAPPUCCINOBought it yesterday, and had picked the worst juice i ever used.super gunky, Tastes burnt cotton the 2nd pre burn. It just gunks quickly but the taste at first burn is super tasty, tastes exactly like cappuccino but after that newly inserted cotton. Literally just after 2 re-juicing it tastes burned cotton because of the quick junk build up. DONT BUY IT!

I never vaped before, but I have smoked hookah, and I occasionally dabble in cigars and cigarillos. Lately Ive been at the bar more often, and I want to smoke when I drink, but I dont want to actually start smoking cigarettes. One of my friends recommended vaping. Well, I happened to be walking by this place the next day, and I had to stop in!! The sign outside was huge, and the place looked super clean {and nice and cool on this 90° day ;-) } Well, I was NOT disappointed!! The staff was so friendly and so knowledgeable! They asked all the right questions to aid me in my purchase, and they answered all of my questions, no matter how stupid they may have been! Plus, when I walked in, it happened to be their happy hour, which is every Tuesday from 5-9 (I think), and during that time you get 10% off any vape juice (once again, I think..contact them to confirm)But overall, I walked in a vaping virgin, and I walked out feeling very satisfied, not used and abused.I will definitely be returning regularly, and telling all of my friends about this place!

Cant say enough good things about smokers heaven. I first went in there with a friend a few months ago with no clue about vaping. The owner is so nice and willing to help with anything. I got a kangertech subtank mini as a little starter kit and have since upgraded to a kbox 200 thanks to a friend. Smokers heaven has a great selection of liquids all for great prices. You cant go wrong here. Dont go anywhere else for ur vaping essentials!!

Great customer service!I was indecisive to get either the Sigelei 150TC or Sigelei Fuchai. Went to this store to inquire if they have the Sigelei 150TC in stock, but they didnt. However, the owner proposed to order the 150TC for me specifically. Thanked him for the offer and left for the day. Came back a few days later and told him that I decided to go with the Sigelei Fuchai instead. He said it was no problem and the shipment will come tomorrow. Came back once again the next day and, as promised, the Fuchai was in stock.I would like to personally thank the owner for being understandable and having provide great customer service. Freddy is the vape authority in the tri-state area. There is no one else that has put so much effort into knowing each and every one of his products and offering the most commendable customer service.
