They dont have much of a selection and they are rude so...its a no for me.Edit: The one star is because of the attitude you have to customers, not your lack of dispo selection.

My main vape shop. They just expanded, they have a point system. Its a cool spot.If youre looking for juice they have a ton, as well as some smoking apparatus. However I will say- their collection of coils, mods, etc is lacking.

4/18/24Not much of a vape (vapor) store.They dabble in many things. From pipes, clothes to.. mehVery little disposable vape selection.But they have everything in very small amounts of selection. I assume theyre going to get more one day.

When walking in, a customer was standing at the register. I hear the punk of a worker ask for a ID, of course I assume he was talking to the person buying something, he says it again with attitude. I tell him I didn’t know he was talking to me and the punk says you’re the only one that just walked in. I left after a couple choice words because I’m use to good business where you get a hi or how’s your day to start a conversation, not attitude from some young goofy looking kid that doesn’t know how fast his mouth can get him in some serious trouble

Unbeatable prices these other places just straight rob you guys and you keep going back come here!!!!

They have good Delta 8 and the staff has always been friendly with me and helpful.

Staff is super kind and polite. the gentleman in the electric wheelchair (sorry if that is incorrect terminology!) was SO knowledgeable and had SUCH a great attitude!! no sales pushing. honest feedback. suggestive selling. just all round really excellent shop. thank you guys!

I used to really like this place, I could get a tobacco flavor in 12/16 mg strength, not anymore. If you are seriously trying to quit smoking this place will not have juice strong enough for you to be successful. It’s a shame, I really liked the place and the guys at one point.

The owner and staff are fantastic down to earth people. I get anxiety over making decisions, but they are chill and never seem to mind my indecisiveness. This is the only vape shop I ever go to anymore as they have everything I want at good prices. Their loyalty rewards program is great too.

Staff was nice not pushy but I bought a car and a Mod it was a vulcan mod and p,s Cart I was told that they were compatible they were not

I was in there on March 2 at about 345 very obviously had my ID in my hand showed it to the guy he had to take it and look really closely I guess sorry he didn’t scan itLike it says on the door I had my ID in my hand even though I’m 26.I asked if they had adapters for glass so you could use 18 to 18 male adapter.The answer was a pretty rude no what else do you want.Then because I had a couple extra bucks in my pocket and genuinely wanted a number of the delta 9 THC edibles they sell I inquired about the fact that the THC milligrams marked on the bar versus the THC value that was marked on the nutritional facts was not the same at allI thought it was odd they were different.He looked at a completely different bar told me there’s no THC information on the back of this didn’t really poor tone for a salesman at the very least.I can tell you for a fact that the savage chocolate bar dark chocolate says it has 150 mg of THC on the front of the box it then tells you that there are 12 pieces with 25 mg of THC per piece that’s not math.The sticker on the front says a different thing, seemed like a reasonable question.The markings on the back of the bar would indicate that it is illegal and has more THC than it can.There is however a temporary sticker on the front so it seemed like a valid question to me not one that you should be treated negatively about.I’m a semi-regular customer of816 so are a number of my friends.I will not be back look at the owner’s response not very professional.

Love it every time i come in. friendly convos all around but they dont keep you long! they always suggest products, but dont try to make you buy things you dont want to which has happened at a lot of shops ive been to. if you tell them your price range and preferences, they ALWAYS got you covered.

Found this store by accident and very glad I did. Great selection of juices and the staff was amazing! I had a lot of questions and they were more than willing to help. They helped with my dripper and got me back on track with it. They also have an amazing happy hour and some really awesome juice! You wont be disappointed with this store or the guys that work there! Id like if they carried more of the juice in bottles bigger than 30 ll. I buy a juice called Prosperity and the only size they ever have is 30 ml. Id spend more money if they carried bigger bottles

I had a fantastic first visit to the shop! They were super friendly and willing to help so I was able to find great products. The quality of their products are also great, it would be difficult to make a bad purchase here:)

I normally am so standoffish about vape shops. Most of them I visit have people standing around talking or they staff members are not knowledgeable about the products but this shop blew me away.. no pun intended lol 🤣 the owner was so informative and offered insight to my questions. They have a great rewards program and the prices are exceptional compared to other shops. They have a huge variety of products including some of the best incense, ash trays, blunt effects, juices, pre-rolls, vape pods, shirts and so much more. This is definitely my favorite shop I will continue to visit every time I need supplies or just want to find unique things at. Thank you for an awesome experience.

