All the employees at Glass and Vape are very friendly and helpful. They do their very best to find what you are looking for and in my case a friend of the clerk recommended the perfect item and the clerk suggested accessories to go with it. It was a very pleasant experience as is each time I go there. Thank you for the effort you put into customer satisfaction.

My boyfriend and I are relatively new to vaping. We came to Vape 816 expecting normal service. We were blown away by the service Nick provided. He is extremely helpful and went out of his way to give us great customer service. I would recommend this store to anyone. Plus the prices are unbeatable.

This place is great, the staff and owners are extremely friendly and will walk you through everything you need to know (for first time vapers). My GF bought a vape and the lights stopped working on it, the owner took his time and tried to fix it. When he was unable to fix it he said What can I do for you to make this right. Hes a great person and this is a great business.

Honestly the best vape shop on both sides of the state line! These guys are honest, their pricing is beyond fair, and their juices are hands down the best Ive vaped! Not to mention, their customer loyalty program is actually rewarding! Dont waste your time or money anywhere else!

Went in to get something to help me quit cigarettes and had a great experience. I had no idea they sold Kratom and AT SUCH A LOW PRICE! They also got me set up with a great starter vape and answered all of my questions. Will definitely be going back!

My go to vape store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Loved Nick but he left now Kayla is my favorite person there. Her recommendations are always on point and shes always smiling and welcoming. I wont go anywhere else for my vape products!

I Could not say enough about this store, Friendly and helpful staff, they have one of the best if not THE best juice selection in town. A great shop that has a wide selection of mods for everyone from the beginner vapor to the hobbyist. Definantly coming back to this store if i need anything.

Apparently this fella has never heard of companies paying someone to keep a website current. He must be a great businessman. And the website I was referring to is linked on your Google page you unwashed potato.

They were awesome. I couldnt have picked a better place to get me started. They explained everything really well and made sure I understood everything about the mod I bought before I left. I totally reccomond these guys for all your vaping needs.

Knowledge base is less than I was expecting. Since Im new to the vape scene switching from cigarettes to the Vuse Alto, now trying out a certain type of vape. I was sold the wrong pod for my vape. Some Im new I figured the staff would have a broad knowledge base since the vape I have is the very first to have a dna chip. I was wrong. Found out after the fact that my mod has 2 different styles and they are not interchangeable. I wouldve been fine with an acceptable discount for wasting juice and a pod. Instead I just get told that I was asked if it was the right pod. So in turn in the one to blame that werent in there for guidance into the vape world. Learned my lesson. I will be visiting another vape store that has a wider knowledge base. The any employee that replies dont bother apologizing to save face. Get your ducks in a row and everyone will be happy. Thanks.

This is one of the best vape shops I have ever been to. They are very friendly, their prices are actually comparable if not better than online, and the have an amazing selection of juice and hardware.

The worker its very familiar with mods. So be careful that you have the right product before you leave. I live near Branson. I bought a whole pack of coils, only to realize that they were all the wrong coils. Out about $30

Ive been to many of these shops and been ripped off completely!! This by far is the best there is. The workers really know their products and are so helpful! Its taken me awhile but Ive finally found the best vapor store in the northland! Thanks so much!!

Sales team was extremely greasy. I asked for replacements coils and was told they did not have any to fit my tank. So I purchased a new tank. After the purchase was complete the sales person told me to try the coils with my old tank. He knew they would fit, just tricked me into purchasing a new tank. Thanks, douchebags.

AMAZING SHOP! Walked in a smoker and walked out a vapor! Had no idea how much i would enjoy vaping until the girls up there showed me. Now i know how to maintain my new AIO. great selection, and i also walked out with a new oil rig and some kratom. Top notch place. My new main shop!

Kat is so friendly and is always keeping me posted on new juices that have come in. Not to mention all the GREAT sales they have!! Cant beat their happy hour specials, and their friendly service! HIGHLY recommended.

I went to 816 on a spur of the moment thought. I was tired of smoking and was fed up and ready to quit. When I went in they were great with their customer service and unlike a lot of the other shops they sold me exactly what I needed. I purchased a Smok 80tc kit and some of the house juice that was great and they didnt try to swing me towards a big 200 watt mod which most shops do. I think it is the best vape store in kc and I have relocated to osage beach area and still go there to purchase the majority of my products. Thanks guys

Ok, I’ll just start off by saying there juice is made in house. It burns coils up so fast the juice is high PG made my throat and lungs hurt.. very limited selection on flavors. I told them that there juice was the reason why my coils where going out he told me I was wrong and the pack of coils I bought was bad.. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER CENT WITH THEM HORRIBLE SERVICE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE DONT KNOW ANYTHING ANOUT VAPORIZERS!!!

The employee was very helpful was in need of a new mod at a affordable price he was able to help me find exactly what I needed. Have been coming to this location every since. Very relaxed and never feel pressured to buy what I dont want.

Lowering from a 2 star to a 1 star. Wish it could be a 0 star.. Bought 3 bottles of juice and coils on 1/6 on 1/7 I went to open a bottle noticed it was expired by 7 months. Went back to the shop and was told by owner after I had to have the employee call him that its not a big deal man I personally bottled this 3 weeks ago and we just used old labels on it. why are you arguing with me ok then maybe cross out the expiration date. Thats what expiration dates are for is to let people know... not to just take a word of someone thats trying to make a buck and I dont even know. This WAS my primary shop but as of 1/7 it will no longer be and I suggest if you want customer service that you find a different shop then this one.

This is a awesome place! Very friendly and a good place to go if you need some great juice! There prices are low and even lower on happy hour. This is the only shop to go to!

Excellent owner first off, employees are helpful and will call someone if they just dont know the answer. Selection is vast and prices are great. When in town, I stop here..Vaping Trucker. The only criticism I can give is zero equipment for us coil builders. Premade chinese coils are not sterilized, they are covered with machinery oil. Nothing to do with VR816, its just their only option given. If you have a sonic cleaner, sure buy them. What material are they though ? These arent the branded companies coils I assure you. Mass production Chinese no care for the health of the end user bought up and labeled for a profit. This isnt a critique of VR816 per say, more of how B&M shops are going these days. Hence why more and more are closing shop or seeking different avenues of income.

Employees are always incredibly helpful! The only issue I have ever had is them not having a good selection of my strength in stock, but they have always been great at hooking me up with something that works for me.

Call of their vape juice. A lot of them use to much sugar which will burn through coils. Only carry SMOK products for the most part.