Only giving a 1 star review because it won’t let me put a zero…. I walked in to get a few things. As I walked in I saw both salesmen pull up their masks and one of them in the corner asked if. I had one I said no. Said they couldn’t help me without a mask. Like I would understand it completely if both of them were wearing it prior to me showing up but if they’re putting theirs on as I walk in that’s really stupid. Won’t ever darken that doorway again. Plus I don’t know why all the overhead lights are off in that place. Oh wait yes I do. Probably cause the sales are down and and they don’t wanna pay the light bill lol

This place is awesome. I went in there looking for pods for my Vuse, a minute later I was being educated about the different types of vapes and the different cost efficient ways to go!The guy running this shop has by far the most knowledge out of any of the shops I have been too in the Kansas City area, went in trying to buy pods and came out with a new mod and juice.They have the best in house juice blends I have had the pleasure of testing, he explained that all of their in house juices aren’t made through a third party company (I 100% enjoy helping small businesses) and are very very competitive in prices, I had an awesome experience buying from this shop and will continue to support them in all ventures moving forward. I am one happy customer!

Bought 3 defective products, and worker was extremely rude and refused to refund or replace/repair. Avoid at all cost, scammy. Edit: I bought two, one was replaced and was also defective, so in total all 3 products were defective and wouldn’t charge. They were never charged in a wall port, and have a 5 min activation time for this brand—not ideal for your policy. You’re right, some customers aren’t worth having—just like vape shops that choose to carry defective products aren’t worth going to. ✌🏻

So I wanted to start vaping for nicotine replacement, they were really helpful when I bought my products. However, the tank that they sold me leaks terribly. I cant even use it, it leaks so bad. I havent even had the entire rig a month, and I cant use it, Ive been having problems from week 1. I have taken it in several times and requested help, as vapor liquid isnt exactly cheap, on more than one occasion someone has said that there are known problems with this tank leaking so badly. WHY DID YOU SELL IT TO ME THEN ? I wasted my money here. I hope you dont make the same mistake, if you know what you are doing this place isnt bad, but if you are not a professionalthey will screw you. I will never spend my money here again and I will advise anyone I meet against doing so.Changing review because management handled my situation well. Although irritating that I couldnt get it handled in store before hand, management did a very good job at making sure I was satisfied in the end. They exchanged my leaky tank for a different model, and so far so good.

Nope, not a fake review. Awful customer service. With every question I asked, there was a snarky & passive-aggressive tone as if my asking to learn about what youre selling is somehow wrong of me. One of the reviews talked about how you couldnt vape inside, but while I was there, the employee was literally vaping in front of my face. Definitely dont recommend. Very rude and unfriendly. Regret ever stepping foot in this place and buying

Ive been coming to this vape shop for the past two years since I moved to KC and they used to be AMAZING! Over the past 6 months, things has drastically changed and now employees are very rude and unfriendly; the lack of customer service astounds me. Dont waste your time, energy and most certainly money here.

Great little vape shop. Good deals, yet not many people know of this place. Staff is great, and willing to listen, and advise. If you are into vaping. They do not try and push you I to buying anything, until you get the information, that you ask for first.

Great place for a decent selection. The best part is the happy hour prices. Half off all house juice! Reasonably priced overall though even without the discount. Unfortunately I have to go elsewhere for coils because they dont sell mine anymore. Nevertheless this is the only place I go for juice.

This store is fantastic! Initially,we had some miscommunication about my needs but they were very professional and treated me like a valued customer. I picked up one of their flavors Vape The Rainbow earlier today and love it! I will be a repeat customer.

I absolutely love this place. The employees are very knowledgeable and always answer any questions I have. I live in KCMO about twenty minutes away from the store. There are multiple vape shops that are way closer and Id still rather drive the extra distance here. Great employees, great selection, great prices, great store.

Very helpful staff, good mods, good ejuices, decent prices, and they have a rewards program. They answered every question I had has a newcomer to vaping. The only downside is that theres only ever one person working so you may have to wait a while to be helped, but its worth it for what they offer. Overall its always been a good experience.

Its 2023, and they have no tap to pay options! For a new business, that’s just not acceptable.

This is my favorite vape supply shop, great flavors and always stoked on coils and other needs. Got the High Society Drips Deep Pockets on my last stop in and its amazing, I always ask for recomendations on good juices and I have yet to be disappointed. 10/10 great shop.

I have been there a few times now.I never get pushed into something I didnt come for, and if my juice is out of stock they dont push juice in front of me try this try this try this. On the contrary, politely asking is there a substitute you may wanna sample?They staff is very knowledgeable and descriptive for newbies. That is probably the most important note to mention. They will provide you with the advice you need to use your new gear safely whether you bought it from them or not. Their prices are fair. Their house juice lines have some hits... Nanner and Crack Loopz, amazing... they also offer a rewards program that is probably the most beneficial in comparison to other shops.Bottom line... there are probably 20 or more shops on the way or closer, this is my go to store now.Only because Rocky Mountain E-Cigs was beforehand (sister-shop even further away).Stop in, see for yourself...

Of the value shops I been to so far this one is my favorite. There very knowledgeable, theres always a chill vibe when I go, and there point system and text alerts come in handy on saving some money, and when they get something new in. Would and do highly recommend this shop .

This place is over priced i would recommend the other one in town they are better. They have alot more also. And this place dont allow u to vape inside and its not doing curbside and that is a reason for someone to get sick.
